Chapter 11: Night of the Flesh Feasters

One of them paced back and forth like a wild dog, hunting prey. In some ways, that's what it was doing. Ordinarily, so many would not have come out to such a public area, but this was an exception for them.

All of the Fentons watched through the window to see what was outside the cabin. Outside were dozens of emaciated, animalistic creatures that snarled at the building.

"GHOSTS!" Jack bellowed.

"Dad, they're not ghosts. They're more like zombies..." Danny corrected.

"Whatever you call them, I'm sending them back to their graves!" Jack said as he pulled out his blaster.

"Count me in, Honey!" Maddie said as she pulled out the anti-creep stick.

"Mom, that's a regular bat with our last name on it..." Danielle pointed out.

"I know sweetie... but don't underestimate the kind of damage a metallic bat can do..." Maddie said, swinging it and hitting the wall, making a dent.

"Careful! They might charge us!" Jack stated.

A nearby window broke open and two of the creatures tried to crawl in.

"Don't think what I do will make much of a difference in terms of damage!" Maddie said as she ran in and swung the bat.

She managed to hit one in the head and knock it back. The other, however, caught the bat and crushed it like it was made of paper.

Maddie gasped before Jack pulled her back to save her from getting bitten.

Seeing a shot, Danny morphed and fired at the creature's head, knocking it outside.

The sound of glass breaking altered Danielle, who turned her head and morphed.

"Oh no you don't!" Dani said as she fired at them.

The front door was pounded hard until it finally fell down. Jack fired all he could at the zombie-like creatures trying to get in, trying to keep them out.

"Get lost, you repulsive revenants!" Maddie shouted as she hit one with her bat.

"This is our temporary vacation home, you hideous horrors!" Jack said as he fired at one.

"No one likes home crashers!" Dani said as she fired at them alongside Jack.

Jazz did not want to be left out of the action and wanted to also avoid being prey when she saw one of the creatures enter, crawling on the wall and coming for her.

"GRAAAHHH!" It shouted as it leapt at her.

Thankfully, she activated the Fenton Peeler armor, and was now wearing it and it saved her from being bitten by the beast. That's when Danny Phantom flew in and pulled the monster off.

Two more attempted to attack her, only for her to fire at them.

"Hands off, Flesh Feasters!" Jazz shouted.

"They are called Wendigos, Jazz. Danny literally told us that earlier..." Dani said as she kicked the two away from her.

"That name just sounds archaic. I think my name idea is better..." Jazz said defiantly.

"Only you would..." Dani muttered.

"What's that supposed to mean?" Jazz asked, offended.

"Girls, now is not the time for bickering!" Their mother shouted as she knocked one's teeth out.

"Yeah, we gotta show these ghost creeps that we Fentons mean business..."Jack said.

"They're not ghosts, they're the Flesh Feasters." Jazz "corrected".

"They're Wendigos..." Dani reminded her.

"I don't care what they are called, just get rid of them..." Maddie shouted, pointing at their intruders.

As Maddie swung at one such creature, Jack managed to avoid a Wendigo that climbed on the wall to come at him. He then blasted it in the hand, making it fall.

"Ha, take that you revenant scum! You're no match for Jack Fenton...pro ghost hunter and wendigo slayer!" Jack gloated as he kept firing.

However, to his surprise, the beast stood up with its hand slowly reforming. Once done, it flexed its hand before snarling at him.

Jack's weapon was then slapped out of his hands by another creature as the two leapt at him, clearly intending to make a meal out of him.

Thankfully, a timely blast from a little ghost girl saved the Fenton patriarch from ending up as a mess, knocking the two away.

"Get away from my dad, you ugly things!" Dani shouted.

"Thanks little princess..." Jack said with a smile.

"Anytime." Dani went before kicking another creature in the head.

"Note to self, make a Dani action figure and give it a kicking action..." Jack said before grabbing his blaster again.

Outside

As the creatures surrounded the cabin, they didn't know they were being watched.

From the woods, the same deer Danny encountered watched. There was a look in its eyes. A look of horror, trauma and anger directed at these beasts.

The deer snorted, its breath visible in the cold, as it resumed watching.

At the same time, an owl watched the house.

No good yet… maybe I should have him lured somewhere easier to pick him off?

Inside the cabin

Danny punched out a creature in the face, waiting for 4 more to potentially attack him.

It was then they ceased their attack for a moment and stared into nothingness.

"Uh… who's next?" Danny asked.

It was then that those 4 turned their heads to the outside, as if someone was speaking to them. It was then they left the cabin.

"Where are they going?" Dani asked.

"They can't just be giving up…" Danny said as he followed them, Dani following him along.

At the same time, Jack was using a nearby lamp to keep a pair of jaws with misshapen teeth from biting him.

"Yeah… don't worry! We got this!" Jack shouted sarcastically as he pushed the emaciated beasts off of him.

As Danny left the cabin, he saw that they were heading to another cabin, one in particular.

"Oh no, Nat!" He exclaimed, flying as fast as soon as possible.

Inside the other cabin

Nat was watching a video with Susan on a laptop as Ellie was reading a book. A horror novel.

"I wonder how you and Danny are gonna work?" Susan asks.

"We had one date, I don't really think we're gonna go steady after that." Nat stated.

"I knew that it wouldn't last." Ellie muttered.

"I can hear you." Nat said to her with a tone.

As Ellie kept reading her book, that's when they heard the strange sounds again.

"Are his parents playing a really loud horror movie or something?" Ellie asks before something breaks through the window.

An emaciated creature on all fours, causing the three to scream at the sight of it and try to run away.

However, the Wendigo used its speed to get to the door before they could reach, slamming on it to keep them trapped.

"WE'RE TRAPPED!" Susan wailed.

The Wendigo leapt, landing atop Nat as it pinned to the floor. Before it could maul her face, a white boot connected with its face, making it launch away from her.

Susan and Ellie gasped in shock at who it was who just saved their friend as Nat managed to sit up.

"Aren't you-" Nat started.

"Nat, run!" Danny Phantom shouted as he pointed to the door.

The girls nodded, making a break for it. Nat noticed that he said her name, but did not comment on it. She just hurried as she and her friends left through the door as Danny was left with the Wendigo.

The creature hissed at him, using its speed to tackle him and causing him to grab it by the arm and throw it out the window it broke out of.

Angered that it tried to harm Nat, Danny flew out to attack, only for something to pounce on him from the rooftop, making him hit the ground facedown.

As he managed to look up, he saw three Wendigos surrounding him, with the one on his back ready to bite his face.

"They… they attacked her to get to me? They're smarter than I thought..." Danny said, about to phase through the ground when he was grabbed around the head.

Before it could attack, a book went flying into the head, which made the Wendigo let go.

Turning its head, it saw Nat was the one who threw it, this distracted the creature enough into getting off of Danny. That's when a white shoe hit it in the face.

"Back off from my bro!" Dani shouted as she kicked it in the head, knocking it down.

Danny sighed in relief as he got up, swinging his arm to send a wave of energy to make the remaining three hop away.

"You get somewhere safe, Nat!" Danny ordered.

Nat nodded, heading off. However, Dani noticed something.

She didn't seem so surprised that he knew her name. She thought as she joined her brother in battle.

Nat headed to the living room where her friends and mother were huddled together and terrified, including the Disaster Denier.

"You guys okay?" Nat asks.

"We are. Ellie? Not so much…" Susan said, pointing at the girl in the fetal position.

"This ain't happening. This ain't real… It can't be!" Ellie said, almost having a panic attack.

Outside

Danny grabbed one creature by the leg and threw it into a tree, making it bend in an inhuman manner, but the Wendigo stood back up.

"How much longer is this gonna take?" Danny asks as he and Dani stood back to back.

That's when the four stopped their attack and looked to the woods, much to the two's surprise.

"What? Did they see or hear something?" Dani asks.

Before Danny could suggest an answer, the creatures then turned around, running on all fours back into the woods.

"Where are they going?" Danny asks.

"Did they give up?" Dani asks.

"Let's find out…" Danny said.

As they flew to see what's going on, the owl from afar continued watching.

Well… I suppose a small sample of imitation meat wouldn't hurt…

With that, the owl flew to follow.

As soon as the two Phantom were in the woods, the Wendigos in the cabin suddenly ceased.

Jack was about to punch one, only for it to stop.

"Okay… what's this?" Jack asks.

That's when they all suddenly turned and ran away. Maddie was about to hit one with the Anti-Creep stick before it pulled away and followed the rest.

"That's… odd…" She said.

Once all of the attacking monsters left, the three Fentons had their eyes on the door that was wide open.

"Ha! So much for being unstoppable!" Jack declared with a grin.

"I don't think that was us…" Jazz said.

Before Maddie could say something, she noticed something amiss. She realized two people were absent.

"Where are your brother and sister?"

Danny and Dani arrived at the clearing, it took them a moment to locate their targets due to the pale skin.

However, they saw only one Wendigo, standing on all fours and breathing heavy, its breath visible in the cold.

"Where are the others?" Danny asks.

"Maybe they're hiding?" Dani suggests as the two hovered up, keeping an eye out for trouble.

Trouble came as they heard screeches coming from where the cabin was located. They saw the entire horde of Wendigos racing towards them.

"UP!" Danny went as the two flew as high as they could in time, narrowly avoiding several pairs of claws.

Some of the monsters even stood on the shoulders of others in an attempt to grab them, but were too late.

"That was close…" Dani went with a gasp.

"Yeah…" Danny said as he turned his head and noticed something about the lone Wendigo. "Does it seem… taller?"

It was then that the taller Wendigo was surrounded by the rest of its kind, snarling as an animal at them before all of them screeched. The volume reached the two above, causing them to wince in pain and plug their ears.

"Are they gonna figure out how to get us?" Dani asks.

The two then saw what was to happen.

Like the savage beast it is, the Wendigo bit one of its kind in the shoulder, the rest not even bothering to assist either.

Danny covered Dani's eyes, to her annoyance, as he looked away.

"I guess they're that hungry." Danny reasoned with a disgusted tone.

In seconds, it had fully devoured its own before turning to another. However, as it just ate, something had happened. It seemed to enlarge by several inches. Which caught Danny's attention.

Did it just-

His thought was cut off as he saw it devour others, making him look away and pull Dani further up by 10 feet.

Soon enough, about 3 dozen Wendigos were devoured by the increasingly growing creature. The Wendigo slowly went from emaciated zombie to a more ape or sasquatch like appearance, with tan fur that covered all except the hands, feet and face. The latter was in a round shape with pointed ears sticking out. It also had black eyes with white dots for pupils, slit nostrils and a mouth of jagged teeth. It also now stood at 2 stories before bellowing out at the two.

"What in the heck?" Danny asks as he let Dani see for herself.

"Whoa! Where'd Bigfoot there come from?!" She questioned.

"That's the taller Wendigo. Eating the rest somehow did that!" Danny answered her.

The larger creature reached out, trying to grab them before it snarled. Looking down, it grabbed two more Wendigos before the two Phantoms looked away, hearing the sounds of crunching. They heard more sounds of disgusting voraciousness, indicating it was still eating. Opening their eyes, the saw all the smaller creatures gone, with the giant, now 30 ft tall, slurping an arm as it crunched before swallowing.

It then eyes the two, licking its teeth.

"Looks like we're dessert…" Danny said before firing his ghost ray.

"I'm not dessert, I eat dessert!" Dani said as she fired as well.

The combined blasts hit the giant beast in the nose, causing it to turn its head away in irritation.

"This is for ruining my shot with Nat! Now she's gonna think I'm a danger magnet!" Danny shouted in anger.

"You kind of are..." Dani said under her breath.

"Don't start with me, Dani. You've been trying to undermine me meeting Nat the entire time." Danny said in anger, making her flinch.

"Oh… uh…"

This was cut off as Danny noticed the giant Wendigo sasquatch reaching out for them. Grabbing Dani by the arm, he pulled her along as he tried to escape.

However, it grabbed Danny by the leg in time to slam him into the ground, taking Dani along with him.

Dani managed to push herself up in time, but was unable to help Danny as she was grabbed and picked up like a grape.

"Hey!" Dani shouted as she phased out of its grip.

The giant reacted by backhanding her into the ground, causing her to go unconscious. Once she turned human, it picked her up once more, intending to devour her whole.

The beast lifted her over its head and was about to stuff Danielle into its mouth before Danny came to her rescue.

"Back off, she's family!" Danny said as he fired at the inside of its mouth, making it release the little ghost girl.

Danielle was awakened in time to realize what almost happened as she morphed, relieved as she turned to see her brother.

"Thanks Bro, I owe you..." She said.

"You can return the favor by apologizing to Nat… but I'm glad you're okay..."Danny said, his expression softening as he was happy to see that she is safe.

"I guess I do owe her one..." She said, realizing her mistake much earlier after Nat assisting them earlier.

The wendigo giant recovered and snarled at them. The two Phantoms hovered closer together.

"Looks like we're not done yet..." Danny said, glaring at the hairy giant.

Just then, the rest of their family came to the scene. Jazz and Maddie ran as fast as they could, armed and ready. Jack followed along, slower and out of breath.

"Kids, we're here!" Maddie said, smiling until she saw what they were fighting.

"Holy haunted hairballs! Where'd that come from?!" Jack shouted in shock.

"One of them ate the rest, turned into that… Now we try not to die!" Danny said quickly.

The giant once again snarled, about to reach when Danny fired a ghost ray at its eye, making it wail in pain.

It pulled away before opening the damaged eye, the pain slowly fading away.

"So it can regenerate like this too…" Danny said under his breath.

"Ideas?" Dani asks.

"We might need to figure out how to totally destroy the thing, like we did last night…" Danny said, recalling what he went through with Ember.

"We?" Dani asks.

Realizing it was just him and the rocker, Danny flinched.

"What I did… slip of the tongue!" He lied.

As he said that, Jack charged at the giant wendigo with the weapon in his hand.

"Hold still, no ravenous zombies are messing with my family!" Jack said as he ran towards it with the blaster being used.

He managed to get a few hits but the giant seemed unaffected. The wendigo decided to slam its fist into the ground, creating a shockwave that caused Jack, Jazz and Maddie to fall.

"GREEHHHAAAHHHH!" A wendigo screeched before it grabbed Jack.

It then lifted him up, clearly planning on eating him.

"Wait, no!" Jack shouted.

"DAD!" Danny shouted as he sped up.

The Wendigo backhanded him, knocking him back as it licked its teeth at the sight of Jack.

"I taste awful! I'm full of cholesterol! And I'm too sweaty under this!" Jack went as he was in a panic.

However, it ignored him, holding him over its head and ready to drop him.

"Get away from my dad!" Dani shouted while she sent several blasts.

As one blast hit the inside of its mouth and another in the eye, the Wendigo moved its face downward, bellowing in anger. Jack, who was over its mouth, was let go and caught.

Jack saw that it was Dani, who held him by the arm and let him hang. Jack let out a sigh of relief.

"Thanks, little Princess… I'm not in any hurry to know what my ham must feel…" He said.

"Not a problem, Dad..." Dani said.

She noticed the creature was trying to reach for them, causing her to swing her leg and fire a crescent blast from the sole of her foot, hitting in the eye.

"You just earned some extra fudge for dessert… " He said with fatherly pride.

"Sweet..." She said quickly.

Danny, getting up, was relieved as he wondered how to handle the situation.

What else did Sam say about these things? Aim for the icy heart?

It was then he noticed a nearby dead tree and smiled at an idea.

At the same time, Maddie aimed her blaster.

"No one gets their mouth all over my husband but me!" She shouted.

"Mom!" Jazz went in disgust.

"What?" Maddie questioned innocently.

"Choice of words!" Jazz shouted at her.

They were distracted as a large foot stomped on the ground, making them fall.

Before the giant could grab them, a blast hit the creature in the face, distracting it. Looking to the source of the attack, it saw three Danny Phantoms hovering and ready to fight.

"Dani, get the others to a safer place!" The three went in unison.

Nodding, Dani landed Jack as the two picked Jazz and Maddie respectively up.

Once they were out of the way, the three Dannys went on the offensive.

One Danny flew in and punched it in the eye. Another Danny kicked it into the stomach. The third flew in and kneed the creature in the face.

In that split second, the Wendigo took advantage of how close he was, chomping on Danny. The Fentons gasped in horror as the Wendigo chewed. However, it soon noticed that its prey ws gone, nothing was in its mouth.

That Danny was in fact a duplicate, meaning the other two were the same. The real Danny was enacting his plan.

The two Phantom duplicates resumed their attack, one was sending ecto blasts, the other was firing ice blasts.

The giant Wendigo slammed both hands in a clap to trap one Danny before pulling him in and attempting to bite his head off, only for that Danny to disappear. Once again angered at being denied meat, the Wendigo turned its attention to the remaining Phantom with the idea it's the original.

The remaining Danny flew in and blasted it in the forehead, causing a nasty wound that was rather deep. The beast yelled in pain before making a guttural roar. As the wound began to close, it reached out and grabbed Danny, who didn't even bother to break free. Once again, it attempted to eat but found no meat. Another Phantom disappeared.

Dani breathed heavily, turning to see her family. Maddie grunted in pain as she grabbed her own knee.

"There must've been a rock in the snow, my leg hurts…" She said.

"Let me see… I learned a thing or two about first aid." Jazz said as her mother winced in pain.

"You might need more than a bandage…" Jack said as the hairy giant came towards them.

The beast was about to reach for them before a blast hit in the face.

"GET AWAY FROM THEM!" Danny shouted.

He flew in, hitting the Wendigo in the eye to make it pull back.

He flew around the beast, causing it to turn before chomping down on him. However, once again, it disappeared the moment it should have tasted flesh.

"Another copy?" Dani asks before she notices something with her sense of smell. "Something burning?"

The Wendigo was distracted by the absence of Danny to notice what was coming in from behind.

"Here! Have some heartburn!" Danny shouted out.

The giant turned around, looking to see what was coming towards it.

In that second, something large and flaming pierced its chest.

"GRRRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAAEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" It shrieked loudly.

With a pained look on its face as it tried to pull the tree out, the giant Wendigo buckled its knees as it fell face up.

''Finally..." Danny said as soon as he landed his feet in the snow.

As Danny panted, feeling exhausted, Dani flew in and stood next to him.

"Danny… did you just-" She couldn't finish, unsure how to feel what she saw.

"Not like I could let it eat anyone…" He said without even looking at her.

He didn't want to look anyone in the eye right now. He could of course point out the creature was a zombie that devoured other zombies as a sort of power up, but it still pained him he had to do just that.

As the beast laid dead, something inside the mouth was glowing. The two Phantoms' ghost senses went off as a stream of blue lights rose from the mouth, heading into the sky.

Although beautiful in their appearance, the fact that they came from the creature, which was now crumbling to dust, was what perplexed everyone.

"What are they?" Jazz asks.

Maddie pulled out a scanner, finding something off.

"It's… it's like ghost energy… but different… almost cleaner."

"Cleaner?" Jazz asks.

"I don't really know what those are…" Maddie said.

"I think…" Danny said, all eyes on him now. "I think those… are the souls of people who those things used to be…" He answered.

His words caused everyone to go silent, unsure exactly what to think.

The souls resumed leaving as the Wendigos body turned dark and began crumbling. As that finished, something dark erupted from the mouth before the body completely dissolved. A dark mist that slowly inched towards the Fentons, causing them to step back in shock. A pair of red eyes appeared in the mist, glaring hatefully at them, Danny specifically. A guttural noise came from them.

"Oh, what the heck is that?!" Jack asks.

"Let's finish this." Danny said as he pulled out the Fenton Thermos and fired.

To his shock, the beam went right through the mist, not affecting it at all.

Stopping to make sure he's using a working Thermos, Danny looked inside it before firing again, seeing it once again not affected.

Equally surprised, Maddie pulled out her blast and fired. The shots went right through it. Jack tried the same, only resulting in the strange mist squinting the eyes and emitting a guttural sound that seemed like laughter.

"It's not a ghost?!" Maddie asked, genuinely at a loss.

"But… how do we capture it?!" Jack asks.

"Good question… how come you didn't figure it out?" Danny questioned.

Jack didn't have a proper response, seeing as he was unused to non-ghostly entities.

That's when they noticed the dark mist not leaving before the eyes looked at Danny, a guttural chuckle followed.

"The Wendigo waits for you…" The voice said as the eyes closed and the mist flowed away.

As Maddie scanned the mist-like entity with her goggles, trying to gather as much information as possible, it flew off over the trees.

Once it was gone, there was a moment of silence.

"See! Told you that's its name!" Dani went, elated to hear its name said out loud. Everyone stared at her disapprovingly, much to her ire. "Oh, come on! Jazz was insistent that she named it something stupid like she does everything!"

"Seriously?!" Jazz went as all eyes were on her now. "Do I really come off as someone obsessed with giving names to things that everyone thinks are dumb?!"

"Yes, you do." Everyone went in unison.

As Jazz huffed in anger, the sounds of sirens were blurring from the direction of their cabin.

"Uh oh…" Jack went.

After about a half hour

Jack and Maddie were currently talking to the police about what had just happened at what was left of their cabin.

"So, say that again? You said that monsters did this?" The cop asked as he wrote the details down on a notepad.

"Exactly, we were hired to deal with a situation..." Maddie explained while her husband demonstrated one of their blasters.

As their children watched from a distance, someone took notice of them.

"Danny!" A girl's voice went.

"Nat?" He asks, turning his head. "You're okay..."He said, relieved.

"So are you..." She said, before smiling at him.

"Thanks." Nat said.

"F-For what?" Danny asked nervously, figuring she suspects him of being her savior.

"For coming to Canada and bringing that superhero who works with your family, of course." She said with a smile.

Danny felt a sense of relief, her words made him feel better.

She doesn't suspect a thing… that's a relief. He thought.

"N-No problem." He said with a smile.

His little sister saw this and rolled her eyes, though she felt less annoyed than before.

She did help him even if she didn't know it, I guess I've been a jerk… Danielle thought.

"So… Nat?" Danielle asks.

"Yeah?"

"About… stuff I said earlier…" Danielle started.

"No need. I get it… you don't wanna have any trouble between you and your bro, it's important for you." Nat responded.

"Well...yeah… "Danielle said, looking embarrassed as this happened.

"No worries, I get it, you're close..." Nat said in an easy going way.

Danielle smiled at that while Danny took a moment to notice their cabin still had minimal damage.

"So… are you guys okay?" Danny asks.

"Yeah… thanks to Danny Phantom." Nat answered before she inched closer. "Do me a favor and let him know this is my way of saying thanks."

To Danny's surprise, she kissed him lightly on the lips, causing him to freeze up and his face to turn red.

"Uh… s-sure! N-N-No p-p-problem! I mean, I don't think it'd work the same way if it were me doing it though…" He went sheepishly.

Nat giggled at his tongue tied reaction.

"I better go… Ellie's still in her nervous breakdown." Nat said as she waved goodbye.

Danny waved back at her as she left, his face still red.

Jazz had an amused look on her face.

"Well… we're going to give you a chance to cool down." Jazz said as she pulled Danielle along.

"Fine…" Danielle said in defeat.

As they walked away, Danny was still processing what had just happened.

"Wow…" Danny said, smiling a bit.

It was then a snowball came out of nowhere, hitting him in the chest. Snapping out of it, he felt annoyed and followed the direction it came from.

He went to the trees, figuring there was a prankster.

"If I hadn't snapped you out of it, you'd have frozen…" A familiar voice went.

Danny paused, realizing who it was.

"Is this just gonna be a thing with you?" He asks.

"I can't let you see this face, not yet at least." Rich responded, his silhouette behind the trees. "Just reminding you… the lair, the cave… and something peculiar. Remember, tell no one you've seen me. The less that the MIB knows I'm reaching out to you, the better."

"Why?" Danny asks.

"It'd mean something bad for you." Rich responded.

"What is it, dude?" Danny asks.

"Danny!" He heard Danielle call out.

Danny turned around, seeing her calling out to him. Once he turned back around, he saw Rich was gone.

"How did he do that?" He asks as he leaves to rejoin her.

"What was that? Call of nature when we still have plumbing?" She asks.

"No… it was… never mind. Anyway, what's up?" Danny asks.

Danielle pulled out Maddie's goggles.

"Mom managed to get a reading on that weird mist. So… while they talk with the cops, you and I can go handle that thing." She said.

Danny took the goggles, examining them as he nodded.

"Let's make Winter here less horrifying." Danny said.

As he said that, the deer watched from afar, having a stern look on its face. Along with that, the owl watched from the tree branches above.

Somewhere, something was watching the owl's point of view in the dark.

"They were right… he's coming… finally…" This figure said, grinning with a mouth full of sharp, jagged, misshapen teeth.

New chapter with thanks to Flower princess11.

I meant to finish this story up during the Winter time... but stuff happened. I'm gonna try to do it soon.

RonaldM40196867: Probably. Most likely. Yes. Probably. Probably. Gratitude. Dunno. Dunno. Kind of busy right now with other stories.

Invader Johnny: Indeed, she'll be reminded Danny isn't the only person who cares for her.

Themetavoorhes1996: No, but I don't have plans for him right now.

danifan3000: It was indeed a crack at his retconning what ghosts are.

Matt: It's a reference to Birdemic, where a young woman named Natalie dates a guy named Rod. Check it out if you want to enjoy it ironically.

SuperiorBatman1: He's not.

Leonardo: No plans for him... maybe later.
