After a Run to the Entrance of the Earth Temple.

Nika stopped right in front of the door and then stumped, "Where was it?" She asked cofused, "You were almost there..." Angel commented disappointed, "Oh if you know it then why not tell me?" Nika responded, "Looking at the temple entrance, to your right, continue until you find it." Angel replied, "Heh, guess you did know after all..." Nika smirked slightly as she walked towards the direction, "Are you okay?" Angel asked, "You sound... Perturbed." She pointed out noticing Nika's difference in tone, "No, it's nothing, just thinking." Nika replied still with a little smirk on her face.

Still walking, Nika saw the camps she passed the first time she got to the temple and remembered how she learned that Zelda was being attacked by some of these guys, and how she was 'too late' to get there, she shok her head to get rid of these thoughts and kept walking, "I am detecting some alterations going on in your mind, are you sure you're okay?" Angel asked again, but Nika just ignored her, she didn't want to talk right now, it was making her feel an itch in her throat.

When she reached the scorching chamber, Nika could feel the earrings take effect, making her feel hot, but not to the point of burning, that reminded of how she felt when she first met Miko, adn from there she got to earlier, 'Did she just say that to make me feel better?' She thought, that didn't cross her mind in that moment, 'Was that just out of pity or did she actually mean that?' nika further wondered before spotting a lava pool in the area, 'Is it even worth it? Is this quest even worth it?' She wondered looking at the pool, with a dark thought crossing her mind, she pushed it to the back of her head since that wouldn't help anyone, probably even make everything worse.

"Gleam! I know what you were thinking! What in the world is going on with you!?" Angel demanded an actual answer, "Nothing! Really!" Nika/Gleam insisted, really not wanting to talk about it, "I know you were considering jumping in there! What the hell!?" Angel pointed out evencoming out of the blade just to sand in front of any other pool they ran into, "It's! Nothing!" Gleam firmly stated, "GLEAM!" Angel yelled feeling done with this, "I'M TIRED OKAY!?" Gleam yelled back, "It's just- Why!? Why was any of this necessary!? It feels as if someone is just dragging me along with a string!" Gleam lamented taking off running away to the other exit of the cave, where she found a cliff where she decided to sit to take a breath.

Angel teleported next to her, "What's wrong?" She asked once again, hoping she would get an explanation, "I... I don't know... I'm feeling in a way I never felt before... All this happened within less than a month... And when we went to get the Instinct flame... I almost died right there and then!" She exclaimed, bringing up her still bandaged arms, "The only reason I'm here talking to you right now is that there were people who could help me get better, and even then it tookliterally three days!" Gleam pointed out before falling on her back.

Hearing this made angel realize that her master was being put through a whole lot, "The thing is that this is all for one goal, saving who is basically your sister." She reminded, but Gleam just looked more done with it, "Yeah, and I thought we were done with it the first time we got here, then some random *sshole took her away saying that 'I was late!' Or some other junk like that." She reminded, "Then i found her again, but demon style stripper had to show up and ruin it, and so here we are doing it all over again." Gleam lamented, '"I'm just feeling as if all this is for nothing, it was the first and second time, what should I do if it's for the third time too? Give up?" She lamented feeling her eyes sting slightly.

"...Wow... I didn't think this weighed so much on you..." Angel said solemnly, "When this started I even thought that it might be fun... And then it all came piling down..." Gleam further explained, "...You can trust me when I say this alright?" Angel asked catching Gleam's attention, "This will be the last time." Angel reassured as she offered her hand to Gleam, who looked at it for a moment, before deciding to take it, and helped herself up, "I hope it really is..." Gleam responded wanting this to be over.

Now feeling slightly better, Gleam turned to the path and saw fire spouts blocking her way, "I guess that's the place." She deducedd before covering herself in haki and walking throught the fire and heading towards the Temple.
