CHAPTER 4

Moonwatcher and Clare had just arrived at Hogwarts. There, Clare was to learn about witchcraft and wizardry from the best professors in the World of Literature. As Clare was a bit nervous, she still held her head up high, hoping she could train to be a great warrior of melee and magic. However, when Clare tried to get in, the door was locked.

"Strange." said Moonwatcher. "It was open just yesterday, and everything was fine."

"I wonder what could have happened…" wondered Clare.

"Ah, ha!" said a voice from a distance.

"Sherlock Holmes? John Watson?" asked Clare.

"Ah, you know us well, do you, young one?" asked Sherlock Holmes.

"I've been reading the books you two are from ever since I was in the sixth grade." Clare said.

"Sorry about that, Sherlock." said Moonwatcher. "This is Clare. She is from the real world, and she is set to take back the World of Literature from Jadis the White Witch's winterous curse."

"I see." said John Watson.

"So…any idea about why Hogwarts is closed?" asked Clare. "I tried opening the door, but…..it's not unlocked. Any idea why?"

"Ah, yes…the White Witch…she and Lord Voldemort placed Hogwarts under a depressing curse, and threw out almost everyone." said Sherlock Holmes.

"What?!" asked Moonwatcher. "How did I not know of this sooner?!"

"And I have to train to become a melee and magic user! Witchcraft! Wizardry! Fighting with weapons, that is!" Clare exclaimed. "Mr. Holmes, can you do any of those things?"

"Clare, I'm just a detective, not a witch, wizard, or warrior." said Sherlock Holmes. "But there are plenty of resources at the local library in our humble literature world."

"Where is this place?" asked Clare.

"It's north of here, but you'll need a flier to wake you there." Moonwatcher said. "Unfortunately, I cannot do it myself."

"Why not?" Clare asked.

"Because I have pressing matters to attend to." Moonwatcher responded.

As Moonwatcher turned around and gave a whistle, Glory, a RainWing and former Dragonet of Destiny, swooped down with Doctor Foster.

"Doctor Foster! Glory! Good timing." said Moonwatcher.

"Sorry for the long delay, Moonwatcher." said Glory. "Doctor Foster had to cure Little Red Riding Hood after she tried to fight off wolves."

"I see." said Moonwatcher.

"She should be alright by tomorrow." said Doctor Foster. "And who is this outsider? She doesn't look like us."

"My name's Clare." said Clare as she introduced herself to Glory and Doctor Foster. "I'm from the real world."

"I see." said Doctor Foster.

"Clare's the one who's going to be helping us gather up an army to take back the World of Literature." said Aslan.

"Aslan!" said Moonwatcher. "Where have you run off to after we got here?"

"Unfortunately, I was speaking with a few people and fighting off some bandits." Aslan said. "As for the bandits…it is done."

"I see." said Clare. "Wait…the bandits are done, right?"

"The deed is done." responded Aslan.

"Aslan, I was going to take Clare to the local library up north from here, but we need Luna to take Clare." Moonwatcher said.

"I'll find her." said Aslan.

"Here I am!" Luna shouted from the sky.

"Yay!" said Clare.

"I'll see you later, Moonwatcher." said Luna.

"Bye-bye!" said Moonwatcher.

Luna later flew off to the skies to the local library north from Hogwarts, with Clare on her back. By that very point, Clare was definitely going to become a great fighter of the World of Literature. But she wondered if she could outsmart Jadis the White Witch and the other literature villains with her soon-to-be powerful skills. Clare was definitely destined to give the World of Literature back its peace it rightfully deserves.
