If Porno wanted to turn her leader into the greatest villain that the world had ever seen, and for him to be recognized, untouchable, and well known even among other villains. The last time she was in a villain group, she had not started the group itself. She learned most of what she knew from the previous leaders of the group. She had a legion of prostitutes making money for the group, trained by herself... but those girls had been captured and put to use by the group that defeated her group.

Now she had to start from scratch.

Like the woman she was looking at.

"... you're lying."

"I'm not lying... if you agree to work for me, then my boss will restore your youth to you." Porno whispered sweet seductions to the aging prostitute. A woman that was no longer seeing the same amount of customers she had seen in her youth. She was only in her 40s, but age was still a huge factor that limited what customers would pay for her.

The woman didn't believe her.

"If there was a quirk that could turn back the hands of time, don't you think I would have already had them do it... just get out of here. You'll steal my customers." The woman stated to Porno. The woman looked down her nose at Porno, but Porno just smiled in response.

"Having trouble with rent this month?"

*SLAP*

"Come with me, and you'll see your customers flock to you." Porno started to walk off after being slapped. "... eternal youth." Porno whispered loud enough for another woman in her 30s to hear. There was a small number of more experience women working in this area. The woman in her 30s started to follow Porno.

There was hesitation, before the woman in her 40s, and a girl about 14 years old started to follow after them all.

-At the Shabby Apartment-

"You want me to give them their youth... what does this loli want?" Naruto looked at the 14 year old girl.

"Make me older and more bodacious please!"

"Please, this woman is in her 30s... if you would please put her back to her early 20s, I believe it would be good for you." Porno suggested to Naruto as she gestured to the first woman that had followed her of her own free will. The 40s woman and the 14 woman were both watching as Naruto just reached out and grabbed the woman's face.

His hand fused to her face.

Her butt started to get lifted up, her boobs that had started to sag slightly became perkier. Her skin began to glow with more youth to it, and wrinkles were starting to vanish. The change was painless for the woman who felt everything happening to her. It was visible enough that the other 2 women were watching with shock and awe. The results were being shown in front of their eyes. Naruto unfused himself from the woman, and the changes to her body regained.

"There, done. I de-aged you to when you were 22... so why am I doing this?" Naruto asked Porno with a raised eyebrow. He still didn't know the reason why he was using his transformation this way.

The woman started to cry tears of joy.

She grabbed onto Naruto's leg as she collapsed to her hands and knees, kissing his knee with love and affection. The change to her body had erased all of the pains she had been experiencing, and she felt more youthful.

"Proof..."

"Please, do me next sir." The woman in her 40s walked forward with hopeful tears in her eyes. Naruto just raised an eyebrow and looked at Porno, who was nodding her head in agreement. Naruto grabbed the woman by the face, and he performed the same process on her, putting her into her early 20s as well. When he was done, the woman rushed towards the bathroom and looked in the mirror. "... I'm young again... I'm beautiful..."

Porno smirked.

"Me next, can you make me taller, and more curvy... and change my hair color to blond... make me look like a foreigner please!" The 14 year old girl asked as she went towards Naruto.

He was clueless.

"Fine, I guess." Naruto grabbed her face, and the changes were much more startling for her. Her black hair turned bright blond, and her body filled out and grew up. Naruto changed her to look almost exactly like he did when he turned female, only he didn't add his whisker marks or eye color. He changed her eyes to green in color instead, and by the time he was done her uniform didn't even properly fit her anymore.

Porno bowed.

"Thank you Boss... very well, come on ladies." Porno started to walk out of the room, with the women following behind her in a hurry.

-Outside the Apartment-

"Here is how it is going to go. Now that you're all young and beautiful again, you'll get a lot more customers. Thanks to my Boss, you'll never have to worry about pregnancy or disease. He can heal you from whatever happens to you." Porno started to explain what had happened to them. She saw the women were getting excited over her words. "... 40%... I want you to deliver 40% of ALL profits you make directly to me. I want you to tell all your aging friends who see fewer and fewer customers about what I had done for you."

"40%, that is too much... now that I'm young-"

"He can undo the transformation whenever he wants, so he can take your youth away." Porno lied through her teeth. She didn't know if Naruto could undo the transformation from a distance, but she did know that he could undo it if he touched them. Still, her lie was convincing enough that the women didn't doubt her.

"... just 40%... in 2 weeks you won't change it to 70%..."

"Just 40%... now that you're young again, you'll make plenty of money. I'll even give you this deal... I'll knock off 5% for every 5 girls you convince to join us... convince 80 girls to join, and you keep 100% of your earnings for yourself." Porno whispered it to the women. Money was a powerful motivator, and she saw the glint in their eyes. They were all sure that they could convince 80 girls each to whore themselves out.

If each of them convinced 80 girls, that would be 240 women who were whores, and would be paying them 40% of their profits. At that point, it wouldn't matter if they lost out on the profits of 3 women. If each of those girls made even 20,000 yen a day, then in a 5 day work week that would be 100,000 yen.

On the low end, they could make 9,600,000 yen a week.

"I could easily convince 80."
"What do I get if I convince more than 80?"

Porno smiled.

'On the low end we're looking at 9,600,000 a week... but without a fear of pregnancy or STDs, and with the incentive permanent youth. This is a good start at least.' Porno knew it would be awhile before they all convinced that many women to join. Funding would take awhile to accomplish, but she knew a motivated whore would make a lot of money.

A whore who didn't fear STDs, aging, or pregnancy who was losing 40% of her earnings would make even more than that.

"Remember, if you lie, you'll go back to how you were before, so when you drop off what you owe, be sure to tell the truth. Oh... you can still CAN get STDs, but the Boss can cure them. Now, go off to work." Porno clapped her hands. The instructions were very simple, make money and get more women involved to make more money. Porno had all the tools that she needed to build a small empire on whores thanks to her leader's transformation quirk, and she planned to gift that empire to him in the form of massive funding.

Porno went back into the apartment.

She saw Naruto watching videos on the internet.

"Hey Porno... how do you think Midnight's Quirk works, or how about some of these other heroes?" Naruto asked, since he couldn't guess how he needed to transform to copy the quirks. If he could get his hands on the hero, he could just transform their body to move their quirk factor into his body instead. Getting his hands on a hero physically would be harder to make seem like an accident.

"She might have specialized sweat glands that produce her scented gases." Porno sat down and pulled out the map Naruto had of Japan. She took Naruto's laptop and opened it up. She resisted the temptation to look up his search history, though he had an open tap focused on ramen recipies that she ignored.

She was going to plot a map of where she needed to focus on starting her prostitution ring.

She needed to go with areas with high populations mixed with a high population density. She had 3 people working in her current area, but that was only the start. She couldn't gift an empire of only 9,600,000 a week to her boss. She needed to go above and beyond. She needed to get workers in any city that had a population of above 2,000,000 people. In a nation like Japan with 125,000,000 people she could easily gather a horde of several thousand prostitutes with no problem.

She was looking at a low-ball profit of 9,600,000 yen a week with just 240 whores.
If she could manage to scatter 5,000 total whores across Japan she was looking at profits at a low-ball of 200,000,000 a week instead.

"Huh... hard to imagine what kind of scent would put dudes to sleep... well... moving on... should I wear a black cloak with an orange spiral and red flames, or a red cloak with a spiral spiral and black flames on the bottom?" Naruto asked, since he wanted to add a villain cloak to his outfit. He wasn't sure which would look color.

"I'll design your outfit. I'll include the color orange, and I'll make sure to give you a cool cloak." Porno told him as she marked 5 cities that she wanted to get started in. "I'll also include a spiral pattern... is it the same spiral you want that you wear on your clothes?" Porno asked as she looked at his shirt, which had a red spiral in the middle of it. All of his clothes seemed to have a spiral on them.

Naruto grinned.

"Uzumaki... spirals... I gotta keep with my theme. Doesn't every villain need a theme, you have your entire BDSM theme with the leather and sex toys." Naruto wasn't entirely sure on what he wanted his big debut outfit to look like. As a villain he needed to do something big to reveal himself to the villain world.

Porno closed the laptop and nodded.

"Before you think about revealing yourself as a villain, you secure yourself funding, a base of operations, and minions to do your dirty work for you. You already have me as a minion, so you're missing a base and funding. Once you have all three-"

"You're not a minion though..."

"I am a minion. I obey all your orders, will never betray you, and will fight for you until my dying breath. You can easily throw me away whenever you wish, and I would be happy to be thrown away if you wanted it to happen. I live my life for you, and you alone."

"Well, as your leader, I'm telling you that you aren't a minion... you're my Number 1 General... the Seductive Porno." Naruto grinned at her.

She paused and glanced away from him, her cheeks pink, but she nodded all the same. It was the way that he treated her when he rescued her that was part of why she swore her loyalty to him. It was also why she planned on working herself to the bone to make sure his goals of being an amazing villain came true. His natural charisma in how he truly cared about those under him, and how he was a good person DESPITE wanting to be a villain.

"Understood, I'm not a minion. That means we are back to square 1, and need Funding, a Base of Operations, and Minions in order to start work as a Villainous Group. I'll be going out and collecting information about good places to start a base." Porno raised her hand, and all of her clothes went flying off of her body. She had 3 leather belts strapped around her belly for weapons if she needed them, but she grabbed a childish white dress and put it on. She followed it up with sandles, and she finished the look off nicely.

She looked like an innocent little girl.

She abused her petite frame to her advantage so that, despite being a villain, she could go into public without anyone paying any attention to her in suspicion. She would be able to survey good base locations.

She would check Tokyo, Shinjuku, Hyogo, and Aichi for good spots to set up a base. The Shabby Apartment was fine for the moment while it was just the 2 of them working together, but if they wanted to gain respect from minions, they needed to have a more notable base to plan their strategies.

"Can you pick up dinner on your way back, I'll give you the money... ah screw it, we can order a pizza when you get back." Naruto waved off his request. Porno nodded her head in understanding. She would make sure that if she got hungry during her exploration, that she wouldn't eat anything. "Got a preference?"

"Banana on pizza."

"Okay, but only on half of the pizza." Naruto stated.

"With pinnapple and spinnach."

"Okay, now you're just being weird." Naruto deadpanned at her, but he still noted it so that he could order it on the pizza. "So half Meat-Lovers and Half-Freaky... gotcha." Naruto was going to make sure that was noted for her. Porno left the apartment with that said, leaving Naruto by himself.

...

"Now that Porno is gone, I can get around to finishing the porno I was watching." Naruto sighed in relief as he flipped the channel on the TV back to what was playing on DVD. As sure as he was that Porno wouldn't care what he watched, he still didn't want to watch porn in front of a girl. "I wonder why she wanted me to Transform those women... I'll ask her later." Naruto stopped questioning it.

...

"Holy..." Naruto looked at the porn, and then he looked at the door. He then looked at the porno he was watching again when he noticed very familiar white hair. "... Porno wasn't just a villain and prostitute, she also did pornos... oh... wait..." Naruto realized, and he smacked his own face when he realized.

Porno was a woman in her 20s with the name porno, and she was an enjoyer of sex.

Of course she had done porn before.

Well, Naruto was going to keep his knowledge a secret from Porno.
