The Sovereign Of The Sunrise Kingdom
Chapter 3: Grasslands Chant
While the thunderstorm continues over the savannahs of the Sunrise Kingdom, Scar travels throughout the heavy rain while his mane and fur gets wet from the rain in the process while he is still lamenting at his lost chance of becoming sovereign of the kingdom right after the birth of his older brother Mufasa's twin children Simba and Amani which makes them his two rightful royal heirs to the throne, and it makes him very jealous in the process and he strongly doesn't support his reign at all just like the rest of the royal family and everybody else does.
So, since Scar has lost his chance of becoming the sovereign of the Sunrise Kingdom, he plots to get rid of Mufasa and his two children Simba and Amani, and he already has an idea to do so. He continues traveling throughout the heavy thunderstorm, and he quickly arrived at the beyond the border of the kingdom which is known as the Shadow Domain, and it's a dry, barren, harsh, and even shadowy place where it serves as the home to the ones who have been exiled from the kingdom since they have no respect for the Circle Of Life such as carelessly overhunting in the savannahs and disrespecting other animal's place in the Circle Of Life, and it is usually sometimes hyenas.
At the Shadow Domain, Scar travels through the dry and barren wastelands while the thunderstorm continues, and he soon arrive at one of the locations which is a desolate wasteland known as the Elephant Graveyard that is covered in misty fog and littered by nothing but skeletons of large elephants. Also, the Elephant Graveyard serves as the home to a clan of hyenas who are one of the inhabitants of the Shadow Domain and those who have no respect for the Circle Of Life, and they prove to be very gluttonous as well. Scar suddenly spots a group of three hyenas in the area named Shenzi, Banzai, and Ed who are on an elephant's skull with some other hyenas from their clan, and he warmly greets them as his fellow henchmen who has always worked for him, even during the reign of his mother Uru, and they warmly greet him back as their faithful boss.
"Hey, guys, look who it is. It's Prince Taka himself." replied Shenzi.
"We can see that, and he showed up right on time too," said Banzai while Ed nodded his head in agreement.
"Yes, Shenzi, Banzai, and Ed, and it's very nice to see you three again." Scar greeted. "Also, you don't have to call me by my real name Taka, you know. Just call me Scar."
"Alright, Scar. If you say so." said Shenzi while Ed joyfully chuckled.
"So, what brings you here to our home?" asked Banzai.
"Because I have a plan, and it's for me to take what's rightfully mine, which is the throne of the Royal Kopje." said Scar. "You three must hear what it will be."
"What's it gonna be, Boss?'" asked Banzai.
"It's trying to get my new nephew and new niece, and their names are Simba and Amani." answered Scar. "Those two are the new son and daughter of my big brother Mufasa, the one who is the current sovereign of the Sunrise Kingdom, and since they are his two children, they are his heirs to the throne."
"Everybody in the whole kingdom has heard about the news of King Mufasa's new twin son and daughter, Scar." said Shenzi. "So what?"
"So those two little hairballs ruined my chance to inherit the throne someday," said Scar. "I used to be first-in-line while my little sister Zahara used to be second-in-line, but that was until the twins came along and ruined everything for me and my chances of becoming king."
"Well, even though you won't become the sovereign anytime sooner or later, you're still royalty no matter what." said Banzai.
"Yes, but the throne still belongs to me, and if it weren't for Simba and Amani, I would still have my chance to inherit the throne from my brother," said Scar. "So that's why I'm gonna get rid of the twins somehow."
"Yeah, but how are you gonna do that anyway?" asked Banzai.
"With your help, of course," said Scar. "Also, you're gonna have a very special surprise during the plan as well."
"What is the surprise?" asked Shenzi.
"You'll get to have my nephew and niece as part of your main course, you three." answered Scar. "One of these days, when the time is right, I'll trick them into coming here at the Elephant Graveyard so you'll be able to have them for your dinner. So, what do you say to that?"
"We say that's a great surprise, and thank you very much, Scar." said Banzai.
"We will be very excited to have those twins as our main course, and we can't wait for it to happen too." said Shenzi while Ed began drooling joyfully.
"You get to have the hairballs as your dinner, and once they are out of the way, the throne will be mine," said Scar. "I will be the sovereign of the Sunrise Kingdom, and I will rule the Sunrise Kingdom with an iron paw."
"Congratulations for coming up with the plan, and all hail King Scar." said Shenzi.
"In the future. You shall rule the kingdom, and we shall support you very well." said Banzai while Ed nodded his head and the other hyenas on the elephant's skull nodded as well.
"Thank you very much, Shenzi, Banzai, and Ed, and hopefully, the plan will work somehow," said Scar.
Scar then sadistically smirked at the sadistic plan he came up with and informed to the hyena trio as well as the other hyenas who are part of their clan, and it will be doing away with Simba and Amani by having Shenzi, Banzai, and Ed eat them alive so he could somehow steal the throne from Mufasa somehow and become the sovereign of the Sunrise Kingdom which he believes the throne is still rightfully his even though Simba and Amani are the true royal heirs to the throne, and his own beliefs is out of pure jealousy and resentment towards Mufasa and his two twin children which makes them his heirs. He continues plotting to assassinate Simba and Amani along with his three hyena henchmen just as the heavy thunderstorm continues.
Many seasons later in the Sunrise Kingdom, both Crown Prince Simba and Princess Amani have grown into cubs, and Simba has a lively and adventurous personality and Amani has a plucky and tomboyish personality. The twins are very close to each other and they get along with each other very well, and they are very close to their parents King Mufasa and Queen Sarabi as well as their other relatives of the Sunrise Kingdom Royal Family which is their paternal aunt Princess Zahara, their uncle Prince Ushindi, and their paternal cousin Princess Wepesi, and they get along with the members of the Sunrise Pride and the royal advisors of the Royal Advisory Council of the Sunrise Kingdom as well.
At one morning at the Royal Kopje Of The Shining Sun, Simba and Amani are getting ready to learn some education and attend the Sunrise Pride Scouts along with the other young lion cubs who are part of the Sunrise Pride, and they are being escorted by Zazu, Mwanga, Afua, and Damisi to where the scouts are being educated at which is one of the caves of the Royal Kopje while their mother and father are preparing to lead the most important groups of the Sunrise Pride, and Mufasa will be leading the male lion patrol on dealing with the intruders of the kingdom and Sarabi will be leading the lioness hunting party to hunt some food for the pride. Also, Mufasa and Sarabi wish good luck to their twin son and daughter at scouting along with the other cubs.
"Simba, Amani, are you ready for the Sunrise Pride Scouts?" asked Mufasa.
"Yeah, we are ready for scouting, Mom and Dad." said Simba.
"That's great, and remember to be on your best behavior as well, you two." said Sarabi.
"We will behave ourselves, and we promise," said Amani.
"That's good, and we wish you good luck on scouting." said Mufasa.
"And we hope that you will enjoy yourselves as well." said Sarabi.
"We are gonna have so much on doing it, and we already know that," said Simba.
"Thank you, Mom and Daddy, and we wish you good luck too." said Amani.
"Bye, Simba and Amani." said Mufasa.
"See you two later," said Sarabi.
Simba warmly embraces Mufasa and warmly embraces Sarabi, and Amani warmly nuzzles Mufasa and warmly nuzzles Sarabi, and the royal twins wave bye to their mother and father and begin heading to the cave where they and their fellow lion cub scouts be educated as well as do some scouting together, and Zazu, Mwanga, Afua, and Damisi began escorting them there while Mufasa and Sarabi proceed to lead the two important groups of the Sunrise Pride.
The twins traveled throughout the hallways of the Royal Kopje along with the four royal advisors for a moment, and they soon arrive at the cave where many male lion cubs and lioness cubs who are their own fellow scout members and are preparing to be educated and do some scouting by Zahara who serves as their scoutmaster and teacher with the help of her husband Ushindi and the royal advisors Zazu, Bahati, Elewa, Mwanga, Afua, and Damisi.
Once they have arrived at the cave of the Sunrise Pride Scouts along with the other four advisors who began preparing to do what they need to do along with the rest of the advisors as well as Zahara and Ushindi, Simba and Amani get ready to be educated and get ready for scouting along with the other cubs, and they both warmly greeted some of the cub scouts which are their best friends and they are a lioness cub named Nala, a male lion cub named Tojo, a male lion cub named Chumvi, a lioness cub named Kula, a male lion cub named Malka, and a lioness cub named Tama.
They have always been their best friends and they've been very close to each of them, and Simba has been betrothed to Nala and Amani has been betrothed to Tojo which they are strongly against the idea since they have been best friends with them for so long. Also, they warmly greet their cousin Wepesi and her best friend Jabari who are also members of the Sunrise Pride Scouts, and they have become older cubs throughout the many seasons while they have grown into cubs as well. Soon, Zahara and Ushindi get started to teach the royal twins, their cousin, their best friends, and the other cubs on some education and begin scouting with them with the help of Zazu, Bahati, Elewa, Mwanga, Afua, and Damisi.
"Good morning, class. I am Princess Zahara, the sister of the sovereign King Mufasa." Zahara greeted.
"And I am Prince Ushindi, Zahara's husband." Ushindi greeted.
"Good morning, Zahara and Ushindi." the twins and the other cub scouts greeted.
"Today, we'll be going out to the Serengeti Plains to learn about what the members of the pride would usually do," said Ushindi. "And that will be learning how to the male lions would usually do patrolling and the lionesses would usually do hunting, the male lions would hunt and the lionesses would patrol, and we'll be all learning how to hunt in the savannah of the Serengeti Plains and you'll be trying to hunt something simple such as butterflies, dragonflies, crickets, beetles, and termites."
"But before we could get started on the hunting lessons in the savannah, there is something we need to tell you kids first." said Zahara. "You know, the Serengeti Plains is the very place where the whole Sunrise Kingdom first came to be and was first founded by one of the ancestors of the royal family who is King Jua himself, and that was when the Sunrise Pride was first formed and the Royal Kopje Of The Shining Sun was first built within the savannah by using a Iot of teamwork by the pride. It has served as the capital of the kingdom since the Royal Kopje was built thousands of years ago. Also, all of the creatures living in the kingdom would gather right here for the birth of the sovereign's heir to the throne and celebrate some holidays such as the Festival Of The Sun and Remembrance Day."
"What her majesty Princess Zahara just explained about the Serengeti Plains is very true, children." said Zazu.
"And the story about the location of where the kingdom was first founded is very wonderful as well." said Mwanga.
"Absolutely, and everybody has always enjoyed listening to those kinds of stories so much when it has been first told by one of the members of the royal family in the past." said Afua.
"Okay, everybody. So, since that famous story has been told by Princess Zahara, it's time for your lessons now." said Damisi.
"That's right. Let's go out to the savannah and learn how to hunt." said Zahara.
Simba and Amani, their cousin Wepesi and her best friend Jabari, their best friends Nala, Tojo, Kula, Chumvi, Tama, and Malka, and the rest of the cub scouts nodded their heads in agreement while they are all very amazed by the story of when the Sunrise Kingdom first came to be and the Sunrise Pride was first established by King Jua who was the very first sovereign of the Sunrise Kingdom in the Serengeti Plains where the Royal Kopje Of The Shining Sun has been built by him as well as the members of the pride, and they, Zahara, Ushindi, and the six royal advisors leave the cave and begin heading to the Serengeti Plains where they will be learning how to hunt in the savannah.
Soon, the whole group has arrived at the savannah where Zahara and Ushindi proceeds to teach Simba, Amani, Wepesi, Jabari, Nala, Tojo, Kula, Chumvi, Tama, and Malka about hunting with the help of Zazu, Bahati, Elewa, Mwanga, Afua, and Damisi. They instruct them to hunt on the insects during the lessons, and they insist that they should work together on hunting them by partnering up with each other, which they all quickly agree to do. Zahara and Ushindi partners up Simba and Nala, partners up Amani and Tojo, partners up Chumvi and Kula, partners up Malka and Tama, and partners up the other lion cub scouts, and they and the royal advisors send them out to the grasslands of the savannah and they begin doing their own hunting lessons with each other by working together as partners and they begin searching for some insects in the grasslands they could use for the hunting lessons.
Simba and Nala work together to hunt some butterflies, Amani and Tojo work together to hunt some beetles, Chumvi and Kula work together to hunt some dragonflies, Malka and Tama work together to hunt some crickets, Wepesi and Jabari work together to hunt some termites, and the other lion cub scouts work together to hunt different kinds of insects in the savannah of the Serengeti Plains while Zahara, Ushindi, and the six advisors watch them in complete delight.
During the hunting lessons in the savannah, Simba and Nala begin bonding with each other while they are having so much fun with each other trying to hunt some of the butterflies. Also, they are completely aware that they have been betrothed to each other to be married someday in the future by each of their parents since it's one of the traditions of the royal family to have the children of the sovereign to be arranged to get married with one of the members of the lion pride, even when they are young cubs. Simba and Nala are against the idea of being arranged to be married and would rather be just best friends, but they secretly have romantic feelings for each other which they are completely unaware of.
"Did you catch any butterflies yet, Nala?" asked Simba.
"Nope. Did you, Simba?" asked Nala.
"No, not yet. Well, one of these days, we'll be hunting just like the hunting party of the Sunrise Pride." said Simba.
"And we honestly can't wait for it someday too," said Nala. "Also, besides hunting, we'll be patrolling too, and we can't wait for it too."
"Oh, and I'll be leading the hunting and the patrolling when I become the sovereign someday," said Simba. "I'm next in line to the throne while my twin sister Amani is second-in-line, and that's 'cause I'm the oldest and she's the youngest. By seven minutes, of course."
"I know, and the others know that and everybody else in the pride and the whole kingdom knows that." said Nala. "Since you're the heir apparent to the throne and Amani is second-in-line, we congratulate you both and you'll make a very good king just like your dad King Mufasa and Amani will be a good princess as well as being a good help to you when you become king."
"Mmm-hmm and thanks, Nala. Thank you very much." said Simba. "Also, speaking of becoming the sovereign someday and having my sister help me rule the kingdom, becoming king has always been my dream."
Nala nodded in agreement. "While your lifelong dream is becoming a good king just like your dad, are you absolutely sure that your dream is to become married to me one of these days? You know, since our parents arranged us to be married? Are you okay with that?"
"Honestly, I think the idea of us being arranged to be married is really strange, and I'm not really interested in the whole arranged marriage thing anyway." said Simba. "How about you? Are you interested in the idea?"
"What? No way." said Nala. "I think arranged marriages are strange too, and besides, we would rather be friends than becoming a married couple which has been arranged by our parents."
"Mmm-hmm, and we have always been best friends and always will be." replied Simba. "Just like Tojo, Chumvi, Kula, Malka, and Tama will always be our friends as well as my twin sister Amani."
Simba and Nala then smiled at each other, and Simba is very grateful of Nala congratulating him on being the heir to the throne and will become the sovereign of the Sunrise Kingdom as well as showing some gratitude for congratulating Amani for being second-in-line to the throne as much as their other best friends and everybody else does. They continue hunting for some butterflies in the savannah, and while they do so, they continue enjoying themselves in the process. Soon, they manage to catch some butterflies in their paws, and when they do, they end up falling onto each other on the ground while they still had the butterflies in their paws, much to their surprise.
Once they fell onto each other on the ground, Simba and Nala stared at each other in complete surprise for a moment, and they smiled at each other again just as they shared a laugh with each other. They got up from each other off the ground just as they still held onto the butterflies, and they both even witnessed a large herd of giraffes walking with each other throughout the savannah in the distance which made them very amazed, and they are both suddenly greeted by Chumvi and Kula who have managed to catch some dragonflies in their paws and they also witness the large giraffe herd in the distance.
"Hey, Simba and Nala." Chumvi greeted.
"Oh, hey, Chumvi and Kula." Simba greeted.
"It looks like you caught something, and it's butterflies." said Kula.
"Mmm-hmm, and it looks like you guys caught dragonflies too." said Nala.
"Congratulations for hunting today in the savanna," said Simba.
"Congratulations to you too, guys." said Chumvi.
"Well, look what we just saw during hunting, and it's one of the herds." said Nala just as she pointed to the giraffe herd in the distance.
"We can already see that, and it's really awesome," said Kula.
Simba, Nala, Chumvi, and Kula begin watching the herd of giraffes walk throughout the distance of the savannah in complete amazement right after they have managed to catch some insects during the hunting lessons for the lion cub scouts. While they did so, Simba and Nala smiled at each other just as they got closer to each other while they have romantic feelings for each other and are completely unaware of it, and they would rather be just friends than getting married someday. Also, Chumvi and Kula suddenly smiled at each other and got closer to each other while they secretly have romantic feelings for each other which they are also unaware of.
Meanwhile, elsewhere in the Serengeti Plains while the hunting lessons for the Sunrise Pride Scouts continue in the savannah, Amani and Tojo work together to hunt some beetles, and they are really enjoying themselves doing so just like everybody else are. Also, they are both aware that they have been arranged by each of their parents to be married someday in the future, and they are strongly against the idea of being betrothed and would rather be just best friends just like Simba and Nala, but they are actually deeply in love with each other and they are unaware of it just like Simba and Nala.
"So, Tojo, one of these days, we'll be going hunting for some different kinds of food for everybody in the Sunrise Pride." said Amani. "We'll be hunting some water buffalos, zebras, antelopes, giraffes, wildebeests, bush pigs, and more."
"That's right, and we'll be patrolling someday as well, Amani," said Tojo. "For right now, we are learning how to do those things since we are members of the Sunrise Pride Scouts, and we honestly can't wait to start hunting and patrolling just like our parents and the other members of the pride one of these days just like our friends and the other scouts."
"Mmm-hmm, and my twin brother Simba will be leading the hunting party and the patrol group since he is the future sovereign." said Amani. "And I'll be helping out with leading the Sunrise Pride as well as running the Sunrise Kingdom since I'm his twin sister and second-in-line to the throne. My dream is to be such a good princess and his dream is to be such a good king just like our daddy King Mufasa, and he's teaching us to be those things right now."
"Well, since Simba is the future king and you're a princess who is his younger twin sister and second-in-line to the throne, everybody congratulates you two for it." said Tojo. "Also, everybody is gonna be so proud when Simba will become the next sovereign and you will be helping him out with things around the Sunrise Kingdom."
"Simba and I already know that, and we'll be proud of ourselves for it as well." said Amani. "Oh, and Tojo, do you really think that being betrothed to each other by our parents is really weird, even when we are still little cubs? I think it is weird and I don't think it's such a good idea to be betrothed while we're just best friends and always will be along with the others. Do you think it's a good idea?"
"Actually, I think the idea of betrothal is very weird too, Amani, and we're better off as just being best friends rather than being a married couple." said Tojo. "We're just best friends and we will always be friends no matter what, and we've always been there for each other, always supported each other, and always helped each other out when in need."
Then, Amani and Tojo smiled at each other just as they enjoy being best friends with each other and are strongly against the idea of being betrothed to each other by each of their parents, and they continued to hunt for some of the beetles in the savannah together during the hunting lessons. Soon, they eventually caught some beetles in their paws, much to their joy, and they both quickly notice a family of bluebirds spending some time with each other at their home nest which is located on an acacia tree while the bluebird family flew above their own home and begin watching them in complete amazement. While they did so, they are soon greeted by Malka and Tama who have managed to catch some crickets in their paws and also notice the bluebird family in the acacia tree.
"Hello, Amani and Tojo." Tama greeted.
"Oh, hi, Malka and Tama." Amani greeted.
"Congratulations for managing to hunt some beetles during the hunting lessons," said Malka.
"And congratulations for capturing some crickets as well, you two." said Tojo.
"Also, get a load of that bluebird family in that tree, guys," said Amani.
"Yeah, and that family of little bluebirds are having so much fun as we are." said Tojo.
"We notice that already, and you're right, they are having fun just like us." said Tama.
"Oh, and they are so adorable too, even when they are together," said Malka.
Amani, Tojo, Malka, and Tama begin watching the family of bluebirds spend some time with each other in complete amazement. While they did so, Amani and Tojo congratulated each other for managing to hunt the beetles together just as they nuzzled each other and were deeply in love with each other which they are completely unaware of and would rather be just friends instead of being married. Malka and Tama also nuzzled each other just as they also congratulated each other for managing to hunt the crickets and were also secretly in love with each other which they are also unaware of.
Just as the hunting lessons for the Sunrise Pride Scouts continue in the savannah of the Serengeti Plains, Wepesi and Jabari work together to hunt some termites, and they quickly manage to catch some of the termites and they congratulated each other just as they warmly embraced each other. Also, besides being best friends, Wepesi has deep romantic feelings for Jabari and Jabari exactly feels the same way about Wepesi, and they are both unaware that they are in love with each other.
"We did it, Wepesi, and we just caught some termites." said Jabari.
"Yes, we sure did, Jabari, and we'll be going out hunting someday too." said Wepesi.
"And we'll be patrolling someday too. Oh, I am so excited about this." said Jabari.
"Me too, and everybody else in the Sunrise Pride are excited," said Wepesi.
Right after they have managed to hunt some termites during the hunting lessons, Wepesi and Jabari witness a troop of vervet monkeys groom themselves elsewhere in the savannah, and they became very amazed by how they are helping each other out with grooming each other just as they continue to congratulate each other for capturing the termites and warmly embrace each other while they are unaware that they have deep romantic feelings for each other while they have a close friendship with each other.
Later on that day, the hunting lessons for the Sunrise Pride Scouts is now all finished, and Simba and Nala, Amani and Tojo, Wepesi and Jabari, Chumvi and Kula, Malka and Tama, and the other male lion cub scouts and other lioness cub scouts have managed to succeed in capturing the insects during the hunting lessons in the savannah of the Serengeti Plains and they show what they have captured to Zahara and Ushindi as well as Zazu, Bahati, Elewa, Mwanga, Afua, and Damisi. They are all proud of the young lion cubs for their success during the lessons and kindly ask them to release the insects which they do so and gently release them from their paws back to the savannah.
Once the hunting lessons in the savannah has been finished, the royal twins Simba and Amani, their best friends Nala, Tojo, Chumvi, Kula, Malka, and Tama, their older cousin Wepesi and her best friend Jabari, and the other male lion cub scouts and lioness cub scouts return back to the Royal Kopje Of The Shining Sun along with Wepesi's parents Zahara and Ushindi as well as the six members of the Royal Advisory Council Of The Sunrise Kingdom, and they all greet their parents at one of the caves where they all inform them of their success of the hunting lessons and they became very proud of them just as they show their love and affection towards them.
Also, Mufasa, Sarabi, and the other male lion members and other lioness members of the Sunrise Pride have finished with hunting for some food for the Sunrise Pride and they have managed to hunt some thomson's gazelles and they've managed to finish patrolling throughout the kingdom by driving away some intruders who doesn't respect the Circle Of Life such as the hyenas and other creatures from the Shadow Domain. The members of the Sunrise Pride begin having they Thompson's gazelle carcasses for lunch at the cave together while the advisors had some fruits and nuts for lunch as well for a moment, and they all get finished with having some lunch together.
Later on in the Royal Kopje, the royal family and some of the members of the Sunrise Pride begin spending time with each other at an outdoor area along with the six advisors just as they continue adoring their children for their success during the lessons on how to hunt in the savannah of the Serengeti Plains for being the Sunrise Pride Scouts and how they will be part of the hunting party of the pride someday as well as be part of the patrol group of the pride someday.
Simba and Amani receive some praise from their father and mother Mufasa and Sarabi, Wepesi receive some praise from her mother and father Zahara and Ushindi, Nala receive some praise from her mother Sarafina who serve as one of Sarabi's ladies-in-waiting, Tojo receive some praise from his father Ipyana who serve as one of Mufasa's courtiers, Chumvi receive some praise from his father Andwele who serve as one of Mufasa's courtiers, Kula receive some praise from her mother Dabiku who serve as one of Sarabi's ladies-in-waiting, Malka receive some praise from his father Faraji who serve as one of Mufasa's courtiers, Tama receive some praise from her mother Radhi who serve as one of Sarabi's ladies-in-waiting, Jabari receives some praise from his father Feruzi, and the other young cubs receive some praise from their own mothers and fathers.
Also, while that they are very proud of their twin son and daughter Simba and Amani for being so successful during the hunting lessons as much as the other members of the Sunrise Pride are so proud of their own children for the success of the lessons, Mufasa and Sarabi hope that Simba will be such a great sovereign when he ascends the throne someday and Amani would be a great assistance to Simba since she's currently second-in-line to the throne of the Royal Kopje, and both Simba and Amani hope for the same thing as well.
"Simba, Amani, how were your lessons for scouting today?" asked Mufasa.
"It was really exciting, Mom and Dad." said Simba.
"We learned how to hunt, and it was so much fun," said Amani.
"Well, we're so glad that you've learned about hunting, and it's very important that you should learn about it as well as patrolling just like the other cubs." said Sarabi.
"That's 'cause you're all in very special training, and you'll be part of the hunting party and the patrol group of the Sunrise Pride someday," said Mufasa.
"We already know, and I will be the one leading them since I'll be the next king," said Simba.
"And I will help him lead them since I'm second-in-line to the throne," said Amani.
"That's so true, and we're really proud of being the two royal heirs to the throne of the Sunrise Kingdom, and everybody else is proud too." said Sarabi.
"Also, our ancestors are very proud of that as well even though they are no longer around." said Mufasa. "Simba, when you ascend the throne and become king, and Amani, since you're second-in-line and will be helping your twin brother with running the kingdom when he's the new sovereign, you must work together to lead the Sunrise Pride no matter what and you two must keep the Circle Of Life in balance no matter what since everybody has their own place in it."
"We already know what we need to do together when Simba becomes the next sovereign, Daddy." said Amani.
"Oh, and Simba, besides taking your place as king one of these days, you'll be taking your place in the Circle Of Life as well." said Mufasa. "I took my place in it right after my mother, my mother took her place in it right after her father, my grandfather took his place in it right after his father, and my great-grandfather took his place in it after his mother. So, you really need to know that, and it's very important."
"Alright, Dad, and I can't wait for that too as much as when I become the new sovereign, rule the kingdom, and lead the pride with Amani's help someday," said Simba.
King Mufasa and Queen Sarabi continue to be very proud of Crown Prince Simba for being the rightful heir to the throne of the Sunrise Kingdom and will become a great sovereign someday, and Princess Amani for being second-in-line to the throne and while help Simba with running the Sunrise Kingdom and leading the Sunrise Pride. Then, Simba and Mufasa warmly embraced each other while they nuzzled each other on their heads and Amani and Sarabi warmly embraced each other while they nuzzled each other on their heads.
