Spyro, Whirlwind, Ronald, Cynder, Sunburn, Camo, and Zap, along with Ignitus, Aquafa, Terrador, Minerallayas, Dozer, Skyla, Liefvos, Siltia, Volteer, Rimenill, Cyril, Galvana, Rolife, Deathsa, Zodeath, and Lifeya, were on the Temple Area.
Then the ground started shaking.
"What's happening?" Spyro asked.
"We don't know but we better go back to the Destroyer." Ronald and Cynder said.
Spyro, Whirlwind, Ronald, Cynder, Sunburn, Camo, and Zap, along with Ignitus, Aquafa, Terrador, Minerallayas, Dozer, Skyla, Liefvos, Siltia, Volteer, Rimenill, Cyril, Galvana, Rolife, Deathsa, Zodeath, and Lifeya, flew off into the sky and headed to the ledge where they are able to see the Destroyer.
Spyro, Whirlwind, Ronald, Cynder, Sunburn, Camo, and Zap, along with Ignitus, Aquafa, Terrador, Minerallayas, Dozer, Skyla, Liefvos, Siltia, Volteer, Rimenill, Cyril, Galvana, Rolife, Deathsa, Zodeath, and Lifeya, flew down and landed on the ground.
"What is happening to it?" Spyro asked.
"We don't know but it's most peculiar." Ignitus and Aquafa said.
Then a purple glow flashed through the Destroyer's eyes.
Then the Destroyer got back up.
"No." Ignitus and Aquafa said.
Then the Destroyer ran off and completed the belt of fire.
Then Spyro, Whirlwind, Ronald, Cynder, Sunburn, Camo, and Zap turned around.
"Ignitus and Aquafa… What do we do?" Spyro asked.
"There is no more that can be done." Ignitus and Aquafa said.
"Listen to us. There is not much time. Everyone must get to shelter." Ignitus and Aquafa said.
"What about the outlying populations? And there are countless still inside the Mystical City! They need to be warned!" Whirlwind said.
"The Underground City… Ignitus and Aquafa, there are endless caves down there! We saw them! We can lead them there!" Spyro said.
"No, we need you, Spyro, Whirlwind, Ronald, Cynder, Sunburn, Camo, and Zap, with us." Ignitus and Aquafa said.
"Hunter, send your falcons to the outlying regions and realms and tell them to get beneath the surface as deep as they can. Go! All of you!" Ignitus and Aquafa said.
"You two are up to something!" Terrador and Minerallayas said.
"Terrador and Minerallayas, go with the others. There will be panic and disorder so two strong leaders are needed. We will find our way once we get Spyro, Whirlwind, Ronald, Cynder, Sunburn, Camo, and Zap through the Belt Of Fire." Ignitus and Aquafa said.
"Ignitus and Aquafa, why don't we do this? The fate of the eggs was our fault for leaving the temple so why don't we do this?" Rolife and Zodeath asked.
"Are you sure?" Ignitus and Aquafa said.
"Yes, we are." Rolife and Zodeath said.
"Well, we are going too." Deathsa and Lifeya said.
"Why?" Ignitus and Aquafa asked.
"Well, because the ones who are asking to do this thing are our respective spouses and it's also our duty to protect younglings from harsh environments and help them on our quest so we will do this too." Deathsa and Lifeya said
"Okay, then you, Spyro, Whirlwind, Ronald, Cynder, Sunburn, Camo, and Zap, stay here with Rolife, Deathsa, Zodeath, and Lifeya. We'll go to Peace Town and inform the Peace Guild and the citizens there about the situation and to tell the rest of the legendary creatures about the situation here and to hide deep beneath the surface and then, after they done that, they must hide themselves deep beneath the surface and then we'll inform the Realm Dragons about the situation and to go to the other cities and to tell the citizens there about the situation here and to hide deep beneath the surface." Ignitus and Aquafa said.
"We'll be the strong leaders that the citizens need." Terrador and Minerallayas said.
"That's good to hear." Ignitus and Aquafa said.
"But what about you, Rolife, Deathsa, Zodeath, and Lifeya?" Terrador and Minerallayas asked.
"Don't worry about it, we'll be fine. We'll find our way back once we get Spyro, Whirlwind, Ronald, Cynder, Sunburn, Camo, and Zap through the Belt Of Fire." Rolife, Deathsa, Zodeath, and Lifeya said.
Then Ignitus, Aquafa, Terrador, Minerallayas, Dozer, Skyla, Liefvos, Siltia, Volteer, Rimenill, Cyril, Galvana flew into the sky and headed to their destinations while Hunter and his allies ran to their destinations.
"We have to confront Malefor, don't we?" Spyro asked.
"We see no other way. The belt is weakened, and this may be our only chance to break through." Rolife, Deathsa, Zodeath, and Lifeya said.
"Yeah… If we aren't incinerated first." Whirlwind said.
"Oh, come on. That doesn't sound so bad. We've been through worse… right?" Sparx said.
"Sparx… You can't come with me." Spyro said.
"What? But I always go with you." Sparx said.
"Spyro is right… You wouldn't survive in there." Rolife, Deathsa, Zodeath, and Lifeya said.
"You need to make sure that the others reach the Underground City in time. You've been there before. You can guide them." Spyro said.
"It's important, Sparx." Whirlwind said.
"But you need me!" Sparx said.
"Right now, there are others that need you more." Spyro said.
"Whirlwind, you have to promise me that you will look after him. We've… We've been through a lot together." Sparx said.
"I promise." Whirlwind said.
Then Sparx flew four steps forward.
Spyro, Whirlwind, Ronald, Cynder, Sunburn, Camo, and Zap, along with Rolife, Deathsa, Zodeath, and Lifeya, flew off into the sky and flew eight steps forward and then turned around.
"Be careful, Sparx." Spyro said.
Then Sparx turned around.
"Hey, it's me. Being careful is all I know." Sparx said as he waved bye.
Then Spyro, Whirlwind, Ronald, Cynder, Sunburn, Camo, and Zap, along with Rolife, Deathsa, Zodeath, and Lifeya, turned around and continued flying as Sparx still waved bye before he turned around and went to help the others who needed him more.
Then Spyro, Whirlwind, Ronald, Cynder, Sunburn, Camo, and Zap, along with Rolife, Deathsa, Zodeath, and Lifeya, flew down and landed on the rock close to the fire.
"We should be able to offer some protection from the heat. Stay close to us." Rolife, Deathsa, Zodeath, and Lifeya said.
Then Rolife, Deathsa, Zodeath, and Lifeya created a gem shield that surrounded them and Spyro, Whirlwind, Ronald, Cynder, Sunburn, Camo, and Zap.
Then Spyro, Whirlwind, Ronald, Cynder, Sunburn, Camo, and Zap, along with Rolife, Deathsa, Zodeath, and Lifeya, walked and entered the Belt Of Fire but as they walked, Rolife, Deathsa, Zodeath, and Lifeya were in pain of using that shield but they still kept walking despite that until they got halfway of it because the shield went off.
Then Rolife, Deathsa, Zodeath, and Lifeya turned the shield on again.
"Rolife, Deathsa, Zodeath, and Lifeya, let's turn back! There has got to be another way!" Spyro said.
"Spyro, Whirlwind, Ronald, Cynder, Sunburn, Camo, and Zap, we've never done right by either of you… Allow us to do this." Rolife, Deathsa, Zodeath, and Lifeya said.
"What are you four saying?" Spyro asked.
"Our paths end here. But yours lies beyond here. Draw strength from each other and follow your heart, soul, and mind. They will never fail you. Now go!" Rolife, Deathsa, Zodeath, and Lifeya said as they created a short shield around Spyro, Whirlwind, Ronald, Cynder, Sunburn, Camo, and Zap and used their tails to knock them into the area of the Secret Temple before they died as the shield around Spyro, Whirlwind, Ronald, Cynder, Sunburn, Camo, and Zap went off before they all fell on the ground.
Then Spyro, Whirlwind, Ronald, Cynder, Sunburn, Camo, and Zap got back up and then turned around.
"Rolife, Deathsa, Zodeath, and Lifeya… No!!!!!" Spyro said.
"Spyro, stop! It's too late! You can't do anything for them now!" Whirlwind said.
"No, they aren't gone…" Spyro said.
"Spyro… let it go." Whirlwind said.
Then Spyro turned into Dark Spyro again.
"No!" Dark Spyro said.
"No! Spyro don't!" Whirlwind said as Dark Spyro went up in the sky.
"You can't stop me!" Dark Spyro said.
"You're right, Spyro. Only you can do that. Please, Spyro. Don't do this." Whirlwind said.
Then Dark Spyro calmed down and turned back to regular Spyro.
Then Spyro went back down to the ground.
Then Whirlwind walked up to Spyro.
"We have to go on. They wanted us to." Whirlwind said.
"It wasn't supposed to be like this. I feel so alone." Spyro said.
"You're not alone." Whirlwind said.
Then Spyro and Whirlwind nuzzled.
Then twenty seconds later, Spyro and Whirlwind stopped nuzzling.
"Spyro, you forgot that you have us and we will be with you too so you're not alone like Whirlwind said." Ronald, Cynder, Sunburn, Camo, and Zap said.
"You're right." Spyro said.
"Now, we should go." Ronald and Cynder said.
"Right." Spyro said.
