37- Beasts Collision.
There was a conversation going on at New Iacon.
"And that's how the tournament ended, it was epic. You should have been there to see it."
"Haha, indeed Bonnie. But you will have enough time to explain everything once you are back here. Exactly when are you coming?" Fixit asked.
"Very soon, once we are done with the celebrations excitement. Specially Ash."
"Copy that. Contact Blaster once you are ready and he'll deliver you a bridge immediately."
"Maybe you will have to do it yourself, Fixit. It's been a while since the team's last report, and normally that means bad news. I'm starting to worry."
"Blaster, do you read me?!"
"Load and clear Optimus. What's your status?"
"Artifact located, but the Decepticons have called for reinforcements. We require immediate support to retrieve it back to base."
"Your unique ability to summon portals may be right what we need for this situation." Elita suggested.
"I'm on my way. Fixit, handle things from here, my Minibots will assist you."
Blaster opened a direct ground bridge to an open area between woods, right outside Scarlet City, on Johto. In front of him stood an epic scene, all and each member of Team Prime was battling one Decepticon: Optimus was battling Xiaxus; Elita One engaged Slipstream; Ratchet faced Knock Out, and surprisingly had the upper hand; Ultra Magnus combated Motormaster; Predaking engaged the other Predacons; Bumblebee rumbled Stinger; Hot Rod battled Dropkick; Arcee faced Roadkill while Moonracer was busy with Shatter; Sideswipe battled Drag Strip; Sunstreaker fought Hardshell; Warpath combated Quake; Seaspray was facing Hydrostorm; Drift engaged Nightbird; Smokescreen faced Kickback; Windblade was in the air shooting Spacestream's missiles and Wheeljack confronted Host. Everyone was so immersed into the fight that allowed Blaster to pass unnoticed, even by the enemy. He made a signal to the Autobot leader so he could get it before inflicting a direct punch on Xiaxus.
"Team Prime, maintain your stand. That artifact must not fall into enemy hands." Optimus instructed.
"Could you please remind me what exactly it is?" Sunstreaker requested.
"A high energy pulse generator, capable of creating burst of energy capable of shut down or destroy a cybertronian's neural net." Ratchet answered.
"But, if that thing is turned on, it will not fry not only our minds but those of the Cons as well?" Seaspray wondered.
"Hey, they are right. Why do we want something like that?" Knock Out questioned.
"Don't let them fool you, just take that thing and let's get out of here!" Motormaster silenced.
Blaster was now sneaking next to Smokescreen, who saw him, and after kicking back his opponent passed him the phase shifter, which he used to pass even through the artifact to its back part. Once there he thought about what he heard. Suddenly the generator started to sound as some light showed everyone it turned on.
"That thing is active, it will kill us all!" Kickback announced alarmed.
"Let the Autobots get the whole experience for themselves! Retreat!" Xiaxus commanded.
"Sounds good for me." Spacestream agreed.
All the Decepticons wasted no more time on transforming and leaving the area as fast as they could. Once the Autobots were the only ones there the generator turned off. Everyone looked at it in confusion until they saw Blaster emerging from the other side retrieving his tentacles, proof that he was the one who turned it on.
"A risky decision Blaster, but well executed." Optimus congratulated.
"It managed to fool the Decepticons and make them left in a hurry." Predaking added.
"And now with this creation in our hands we can try researching its properties, for trying to find it a possible good use." Ratchet proposed.
"I will prefer not play with a thing like that if I were you, Doc." Wheeljack opined.
"We better return, for in case someones may be already back waiting." Blaster said.
"Are they back at last?" Moon asked excited.
"I was wondering when that even was about to end." Sideswipe followed.
"You are talking about the special native friends you met at first long ago?"
"Trust us Windblade, you are gonna love them." Warpath reassured her.
Moments later, the team returned to base with their cargo, which they storage in a safe place making sure it will not turn on by accident, and for their surprise their human friends were waiting for them in the command center.
"Guys, we have missed you." Max greeted.
"Likewise. Did you enjoy the tournament?" Bumblebee asked.
"I can say without doubt that of all the pokémon competitions and events this has been the greatest of all." Ritchie started.
"No joke, we have been watching when it was some of your turns." Sideswipe mentioned.
"Did you all participate?" Arcee asked.
"No, most of us." May responded.
"And how we did manage to reach farther than we imagined."
"You're meaning about your new outfit, Iris?" Seaspray deduced.
"Didn't know you actually were into shopping as well."
"Haha, no Smokey. Actually, you are in presence of Unova's new champion."
"Iris became the region's new champion by her performance in the tournament." Bonnie revealed.
"Wow, not bad partner. Almost a most earned title as mine." Smokescreen said.
"What do you mean?" Dawn asked.
"Smokescreen is now Ultra Magnus's right hand, as corporal." Moonracer surprised.
"Wow, really?! No joke?! Then I must congratulate you, corporal Smokescreen."
"Same here, champion Iris."
"And well, who did win the tournament?" Warpath asked.
"Who do you think?" Serena said as the group made space for one specific boy.
"Hahaha, if there was one who could make it to the top it couldn't be other than you, Ash." Hot Rod guessed.
"Looks like you finally made it, young pokémon master." Elita complemented.
"Yeah, but I couldn't have done it without the support of all my friends. Specially my pokémon, who stood beside me in the heat of battle." Ash admitted.
"Pikachu."
"And now your beliefs and efforts have granted your most deserved reward. Congratulations Ash." Optimus said.
"And what about the pokémon ranger custom?" Wheeljack recalled seeing Ash was wearing something similar to the pokémon rangers' uniform.
"Jack told Ash he had the exact requirements for a good pokémon ranger in case he would be interested." Serena revealed.
"And since my dream of becoming a pokémon master has now become reality, I thought about search for a new dream to chase." Ash ended.
"Sounds like a good choice, contributing to making your world a safer place for everyone with your experiences and skills." Predaking opined.
"You are wise for choosing such honorable path." Drift added.
"So, are you really joining the pokémon rangers?" Goh asked in disbelief.
"Yes. But don't tell mom for now." Ash requested.
"We want to be a surprise." Serena supported.
"Our lips are sealed." Tracey nodded.
"So these are your secret support. I've been hearing a lot from the team here, I was hoping for the chance to check it in person." Windblade finally spoke.
"Is she a new Autobot?" Max said.
"Indeed. Guys, this is Windblade. She's awesome as you can even imagine." Sideswipe introduced.
"Please Slick, I prefer for them to see it for themselves." Windblade stopped.
"Slick?" Dawn asked in surprise before chuckling with the others.
"It's the nickname she gave to Sideswipe the moment they met." Blaster explained.
"And it doesn't bother Sideswipe?" Ritchie questioned.
"Not even close, she seems to be the only one he doesn't care how she refers to him." Sunstreaker whispered.
"Oh, I see. It seems he likes her." Misty figured out.
"Yeah, we have noticed too." Arcee agreed.
"Oh, I remember, Clemont. Wait here, I have something to show everyone." Fixit suddenly said before leaving the room.
Everyone didn't know what he was referring too, not either Clemont, who everyone looked in search for answers. Moments later, the Minibot returned, with some items at hand which looked like large metal sticks with the ends different from the central part.
"What are those things?" Ritchie asked.
Clemont gasped in surprise, in an excited way. "Did you already finish them?"
"Finish what?" Bonnie wondered.
"Are those the special project you have been so focused in your part of the lab?" Ratchet recalled.
"Exactly. Everyone, we introduce you our last creation: the Decepticon hunters." Fixit presented.
"Huh?!" Almost everyone asked in confusion.
"Did you two decided that name on your own?" Seaspray asked.
"Trust me, you have no idea how hard is to give a name to something completely new." Clemont responded.
"And...what exactly it is, or does?" Serena asked.
"Clemont and I designed the Decepticon hunters to connect with its users neurotransmissions, so whatever combat devices imagined the Decepticon hunter generates within certain parameters." Fixit explained.
"Hum, a little translation, please?" Tracey requested.
"The device turns into the weapon the user summons. We studied the Scythe's changing properties in order to replicate them at creating these." Clemont translated.
"Whoa, cybertronian science is so amazing." Ash expressed.
"That's cool. But how it works?" Iris asked.
"Lieutenant, if you may please." Fixit said giving him one of the devices.
Bumblebee picked up the Decepticon hunter, looked at Fixit and Clemont, who nodded at him, closed his eyes and thought about something. Suddenly, one of the device's ends opened and pulled out some kind of large shining spear.
"Whoa, very unexpected. And it easy to handle." Bee said testing it.
"These devices could provide priceless in our next encounters with the Decepticons." Ultra Magnus said.
"Agree. Surely we will find a proper use for them." Optimus nodded.
"Speaking of devices, I just unlocked the location of another hidden object. It seems to be somewhere on Kalos." Blaster announced.
"Ready to be back to action?"
"It couldn't be otherwise, Hot." Ash nodded.
"Pika." Pikachu nodded.
The ground bridge took the group (Ash, Iris, Clemont, May, Serena and Goh alongside Hot Rod, Blaster, Sunstreaker, Moonracer, Predaking, Warpath and Smokescreen) to a remote highlands with peaceful lakes and forest all around.
"Wow, such a pretty place." Iris admired.
"Hey, we know this place." Clemont said.
"Really?" Warpath asked.
"It's the Nebel Plateau, a safe place for pokémon which have been harmed by evil humans. It's well guarded, and we visited it once when we met a peculiar pokémon." Serena explained. "Normally it's not possible for humans to find this remote and beautiful location."
"Which may explain such finding." Blaster called, making everyone to look at what he discovered: a huge hole in the ground, in which just remained an empty case of metal, similar to the ones containing the relics. "It appears this object, unlike the rest, is considerable huge."
"What kind of relic could be that big?" Sunstreaker asked curious.
"Who says it is a relic? I bet it may be some kind of big gun." Smokescreen guessed.
"Whatever it is, it seems someone already found it. And dragged it away." Predaking announced, seeing a huge trail from the hole to out of the area.
"Who could have taken away such big discovery?" May wondered.
"Whoever was, was pretty big." Hot Rod responded, checking some marks next to the trail. "These footprints must belong to someone very huge."
"Or someone with huge feet." Sunstreaker added.
"Another missing bot, or perhaps Cons?" Iris asked.
"If it was Cons they would have used that thing against us already, so we all would know." Warpath assumed.
"Anyway, according to my map, it seems the trail leads right to the Azoth Kingdom." Serena saw.
"What is that?" Moonracer asked.
"It's a marvelous creation: a city created with huge gears and mechanical designs. We had the luck of seeing it's inside when we accidentally went there." Clemont answered.
"Did you think it's people could have taken the relic in?" Ash suspected.
"Not sure, I guess the best way to check it is following the trail and search by ourselves." Goh said.
"You guys go ahead, see if you can find it. Moon and Smokey, go with them. We will stay to analyze these container's remains, in case we can figure out what it was carrying." Blaster decided.
Both Autobots transformed, allowed their companions to get aboard, and drove toward their destination, following the trail. At the same time, on the Nemesis…
"Are you mocking me?! How is it that a great amount of skilled Decepticons; well, most of them; failed to take back one single relic from the Autobots?!" Darkscream yelled mad.
"Blame the Autobots, for keep bringing new warriors next time we face them!" Drag Strip excused.
"Besides, that thing was turned on. Sorry if we didn't want to end with our neural nets fried." Knock Out supported.
"Clearly Optimus has realized the advantage numbers provide, he has been calling for reinforcements." Xiaxus realized.
"Which explains the return of that treacherous Drift and Windblade's sudden arrival." Slipstream pointed.
"And who knows how many more could be on their way here." Sunstorm added.
"We must find another way to keep advantage over the Autobots." Dropkick said.
"How about the idea of using dark energon to control the legendary pokémon?" Nightbird remembered.
"Right, now that Darkscream possess a direct link to whatever has been infused with it we know it can be done." Skywarp supported.
"Indeed, that project could be viable, if it weren't for an important setback."
"And what setback would that be, Knock Out?" Roadkill demanded.
"The lack of dark energon sources. Last time we have access to the Blood of Unicron, it was expelled from the center of the Earth through a volcano. Besides all recovered from the meteor from within Thunderwing came, I can't think of any other place to search for it."
"Hum, you're right. If at least could be another way to get more, or even create it, like the synthetic energon formula." Spacestream said.
"How about asking the head of our scientific division?" Host proposed.
"Yeah, it's not like he has done much recently."
"Actually Skylynx, I have been busy in a matter which it could help us gain some advantage over the Autobots. A little boost for you." Shockblast announced arriving.
"A little boost? For us?" Darksteel repeated.
"Why you say that?" Ser-Ket asked.
"Report of your last performances against Predaking proves your loss of skill, or maybe lack of strength." Shockblast revealed, leaving the Predacons in disbelief.
"Ha, some ultimate Autobot hunters you are, are, are." Kickback laughed.
"Fortunately, I've managed to create the require countermeasure, by improving our new most promising recruit. He's eager to test his new capabilities."
"Very well then. Meanwhile, you can make yourselves useful by assisting Shockblast on his next assignment. He's going to investigate some dis-encrypted coordinates, probably another Team Alien outpost." Darkscream decided.
In that moment, Undermine walked in front of everyone.
"How do you feel, warrior?" Xiaxus asked.
"Better, and ready for second round." The huge Decepticon answered with a smirk.
Back with the team, the Autobots continued their way through the forest until at reaching a clearing they stopped. The doors opened, allowing the humans to get out, before they transformed, still looking at something huge in front of them: there was a whole town inside of a huge wall, with a huge castle in the center.
"Whoa." Goh admired.
"Is that…?"
"Yes Smokescreen, that's Azoth Kingdom." Serena confirmed.
"The trail keeps right to it. It may be somewhere in the city." Iris deduced.
"I don't think so. It would sound weird leaving something of unknown technology in middle of the city. If I must guess, the relic should be where new inventions are created, like the city's lab, for research." Clemont guessed.
"Then there's where we will start to search." Moon decided before they headed for the city.
Thanks to the phase shifter they didn't have to worry about how to enter the city. While most of the group waited in a hidden alley, Smokescreen took Clemont to guide him to where he thought the relic may be. When they returned…
"Any luck?" May asked.
"I'm afraid not. There was a lot of curious things in that room, but nothing resembling anything cybertronian." Clemont answered.
"So it means the relic must be hidden somewhere in the city." Ash deduced.
"I bet it probably may be beneath it, in the place where all gears are."
"Why there, Clemont?" Iris asked.
"If I wanted to hide something big and recognizable in a big mechanical city, I would use the only place where most people can't access, spacious enough and which acts like a maze."
"Nice thinking Clemont. Now, how do you we reach it?"
"Easy Moon." Smokey answered disappearing under the floor.
Smokescreen took a look the time he emerged and found a huge room underneath the city. Just as Clemont anticipated, it was full of giant gears moving all around the room.
Smokescreen whistled in surprise. "No matches Cybertron, but still cool."
Meanwhile, at the finding place…
"Hum, the cover is completely tore apart, opened from the inside out." Blaster examined.
"Meaning?" Sunstreaker asked.
"Whoever opened it employed brutal force, mostly in a hurry to pull out whatever was locked."
"It should be someone very strong to have done something like this." Hot Rod opined.
"If I should guess I will say only Predaking could have done it. Or perhaps someone as strong as him."
"Someone as strong as me? I hardly believe that could be possible." Predaking answered.
"Actually, it is possible. The only one strong enough is…"
"Just as I thought."
Everyone turned at where the new voice came and saw Undermine standing in front of them.
"Hey, is that huge Con from the first time we met!" Sunstreaker identified.
"The name's Undermine. Don't you ever forget it, Autobot, specially since I'm about to become a legend."
"Pff, yeah, and for what?" Warpath mocked.
"Fear nothing. It doesn't have to do with any of you, but of course if you dare stay in my way or interfere with our business from now own, well...I'll introduce you a new concept of world of pain."
"Not today." Hot Rod decided.
Hot Rod and Sunstreaker charged at Undermine firing, but the huge Decepticon seemed no affected by their blaster fire. He even didn't reacted as the Autobots got closer, but when they jumped at him with intention of use their close combat weapons, Undermine grabbed them both, smashed against each other and threw them back, knocking both. Warpath transformed to his tank form and started bombing him. However, this time Undermine reacted immediately, pulling out a shield which blocked all projectiles. Blaster attempted to sneak his tentacles behind to electrocute him, but unexpectedly he surprised him by grabbing them with one hand before pulling him through them, spinning him around before launching him against Warpath, who had no time to dodge. Predaking, already in dragon form, jumped at him, pinning Undermine against the floor, and tried to bite his face. The Decepticon pushed him back, making Predaking to prepare his next step: charge his fire to unleash it right on his face. Undermine, seeing this coming, grabbed his adversary's neck, pressing it so hard that it prevent Predaking from spitting fire, also making him cough in pain. Undermine took the chance to grab Predaking's body from its lower part and lift him above him, and perform a wrestling move which let the Predacon stunned.
"Being an indomitable, cunning and unstoppable destroyer beast was what made you unique Predacon, but now you are not the only one." Undermine proclaimed before he seemed to transform.
While Predaking tried to regain his senses a giant metallic three-toe reptilian foot stomped in front of him, and as he went back to his feet his neck was trapped by some long jaws, with two big arms ended in three claws, which pressed more and more until a crack sounded, and he went lights out again.
Two sinister red eyes above the jaws looked at the trail while two nostrils smelled some steps left by the Autobots. "Sir, I think the new functions regarding my other senses are working as you anticipated. I have a hunch of where our prize may be."
Back beneath the city…
"This place is huge. How are we supposed to find that relic?" May asked.
"Thank Primus we brought this." Moonracer answered pulling out a tracking scanner. "I'm picking a promising signal coming from there. It must be hidden between the other side's wall."
"But that's at the other side of the room. How are we gonna reach it?" Goh pointed.
While the group though about a way, Iris noticed the only things standing over the abyss were some huge gears rotating. Looking at them from another perspective she noticed they formed a path. "Guys, remember that stage of the funny TV show when contestants were supposed to jump over those moving platforms." She recalled before approaching the first one and jumping, remaining still while the gear's movement took her to the next one. "We can use the gears to reach the other side."
"You mean jump on the gears while they rotate?" Clemont repeated.
"Yeah, while you keep your balance. Like in some fair's rides."
Moonracer decided to try as well jumping on the first one. "Hey, it's not hard. Let's go, Smokey."
"Alright, here I go." The young Autobot nodded before standing carefully on it, getting surprised at first but catching it immediately. "Whoa, this is so cool."
"We're right behind you guys."
"Ash, can you give me a hand? This looks pretty unsafe and I'm a little nervous."
"Don't worry Serena. Here." Ash said taking her by the hand. "You go ahead, buddy."
"Pikachu."
While May and Clemont followed the rest, Goh tried looking at the bottom of the room, but not seeing it made him nervous. "The things friendship brings with." And he tried following the group. At reaching the next gear and jumping right on it, his fear vanished, even smiled. "Hey, this is fun."
One by one the whole crossed jumping through the gears. Clemont was the one who needed a little help because he was the less athletic, so Smokescreen offered to take him. At the end, everyone reached the other side safe and sound, although May made Blaziken carry her almost most of the way.
"Hey, no fair May. You just used your pokémon to cross." Iris complained.
"No one said it wasn't allowed." She defended while retrieving Blaziken back to his poke-ball.
"At least I'm proud of having achieve it with my own skills."
"In war, love and relic hunt everything counts."
"Pff, what a kid."
"The one who says it is."
May's answer made Iris red in annoyance, while the rest laughed.
"Hum, the signal is getting stronger. We must be close." Moon saw on her scanner.
The group proceeded into the next room, not aware that they were being watched by something between shadows. Moments later the group continued, but they stopped when they saw something concerning in front of them.
"Whoa. This doesn't look good." Smokescreen expressed.
"What happened here? An earthquake?" Goh wondered.
"Highly improbable, and I don't think it may because malfunction either. Look at the walls." Clemont said pointing. "Most cracks look by being made by pushing and pulling instead of blaster shots or explosions."
"So whatever did this made its way by force." May understood.
"Our mysterious giant robber?" Moon deduced.
"Looks like we have found his hiding place, so the relic must be inside." Ash guessed.
"Pika pika." Pikachu agreed.
"But what if it's still in there?"
"Fear nothing Serena, if that's the case we will take care of him." Iris reassured showing her poke-ball.
The inside was a huge room, surely not natural or made by the kingdom's inhabitants, in circular form with a few passageways which let to the outside, which explained the light shining through some apertures. In middle of it there was something huge covered by a large blanket. The Autobots were about to uncover it, but before they could a strange screech alarmed them, right before Smokescreen was tackled by something. When he recovered they saw the responsible one standing between them and the object.
"What is that thing?!" Smokescreen asked.
"Looks like a Rampardos, but it looks completely made of metal." Clemont recognized.
"And bigger than usual, not to mention those colors." Goh added, seeing the pokémon was brown with white touches.
"Do you think is a Totem Pokémon?" Ash suggested.
"That's not a pokémon guys, it's a Predacon!" Moonracer identified.
"One which resembles a prehistoric pokémon?" Iris asked surprised.
"I would have say it looks more like...a Dinobot?" May opined, leaving Iris and Goh in confusion at hearing the word.
The Rampardos charged at them again, making the Autobots run to evade its armored head. It went after Smokescreen, who decided to use his gadget to pass through the creature, leaving it confused and with no time to react, ending smashing against the wall. That allowed Smokey to jump on the Rampardos' back, startling it and jumping one side to another trying to shake him off.
"Whohoo, yeah! Had enough yet?!" Smokescreen shouted ridding the dinosaur.
"Showoff." Iris said, but smiling as if she was proud of him.
"Look out!"
Serena's warning came when she spotted another figure coming out of the shadows, tackling Smokescreen and taking him off the Rampardos. The responsible one was another peculiar being: it looked of metal too, but this one seemed like a Dilophosaurus, orange with red, green and yellow touches on it's crest and what seemed a hood around its neck. It also spitted a substance at Smokescreen, which he dodged in time, specially since he saw it was some kind of very corrosive acid.
"Whoa, that was a close one." Smokey said before seeing the Dilophosaurus heading for him again.
"Oh no, you will not." Iris declared pulling out her poke-ball.
From that poke-ball a Haxorus came out, showing that Fraxure evolved to his final state, who attacked the Dilophosaurus with Breaking Swipe, hitting it with his tail.
"Looks like that tournament also boosted your pokémon." Moon noticed.
With the assist of Iris's most powerful pokémon, the Autobots were capable to stand against both Dinobots, but then things got a little worse: a wall was brought down, revealing another unexpected guess, another Dinobot. This time was like a black Ankylosaurus with bronze sharp spikes on the head, all over the back and the tail ending on some kind of spiked bowler. The Ankylosaurus went to check the other Dinobots before roaring at the group. They were about to charge again together, when suddenly…
"Enough!" A loud voice shouted.
"Now who?" Goh asked.
"What a minute, doesn't that voice sound you guys a little familiar?" Ash asked.
"Yeah, and I think I know who it belongs." Moonracer added.
Next, a huge figure descended in front of them, standing next to the Dinobots. While Smokey, Iris and Goh looked at the massive cybertronian without words, the rest of the gang instead smiled, forgetting even the fact their attackers were still there.
"No way." Clemont started.
"Is him, we have found him." Serena followed.
"So it means the others must be as well." May added.
"Grimlock, it's you."
"Moon, is that you?" The massive Autobot recognized.
"Hold on boss, you know these guys?" The Rampardos asked in confusion.
"Indeed Strike, they are all of ours."
"Is that giant robot an Autobot?" Iris asked.
"Hold on, did you just say Grimlock? The leader of the fearsome Autobot team ' Lightning Strike Coalition Force'?"
"The same ones, Smokey. Now known as the Dinobots." Moon nodded.
"It' feels good to see you again, little ones." Grimlock saluted approaching the humans with care.
"Same here." Ash remarked.
"So they are also on our side?"
"You got it, Goh. But I don't recall seeing those three the last time." Clemont pointed.
"Are they also part of your team?" May asked.
"Indeed." Another familiar voice responded, revealing to be Swoop descending. "Nice to see you all. Meet our pals Strike, Spitter and Slam, they joined our team as fellow Dinobots a little after we went separated ways." Swoop said introducing the Rampardos, Dilophosaurus and Ankylosaurus, which transformed to robot form.
Strike was a little smaller than most of Dinobots, showing the head of his alt form placed on his hands like spiked boxing gloves; Spitter showed like arrows coming from his back, the ammo for the bladed bow he handled; while Slam seemed as big as the other Dinobots, he looked more bulky, with a chain with the spiked ball of his alt form's tail at hand and a composed blade on his other from the spikes on the back. Just like the others, these Dinobots also looked like knights.
"Huh? Sorry for that, we thought you came to take away our finding." Spitter apologized.
"No big deal. First contact with humans and pokémon?" May deduced.
"Yeah. We have been aware of their presence on this place, but we tried to remain undetected." Slam said.
"What are those voices? As I recall we don't use to have guests." A female voice announced coming from another aperture, from which emerged a female pink cybertronian, which also looked like a knight. "Oh, what a surprise."
"Oh my, I didn't know you also have a girl in you team." Moon expressed surprised.
"She's our field scientist and most recent recruit. Meet Snorkel." Sludge introduced while he and the remaining Dinobots gathered.
"Whoa, so these are humans, and pokémon? They are so cute." Snorkel said touching Pikachu with the tip of her finger.
"You are also a Dinobot?" Serena asked, earning a nod, also she transformed into her alt form, a resemblance of a Parasaurolophus. "What a surprise."
"So here is where you have been hidden all this time, right?" Moonracer deduced.
"Not exactly, most of the time." Scorn corrected.
"Optimus, we got news. You are not gonna believe who we found down here." Smokescreen started, opening a com-link chat.
"We've found the Dinobots." Ash revealed.
"No way. Is it really them?" Dawn repeated.
"The what?" Misty repeated.
"A group of big Autobots which transform into some prehistoric pokémon." Tracey explained.
"They proved very effective battling the Decepticons, they're great warriors." Ritchie added.
"Whoa, you are there? Hi, glad to know you're fine!" Bonnie saluted through the transmission.
"Hey, glad to hear you, little girl. Are the other humans in there as well?" Slash asked.
"Yeah, and so the rest of Team Prime." Arcee answered.
"Glad to hear from you, Grimlock. How have you been?"
"Can't complain on that, Optimus. Lot to tell you, better in person."
"We also found the relic, the Dinobots have been guarding it here all this time." May revealed.
"Clemont, send me an image." Ratchet requested.
Immediately the screen displayed what the blanket was covering. The Autobots showed faces of concern at seeing it.
"Is that…a cannon?" Tracey saw.
"Not just any ordinary cannon pal, it's an Axiom Cannon." Wheeljack recognized.
"A piece of heavy cybertronian artillery, designed for quick strong attacks or long sieges." Optimus added.
"War instruments from the days of the Great War as this one are very rare to find these days. Who knows what the Decepticons could do with it." Elita said.
"That's why we had it hidden in here, to ensure it would not be found by unpleasant guys." Slag told.
"Well, at least it will be well keep here at base. A few long lost friends back and a relic without incidents." Max summarized.
"It surely sounds like a good day saying it like that, kid." Sideswipe agreed.
"I will not say that. I've tried to contact Blaster but he has been silent for too long. I fear something may have gone wrong." Ultra Magnus revealed.
"You mean he and the others could be in trouble? We better find out what happened." Seaspray supported.
"Smokescreen, Moonracer, assist the Dinobots retrieve the Axiom Cannon back to base with the humans. Once it's done meet up with the others to check their status."
Before anyone could respond to Optimus, a sudden quake shook the whole place.
"Whoa, what was that?" Smokescreen asked.
"Company!" May alarmed.
At one side of the room part of the wall had been blown, allowing lots of Decepticons to get in.
"They've found us!" Ash shouted.
"Dinobots, hold them off! We will take this out of here." Grimlock instructed taking the cannon.
While the Decepticons focused on the Dinobots, the gang, Moon and Smokey took another route, going ahead to make sure the path was clear while Grimlock carried the cannon the best he could, fortunately his big size and strength helped.
Iris sniffed the air. "I smell fresh air, there must be an exit nearby."
"Look, up ahead." Goh spotted.
"That should be our way out." Moon decided.
But another explosion happened, this time more Vehicons blocked the exit, with Kickback and Hardshell in command.
"Hahaha, going somewhere?"
"Kickback, Hardshell, it's been a while. Remember me?"
"Huh? I don't recall meeting such weird looking Autobot." Hardshell responded.
"Ha, then you wasted your chance. Stay behind, I'll handle this." Grimlock told everyone while pulling out his sword.
The Insecticons gasped in shock, apparently recognizing the weapon.
"No way, way, way. Is...is that...Grimlock?" Kickback spoke.
"You monstrous Dinobot killer, you'll pay for what you did to Sharpshot! Destroy him!" Hardshell ordered in rage.
"Being a while since I battle like this. Don't disappoint me." Grimlock just said.
The Decepticons fired all at the giant Autobot, but Grimlock pulled out a shield which deflected the shots, allowing him to advance toward them without problem. Once near enough he smashed the closest ones with the shield before dealing with the rest with his sword, hitting, slicing, and even crushing them. He even finished one in a brutal way, scaring the remaining ones.
"You haven't changed a bit, Grimlock. How about giving you a little reminder of the past?" Kickback offered while an Insecticon bruiser appeared.
"Oh, I haven't forget it." Grimlock smirked before transforming, grabbing the Insecticon with his jaws and splitting it in two.
"Scrap, he has become stronger than I recall." Hardshell realized.
"I think it's time for us to take our leave." Kickback suggested, right before some rocks fell upon them, burying them.
Grimlock saw it was Moon, Smokescreen and Haxorus the ones who made that move. "Much appreciated."
"Whoa, that was such amazing battling." Goh admired.
"No one is tougher than me. Grimlock is king!"
"King? Really, like Predaking?" Iris whispered.
"No idea. We think it's just a title he put himself." Moonracer responded.
"We better move before they send reinforcements." Clemont recalled.
After a while moving the group reached the Nebel Plateau. They thought about celebrate they made it, but the scene they saw at arriving caused the opposed reaction: Undermine was smashing Bumblebee and Hot Rod against the floor constantly, no idea if for interrogation or simply entertainment, while the others lied on the floor around them.
"Oh no, our friends are in peril." Serena pointed.
"Bee, Hot Rod!" Ash exclaimed.
"Let them go, big Con!" Smokescreen demanded.
"Sure thing, Autobots." Undermine answered throwing them aside. "Now its your turn. Decepticons, destroy those Autobots!"
"Kids, step aside. Go assist the others, we'll take care." Moonracer instructed.
More Vehicon troops arrived, but strangely these just focused on Moonracer and Smokescreen, as they tried to take them apart from Grimlock, leading them to a separated area.
"So you must be the so called Grimlock." Undermine started. "I've been eager to meet you."
"Why? Looking for an autograph? Because I only give physical ones, and bad looking."
"The only thing I want from you is a proper and unforgettable battle, one for always be remembered."
"So you came here, just to battle me?"
"That's why you have harmed our friends?" Goh asked.
"They were just a prelude, even the Predacon. Sincerely, he ended being a huge disappointment." Undermine revealed.
"What have you done to Predaking?!" Iris demanded.
"Nothing as mighty as what awaits you, Grimlock." Undermine answered pulling out a sword similar to Grimlock's.
"You'll pay for that, Con. No one makes little humans sad by harming their friends and let without punishment. Not with me near."
Grimlock charged against Undermine with sword at hand, clashing against his. But the Decepticon already expected this move and pushed it aside, before punching Grimlock in the face. Grimlock was caught by surprise at noticing his opponent to be as strong as he was, right before being kicked backwards. Undermine jumped with intention to nail his sword on his opponent, but Grimlock rolled aside before tackling him to the ground. With his opponent pinned against the floor, Grimlock started punching him repeatedly before changing one of his hands for a spiky bowler, but Undermine blocked it with his own shield of energy, originating from his wrist, before kicking the Dinobot back. Once up again, Undermine performed precise and well-elaborated strikes with his sword: one managed to almost take Grimlock's shield, other made him trip on and other delivered him a cut on the left side of his helmet.
"Such a pity you can't handle your sword in such professional way." Undermine mocked.
Grimlock groaned in anger while his rival charged at him, but he grabbed him by the hands before lifting him in the air. "You may have skills, but I have more than enough strength to share." And ended throwing him high, and hitting him hard before landing, sending him against some rocks.
"Whoa, I didn't know Grimlock was such a powerful warrior." Iris admired.
"That's what made Dinobots so special." Serena added.
"Yeah, go for it, Grimlock!" May cheered. "I should have asked Dawn to borrow her cheerleader outfit."
"Haha, it may suit you well." Clemont opined, thinking he was whispering it, but May overheard him and got a little red.
"Pika pi." Pikachu said, noticing something.
"It appears that Con is not done yet with Grimlock." Ash said, seeing Undermine getting up.
Surprisingly Undermine didn't look frustrated, instead he looked cheered, laughing. "This is what I was looking for, a proper challenge worthy of my new skills. But it's obvious this match will not be decided by our combat abilities, but the fury of our beast instinct."
"If that's what you want, then I will give it to you with most pleasure." Grimlock nodded changing to his alt form.
"Haha, then may the best beast win."
For everyone's surprise, specially Grimlock, Undermine transformed as well, revealing to have a similar alt form as Scorn, but it looked like a little different from him: a more monstrous Spinosaurus pokémon, like if it was mutated.
"Guys...tell me you are seeing the same as I." Serena asked.
"No way." Goh said.
"Is he...another Dinobot?" Clemont added, checking his glasses for in case being dirty.
"No fair, now the Cons have their own Dinobot?! It wasn't enough with the Predacons?!" May protested.
Both opponents circle around, contemplating the other's appearance, until Grimlock roared and charged first. The beast collided, trying to push each other back using their full force, until Grimlock managed to grab Undermine by the neck, shaking him from one side to another, trying to tear metal apart from him. But his opponent didn't give him any chance, managing to break free with his grasp, and preventing his rival from doing it again by scratching his face with his claws. And he didn't stop there, he used them to grab Grimlock's head and take him down before grab him with his own jaws. But Grimlock managed to use his fire breath against Undermine's feet, forcing the Dinocon to step backwards, allowing him to get back on his feet for the next assault. But unfortunately Undermine saw this coming and waited for him to get close enough, and when it was the time he fired his own fire, hitting Grimlock right in the face. With the face covered with scratches and burns, Grimlock couldn't focus enough, allowing Undermine to tackle him down again, and this time he grabbed him with the claws to drag him around the floor against the gang's safe place, almost right at Grimlock's jaws.
"We are not safe here, run!" Ash shouted.
"No fair, that's cheating!" Iris protested while they got away.
"What's wrong, too much to handle on your own?" Undermine mocked. "Tired enough, perhaps to give up?"
"Never, NEVER GIVE UP! GRIMLOCK IS KING!"
Even from a safer distance, the gang couldn't avoid feel anxious at seeing Grimlock was not doing so good: he tried to get up, but Undermine trapped his neck with his jaws and started crushing it, to a point a crack sounded, just like with Predaking. Grimlock's eye suddenly paralyzed before close, and the huge Dinobot fell to the floor. His body lied without movement while Undermine placed his foot upon him.
"You, a king? Then I guess that makes me the highest king of them all. An emperor." Undermine proclaimed before roaring in triumph.
The gang was without words, the strongest Autobot they know of was defeated and lying right in front of them. It was hard for them to hold their tears.
"How could you?! You are gonna pay for that, you beast Con!"
"Iris, wait no!" Clemont pleaded.
But Iris already ran toward Undermine with poke-ball at hand, summoning Haxorus.
"I was gonna save this for an emergency." She said pulling out a Z-Crystal and placing it on her Z-Ring. "But I guess this counts as one."
"Huh? Do you think she's going to do it?" May asked.
"What's happening?" Goh added.
"I think she's going to make a Z-Move." Ash realized.
Indeed, the Z-Crystal started to shine as she and Haxorus performed moves recalling a mouth opening with their hands. It made energy to flow from Iris to her pokémon.
"You want to mess with the dragons? Then here's proof of their power! Show him Haxorus, Devastating Drake!"
Haxorus created a pink orb of energy from which emerged a dragon of energy which flew right at Undermine. That caused a great explosion which shook the whole place, with a huge cloud of smoke right where the Dinocon stood. But a shadow emerged through it, showing he was still there. The attacks left some marks all around the Decepticon, but there was no sign of being seriously affected, which he confirmed roaring at them, which shock everyone.
"He just received a direct hit of a Z-Move and he's still standing?!" Goh exclaimed.
"No doubt he has the same strength as the Dinobots." May reminded.
But Iris and Haxorus were still determined to fight him, so the dragon pokémon charged at him. But that was what Undermine was hoping, because he surprised Haxorus with two slashes of his claws before ending with a swing of his tail. Haxorus was sent against a tree badly hurt.
"Haxorus, are you okay?" Iris asked coming to his aid.
"Iris, watch out!" Serena yelled.
Undermine walked to her, slowly but threatening by showing his teeth. Pikachu tried to draw his attention with Thunderbolt, but even with the attack hitting him the Dinocon didn't show affected which made Pikachu stop in disbelief. For when Iris realized Undermine was going for her, she had him right above her, blocking her possible routes of escape with his huge arms. He looked right at her scared face before roaring at her directly.
"Hey, you!" A brand new familiar voice shouted, making Undermine to look right behind him. There he saw standing a four-legged pokémon, red with golden touches and two appendages on its back forming a circle, looking at him with a face of determination. "You are causing pain and bother to this plateau inhabitants, whatever you are. You better leave now or I will force you."
"Ash look. Is…" Serena started in surprised.
"Yeah, it's Volcanion." Ash expressed in joy.
"Pika."
"Is that a legendary pokémon?" Goh asked.
"Yes. One who we know pretty well." Clemont confirmed.
"Beating the strongest Dinobot, enduring the most powerful attack of the human's creatures and capturing a legendary pokémon? Haha, it must be my lucky day." Undermine proclaimed as he headed to face the new arrived opponent.
"Now it's our chance. Let's go with Grimlock." Clemont instructed.
Volcanion separated his appendages, aimed at the incoming Decepticon, and fired two Hydro Pumps. This seemed just to annoy Undermine, until he used his flamethrower to counter them back, surprising the legendary pokémon. Volcanion stopped firing water and started to charge up his cannons.
"Oh, so it's going to be that? Then we can both play that." Undermine revealed pulling out two huge cannons, one at each side of his body, next to the back's spiked sail.
Once fully charged, Volcanion fired Steam Eruption, which impacted with two energy shots Undermine's cannons fired. While the fight was on, the gang gathered around Grimlock, and well they did, because they realized something.
"He's alive. Not fully conscious, but I can still detect his spark." Clemont reported checking her wrist laptop.
"He's also moving a little. Thank Arceus and Primus." Iris thanked.
"But if we don't do something, Volcanion may end like him or worse." Ash recalled.
"And he may be ended being taken away by the Decepticons." Serena supported.
"Then we need to help the big guy feel better." Goh suggested. "But how heal a huge prehistoric metal pokémon from another world?"
"Leave it to me." Clemont said as he pressed some buttons on his laptop, making some mechanical arms to emerge from his backpack which started to perform reparations on Grimlock's most affected areas. "Just one of Ratchet's modifications."
"Whoa, sometimes you guys make amazing things." May complemented, just when Grimlock's eye opened again.
Back to the fight, the moment when both attacks collided, it made a huge explosion which smoke cloud covered everything. Volcanion tried to search for any clue about his opponent, but Undermine attacked first, pushing him backwards against a boulder. It was shattered in pieces, but Volcanion got the worse part, and Undermine took the chance to immobilize him by crushing him with his foot.
"You are now fighting on another league, meat being. You have no chance against the world's new gods." Undermine mocked.
Suddenly a fire ball hit him on the head, making him release the pokémon. A following roar made him to look at the responsible one: Predaking was back on his feet, standing in front of him, ready for the rematch. Undermine showed his teeth as answer, right before another roar made him look at other side, seeing Grimlock up again and roaring, while the gang behind him with a smile which says 'now you are in a huge trouble'. That's something Undermine didn't expect: the Predacon and Dinobot standing both at his sides facing him together, now it was two against one. Undermine tried to get them at bay with his jaws and claws, but Predaking managed to hit him with the claws on his side. That allowed Grimlock to grab his neck with the jaws and push him at Predaking, who joined as well using his mouth and legs. Undermine used all his force to free himself, but when Predaking got a firm hold on him, he used his wings to take off, taking the Dinocon with him, and throwing him into a nearby lake. They expected the impact to affect him, but Undermine proved them wrong getting out of the water after swimming very well. Predaking looked at Grimlock while showing him his neck charging up, so he nodded. Both kings faced back at their common foe and fired their flamethrowers at full power. Undermine tried to counter them with his own, but he was now in a disadvantage, specially when Volcanion joined them with Overheat. Suddenly Undermine felt someone hitting him below him, revealing to be Strike attacking with his feet, the other Dinobots joined at last, except Snorkel who was assisting the Autobots. Slash and Spitter jumped on Undermine's back to attack him where he couldn't reach, while Swoop attacked from above. That got Undermine distracted, allowing Sludge to hit him hard with his tail and Scorn bit him on the neck. Undermine tried to counterattack, but his face was hit over and over again by Snarl and Slam's tails and Slag's horns. There was a moment Undermine managed to shake Slash and Spitter off him and proceed to bite them, but Snorkel, now back with her team, pulled out a lance which used to block Undermine's mouth. With the combined efforts of everyone, Undermine was now against the ropes, surrounded and overwhelmed. He simply roared at them as sign of defiance.
"Now who's ready to surrender?" Iris mocked.
"Wanna bet, insect?"
Everyone got surprised at who said that, right before a storm of shots and explosive projectiles rained over them, forcing them to take cover and the Autobots to cover the gang. When they saw who was firing…
"What? Onslaught?!" Bumblebee recognized, seeing a robust Decepticon with cannons on his back, alongside four other Cons: one which looked like a tank, other with car parts, other which body resembled a helicopter and other with a flyer body.
"Missed us, Autobots? Then surely you will have missed this too." The Decepticon in charge said as two of his companions jumped in front of them, between the group and Undermine.
Before landing, the two Decepticons transformed completely, but not in vehicles. Instead they formed some huge legs, which in next Onslaught jumped into and transformed, forming some body with its own head. The other remaining Cons transformed approaching the sides, turning into what seemed the arms of a much bigger robot, formed by all those five.
"Oh scrap." Bumblebee cursed.
"What...just happened?" May wondered.
"Everyone, fall back!" Hot Rod commanded.
One of the massive new robot's hands turned to a huge flamethrower which unleashed a storm of flames, creating a fire line separating them. The Autobots tried to fire at it, but its other hand deployed what was the helicopter's blades and made them swing at high speed, acting like a shield. While this happened a ground bridge portal opened behind, allowing Undermine to retreat alongside the huge robot.
"This is not the end Grimlock, you just got lucky. We shall meet again, and then we will see who is the mightiest." Undermine swore with a roar before disappearing into the portal with the huge robot.
With the threat gone the group could finally breath in relief, except that Volcanion was still looking at the Autobots with mistrust.
Fortunately Ash noticed this. "Easy Volcanion. These are our friends, they're good. You can believe us."
Volcanion was not used to trust unfamiliar faces, specially not pokémon. But since he knew there could be good humans like Ash, he decided to let it go. "Alright Ash. If you said they are fine, then I believe you."
"It has been nice seeing you again. Take care." Serena saluted.
"Grimlock, are you okay?" Snarl asked.
"You don't look fine."
"I'm fine, Snorkel. Just...a few scratches." Grimlock responded, having a hard time standing.
"That fight has been too much for him." Moonracer noticed.
"We need to patch him up, fast." Slag agreed.
"As well everyone here." Smokescreen added looking at the other Autobots. "Blaster, please take us home."
Moments later, everyone was back at base, welcomed by the rest of the team. The injured ones formed a line to the medical chamber waiting to be attended, while Clemont and Fixit tried to heal one on their own.
"I didn't expect to see so many of our own gathered, you've been busy Optimus." Grimlock said in pain lying on a medical berth.
"Glad to have you back, old friend."
"Are you sure?"
"Completely Elita. It was them." Bumblebee was discussing with her and Magnus.
"They also showed their combined form." Hot added.
"Who are they referring to?" Bonnie wondered while she and Max stood next the Dinobots.
"I bet about the new Decepticons who appeared so sudden." Ash deduced.
"They aren't ordinary Decepticons guys, those were the Combaticons." Smokescreen started.
"The Combaticons?" Dawn asked.
"Who are they?" Ritchie added.
"A group of elite Decepticons, formed by five different individuals, each expert on a different field. Brawl, Swindle, Blast Off, Vortex and their leader Onslaught." Windblade explained.
"And how they managed to combined into a much bigger robot?" Serena recalled.
"They did what?!" Max asked in disbelief.
"That's because Bruticus, their combined form, is a gestal, also known as combiner, the result of the combination of some specific cybertronians. The Combaticons were the most notorious group known of such ability." Blaster told.
"So cybertronians can also combine to form a bigger and powerful robot?" Misty asked.
"Not exactly. Only a few groups have been known of such ability. Besides those were Motormaster's Stunticons and the Constructicons." Ultra Magnus named.
"Well fear nothing for the last ones boss, Devastator was brought down by the forces of Team Alien, surprisingly." Warpath revealed.
"And with just Drag Strip to account for and the mess Misbelwy left of poor Breakdown, I doubt mister King of the Road can bring back big and mighty Menasor." Wheeljack pointed.
"Still, the presence of those five here is really troublesome."
"Indeed Sunstreaker." Optimus agreed joining them. "Those elite combatants arrival and the sudden revealing of have created a Decepticon capable of standing against Grimlock and Predaking are disturbing facts that our enemies may have achieved more power even than before. And who knows for what goals they would be used for."
"Or what master plan could they have in mind." Elita finished.
"That Con was strong, and tough. I need to be more tough, and stronger."
"We wall need to be stronger, old friend." Optimus supported putting a hand on his shoulder.
Ratchet was checking Grimlock and the other Dinobots' condition when something caught his attention. "What is this? Optimus, come here. You are not going to believe this."
At the same time, the Combaticons returned back to the Nemesis, where they were greeted by Xiaxus and Darkscream, to who they bowed.
"It's good to have you back, Combaticons." Xiaxus greeted.
"It's an honor to serve under you once again, Straxus. Also it surprises me the fact Starscream is leading next to you." Onslaught noticed.
"Em, I think it's Darkscream now, boss." Vortex whispered.
"I know we had our little hardships in the past, Onslaught, but for the sake of the future of the Decepticon cause we all must let it go and make our best to contribute to it." Darkscream apologized.
"Wow, Star- I mean, Darkscream actually apologized for what he did? Now that's a surprise." Blast Off said.
"It seems a lot happened while we were out." Swindle added.
"Anyway, we're glad to have you back. Welcome back home." Xiaxus summarized.
"Also, we are pleased with our new formidable warrior, who has proven himself against that Autobot beast Grimlock. You have done it well, Undermine." Darkscream congratulated.
"What?! But he didn't destroy him." Darksteel complained.
"And he was cornered. He would have been forced to fall back it if wasn't for these five and their secret trick." Hardshell added.
"No, but he managed to beat him alone, and Predaking too. Something you three didn't manage, proving his superiority to Insecticons, even Predacons. Shockblast managed to create a perfect beast machine super soldier, for once." Darkscream compared, causing both Predacons and Insecticons to look at the Dinocon jealous, while most of the Decepticons, even Vehicons, looked at him with admiration, something he enjoyed.
"Speaking of the doctor, where is he?" Skywarp asked.
"He went with Knock Out and others to check those coordinates. They should be reporting back by now." Thundercracker reminded.
In that moment they got a sound of incoming call.
"Shatter here, we are in the facility."
"Copy that. What do you see?" Spacestream asked.
"It seems like another of those Team Alien facilities." Nightbird reported. "But the curious thing is this one seems...incomplete."
"Yes, and for I'm seeing here in the base's register, it was supposed to be some secret research facility, hidden in the Orange Archipelago." Stinger added checking the base's main terminal.
"Research? For what?" Roadkill wondered.
In the base, Shockblast found something suspicious: there was a curious machine with some kind of green fire-like energy contained inside, and a letter on the glass saying 'Caution, high radiation inside'. He also checked the terminal attacked to it and decided to push his luck pressing some buttons.
"Em Shockblast, I would not touch anything of this place if I were you." Knock Out warned.
Too late, the machine turned on and did what it was designed too. The only change it showed was the energy of the inside turned purple, and seemed more unstable, but fortunately it was still contained. Immediately the terminal showed some data readings.
"What is that?" Shatter asked.
"Here says 'Dragon Force manipulation experiment'." Nightbird rode. "What is it mean?"
"Beats me." Dropkick said shrugging his shoulders.
"I see. Hum.." Shockblast murmured while checking the results.
"Shockblast?" Stinger called.
"Darkscream, I think I have found the solution of our current problem." The Decepticon scientist called by com-link.
"What? Please Shockblast, enlighten me."
"Even if the facility wasn't finished yet, the human scientists were attempting some experiments on a power source called Dragon Force, which is said is present on all this planet. It appears to be some invisible energy capable of infusing life."
"Just like the Omega Lock." Knock Out recalled.
"Could you get to the point?" Darkscream hurried.
"These experiments revealed that this energy can be corrupted, reversing its nature to a destructive one. This discovery is due from an unusual occurrence which took place somewhere on Unova. They performed it repeatedly, registering its energy parameters, and compared with another similar energy reading they recovered. Hum, interesting."
"What? What is it?!"
"By examining the results they obtained, it is possible, if not still confirmed...Darkscream, I believe what the humans made here could lead us to the elaboration…of a synthetic form of dark energon."
"Wow wow, hold right there. Are you saying we could create our own version of the Blood of Unicron?" Ion Storm recalled.
"A synthetic dark energon?" Slipstream repeated.
"Of course, void of the side effects coming from its direct link to Unicron." Shockblast finished.
Once he ended processing the whole information, Darkscream smirked. "This is such a discovery. Then our master plan can get back on track."
