UA Faculty Meeting Room (Day)

All Might didn't know why he and the other teachers were called to a meeting, but he had a feeling it wasn't good. With Stain in custody, the public was at peace. But the reappearance of Nomus in Hosu meant that whoever was behind the attack on the USJ was back. He entered the room and sat down at the table, waiting for Nezu to speak. But to his, and everyone else's surprise, Dominic was present as well.

"Hello, everyone. I hope you had a good morning, because what I'm about to say will definitely ruin the rest of your day." the boy said, holding a holographic projector in his hand. It was a similar model to what the school used to give their acceptance speeches. Pressing a button, he pulled up several pictures and videos of his Pokemon in action. Some were recognized by the staff, but even more were unknown. "I'm sure by now you know that my Pokemon are far superior to your average animal. It's for this reason that I chose them as my partners in combat." He pressed another button, changing the display to Pieuvre and his Mega Glalie. "But I'm not the only one who knows how to train them for battle."

"This is Captain Pieuvre, a Pokemon poacher who fought Xiao-Long in the past." Nezu explained. "He and his Pokemon have been taken into police custody, and are currently awaiting trial."

"How is it that this man has Pokemon? Weren't you the only one with access to them?" Power Loader asked.

"I never said that." Dominic told the group. "I just said that they were hard to find. People like Pieurve use the connections they have to track down wild Pokemon and abuse them to make them stronger. All for the sake of profit." Only Dominic noticed, but Nezu's expression darkened. "After the last time I fought him, I assumed Pieurve wouldn't be a problem anymore. Clearly, I was mistaken."

"Where are you going with this?" Vlad King asked.

"I never told you how I came to Musutafu, did I?" Dominic asked rhetorically. "I was doing research in a remote part of the UK when a bright light filled my vision. Next thing I knew, I was on a rooftop in this city."

"We speculate that a spatial anomaly was to blame, most likely a Quirk that can teleport people." Nezu said.

"The point is: If I came here, who's to say that I was the ONLY one with Pokemon that was sent here?" Dominic asked. The room went silent. Taking the lack of answer as an answer, he continued. Pressing a button again, the screen was littered with various Pokemon species. "It's not common, but some Pokemon have the same power as the one that sent me here. Take a look."

"Bronzong, the Bronze Bell Pokemon. Type: Steel/Psychic. Some believe its bell-like cry opens holes to another world. It has been revered as a deity since ancient times."

"Palkia, the Spatial Pokemon. Type: Water/Dragon. This Pokemon is feared as a deity in Hisuian legend. The birth of Palkia is what caused the walls of our world to disappear, creating a sky that spans for infinity."

"Giratina, the Renegade Pokemon. Type: Ghost/Dragon. There is one Hisuian verse that tells of a powerful light creating a deep shadow. I imagine this deep shadow is Giratina."

"Hoopa, the Mischief Pokemon. Type: Psychic/Ghost. It gathers things it likes and passes them through its loop to teleport them to a secret place."

"Solgaleo, the Sunne Pokemon. Type: Psychic/Steel. It is said to live in another world. The intense light it radiates from the surface of its body can make the darkest of nights light up like midday."

"Lunala, the Moone Pokemon. Type: Psychic/Ghost. Said to live in another world, this Pokemon devours light, drawing the moonless dark veil of night over the brightness of day."

"Necrozma, the Prism Pokemon. Type: Psychic. Reminiscent of the Ultra Beasts, this life-form, apparently asleep underground, is thought to have come from another world in ancient times."

If the room was silent before, it was dead now.

"Unfortunately, most of the Pokemon I listed are little more than legends." Dominic said, lying. He caught every single one of them. Well, he got Lunala and Hoopa through trades, but who really cared about stuff like that? "But just in case more Pokemon Trainers come here, mine will need to amp up their training. I've made a lot of enemies, and I have no doubt that they'll all come here soon." He pressed the button one final time, changing the display to a picture of a Japanese man wearing a black suit. On the breast pocket was a strange emblem. The letter "R" in rainbow colors. "This is Giovanni, the boss of a crime syndicate that's been festering in the shadows for the past 25 years. Team Rocket."

All Might didn't know why, but this man's image reminded him of All For One.

"Team Rocket consists of thousands of Grunts, Admins, and of course, Giovanni himself." Dominic explained. "Their ambition is to use the Pokemon they've caught and stolen to rule the world. It doesn't matter what you think you can do, Giovanni will always find a way to overpower you."

"I'm sure many of you recall Mewtwo, the Pokemon used to defeat the Nomu in the USJ, correct?" Nezu asked. Everyone that saw it nodded, remembering the pressure they were put under. "Well, Mewtwo was originally created for the purposes of Team Rocket."

"Created?" Present Mic asked, hoping this didn't mean what he thought it did.

"Yes. Mewtwo is an artificially created Pokemon, born by mutating a Mew fetus." Dominic explained, still horrified by his findings on Cinnabar Island. "Mew is a Mythical Pokemon with the DNA of all other Pokemon. Because it was created using Mew, Mewtwo is one of the most powerful Pokemon to ever exist."

All Might wondered what that kind of life would be like. Mewtwo had to have been difficult for Dominic to tame if it was truly as strong as he said it was.

"But that's not the worst of it." the boy continued. "Giovanni's Pokemon are all trained to be as strong as they can possibly be. His Nidoking, Persian, Rhyperior, and Beedrill are all equal to my most skilled Pokemon, Charizard. But he has a secret weapon that makes fighting him alone a death wish. He has a Mewtwo. One that can Mega Evolve."

All Might coughed up a fountain of blood, then fell to the floor.

"Can we get him a wet wipe or something?" Dominic asked, looking around the room as if he didn't just give away information about the most dangerous man he ever met.
