EARTHCLAN
Summary: A down to earth Clan with loose followings of the Warrior Code. They take in any cat who may need help or a place to stay temporarily or permanently. Whenever the leader makes a decision, the elders, oldest warriors, and the deputy hold a meeting to assess if it is the proper decision. Once they have decided, the deputy takes the survey to the rest of the warriors and Queens before taking the survey results to the leader to make the final decision. However, while this makes the Clan run a bit more smoothly, it also means the Medicine Cat must fight for their case whenever they are given an omen, vision, or prophecy. They are lacking in both herbs and prey, they are skilled at catching small birds on their mountainous scrub-land territory of the north.

MOONCLAN
Summary: A deeply religious Clan, far more than any other, they follow the Warrior and Medicine Cat Code to the letter. They are mostly white, gray, and black (with all shades in between) and will abandon young who do not have the qualities of the moon or red eyes (albinism). Any cat who breaks a code, even by accident, must leave to take the Enlightenment Wander to atone for "abandoning" their ways. They have an average amount of herbs on their land (a rocky forest) and an abundance of prey; oddly, they are cut off from the other two Clans in the taiga by a large river and it's cascading waterfall. They are skilled at catching large birds and all are given the gift of seeing and understanding the prophecies, omens, or visions. Medicine Cats often come see them to know which kit could be the next Medicine Cat. However, some believe that they will only ever choose cats that suit their standards rather than what the stars may choose.

THE NOMADS
Information: They don't have a set territory and travel around constantly. Their positions change depending on the season. In Sun Peak (Summer) they live in a valley far north, while in Snow Peak (Winter) they travel to live nearby the Three Clans. They accept any cat who wishes to wander with them to find a place to call home. When kits are too young to wander (less than 2 moons old) they wait until they are at least 4 moons to officially travel farther. They know of jack-cats, she-jacks, and tom-jacks. They use this term as it is referring to a male opossum that could easily be mistaken for a female opossum (a Jill).

Author Note:
Where do I begin? Well, I suppose I should start with SunClan. I created them and their cats based around the medicine cats under the Clan name SunlightClan. However, they changed a lot as I began to look more into what could make them unique and work best for where they live. Thus, everything they once were changed drastically; formerly a lone Clan in the forest with a mysterious dark past, they are now a group of ablest-cats under the name SunClan.
Meanwhile, EarthClan was recently created out of a remake of a Clan. They started off under the Clan name of TwilightClan before being renamed to StormClan and then changed last second into EarthClan because I wanted to represent one heavenly body (Moon), Life (Sun), and the living (Earth). I wanted a fourth Clan, but I couldn't decide on a name that would suit the theme, thus EarthClan was the third Clan that was created.
So, what made MoonClan the second Clan created? Simple, they started off as MoonlightClan (I had a xlightClan theme originally) and were to accompany SunlightClan after revising their history. They were devout to StarClan even in the creation process. However, after deciding on SunClan, I changed them to MoonClan while they kept a lot of what I wanted them to be already. They are devout, yet cruel. Which fits the light and dark sides of the moon. And their religious connections with StarClan works wonders since even StarClan makes the darkest mistakes (The books made this clear enough) after seeming to be perfect for over two decades, give or take.
It was a lot of fun to create Clans on my own though. I had to recreate a story I wanted to write as the villain in it had no true motive and when I slapped one on it seemed... really bad. So I dropped it, kept the characters and knew I wanted to change it. So I added MoonlightClan; but as I looked, I found there wouldn't be real conflict with just them, so EarthClan was made soon after. There as originally a tribe that I created for the Three Clans to descend from in the long distant past, but I couldn't find a way to properly fit them in so I removed them until I can give them their own plot and story.
I'm still going through a lot mentally after the loss of my father. I still want to write better though so I can do what I found I love doing: writing stories. Especially the ones that my dad had always told me to write. So to do that, I need to get better and better to make him even more proud of me then he was when he saw how hard we would try to take care of one another.
SIDE NOTE: I got the term "jack" for a nonbinary cat from a perchance clans generator and I decided to add it in because canonically, there is no word for that. But it's a place holder until I can find a word that would best suit nonbinary cats. A tom-jack is a tom who uses both he/him and they/them. While a she-jack is a she-cat who uses she/her and they/them pronouns. A jack is a they/them, but they can also be called a jack-cat as well I guess.
Like always, thank you so much for reading and helping me on this journey. May you all have a wonderful day, evening, or night. - NightSky
