I was fighting like a madman. Kronos was trying his best to get under my guard, but I kept on blocking and dodging every blow. As our duel intensified, I began to see that Kronos was protected his left underarm. "Ha ha," I though, "His weak spot!", With that, I began to target the now-discovered weak spot with relentless determination.

"Just when I was about to try to get at the left underarm again, I heard Grover behind me shout, "Annabeth!"

The moment I faltered, Kronos kicked me back, sending me flying across the throne room and landing next to Grover. Just as I turned to see if Grover was okay, I could hear Kronos shout, "Now you die!"

"I turned and rolled, but what I dodged was not Kronos' scythe, but Annabeth's knife! I looked at Grover again and saw that he was dead, with a hole in his chest as if a knife had stabbed his heart. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to register that Grover was dead and I now had two enemies double-teaming me.

"Annabeth?" I asked as I dodged a strike, "Why?!"

"'Athena always has a plan'." Annabeth quoted with a sneer.

I attacked, but she blocked, rolled aside, and put on her invisibility cap.

With Annabeth now invisible, I knew I had to be extra careful.

Unfortunately, I wasn't careful enough. Just as I jumped back to avoid a swipe from Kronos' scythe, I felt something cold and sharp press against the small of my back.

"It's over, Seaweed Brain."

Holding her knife against my Achilles' spot, Annabeth confiscated my sword.
