"And that's everything that happened to me during my first year Chiron," Harry finished retelling every significant event he underwent at Hogwarts. After getting back to Camp Halfblood, Chiron had asked to speak with Harry as he was one of the few who would for the next few years reside outside the safety of the camp borders for more than he was here. It was important to ensure that things in the young demi-god's life weren't too difficult when he was on his own.

Stroking his beard in quiet contemplation, the wise centaur finally exhaled. Standing up he walked over to his window that overlooked the camp and the demi-gods running around it. "You've given me a lot to think about," he finally said to the norse goddess' son.

"Did I do the right thing sir, when I murdered Snape?" Harry asked because while Frigga had mentioned that Severus was in Niflheimr, that wasn't saying he was absolved with his action in sending him there. That and the morality of the gods weren't always in alignment with the mortals.

"No…" Chiron responded with a pause. "But it wasn't the wrong thing to do either."

Harry heard the clopping of hooves as Chiron walked around his office. "From what you have said, this man was an abhorrent human being who, had mortal justice been dealt out properly, would never have been in that castle to begin with. His treatment of you and those under his care meant that he was bound for some unpleasant afterlife."

"But I'm the one who took the blade to him," Harry questioned where the centaur was going with this.

"And while I don't believe it should have been your responsibility to do so, you cannot fully bear the blame of your actions. To learn of a man who wished for the things that he did, your anger and vengeance was understandable. But what I want, is that you learn more control, you have now seen the effect of letting your anger guide your hand. Whether that is the action you still wish to take, then that is on you and your conscience, but I do not wish for you to have regrets."

"Thank you Chiron," Harry nodded his head. "I think I understand what you mean."

"Even if not entirely, you will in time, as everyone does," Chiron responded. "As for your divine lineage, I would like to be the first to congratulate you on discovering your mother's identity."

A soft smile crossed Harry's lips as he thought about his mom. He was still full of joy knowing her and that she knew of him. "Is me not being a child of an Olympian going to be a problem?"

"No, not at all," Chiron shook his head. "This camp is a haven for all demi-gods, although there may be some changes on trips as you would not have a need to go to Mount Olympus with the other campers. I could speak with the Olympians so they may begin talks with the Aesir if something similar is done."

"But my mom's in trouble with Odin?" Harry rebutted because from what Frigga said, the Allfather was not happy that Sol had possibly shifted the balance.

"That is why it will be left up to the gods to sort out, you are still a child and visitation is something that the adults should handle," Chiron smiled as he walked over to the door of his office. "Now you can run back to your chores, training and friends in camp to tell them of your discovery. I'm sure they will be happy to hear you learned of your parentage."

Smiling and thanking the immortal centaur for his time Harry did go off.

Shutting the door, Chiron sighed as he went to his desk to write on some enchanted paper. "What is going on in that school and why is the headmaster so fixated on Harry? Could he know about his nature or is there something else in play?" leaning back Chiron knew that something wasn't adding up but he wasn't in a position to directly interfere. "But there are still some who I can call upon."

Harry hit the dirt hard enough that he skid. "Come on punk, you have to do better than that," an older demi-god said as Harry pushed himself up and charged back in. His swings were deflected and he was hit in the back by a leg locking spell.

Panting Harry flicked his wand to cancel the spell and block the downward stroke headed for his neck. He struggled before realizing he was in a losing position. "I yield," he said regretfully.

"You must learn to improve on stopping the spell before it hits you and taking control of the fight," Chiron said as he supervised Harry's sparring with two older campers. It wasn't an easy task for someone who still had much growing to do themselves but he could see the determination in the child.

Nodding his head Harry was helped up by his sparring partner, a larger son of Ares was down to fight most anyone and it hadn't been much of an issue to find one of the older witches in the camp to hurl some spells at him to make the fight that much harder.

However Chiron noticed that while still throwing himself into his training, there was a sluggishness in the Nordic demi-god's motions, something was clearly troubling him that he could not focus entirely upon the fight he was in. "I will call an end to this before someone gets hurt," he said suddenly making the children pause, it was not often that the centaur put a stop to simple training. "Harry, come along with me for a walk."

Letting out a sigh, Harry stowed his weapon and wand in their appropriate holsters and hurried to catch up with the counselor. "You are distracted, I had seen you when you first came back. There was conviction and dedication in your training, but over the past few weeks you have changed. Would you like to discuss with me what it is that bothers you?"

Harry rubbed his arm. "It's just that well sir, the uh girls, my friends, the ones that I…" Harry stammered with a blush on his face before clearing his throat.

"They haven't written me once," Harry lamented. "I thought they would send letters or, maybe even just something. Did I do something wrong?"

Chiron stopped in his tracks before turning to look at the child. "I am going to be completely honest with you, I have been tending this camp for centuries and in all that time, I still have no idea what goes on inside the heads of teenagers. It's like every so often, you all change. Right now I have multiple campers asking me if I can get them a Sonic the Hedgehog. I do not know what that is and I wish they would stop asking me."

"But from what you have said to me, I do not believe those witches would simply forget nor abandon you, I will inquire with Hermes about any late parcels for you and if you wish to know more about the workings of the teenage girl's mind, then discuss with the daughters of Aphrodite," Chiron suggested that he spend some time getting advice from them on how to handle those young ladies.

Nodding his head, Harry thanks the centaur who went over to his cabin to speak to Hermes since he handled most of the mail for the divine. "And you are certain that they have been sending out letters?" Chiron asked the god on the other end of the phone.

A ruggedly handsome man in a brown UPS polo and khakis. "I am checking the ledger right now, and unless they specifically paid for the Do Not Inspect package deal, then someone's stolen the mail in transit."

Chiron stroked his beard while sitting back in his chair. "That's unusual, is there anything you can do on your end to stop this?"

"Sure I can. I'm not really a big fan of stealing people's mail, that's why I made the Postal Inspection Service, because it makes me PISSED OFF," Hermes bellowed as he slammed down the receiver to find the next letter going out and ensure that whoever has been taking it didn't like where they ended up.

Chiron shrugged and turned to the window to overlook the campers and wished the person who drew the god's ire the best because they were fickle and spiteful, a crack of thunder overhead had the centaur looking up at his ceiling. "I'm allowed to think it," he shouted towards the heavens.

Dobby meanwhile was shivering frightfully as he was in a chair in a quite normal looking muggle office, the letter he had still stuck to his hand and he couldn't let go of it, no matter how much he struggled nor could he simply disapparate away from the man who had captured him. "Dobby will not tell you anything," the house elf said the man who was sipping from a coffee mug that said world's best boss on it.

"Dobby, I'm not the bad guy here, I just want to know why you're messing with the mail. That's really naughty," Hermes said to the elf.

"I must though, Harry Potter must not go back to Hogwarts," Dobby screeched. "Harry Potter is in danger."

"But why mess with the mail?" Hermes inquired why his domain had to be trifled with to accomplish this.

"If Harry Potter believes his friends have forgotten him, then he will not wish to return," Dobby squeaked out a reply, surprising himself that he'd even spoken at all. "Oh Dobby is a bad elf, Dobby must be punished."

"Don't need none of that," Hermes shook his head. House Elves were always little weirdos in his opinion, like caffeinated cherubs that took everything to an unnecessary extreme. "Now, you just hand me over any letters you took and I can send you on your way. I'll even do you a favor and tell Mr. Potter that he's in danger myself."

Dobby didn't think the smile the man was beaming at him was entirely genuine, this human seemed like a troublemaker, a roguish sort if he ever saw one, but what Dobby couldn't do was break whatever powerful magics he had placed. With a relenting sigh Dobby nodded his head. "Thank you Dobby," Hermes said as he patted the house elf on the head, releasing him and with a snap the elf had popped out and gone back to wherever he had originally been.

Being handed a stack of letters at dinner had eased Harry's worry, of course because he had been talking to many of the girls at camp to help him understand Tonks, Merula and Tulip better had the result that many demi-gods let out squeals of delight that Harry's 'girlfriends' were writing to him. Doing his best to ignore the teasing Harry read the letters and could see that instead of getting angry that he wasn't responding they were worried that something dreadful had happened to him since they knew that You-Know-Who was still out there.

"It's going to take a few days for Hedwig to get a letter back to them to tell them I'm okay," Harry realized as one of them was an invitation to go shopping for the new years school supplies, a list that the older magicals at camp had gone over once he explained to them that Voldemort was still around and if they had any ideas of how to prepare for that. Of course their response to the litany of fluffy fictional printings by the new defense professor had garnered ire from the witches and wizards who had told Harry to ignore that entirely and gotten him all sorts of new books, some a few years beyond him but it would at least give him better knowledge than in their words were, barfarific writings even Aphrodite's kids wouldn't stomach.

Deciding that even though he had been taken to the American shopping centers it would still be nice to spend the weekend with the girls and go around Diagon with them. But he'd have to get the letters to them quickly and find a way to get back to London in time. "If you pay the price you can get them sent express overnight, a few drachma will get it done," one of the older campers informed Harry.

"Thanks," Harry said after being reminded of that avenue, he'd have to go to his trunk which now kept a larger assortment of oddities and a growing amount of currency, because he needed American dollars for the mortal streets around them, British pounds for the same reason, galleons for the magical side of things and drachma for any to do with the divine. The exchange rates were frustrating to keep in mind for him as well.

After placing the drachma on the letters he needed to send out to the three girls back in Britain his next trouble would be negotiating travel with Chiron back to London.

"I'm sure we could make it work, but are you sure that you do not wish to arrange portkeys Harry," Chiron wondered after Harry brought up that he might prefer to just take a plane.

"Yeah, I did not enjoy it all that much taking all of those portkeys, especially having to leave in the middle of the night just to be there during the day, when he could just take a nonstop flight over the Atlantic and sleep most of the trip.

"Very well, I can arrange for something like that, but you'll need to be careful again after you are outside the camp's protection in the mortal world. Even if you are safer in the magical areas, there is still a chance," Chiron reminded that a monster could still come after him, more so now because he was getting older and stronger.

"I promise to be safe," Harry said as he hurried to go pack, the flight would be leaving in a few hours and Harry needed to get ready.

The girls had been brought to Heathrow by Mr. Tonks to await Harry's arrival. They were relieved after they got their first letter back from him explaining that someone had been tampering with his mail and he was going to be coming to London to spend the weekend with them.

Coming off of the plane with his trunk behind him, it didn't take long for Harry to see the bright pink mohawk in the sea of mundane styles. Pushing through the crowd Harry managed a few steps before getting swept up in an ever growing hug.

"Come on girls, let the poor lad breath," Ted chuckled as they put him back on the ground and he leaned over to offer his hand. "Been keeping your nose out of trouble, or frankly swords out of people?"

"Yeah, as much as can be expected," Harry shook the offered limb. "How are things with your firm?"

Ted snorted. "Hectic, but we can talk more in the car. Need me to get your trunk?"

Harry instead hefted the weighty box onto his shoulder. "No worries, I got it."

"Quite right," Ted nodded as he had forgotten that Harry was unbelievably strong for his age.

Once back in the vehicle, Ted started the engine and took off back towards London. "As for the legal troubles you found yourself in, my firm is having quite a field day. A lot of work."

"Oh, I'm sorry about that," Harry apologized because he remembered his uncle always grumbling about people making more work for him.

"No need to apologize, it's quite nice to do more than filing, as your lead attorney I've gotten to be front and center for this entire thing," Ted quickly responded. It was even possible that he'd make partner for this, something he never dreamed of being a muggleborn at a pureblood law firm. Bringing in The-Boy-Who-Lived as a client along with Sirius Black's possible innocence of which he was also representing as a favor to his wife, the fallout of the ministry sending a pureblood lord to Azkaban without trial was really making a name for himself.

"Then I'm glad for you sir," Harry smiled after being assured he wasn't causing more problems for other people.

"You aren't quite out of the woods yet, there is still some concerns about your behavior in the school but Madam Bones seems to want to hold off a full Wizengamot trial for that business with Severus, for the time being," Ted reminded that Harry wasn't free and clear just yet.

"But enough about boring jobs, Harry what happened over the summer, we were really worried that You-Know-Who got to you," Merula jumped into the conversation. She had been fretting over not hearing from him after writing the letters.

"Just a bit of an issue with someone tampering with my mail, I did manage to get it all though, so I'm sorry for scaring any of you," Harry said and opened an arm for a hug if Merula wanted one.

"My parents didn't like that you suddenly stopped communicating with us," Tulip added. She had spoken with her parents about what happened at the end of the year because they were both aurors under Madam Bones and while she wasn't sure what they told their boss. But it was possible that the head of the DMLE was keeping Harry's trial on hold indefinitely while she looked into the possibility that what they encountered under the school had been the Dark Lord. Her parents had told her to keep an eye out for anything suspicious and to floo them right away if things start to get out of control.

"Mum's also busy with school, she's been so slammed with having to get her mastery for potions because she was offered the full seven years to teach if she could," Nymphadora explained what had been going on at her place, she barely saw her parents with how much work they had. That benefitted her just nicely as she had a lot of preparation to do to sort out the clues of the cursed vault they had just closed.

Harry looked at Merula who just shrugged. "My parents are still in Azkaban and my aunt only comes by to make sure I haven't died or gotten arrested."

Harry frowned at how little it seemed that Merula's aunt cared for the wonderful young lady next to him. "But it's fine, just gives me more time to train for whatever comes next. What about you though? That camp give you any more training?"

Nodding his head in affirmation. "A bit yeah. Been working on my swordsmanship and incorporating spells into it, not quite ready to deflect curses if also focused on a foe in front of me, but I'm getting there," giving an answer because his training at camp was going as good as it could under the tutelage of Chiron for someone his age.

"Ah is that camp where you learned to use a sword?" Ted inquired because his daughter had mentioned Harry had gone off to some super secret summer camp that trained super wizards, in her words.

"Yes sir, I'm hoping to be considered a provost by the end of my schooling at Hogwarts," Harry answered because that was a nice goal, becoming a true master of the blade would take decades even for a demi-god.

"That is," Ted whistled appreciatively because that would be quite an accomplishment for someone his age. "You certainly set yourself up for a challenge."

"If it was easy, it wouldn't be much help to me," Harry shrugged out a reply.

Pulling up to park in front of the Leaky Cauldron everyone quickly disembarked the vehicle to get on with the shopping or in Ted's case, shop until he could no longer and take a seat at Fortescue while the ladies dragged the young lad to his doom.

The alley as it turned out this day was packed full to bursting as a massive crowd was surrounding Flourish and Blotts, Harry looked up to see a floating standee of a man waving his arms. "I think that's our new defense professor," Harry surmised because that man's name had been on all the books he was supposed to have purchased for himself.

"Really?" Tulip squealed out before tapering that off into a cough. "I mean, we should definitely use this an opportunity to meet the new professors before classes begin."

Rolling her eyes, Merula walked past. "Yeah and you only wanted to stare at his butt because it might help you learn better."

Tulip fumed and stomped after Merula intent on getting her with a hex as Harry looked up to the snickering Tonks. "Why would staring at butts help you learn better?" He leaned back to see Tonks' in her jeans and then to her father who was trying so hard to keep his composure. Tonks quickly shuffled away after seeing Harry eyeing her backside. "I don't get it?"

Letting out an amused sigh, Ted just patted the boy on the head. "You will one day," the father continued as he and Harry chased down the girls so they could go to Gringotts.

Harry didn't know why the Goblins got offended at the rubber chicken he put on the counter. It was in the same pocket as his key, he just didn't know how it got there, he didn't even own a rubber chicken.

Sol was glaring across the viewing pool at Loki who was giggling like a loon. "What, it wasn't me," the trickster god said before leaning over to Frigga and not at all lowering his volume. "It was me."

"Very well if this is how you wish to do business, we can arrange for that," the goblin shouted before launching himself over the counter at Harry with a dagger drawn. Slugging away at the wrinkly creature Harry managed to get it in a headlock before smashing it face first into the desk. Now he had the attention of the entire lobby as the goblin stood up on shaky legs.

"Gringotts is willing to do business with you Mr. Potter as an honored customer," the goblin wheezed out as he limped back around the counter. "So what is it you'd like to do today?"

Harry was clutching his bleeding arm and glared at the goblin. "I'll need to get into my vault."

"Come this way Mr. Potter," the goblin nodded as he led the customer through the back halls to a much smoother elevator.

"Not the railcars?" Harry raised an eyebrow.

"Those are for the humans we dislike, they are enchanted subtly to make the ride unpleasant for the occupants," the goblin smirked.

"But I kind of found it fun," Harry responded because it was like a rollercoaster.

"Well there are the rare cases of dimwitted or mentally unstable passengers who enjoy it," sending a grin at Harry who let out a scoff.

"I don't even know which one I should be mad about," Harry frowned.

"Then isn't that its own answer," snorting out a reply as the door opened and they were already across from his vault.

"I should have punched you harder," Harry muttered out as he exited the elevator.

Beyond just topping off his supply of ingredients that he'd been using over the summer, Harry didn't have all that much to purchase for himself. The girls however had some issues. Getting fitted for their new robes, the old sizes they had didn't quite sit on them in the same way. So they were trying to put smaller clothes than they needed which really accentuated all their curves because of how they had to squeeze into them. Harry was trying very hard not to lose his cool as he watched the three girls go back and forth in the shop coming out in different outfits.

Deciding he needed to do something so he wasn't just some weirdo watching three girls putting on clothes Harry shucked off his shirt and grabbed one from the table.

He heard a woah from behind him turned around as he pulled it down. "Dang Harry, where you been hiding those?" Merula teased having seen Harry's abs, or the start of a set since he was still growing into his musculature.

"Hiding what?" he tilted his head in confusion.

"Those guns dude," Tonks agreed and grabbed Harry's bicep and squeezed, in response to the pressure Harry flexed back. "Man, that camp must be crazy to get you this buff."

Harry looked at his arm and while he had some muscle, comparing it to many of the older campers he was decidedly average among them, since this was the mortal world and most magicals did hardly any physical labor, having some muscle meant you were quite a bit ahead of the pack. "Well I'm still growing," Harry sulked because he thought the girls were teasing him.

"Growing," Tulip gulped as she pictured Harry once he was older, and bigger than her, with rippling muscles. "Yeah."

Sighing, Harry just tried on a few more articles of clothing that he might choose to wear outside of class, not realizing he was putting on as much of a show for the girls as they were for him earlier.

"Now just books," Ted said happy to be at the last stop of the day before the girls ran off with the young rapscallion. Or it would have been happy had the mass of people not seemingly grown from earlier with more people in the bookstore for the event signing.

Managing to squeeze their way into the shop Harry was content to sit back as he had his educational material already purchased when a hand latched onto him from behind and as the people he knew were in front of him he grabbed the offending limb and leveraged that person over his shoulder, slamming them into the floor in the space made by his quick movement. "Oh sorry," Harry apologized once he saw that it was just some blond guy in a fancy suit.

"No my boy," Gilderoy wheezed out from being thrown like a ragdoll. He swiftly moved to stand even if he was still shaky from the maneuver. "And that ladies and gentlemen is exactly what lessons can be learned from those who take my teachings to heart, not a surprise that Harry Potter saw the wisdom in them and took to the lessons with gusto."

Harry raised an eyebrow in confusion because he hadn't once cracked open the pages of this man's books let alone purchased them, but now that the man was trying to get a photo op for the promotion, Harry found that he wasn't able to just walk away. "And as a reward for the young lad for demonstrating to everyone just why I, Gilderoy Lockhart, Order of Merlin, Third Class, Honorary Member of the Dark Force Defence League, and five-time winner of Witch Weekly's Most Charming Smile Award am prepared to offer Mr. Potter, my full catalog, free of charge."

Harry was now cringing because he was holding onto the books he didn't want and it seemed the man had used the incident to sell more copies, turning away he could see the girls sniggering into their hands. "Wow Harry, didn't know you learned all your techniques from The Gilderoy Lockhart," Tonks nudged him with her elbow.

Groaning because now he had to deal with all these remarks, he noticed the Weasley family in the store getting into an altercation with Lucius Malfoy. Coming closer, he could see that it was going to come to blows so he handed off the stack of books to a girl standing with the group and moved in between, pushing both men back easily. "Okay, we've seen enough," Harry stated as his presence was enough to discharge the situation.

Seeing that Harry was just trying to keep the peace, Nymphadora came sauntering over. "Oh hey Uncle Lucy, Cousin Dracy. How's it hangin'?"

Lucius cringed at his niece's cavalier attitude, and pulled his son back. "Just fine," he looked around the store and didn't see Andromeda but that didn't mean the witch couldn't see him and rather than deal with his sister-in-law, he retreated out of the store because getting into an altercation with her would simply irritate Narcissa because it was still her sister, not that Andromeda couldn't take care of herself.

"Sorry about shoving you Mr. Weasley," Harry apologized to the man for pushing him out of the way. "Just figured it wasn't worth it to get the aurors all in here because you two were beating each other up."

Arthur fixed his shirt and nodded. "You're probably right lad, men like him wouldn't even get in trouble." Noticing that Lucius' in-laws were right there, he cleared his throat awkwardly. "Not that uh."

"It's fine Arthur," Ted chuckled as he came over to assure the man there was no bad blood. "I don't even like the guy."

"Here are your books back," the girl said as she tried to hand them back to Harry. The Harry Potter from all those stories she was read to growing up. The Harry Potter who was famous and handsome and right in front of her.

"You can have them, I uh… already got a set," Harry lied because he didn't want the books back at all.

"Thank you," Ginny quietly said to the childhood hero of hers. Now he was giving her presents. It was the most perfect day.

"We don't need charity," Ron said under his breath. In the castle Harry Potter was an anomaly to him. Someone who should have been a Gryffindor that got put in Slytherin and then hung around older girls. What boy wanted to hang out with girls instead of playing chess or quidditch.

"I just figured it could go to someone who hadn't bought their own yet," Harry shrugged because the books were expensive at five galleons a pop and he did recall that the Weasley's weren't that well off for a family, not that Draco ranting about them being poor every now and then would make it hard to remember.

Walking away before they could try to reason the worthless piles of paper back into his hands, Harry instead went to a bookshelf of spell books he noticed from among those in Professor Flitwick's classroom. "Uh Harry, those books aren't second year books?" Tulip pointed out as Harry grabbed a couple books that were NEWT level at least.

"I need something to learn from," Harry said before muttering to himself. "And it won't be from that gob behind me."

Harry didn't say anything after seeing the girls come out with their required textbooks, but they loaded it all up in Mr. Tonks car before he drove off with them all.

Arriving at a nice quiet neighborhood, Harry looked around with a smile. "Nice place you have here."

"Thank you, not quite far from Diagon but we're still in the muggle areas," Ted said to give some more information on the home.

"Ted is that you?" a voice called out from the kitchen.

"Right in one dear, just finished the school shopping and picked up a little ragamuffin from the airport," Ted answered back as his wife came around to greet them all.

"Hello Professor Tonks," the students all said with Tonks being extra sassy about it.

"Hello girls and Harry," Andromeda replied. "I hope it wasn't too much trouble with sending you to do the shopping this year?"

Ted pecked his wife on the cheek, because he had taken the day off so Andy could continue her lesson plan and meet with the tutor for her mastery. "Not at all, just a small run in with Lucy, he and Arty were about to get into it in the middle of Flourish and Blotts."

"Oh really, I figured my brother-in-law wouldn't risk damaging his manicure," Andromeda snorted.

"Probably didn't want to risk it after Harry stepped in," Ted chuckled. "Honestly if it came down to a fight, my money's on the twelve-year old and that's not just because I've seen him wrestle a chimera."

"Well seems like you all had an eventful day, dinner will be ready soon," Andy said as she returned to the kitchen.

"So how has your summer been Harry, not getting up to any trouble are you?" Andy asked because Harry seemed to be a bit of a lightning rod for problems.

"As best as I can ma'am," Harry answered honestly. In camp it was hard to get into trouble that couldn't be resolved with some fighting or Chiron mediating. He was worried that something was going to happen soon though.

Andromeda and Ted were heading up the stairs after the girls got blankets and pillows in the living room for a movie marathon. "And no funny business," Ted half-heartedly warned the group.

Harry wondered what type of funny business he was talking about because if he meant sex, then he should have just said that. Not like there weren't a number of times campers were caught canoodling, it was what teenagers did when they spent nearly their entire teenage years in proximity to each other. That and you have very outgoing personalities and athletic physiques, things happened, it was inevitable. So clearly he meant something else that they shouldn't be doing. But he just shrugged and nestled in for some films before dozing off.

Blinking his eyes open at the break of dawn, Harry would have gotten up right away but he felt something pressing down on him. Looking at his torso it became evident that at some point in the night the girls had scooted closer to him and were practically burying him underneath them.

"And I thought my husband said no funny business," a voice came from behind the couch.

Craning his neck back Harry could see Mrs. Tonks standing there looking down on them. "Ah so that's what he meant by funny business," Harry nodded his head. "Not sure why Mr. Tonks is so opposed to cuddling but I guess there was no stopping it."

Andromeda held back her laughter while she watched Harry carefully wiggle his way out of the pile so as to not wake the girls. "I don't believe that was his concern."

Harry rolled his shoulder. "Well then he should have just said, 'Hey Harry, don't have sex my daughter and her friends.' Would have been much more clear."

That sudden language was a tad shocking to Andromeda who followed Harry into the kitchen. "And where did you hear that young man?" wanting to chastise him for speaking so bluntly.

"Mrs. Tonks, we're in a school full of teenagers, they say some weird and frankly disturbing things. It would be more shocking if you could find any new student who didn't know more swear words than you after their first month," Harry shrugged. "Plus the topic of… procreation is somewhat common at my camp."

To him knowing your parents and their history also included a number of relationships with mortal men and women, many under dubious instances but regardless it wasn't as if you got to survive Camp Half-blood not knowing what sex is.

"That sounds like an odd camp," Andromeda admitted because she recalled her time at Hogwarts and nearly every week it seemed like Bella was trying to come up with new curse words just to irritate the professors.

"It's for odd people," Harry shrugged as he looked at the kitchen. "Well it's going to be a bit hectic making breakfast for everyone but I'm sure we can manage."

"We?" Andy raised an eyebrow having expected to be doing the cooking herself.

"Why would I make you do all the work when I'm more than capable of helping you?" Harry questioned the mother on why thought he wouldn't help her.

"Very well, but I don't want you to get yourself hurt," Andy said to her little helper who just shrugged and started to get to work on making the fresh juice.

The girls groggily walked into the kitchen for breakfast and were shocked to see not only Professor Tonks making food, but Harry calmly at the stove flipping pancakes. "He's quite handy to have around," Andromeda sipped some of her coffee and she pinched one of his cheeks. "You'll be beating the witches off of you in no time."

The trio of witches shared looks because Harry was the total package it would seem.

As the girls ate breakfast and were each planning different ideas of what to show Harry because he had told them he knew very little about England since he hadn't been here since he was nine. Harry had started to feed Asclepius and he hissed at the snake when he saw him trying to snap up something off of Mr. Tonks plate.

The table shook as Andromeda backed away quickly. "You're a parseltongue," she gulped nervously at the boy because this had not once come up in conversation at the staff meetings.

"Yeah," Harry nodded because he never made an effort to hide this ability but it also wasn't talked about outside of Slytherin as far as he knew.

"We forgot to tell you," Tonks realized why her mother was freaking out like that and her dad looked like he'd been frozen in place. "We didn't bring it up because we didn't need Harry to have that stigma around him since you know."

"Oh right, because Voldemort was a parseltongue," Harry nodded his head because he'd not much cared about that connection. "I never got the fuss honestly."

"It's a dark trait and one best not shown off," Andromeda warned that Harry shouldn't be going around making this connection to himself.

"No, him latching his soul to another person and sucking their life force out is a dark trait, I can just talk to snakes. If the Dork Lord was a bovmoth would we act like this about Perry Hagarth, he's a kid from camp who can talk to cows."

"Wait he can?" Merula snickered because she'd never heard something like that being real.

"Yeah, he said his neighbor had a ranch and a few dairy cows on it," Harry shrugged. "But still I'm sure every 'dark lord' has had a unique talent, pretty hard to become a threat if you're decidedly average."

"He's got you there dear," Ted nodded. "After all Grindelwald was rumored to be a metamorph and we'd hate it if people tried to see our little Nymmie like she was as deranged as him."

"Yeah," Tonks agreed she wasn't messed up like a dark lord.

"Exactly, she's friends with us, so she's much crazier than Grindelwald," Tulip joked only to get Tonks to shove her.

While the weekend was fun Harry did know that he had to return to camp for a couple more weeks until the term started. "Why do you have to go back? Couldn't you stay with us?" Tonks looked to her parents who were now suddenly on the spot to answer the question of allowing the young lad to remain in their home until the next term started.

It was a whole different deal than just letting him stay for the weekend and they didn't even know who to speak to about that at the camp to ask permission, just that there was someone who was in charge.

"Tonks I couldn't ask you or any of your parents to put me up for two whole weeks," Harry politely declined the offer.

Rubbing her arm, Merula coughed quietly before seeing Harry look at her. "Well it's not like I got parents that can really weigh in on this, you know the whole, you know. And I maybe would like to have the company rather than just being alone. But if you don't want to, that's cool and stuff."

Harry looked at how Merula seemed like she really didn't enjoy living alone with an aunt that rarely checked in on her, but didn't want to open up the vulnerability in admitting it even to her friends. "Okay Merula, I'll go ask if I can stay, if you don't mind I'll um, be right back," Harry smiled as he hurried away so he could figure out a way to contact the camp, it might be pretty pricey to spend the drachma for Hermes to deliver it right away but he didn't really have much use for the coinage outside of camp.

Andromeda quirked an eyebrow because the floo was right next to her and Harry had gone in the opposite direction of the phone. "How is he going to ask the people at his camp?"

The three girls just shrugged. "Sometimes Harry gets really secretive about stuff, this is one of them," Tulip said because they've long since given up on trying to figure that out, it just never added up to anything they knew of.

Harry was in the bathroom and was about to write up a letter when his quill started smoking. "Ahh," Harry said as he held it away from himself.

"No need for that Harry," Sol said as she rested her hand on his arm.

"Mom," Harry exclaimed as he hugged the fiery woman, even as his clothes started to singe.

She ran a hand of burning plasma through her son's hair and smiled at him. "I missed you so much. What happened? I haven't heard from you since the end of term.

Sol was overjoyed that her son was so happy to see her. "I had disobeyed the All Father and was going to be forbidden from seeing you for a year, but Frigga spoke on my behalf and I was only banned for two months."

"So I should be mad at Odin then?" Harry asked because he didn't like that some other god kept his mother from seeing him.

"No, I disobeyed him. I accepted the punishment because I knew I had to, and I'd do it again in a heartbeat," Sol explained to Harry. "But now that I served my penance I can have more visits with you, of course if I do that then some of the other aesir may wish to contact you."

"Oh like Frigga, she was nice," Harry said as that was the only other goddess he'd interacted with.

"She is very nice Harry," Sol booped her son on the nose. "But I don't just mean her, many in Asgard are interested in your growth, you are a wonderful and brave warrior so we look in on you from time to time."

"And sometimes they like to get involved in their own little ways, like that rubber chicken," Sol commented on the trickster's prank.

"I'm going to go out on a limb and guess that was Loki," Harry nodded his head.

"It was, goblins think facsimiles of real animals are an insult, and no, I have no idea why," Sol further stated because she could see the obvious question. "And yes, you have my permission to stay with your friend until the start of term."

"Really," Harry's face lit up because if his mom said it was okay then surely Chiron would agree to it.

"Yes, but no funny business, I'm far too young to be a grandmother young man," Sol teased.

"What, I'm not going to, do that stuff," Harry stammered.

"Oh never?" Sol put her hands on her hips and smirked.

"Well maybe not yet, I'm still little and I don't really know… I mean, I like them all and…" Harry sighed.

"Here's some advice Harry, my adorable little sunspot," Sol reached down to pinch his cheeks. "When you are older, follow your heart. You have a good heart and it will not steer you wrong. I have to go now, I can't keep time slowed forever you know."

"Bye mom, I'll be waiting to see you again soon," Harry hugged his mother tightly before she disappeared.

Stepping out of the bathroom Harry walked back over to the Tonkses and his friends unaware that his clothes were smoking and his hair was covered in a thin layer of soot. "I can stay," he said with a grin while everyone else just wondered what the hell happened to him when he went out of the room.
