Okay just to recap not only did we find out that Tío Bruno is or was married but he also has kids. And three of them from the looks of this photo. Now my youngest primo and I are heading to dinner hoping to talk to tío Bruno about what we found in this album.

"What should we say to him?" asked Antonio.

"I don't know but we need to ask him. This is too big a secret to keep hidden,"

"There he is," he pointed to our uncle.

"Oh kids there you are," said Bruno

"Yeah hey, tío Bruno, Casita..." I said while reaching for my bag. "Time for dinner! Everyone to the table!" declared Alma.

Oh, shoot! That's right Dolores' dinner

"What is it Mira?" asked uncle Bruno.

"Nothing that can't wait till after dinner," I kept the album hidden in my bag so I can show him later. He went to go sit down.

Antonio looked up at me wanting to know why I didn't ask him. "We're still going to ask him later. Right now is an important night for your sister. let's focus on dinner till it is over. okay?" I explained hoping he understands.

"Okay Mirabel but what if Casita acts up like last time?" he makes a good point but Casita is excited about this engagement since no one is being forced "I'm sure Casita can keep calm till then. After all their just as happy for Dolores as everyone else. We are still going to confront this just later" at this, I just remember Dolores probably knows by now. A second of silence passed.

"Sorry Dolores," I said knowing she can hear me and is probably behind us.

"It's okay," she said as she goes to sit down.

"How does she do that?"

-Dinner-

The Guzmáns and the Madrigals all gather around the table everyone talking and joking around trying to act unaware of the big question getting asked. "Attention please, gracias. tonight we all gather to make amends and start new beginnings. which is why we celebrate the courtship of Dolores and Mariano" everyone claps for the happy couple. Half an hour into dinner the couple asked to be excused for some privacy "Of course go ahead"

Dolores and Mariano arrived in the courtyard of the house at a bench under a tree To talk. "Dolores I can probably guess but I don't want to presume so I have to ask is everything alright you seem nervous?" he asked holding her hand. "Thank you, I'm fine, I've just been thinking about everything that has happened these past months. It's great that my family is taking better care of themselves and I'm happy. I only wished that everyone was here" she said with a sad sigh.

"I know it's been hard. I hardly remember them too but I know they would be proud of far you and your family have come. I just hoped that they forgive me." he said with remorse.

"What do you mean?"

"Remember when we all used to play together while our parents would work?" she nodded.

"Somewhere along the way, I stopped being your friend when you needed one, and I didn't see it,"

"You didn't know. No one did. that's how well we hid our pain" assured Dolores.

"I can't change the past but I do hope I'm doing a decent job of rectifying my negligence"

"We wouldn't be here right now if you weren't," she said sweetly bringing his gaze to hers. The couple looks at each other with love and understanding. Mariano decided that now would be as good of a time as any.

"Dolores even though we have known each other since we were children. When we started dating I enjoyed the honor of getting to know you all over again and while we haven't been dating that long I already know that I want to continue getting to know you as we both grow together" he said as he reaches for something in his pocket and reveal a box.

"Dolores Madrigal will you give me the honor of being your husband?" he said revealing a custom ring the band matching Dolores' color and the stone a regular diamond. "I promise to listen to you when you are troubled, be there for you when you are happy, sad, and angry even if it's at me, and mostly I promise to love you, all of you," he said waiting for a response and got a kiss.

"Mariano Guzmán my love for you grew as we got older. Stronger as we became a couple and after hearing your words. If you will have me as a wife then I will have you as my husband," she said as she jumped into his arms he sweeps her up and twirls her in his arms excited, and then they heard cheers that revealed that they weren't alone.

"SHE SAID YES!!" with that the rest of the family came to congratulate the engaged couple. "OH MY BABY," said Pepa happily running to hug her daughter and new son-in-law. "I always knew this day would come but I prayed it wouldn't hurt this much!!" Cried Félix hugging his only daughter. Dolores was also warmly congratulated by the Guzmán's and her primas, Tíos, and Tía. Her brothers hugged her and Mariano though they also threaten him if he hurt their sister. Alma was the last to congratulate the couple "I'm happy for you two. Now we have a lot of planning to do till the date so let's finish our dinner, celebrate and also go over ideas." with that everyone headed to the dining room.

Mirabel's Pov

Back in the dining room, everyone is talking about the upcoming wedding. "Bruno I know I have been bothering you with this but.." asked Alma.

"It's okay mama, I know you and Pepa just want to make sure. There haven't been any visions that could affect the wedding and if there are I'll let everyone know."

"Bien," then she turned to Mirabel.

"Mira how is Dolores' dress coming along? did you put the..."

"Oh yes Abuela, I got your gift in my room and I'll be able to finish Dolores' gown in time," This pleased Alma and Señora Guzmán who turned to Mirabel.

"Do you mind if I take look at it I want to see how it'll go with Mariano's outfit," said Mariano's mother.

"Of course Señora," I was really happy that Dolores' engagement went well with no interruptions but that didn't last when I noticed Dolores whispered something in Camilo's ear. then he shapeshifted for a second but into someone, I don't recall. luckily the grownups didn't notice however my sisters looked like they saw a ghost. Okay, I am getting a sense of deja vu here.

"Isa, Isabela!" said Alma trying to get my sister's attention.

"Sí, Abuela," she finally answered. "Have you and Dolores talked about the floral arrangements yet?"

"Oh yes, we already have an idea. though we wouldn't mind an opinion from the groom as well,"

"I would like that," said Mariano.

"Now Toñito, after your fitting well go through the rehearsal with your animal friends," said Félix.

"Okay but there still a bit upset with mama," Antonio said.

"I'm sorry sweetie, but I am not comfortable with the idea of rodents serving food at my daughter's wedding," said Tía Pepa.

"They wash their hands," said Bruno.

Third Pov

Everyone chuckled at this and during dinner, everything seemed to be going smoothly but Alma knew that something was going on with her nietos, and this time she was not going to let them be afraid of disappointing her nor push their feelings aside."

"Children you all seem to be so tense what's wrong?" she said wanting to help ease their doubts. At this everyone went quiet.

"Oh, nothing Abuela just excited and tired after a long day. Besides, it's nothing that can't wait until tomorrow" said Mirabel trying to reassure everyone.

The rest of the grandchildren agreed except for one. "Toñito, ¿Que Pasa? are you alright?" questioned Alma to her youngest grandchild. He didn't say anything at first but he felt he had to try. "Well there is something I wanted to ask after dinner was done," declared Antonio.

"Oh, well ask away,"

"It's for tío Bruno actually," he said turning to Bruno but before he could someone burst through the Madrigals door panting like crazy.

"What is this?" exclaimed Alma.

"Señora Madrigal lo siento, but there's something you and your family need to see," said the sweating townsman.

"¿Donde?"

"In the town square where your family tree is. It's glowing,"

Mirabel's pov

With that everyone headed to the portrait wall of the Madrigal family tree. When we arrived it was indeed glowing particularly in Bruno's picture.

"Why is it glowing?"

"Has it ever done that before?"

"What does it mean?"

All these questions stopped when the glowing got brighter blinding everyone. when it stopped three new faces appeared on the wall.

"I don't believe it!"

"It's them! the missing Madrigal children,"

"The ones who disappeared about a decade ago!"

After I heard that I went to Abuela to ask her about the pictures. "Abuela who are these three people and why?-" I was interrupted the glowing got brighter till it blinded everyone again for a minute. When it softened more gasps appeared and there were more faces added two girls and one boy were placed in a row in front of the three adults that are in Bruno's section.

"Who are these children?"

"Señora Alma do you know what is happening?" a woman asked my Abuela who held her head high like she was about to answer the questions till she fainted and when I turn to my Tío Bruno who fainted as well.

"Mama!"

"Abuela!"

"Bruno!"

"Tío!"

My family and I gathered around them to see if their okay but all of us were still curious about the people on the wall.

I know this is a family issue but I had to calm the town somehow "Listen I know you all have questions. but right now we need to check on these two. So please until they wake up be patient we'll try to figure this out,"

Satisfied the whole town went home except for the Guzmans, the doctor, and a few townsfolk that wanted to help us get Tío Bruno and Abuela home safely.

As we headed home I look at Dolores and Mariano holding hands. I can't help but feel that I ruined their night.

I walk up to them "Dolores, I'm so sorry. I didn't mean to ruin your moment I swear! I was going to wait till after but before I knew it" she grabbed my hand gently.

"It's okay Mira. I don't blame you. I heard you and Casita. I know you had the best intentions. I missed them too"

"That's a relief, wait too? Do you know them? I mean you were there when they were still around?"

"Of course, they're older than me and Isa by about seven years,"

"Really?"

"Yes, Mirabel don't you remember? you were there too,"

"Uh, Dolores I just found out about these guys today,"

"But that can't be," she said.

"I know it's weird but they are a lot older than me. I probably just didn't spend that much time with them or confused them for some of the townspeople."

"Mira that's impossible, there is no way to confuse them,"

"Do you know why they left? why no one has brought them up before? were they like Tío Bruno? and how his gift was viewed?" I asked trying to find out more about my secret primos.

" I..."

"Hey family meeting Abuela and Tio finally woke up we need to talk," said Camilo.

Dolores and I head to the family room, 'why was she so surprised that I didn't remember them? did something happen?' I thought as we reached the rest of the family.

'Well I'm about to find out'

"I know that what happened has shocked all of us and that some of you are confused about who those people were"

"Who are they?" said Antonio

Then Tío Bruno spoke up with a tired voice "Their names are Javier, Angelina, and Ignacio Madrigal and they are my children,"
