"Here you go, sweetie," Ladybug smiled as Cat handed the young child a goody bag for being good. "Your so good at this," Cat whispered. "What's your secret?" "Oh, trust me, this is easy compared to my baby-sitting charges and a lot of coffee." Cat laughed. "I know coffee was involved!"

Ladybug crossed her arms, her pretty face slipping into a pout. "You'd say the same thing!" she huffed. "Expect your magic word is catnip!" "Oh, no!" Cat said. "I am good to be a good boy and then I will get lots of treats at Christmas." "Um, love? You do realize you have to be good for a whole year, not just at Christmas, right?" Cat gave a mock gasp of shock. "A whole year! With this naughty tail? I should think not!" "Maybe your charm-meowing personality will make up for it?" Ladybug asked, innocently. Cat opened one eye. "Did you just…." "Yeah, that's right," Ladybug smirked. "I just made a pun!"

"Hey, that's my thing!" Ladybug groaned and itched at the Santa beard. "Why is this beard so itchy? I can't believe I lost the coin flip!" "Hey, someone had to be the elf, and you were getting distracted by Adrien Agreste's new poster."

"Excuse me?" The duo turned to see a small girl, holding a Cat Noir doll. "Is it my turn?" "Yes, yes, up you come. Now, what would you like for Christmas?"

Two hours later, Ladybug sighed in silent relief. The line was almost gone, and she could take a well deserved nap! After the last kid had gone, Cat plopped down in her lap. "Um, what do you think your doing-oof! When are you going to lay off the chocolate?" "Never. And doesn't this elf get to tell Santa what-" Cat's voice trailed off as he spotted something in the distance. "What do you see?" Ladybug asked, "And behave. This is no time for yarn balls." "Santa!" Cat cried, with a happy meow.

"I'm Santa, your goof! What are you calling me a impostor?" "No, look!"

Oh, cheese and crackers, Ladybug would recognize the man in a red suit similar to hers anywhere. It was her father and mother! She'd forgotten her parents had told Ladybug and Cat they would be stopping by. Cat reached down and grabbed a sign that read: "I'm Santa's Favorite Elf!" "You are a such a suck-up! Would you do anything for a doughnut?" "Watch me."

"Hello, dears," Mama Cheng said, and Cat leaped off her lap, and Ladybug breathed a sigh of relief. "You've been working so hard, we brought you a treat." Cat's eyes gleamed at the word "treat."

"Starbucks for Ladybug, and milk and a doughnut for Cat," she smiled. "Thank you," she said, glaring at her partner and blushing hard. "Now, Cat, Marinette asked you to dinner, and if your schedule allows it, we'd love to have you."

Cat promised to be their with a bell on, which made Ladybug groan. Then she giggled.

After her parents left, and the scene was cleaned up, she gave Cat a hug and kiss. "Hey," she said, softly as she held his hands. "Naughty or not, you'll always be my favorite elf." Cat leaned forward, kissing her nose. "And you'll always be my favorite Bugaboo."
