Percy sat in the train compartment by the window. He leant against the glass, his breath fogged the window slightly as he stared outside. He was enjoying the peace and quiet before he returned home to the loud house filled with his siblings. His aquamarine eyes were rimmed with red, and he felt as if he hadn't slept in weeks because of exams.

His peace and quiet was interrupted by the door to the compartment sliding open and a pair of twins entered. Percy looked over at his brothers and frowned when he heard their loud voices.

"You had the window on the way there. It's my turn now," Fred argued.

"Oh, come off it, Fred! I did not," George shook his head.

"Yes, you did. You do know that I can tell us apart, right? I'm not Percy," Fred said with a smirk toward his older brother.

The argument continued to escalate, their voices raised, and they pushed and pulled against one another to try and get the seat directly across from Percy, next to the window.

Percy finally snapped, exasperated with this argument when all he wanted was a little peace and quiet on the ride home.

"Stop arguing, both of you! Can you not behave for once?"

"I'm not arguing. I'm explaining why I'm right," Fred said indignantly.

"But he's wrong. As usual!" George retorted.

Percy gritted his teeth and stood up from his seat, he narrowed his eyes at his little brothers and said, "George, you sit there," and he pushed George down into the seat that the twins had been fighting over, "Fred, you sit here," and he pushed Fred down into the seat he previously occupied.

"Now. Will you please be quiet," he pleaded as he took a seat next to the compartment door, when Fred and George noticed that Percy's eyes had darkened from Aquamarine to an almost Navy Blue, they knew better than to argue.

"Absolutely," George said with a wide smile. His and Fred's conversation shifted to lighter topics but thankfully they kept their voices down and Percy was able to rest his head back against the wall and drift off.
