Hello, hero. Hey, UknownHero here and welcome to another chapter of Senran Persona! I have nothing much to say due to my lack of a social life so let's just dive into the reviews. Sorry, I am watching Maneater right now while writing this.

To Chronos0305: I have no idea what you're talking about, I write as I nervously look away. To Vein Bloodborne: It is a canon character, and that's all I'm gonna say about it.

And… that's it. 40 chapters in and we are nowhere close to the end. This is probably going to be the longest fic on my profile. Let's…run out of things to say here.

Load Game… Start!

Chapter 40: Calm Long Day

(5/31, Early Morning)

(Shibuya, Shin Megami Apartment Complex)

Homura couldn't even remember when she went to bed last night. She had stayed up pretty late preparing training equipment and figuring out future training regimes before collapsing into the futon with her roommate and holding her in a tight and protective embrace.

And honestly, the tan skinned girl didn't even care at this point, her roommate was someone truly important and precious to her and she admitted to it...mentally to herself as well as her roommate alone.

Though Homura did have to make sure she didn't become too crazy over her roommate, she didn't want to end like a certain sadistic third year she knew, nor become a pervert like a certain blonde she recently met.

(Hebijo Academy)

"ACHOO!"

"Gesundheit, Haruka-sama." Mirai got out as the scientist wiped her nose.

"How unusual." Haruka admitted in amusement as she then looked over her supplies. "Ah, someone must be talking about my accomplishments." She soon deducted in amusement.

"Can they really be considered accomplishments?" Hikage mumbled out, still a little sleepy as she sat on her pack while a familiar blonde ran into the room, panting.

"W-Who touched my bean sprout plants again!? They're going out of control and I can't eat all of it!" Yomi exclaimed in a panic.

"Going what?" Hikage got out...

SPRONG!

Just as a wave of bean sprouts washed over them.

"Oops, sorry Yomi-chan." Haruka apologized with a giggle escaping her lips.

Not that Yomi could hear her at all because...you know...bean sprouts.

(Asakusa, Hanzo Academy)

"ACHOO!"

"Excuse you Katsuragi." Yagyū bluntly got out while chewing on a piece of some dried squid.

"That was kinda weird." Katsuragi muttered out as she practiced her kicks on some blocks of ice. "Ah, someone must be talking about my achievements." She soon declared in a prideful manner with a smirk on her face.

"I doubt any normal person will talk about your achievements." Ikaruga deadpanned as her eye twitched. "AND DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT!" She then demanded as she already saw the gleam in the blonde's eyes.

"HEHEHE! TOO LATE!" Katsuragi giggled and exclaimed in excitement as she tackled the temporary leader down.

CRASH! GLOMP!

"...You know, I'm becoming numb to this." Yagyū admitted as the ravenette screamed and yelled while struggling to throw the groping girl off her.

"That's Katsu-nee for you." Hibari meanwhile giggled out with a smile.

(Shibuya, Shin Megami Apartment Complex)

Homura soon shivered as she felt that those she silently mentioned were up to no good, even feeling sympathetic to those around them as victims.

Huh, sympathy. Something the tan skinned girl never thought she would have any for anyone after everything she went through prior to coming to Tokyo.

"Homu-nee, get up! We're going to be late!" Asuka called out from the kitchen.

"Hai, hai." Homura casually replied as she jumped to her feet and made her way to get ready for the day with all the preparations ready in case the Leader asked her to train someone.

(5/31, Morning)

(Shujin Academy, Classroom)

All the Shujin Academy Phantom Thieves group members were listening to their own individual lectures.

"I've actually gotten into fishing lately, although it's just pond fishing from time to time." Inui informed as he trailed off from his lecture. "I can't go sea fishing because I get seasick easily, So much for my dream of being a sailor." He then added as he laughed to himself.

"How is this related to..." Homura thought before pausing. "...What subject he's teaching- I really need to memorize my timetable." She muttered to herself.

"Oh, right! When people think of sailing the high seas, they tend to think of pirates."

"Like Captain William Kidd?" Homura soon asked as she raised her hand.

"Yes. Like him. However, many of them are ruffians who plunder other ships and coastal settlements through force, but for some reason they ended up getting romanticised." Inui continued.

"Well, it's about freedom. Going against authority and living free from the government." Akira whispered out.

"Now then...Kurusu-kun." Inui called out, getting everyone to turn to the boy in mention. "Do you know which peg-legged, parrot toting historical figure's appearance became the visual shorthand for pirates?" He soon questioned.

Akira frowned as he thought his answer through. Instincts were leaning towards Blackbeard, but that couldn't be right. Ugh, did he know any other pirates...?

"Whoop!" Asuka suddenly got out as a piece of paper fell off her desk. "S-Sorry." She sheepishly apologized as she quickly picked it up, hiding a smirk as the Leader smiled.

"John Silver." Akira soon answered.

"That is correct." Inui replied with a smile. "The answer is Long John Silver, a character from Treasure Island by Scottish author Robert Louis Stevenson. The story of Long John Silver informed much of our modern view of pirates. Unfortunately, he only exists in fiction. In terms of nonfictional pirates, well...There's Anne Bonny, Blackbeard, James Cook and, as Shinkukage-chan pointed out, Captain William Kidd." He then revealed.

"I wonder if Ryuji would be more interested in learning if the curriculum involved our Personas more..." Morgana wondered quietly.

"Speaking of Captain Kidd, maybe you're familiar with the story of his execution? How he declared that he hid all of his treasure in one place?" Inui continued as the students whispered to each other how smart the local criminal was.

Asuka meanwhile gave her Leader a thumbs-up, while also crumpling up the paper she had, which simply had John Silver written on it.

"Though research seems to indicate that he didn't actually have much...Still, several novels were written based on his legend, and people still look for his treasure to this day. By the way, I've heard that there's an island in Kyushu where Kidd's treasure is said to sleep..." He then stated as he continued with his lecture.

"He made himself immortal when he died. He made sure everyone would remember him centuries later..." Homura thought as she looked down at her notes. "I wonder if I can do the same when I die..." She then added in her head in a curious manner.

(5/31, After School)

(Shujin Academy, Classroom)

RING RING RING!

Another day, another lesson, another...something...relevant to his boredom...

"Okay, what am I doing today...?" Akira whispered to himself as he closed his eyes to think about it. He was pretty close with Asuka and Ryuji, but he hasn't been hanging out with Homura, Ann and Yumi all that much...

Time to rectify that. But he just needed some more time...something the not cat would give him since he limited the Leader to hanging out with two people a day.

Akira's gaze instantly went to the tan skinned girl, who was already heading out of the classroom, an idea soon coming to mind. "Homura, wait up!" He called out.

That caught the tan skinned girl's attention as she turned to look at him. "Oh, you want another training session?" Homura whispered in a curious manner and a raised eyebrow.

"Uh...No. Sorry. Still recovering from the last one." Akira apologized as he rolled his shoulder. Hopefully Sojiro won't find any bloody bandages once that cut heals..."No, I actually need a favor." He stated as he pulled out his wallet and gave Homura a few notes.

"What's this for?" Homura asked as the Leader gave her some money. It looked like it was about 10,000 Yen. "I mean, I wouldn't mind if you gave me money out of the goodness of your heart..." She then jokingly added.

"I'm paying you to train Morgana for the day." Akira whispered.

"Okay, in what area?" Homura asked. "I was gonna say the price was gonna be 1750 Yen to start and raise it over time, but I'm not complaining and he doesn't need to know that." She meanwhile thought to herself while pocketing the money.

"Just where you meet up with him using a Shinobi Kekkei. Training him for all around." Akira answered...only to get smack in the back of the head.

"I mean, Strength, Magic etc etc. I only have enough time to focus on one aspect at a time, you idiot." Homura explained with a frown.

"...Endurance." Akira soon replied.

"Thank you! Ugh, we need to work on our communication..." Homura responded as she rubbed her forehead.

"I was trying to make it so he didn't hear me..." Akira hissed out.

"He's asleep. I can hear him snoring." Homura deadpanned. "And why keep it a secret? We both want everyone here to get stronger." She then asked with a frown.

"...I want you to train him for a while...so I can do more at night without him nagging me to sleep." Akira revealed.

"Ah. Well, don't blame me if you wake up late." Homura sighed out. "But then again, I have been going to sleep later too..." She then added.

"Homura, it's like he puts me at gunpoint to go to sleep." Akira bluntly stated, revealing his twitching eye.

"Probably because he doesn't want another incident like the first day of school." Homura pointed out. "He's an annoying little cat, but he's a caring annoying little cat." She then added.

"NOT A CAT!" Morgana suddenly shouted out as he popped his head out of Akira's bag before yawning. "Huh? What? What are you guys talking about?" He drowsily asked.

"Nothing!" Akira immediately responded. "Wait, actually...I'm gonna hang out with Ann today. Why not spend some time with Homura in the meanwhile?" He then suggested.

"Really? You're going to commit some time to Lady Ann?" Morgana soon asked.

"Yep." Akira replied.

"Alright." Morgana replied with a nod as he jumped out of the bag and onto the tan skinned girl's shoulder. "I'll meet you tonight?" He soon asked.

"Definitely. See you guys later." Akira replied before walking off, making sure his nefarious grin wasn't seen.

"Hey, where's Lady Asuka?" Morgana soon asked in a curious manner as they watched the Leader talk to Ann.

"Ah, last time I saw her, she said she was going to see Kawakami for something." Homura informed in a casual manner. "I wonder why she blushed whenever I ask about what happened last night..." She then added in her head.

(Courtyard)

The Vice Leader in question was chugging down a soda from the machine in anticipation. The reason for said anticipation, the waiting to see if she made it or not for the modeling audition. "Moh, this wait is killing me...I really gotta know if I made it or not..." Asuka thought to herself.

"Uh...Hey Asuka-chan." A familiar voice greeted.

To hearing that, the Vice Leader turned her head to see the dyed blond approaching her. "Oh, hi Ryuji-kun." Asuka greeted. "What's up?" She then asked.

"Uh, yeah. Sorry for yesterday." Ryuji awkwardly apologized.

"It's okay. It was my choice to stick with it to the end." Asuka replied.

"What did happen with the, uh, services person?" Ryuji had to ask.

"Secret." Asuka immediately replied as her cheeks quickly became red while she glanced over the dyed blond's shoulder to see a familiar teacher lecturing another familiar face.

"Why did Akira-kun blame Mishima-kun...?" Asuka thought.

"Hey uh...I like sodas too but uh...don't you think you're drinking too many?" Ryuji suddenly asked as he glanced at the pile of carbonated drinks next to the brunette.

Asuka blinked before looking beside herself. "...I should buy more for home." She mumbled out.

"Stop. Here." Ryuji interrupted as he took something out of his bag.

"You got me a gift?" Asuka asked as she blinked a couple of times. "But it's not Christmas yet Ryuji-kun." She then added.

"Eh, I thought you might want to play some games on your own...and to make it up to ya for yesterday." Ryuji explained. "Even got you a game with it." He then added.

Asuka then examined the green hand held device as she then flipped it open and turned it on. "Gameboy Advance SP?" She read out.

"Yeah. It's kinda old, but I had a spare and thought I'd give it to you." Ryuji explained before remembering. "...Dammit! I left the charger at home!" He grumbled out.

Nodding to that and unaware of what he just grumbled, the brunette sat down as she turned it on, signified with a red light lighting up. "Pok-é-mon LeafGreen?" Asuka read out the title in a curious manner.

"Yeah, I think Akira mentioned it a bit ago." Ryuji reminded. "It's about collecting and battling monsters and becoming the very best n' shit." He simply explained.

"And I can keep it?" Asuka asked, referring to the system itself.

"Yeah. It's a gift. People usually give them to someone else, mostly friends." Ryuji answered with a small chuckle.

Asuka in response blushed in an embarrassed manner to that. "R-Right." She replied as she started playing. "Oh, the girl character's outfit is so cute!" She got out.

Ryuji meanwhile chuckled to that. "I know. Now if only the devs actually acknowledged her existence out this game save for the manga..." He muttered out as he watched her input her name before the professor introduced her rival. "Name your rival DICKBAG! No, wait, BITCH!" He soon suggested.

"Ryuji-kun, that's not nice." Asuka replied in a chiding manner with a puffed up cheek before focusing on the game again. "I'm naming him...Boruto." She soon decided

Ryuji in response snickered to that decision. "Really? Why?" He soon asked.

"I dunno, just sounded right. He does look overconfident and full of himself as well." Asuka replied with a shrug.

"Okay...Well, your adventure awaits." Ryuji got out as the brunette officially started the game. "Note to self, don't let her watch Boruto." He meanwhile added to himself in his head with an amused sweatdrop.

"Why doesn't my parents have a bedroom?" Asuka soon asked.

"I dunno. She sleeps on the table. Move on." Ryuji answered in an impatient tone.

"R-Right." Asuka replied as she left the house in game, heading towards the only obvious exit in the town.

Suddenly, Asuka watched as the professor stopped her character, explaining stuff about how the tall grass was dangerous for anyone without a Pokémon before he then dragged her character to his lab, the bigger building in town.

"...Shit! I forgot to tell you to get your Potion from the PC!" Ryuji suddenly exclaimed, causing the brunette to jump. "Ah, whatever, get it after the rival battle. Pick your Pokémon." He soon added after calming down.

"Okay..." Asuka got out as she finished skipping through the dialogue and started looking at all the choices in Pokémon.

The first one was a green four-legged creature with a flower bulb on its back.

The second one was an orange lizard that stood up on two feet with the end of its long tail having a fire on it.

And the last one was a blue turtle with a brown shell that was also standing up on two feet.

Asuka soon gained stars in her eyes as she looked at the three creatures she had to choose from. "Aaaaaaw~! They all look so cute!" She squealed in delight. "I don't know which one to choose!" She then admitted. "Do you have suggestions, Ryuji-kun?" She eventually asked.

"Well, Charmander evolves into Charizard, Fire-Flying with decent Special Attack and Speed however since you're playing Generation 3 . Thank God for that, Special Attack and Special Defense was one stat back in the original Red and Green and that caused so many problems. Anyways, he's a pretty good mixed attacker, however he falls apart when going against any Water Type Pokémon. You should be aware though that the types of moves are weird in this generation, so Fire is considered a Special move, which means it draws from its special stat rather than its attack stat. They change that in Gen 4 for Diamond and Pearl which are my personal favourite." Ryuji began. "Speaking of Water Types, Squirtle turns into Blastoise eventually, pure Water with cannons on its back. It's pretty decent, but it has a pretty bad move pool. It's quite tanky though and Water is pretty versatile in general." He then informed. "However, if you want the first three gyms to be easy, I recommend Bulbasaur, who evolves to the Grass-Poison Type Venusaur. It's great for early game since Grass is super effective against Rock and Water and resists Electric, however its moves lean it more towards a support role, providing status effects like poison and sleep." He soon concluded.

The Vice Leader in response to think blinked as she listened to the entire explanation the dyed blond gave her. "...Why do you know so much about this game?" Asuka soon asked with a giggle escaping her lips.

"Hey, it may be aimed towards kids but holy shit, things can get complicated. Have you seen how to capture Munchlax in Gen 4!? 1% on a random four trees that changes every day that you have to wait 6 hours every time to check!" Ryuji shouted out, getting increasingly angry and red-faced as he spoke.

"This is a lot of research into things that really have very little meaning." Asuka awkwardly pointed out.

"Well, it's more interesting. At least to me." Ryuji casually replied while shrugging his shoulders. "So, who are you gonna choose?" He then asked.

"Mm..." Asuka hummed out. "I'll go with Bulbasaur!" She happily declared as she picked her starter. "Oh! It's a male!" She then informed. "Hmm, what should I give it as a nickname?" She soon wondered.

"Your choice." Ryuji casually replied as he got himself a drink.

Asuka nodded as she frowned in thought. "I'll name you..." She began as she thought about the name. "Tank!" She decided as she imputed the name.

"You can go check his stats to see what he's best at now." Ryuji soon informed.

"Why?" Asuka meanwhile asked

"Well, you have to know your Pokémon before you bring the best out of them." Ryuji explained. "Especially their nature. It either makes them better or worse." He then added.

"Okay..." Asuka muttered out as she checked out her Pokémon. "It says Tank is Hardy..." She soon informed.

"Uh...If I know my Natures...Your Bulbasaur has a neutral nature." Ryuji informed. "Not bad, but not good either." He then added.

"Ok..." Asuka responded with a nod as she looked at the game. "Uh actually Ryuji-kun, I'm looking at Tank now and he's a slightly different color then he's supposed to be and it has a red star as well." She then informed. "Is that bad?" She soon asked in concern.

The dyed blond's eyes however widened to hearing that. "WHAT!?" Ryuji exclaimed as he rushed over and looked at the screen. "GODDAMMIT! A SHINY STARTER!?" He got out in shock.

The Vice Leader meanwhile yelped in a surprised manner to this reaction. "Is that rare?" Asuka innocently asked.

"Yes!" Ryuji responded. "It's, like, a 1 out of 8192 chance to get one of those!" He soon revealed.

Asuka blinked before turning back to her game, going through the battle tutorial and such. Eventually, after a good few minutes of playing, she got Pokeballs and had officially started her journey.

However, on her first encounter...

"Hey, I found another one of those shiny things!" Asuka happily informed. "Aw~! And it's a cute yellow mouse!" She cooed out in excitement.

"...Pikachu isn't available in the first few routes. This isn't Yellow version! Is the game glitching or somethin'?" Ryuji grumbled out.

"I'll name you...Pika since you're a female." Asuka happily declared before swiftly catching the mouse and checking it out in her Pokémon menu. "Hey Ryuji-kun, what's a Light Ball? Pika-chan's holding one." Asuka asked.

The dyed blond then looked at the Vice Leader in disbelief. "And you got a 1% chance of a Pikachu holding a Light Ball. Great." Ryuji soon got out as the brunette continued her adventure.

Before completely losing it.

"HOW ARE YOU ENCOUNTERING MEW AT LEVEL EFFIN' 10!?" Ryuji soon asked as he looked at the screen. "WHY AND HOW ARE YOU SO LUCKY!?" He then exclaimed.

"I don't know." Asuka replied in confusion. "Is this cute pink floating cat rare?" She soon asked.

"YES! AW WHAT THE HELL YOU HAVE TO GET AN EVENT OR...EFFIN' BALLS!" Ryuji exclaimed as he kicked over the brunette's pile of drinks.

"Oh, speaking of balls, I found something called a Master Ball just now. Is that good?" Asuka soon innocently asked.

"WHAT THE EFFIN' HELL!" Ryuji continued screaming, while the brunette was glad no one was around to watch the dyed blond get angry at a game made for children. "Okay, either the game is broken or you're a witch." He soon accused before blinking. "Actually, a ninja witch sounds kinda effin' awesome." He then muttered after thinking about it.

"U-Um...I don't know about being a witch..." Asuka muttered out as she continued playing the game. "Oh! Another sparkly guy!" She soon got out.

"What is it this time?" Ryuji sighed out.

"Uh...something called Zapdos? It says it's a Fighting-Flying type." Asuka answered with a tilted her head. "Huh, I thought it would be Electric like Pika-chan since it has zap in its name." She then admitted.

"...Bullshit." Ryuji bluntly denied as he looked over, only to become confused. "No way. No effin' way! You did not encounter a Legendary Bird in the first thirty minutes!" He then declared.

"Actually, it's been ten." Asuka meekly corrected. "Oh! Got it on my first try!" She soon informed.

"I...I wanna die..." Ryuji declared in despair as he looked at the girl's catch. "What the-!?" He got out, confused by the appearance of it. "Ok, what's up with that Zapdos, it's not supposed to look like that!?" He then exclaimed.

"He looks really cool though..." Asuka meanwhile muttered to herself. "Hey, they have a weird looking thing in the summary. P-K-R-S." She then revealed.

"Did I give you a hacked version of the game or somethin'..." Ryuji soon muttered as he continued to watch the brunette destroy everything he believed about the game.

Asuka meanwhile felt her Diligence improving as a result of playing and enjoying herself.

(Shibuya, Station Square)

"You know, for someone who keeps complaining about her perpetual unemployment, she seems to spend a lot of money..." Morgana thought as he sat inside Homura's bag.

So far, Homura has bought protein powder, a crepe to eat, some weights, another crepe, a few accessories from Untouchable, drugs from the drug store, a membership to the DVD rental, more crepes, jewelry from some guy on the street and a lottery ticket.

Homura had eventually pocketed her new lottery ticket when Morgana finally spoke.

"Is this how you make your income, Lady Homura?" Morgana asked in concern.

"Actually I've recently started doing this Morgana." Homura casually revealed. "But holy shiiii...take mushrooms, it's awesome to actually have some cash without borrowing it off Sis." She then admitted, preventing herself from swearing.

"I think you're starting to develop a gambling addiction..." Morgana soon deducted in even more concern.

"What? No way." Homura replied while waving it off. "It's fine. With the money I won last time, I'm good for a few more tries." She then added.

"That's what someone with a gambling problem would always say." Morgana countered. "Just make sure you control yourself. You could lose more than you make from buying those tickets." He then advised.

"It's fine. But I'll keep that in mind." Homura once more replied. "So, what do you want to do, Morgana?" She soon asked.

"Hmm..." Morgana hummed out as he thought about it. "Well, it was mentioned before that your apartment seems...barren, so maybe I can help you out at making it look more homey." He soon suggested.

"You...want to help me decorate our apartment." Homura repeated. "...Yeah, no." She immediately responded.

"What!?" Morgana exclaimed in disbelief to the rejection.

"Morgana, do you even know anything about interior decoration?" Homura soon asked.

Morgana however smirked in response. "Don't underestimate my skills Lady Homura." He replied in a confident manner.

"...Am I really going to let a cat-" Homura began.

"NOT A CAT!" Morgana interrupted.

"I will skin you and make you a coaster if you interrupt my questioning of my sanity!" Homura growled out. "...You know what, I don't know anything about interior decoration either so...why not?" She soon decided with a sigh.

"Alright! Let's head to your apartment." Morgana replied with a smile.

"I can't believe I'm doing this..." Homura mumbled to herself as she hefted her bag and made her way to the underground station.

(Shin Megami Apartment Complex)

"Welp, here we are." Homura began as she entered the apartment, just as the not cat came out and began walking around.

"Hmm..." Morgana meanwhile hummed out as he scanned the layout as a whole.

"Alright, Morgana..." Homura eventually called out. "As my feline interior designer, which I never thought I'd say today, what do you think we can do to make this place less spartan?" She soon asked, though still felt weird saying that.

"Ok, it looks like there's four major spots to place some things down to spruce up the room. The wall above your couch, the corner of the living room, the kitchen counter and your dining table." Morgana informed after coming to a conclusion. "But you can also get some other small things here and there to further decorate the apartment Lady Homura." He then added.

"You got all of that from just looking around?" Homura questioned with a raised eyebrow.

"Don't underestimate me." Morgana replied in a confident manner. "Alright, what's your budget?" He soon questioned as he looked around the sparse apartment.

"Uh...50,000 yen?" Homura awkwardly replied.

"...That's it?" Morgana got out with a frown. "Hmm, well let's make due with what we got first." He then decided. "Ok, first let's get out your stuff to see what you got Lady Homura." He then requested.

To that, Homura simply shrugged her shoulders as she went to her pack she originally came with as she began laying its contents out. Some scrolls, training swords, kunai, shuriken, whetstones, bleach...

"Huh, I forgot I brought this..." Homura admitted as she held up the bottle of bleach.

"Okay, first off, put away the knives and shuriken. It would raise questions why you own real weapons." Morgana quickly pointed out.

Homura simply nodded to that and put away the sharp pointy objects that a certain dyed blond would probably use to poke his/someone else's eye out.

"Hmm...You can probably put up these training swords and scrolls as wall decorations..." Morgana soon suggested. "Although, that would make you look like an otaku..." He then muttered.

"No idea what that is." Homura replied.

"Just someone obsessed with their hobby or something like that."

"...You better not be referring to me towards Sis." Homura however threatened.

"If that were the case, you would have an Asuka plush or body pillow made by now." Morgana soon informed. "...Do you have an Asuka-" He began asked.

"No!" Homura called out in response. "...Although...I kinda do want one now that I think about it. And I'm sure Sis would love a pillow that looks like your big head in the Metaverse." She then admitted.

"I will not allow the Phantom Thieves to sell out." Morgana declared. "...However, I will allow a doll to be made of me to snuggle at night." He soon added.

"I'll make sure to have Yusuke sketch you then before sending it out to get plushies made." Homura got out in a witty tone and a smirk on her face. "Alright, I remember having nails around here somewhere..." She then muttered as she began looking around.

Eventually, she found the box of nails in a cupboard and began the process of hammering nails to mount the training swords. Though, she did run into a slight problem.

"Ah shoot, we don't have a hammer..." Homura sighed out before a flash of brilliance hit her. "Eh, it's not like it's doing much right now..." She muttered to herself as she summoned one of her katanas still in its sheath and began using the pommel to hammer in the nail.

Morgana meanwhile began walking around, before seeing a nodachi in the corner of the room. "Hmm...I can feel a powerful energy from this blade, Lady Homura." Morgana stated in a serious manner, causing Homura to turn away from her task. "I've never seen you use it in battle. Why is that?" He soon asked in a curious manner.

"...Engestuka." Homura revealed. "It's something I'm not able to use yet..." She then explained.

"How can you not use a sword?" Morgana however questioned.

"I just can't, alright! It's staying with me." Homura snapped in frustration before taking in a deep breath. "Sorry...it's just something personal to me..." She then explained.

"I see..." Morgana replied with a nod, though he was still eyeing the nodachi.

BAM!

"OW!" Homura yelped in pain as she dropped the katana. "Gah...hit my finger..." She winced before she began blowing on it.

"Maybe when we go out, you should get some proper tools." Morgana soon suggested with a sweatdrop.

"No, I should've been focusing on my job more. I can do this with the tools I have." Homura assured as she picked up her katana. "Besides, I don't know anywhere I can buy tools." She then admitted as she went back to work.

"I think Akira has a hammer at home..." Morgana mumbled to himself as he continued to watch the tan skinned girl work.

Eventually, Homura finished mounting the training swords and scrolls. Already, the small bit of decoration was bringing life to the apartment.

"Alright, do you have anything else?" Morgana asked.

"Nope. That's it." Homura automatically answered. "Never had an interest in decorating until now." She soon admitted.

"I guess we aren't including Lady Asuka's things as well then?" Morgana then pointed out.

"She basically brought the same stuff as I did, but you'd have to talk with her about it." Homura replied while shrugging her shoulders.

"Ok, let's go out and buy some more things to decorate your apartment then." Morgana decided as he hopped into the tan skinned girl's bag.

"So glad the Shibuya line is free..." Homura muttered to herself as she grabbed her bag.

"By the way, are those scrolls important?" Morgana asked. "What are they supposed to be?" He soon added in a curious manner.

"Hmm?" Homura hummed out before looking at the scrolls mentioned. "Ah, they're just some training scrolls. Techniques to learn while we're here to keep ourselves sharp, but we already mastered them." She simply explained.

Morgana however blinked to that as he unraveled the scroll and began reading its contents. "But...it just has 39-23-38 and 38-22-35." He replied in a slightly confused manner.

"They're encrypted." Homura informed. "The numbers are meaningless...unless you want to know my sensei's three sizes. I think the other is just the three sizes of some random student at Hanzō." She then added.

"Ah...Clever." Morgana replied with a nod. "And these obviously aren't Lady Asuka's." He then added.

"Nope." Homura responded in agreement. "Now let's get going. We're burning daylight." She then added.

"Right. To the Underground Mall!" Morgana declared as they exited the apartment.

(Underground Mall)

"Hm, I thought Sis would be here..." Homura admitted as she looked around. "I wonder where she is right now..." She thought. "Alright, where do we start..." She muttered while looking around

"Maybe the florist? Akira works there and a few flowers can really spruce up a place." Morgana suggested. However, it caused the tan skinned girl's eye to twitch.

"How many jobs does he have!?" Homura mentally exclaimed as she stomped over to the florist.

"We should probably look around for a house plant too. A little greenery is never bad." Morgana got out.

"A house plant?" Homura asked with a raised eyebrow. "Wouldn't that attract insects?" She then questioned.

"It works well for Akira, so I would keep it in mind." Morgana replied. "Make sure to buy nutrients for it as well if we do. Your apartment doesn't get a lot of natural light so you better give it a boost to keep it healthy." He then advised.

"...We could use a lamp or something." Homura admitted.

"More lighting in the apartment could help." Morgana replied in agreement. "...Do you know where we can get one?" He then asked.

That got Homura to stop in her tracks as she looked around the place. "...You know, maybe the Underground Mall wasn't the best choice for decorations, huh." She awkwardly responded.

"Yep. Doesn't mean there isn't anything we can use if we look hard enough." Morgana stated. "Let's walk around. I'm sure there's a few shops that you never gave a second look." He then suggested.

"Sounds good to me." Homura responded while shrugging her shoulders. "But let's at least check out the florist first." She then added.

Morgana nodded before going back into her bag as she made her way there.

Eventually, after a rather long conversation about flowers that she could barely understand, Homura came out with a large bouquet of flowers consisting of red and white tsubaki, roses and peony flowers.

"Ah~ These smell so nice!" Homura breathed out before blinking. "...But now I need to buy a vase." She realised.

"How much did they cost?" Morgana asked.

"Uh..." Homura got out. "Thirty...mumble mumble..." Homura began but trailed off at the end.

"Speak up Lady Homura." Morgana responded.

"Thirty...thousand...yen." Homura sheepishly and slowly revealed.

"What!? How much are those flowers!?" Morgana exclaimed in disbelief.

"The lady was really convincing and peonies are expensive." Homura mumbled in shame.

"I'm starting to think you are easily influenced by others." Morgana soon sighed out. "You really should manage your spending..." He then advised.

"Sorry..." Homura meanwhile apologized.

"It's okay, Lady Homura. 20,000 yen can go a long way. You just have to watch out for sales and we should have your apartment spruced up in no time." Morgana assured her with a smile.

"I promise. Let's just look around now for a vase." Homura got out.

"Um...I don't think that's in the cards..." Morgana however stated. "Unless you want one of those ikebana vases, they cost like...twenty-five to thirty thousand yen. And I doubt there are any knock-offs here..." He then added.

"They cost what!?" Homura squeaked out with a pale face. "...Must...not...call...Sis for loan..." She thought, her eye twitching. "T-That's okay...I can just leave them in the sink until I earn enough to buy one. Let's go see more stuff, Morgana." She got out in a stiff tone before walking over to the sports store.

"Why are you going to the sports store?" Morgana however asked with a raised eyebrow.

"I don't know, it was the closest place and now I'm too frustrated to care!" Homura called out, confusing the surrounding public that looked towards her. Not that she cared at the moment.

(Central Street)

Some time later, after some more shopping around, Homura decided to head up and check out the convenience store, making sure to avoid getting any more samples of Meat Gum.

"Also, we need to take into consideration Feng Shui when we get back." Morgana added as the tan skinned girl looked through the shelves of the convenience store. "Do you want Form or Compass?" He soon asked.

"What does that even mean?" Homura however asked in a blunt yet curious manner.

"I dunno. I just read it somewhere, but Akira owns a guide about it." Morgana replied.

"You're such a weirdo at times, you know that?" Homura soon remarked in amusement and a smirk on her face.

"I prefer to be called skilled in a variety of ways that may or may not involve our lives as Phantom Thieves." Morgana corrected.

"That is not a title, and that is way too long." Homura giggled out before turning, only to yelp. "AH! What is that!?" She exclaimed in shock.

"A daruma doll." Morgana got out. "I heard about these. When you want to achieve a goal, you draw on one of the eyes. When you achieve it, you draw in the other one." He then explained.

"Huh." Homura got out in response as she stared directly in the doll's blank eyes before taking it off the shelf. "Alright, I think that's enough. I'm gonna go pay for this." She decided as she made her way to the counter to pay for it.

Morgana was about to respond, only to see a few the magazine stand nearby. "Ooh! Look, a magazine has something about the Phantom Thieves!" He revealed in amazement.

"Wait, what?" Homura got out as she took the magazine and examined it. "Huh, it even has the updated logo..." She noticed.

"Ichiko...Ohya..." Morgana read out the writer's name. "That name looks familiar. But why are they writing about us if Madarame hasn't gone public with his change of heart?" He then questioned.

"They must be pretty good then." Homura guessed as she flipped through the pages to get to the article. It was mostly about the graffiti at Shujin and Kamoshida's legacy, but there was speculation about the sudden closure of the exhibit and there was even a photo of one of the calling cards. "They really put in the work..." She then muttered in an impressed manner.

"Hey look Lady Homura, this magazine has Lady Asuka's picture in it!" Morgana informed in excitement while looking through the pages of another magazine titled Vague.

"Morgana, you shouldn't- wait, what?" Homura began to lecture before fully hearing what he said as she soon snatched the magazine from the not cat.

"Hey!" Morgana got out.

Homura couldn't help but feel worried yet proud. She still had her reservations for the job her roommate had, but seeing one of her roommate's modeling pictures, even looking professional at that.

"Damn...my precious Sis is hot in that outfit..." Homura muttered in amazement.

"I can practically see the hearts floating around Lady Homura." Morgana meanwhile mentally deadpanned. "Are you gonna stand there and drool or are you going to buy it?" He soon asked.

"Wha? O-Oh." Homura muttered, snapping herself out of the trance she was in. "Um...Yeah...why not? It'll be a nice surprise for Sis when she gets home. That is, if she hasn't seen it yet." She replied as she made her way to the back of the line.

"Lady Homura, you seem to have become more clingy to Lady Asuka ever since we took down Kamoshida. Why is that?" Morgana suddenly stated and questioned.

"Ugh, I felt like I answered this question before..." Homura sighed out. "She was one of the first real friends I made, and just who she is, how she acts...It makes me want to protect her and do everything I can to protect that smile she has on her cute little face." She then quietly confessed.

"And that adoption offer you got to make it so you officially become her sister, right?" Morgana guessed.

"..." Homura immediately went silent in response.

"Why are you so unsure? I don't see any downsides." Morgana pointed out.

Shadows soon began to cover the tan skinned girl's head. "...I have my reasons. Let's go back to the apartment."

Morgana remained silent before nodding and popping his head back into the bag.

It was going to be a long trip back.

(Shin Megami Apartment Complex)

A few hours later...

"Left...left...No, that much left! Right! Right!" Morgana barked out orders at the tan skinned girl. "Gah! Whatever, j-just put it back where it was before!" He then instructed.

"What a bossy cat..." Homura grumbled out as she followed the not cat's instructions. "There! Is it good now?" She soon asked.

"...A little to the left." Morgana responded while moving his paw.

Homura let out a frustrated noise as she pushed the plant to the left. "Is it good now!?" She growled out in growing frustration.

"Perfect." Morgana declared with a grin.

"Finally! Whew! I think that's the best we can do for now." Homura breathed out as she then looked around. "Now that I look at this place, it does feel a lot less gloomy now." She then added, feeling her Understanding increasing as a result as she looked around.

The tan skinned girl had moved the furniture around to make things at least a little more aesthetically pleasing. She placed the small house plant in a corner, placed the daruma doll on the table with one of its eyes filled in, and the bouquet of flowers sat in a large bowl filled with water in the center of the table.

"Yep." Morgana agreed with a nod before realizing something as he looked at the mounted training swords. "...You did ask the landlady if you could mount stuff, right?" He then asked.

SHATTER!

"W-What?" Homura got out.

"You know, making the owner aware that you are putting holes in their wall to mount that fancy wooden sword so when you move out they're at least aware of that?" Morgana simply explained.

"..." Homura's eye however twitched to that.

"..." Morgana meanwhile blinked as he waited for a response. "...Well, one rule of being a Phantom Thief; It is not illegal until you get caught." He soon revealed.

"...I like the way you think sometimes." Homura replied as she sighed in relief. "No wonder Akira chose you to be one of the first of the Thieves." She muttered out.

"Hm? Oh, did Joker acknowledge my brilliance?" Morgana soon asked with confidence.

"No. Well, not really...He acknowledged that you need improvement." Homura answered as an evil smirk grew on her face while she cracked her knuckles. "Which is why we are starting...right now." She soon declared as she grabbed his head, hard.

"Eh? Wait what? What are we doing!?" Morgana exclaimed in confusion.

"Morgana Endurance Training...START! Shinobi Kekkai! Shinobi Tenshin!" Homura however declared.

"Wait-!" Morgana called out before the two vanished.

(5/31, Evening)

(Shibuya, Shin Megami Apartment Complex)

The Vice Leader was walking up the stairs to the apartment while still playing.

"...You haven't saved since the first town." Kaeru pointed out in concern, however she was quickly ignored along with the red light on SP.

"One...more...battle..." Asuka mumbled out. "And now to-" She began as she went to do so...

Only for her game to suddenly shut off, causing her jaw to drop. "N-No..." Asuka breathed out.

"A-Asuka?" Kaeru called out in concern.

Asuka stared at her dead handheld with her happy expression frozen on her face, standing in the middle of the hallway as her eyes lost their shine. "M-My game...T-Tank-kun...Pika-chan..." She mumbled out as she fell to her knees.

"...Didn't you save after getting Pika? Ryuji told you to do so." Kaeru reminded.

"Still...My progress...my badges...gotta start all the way from the beginning from after getting Pika-chan..." Asuka replied, tears beginning to edge out of her eyes.

"You can start over so you don't have to make the mistakes you made." Kaeru then advised.

"Excuse me, but I have a dark corner to brood in." Asuka however thought as she eventually made her way to the apartment after putting her GBA SP into her bag.

"...At least remember to charge it next time." Kaeru advised.

"I'm back." Asuka soon called out as she opened the apartment door and entered...only to see her decorated apartment. "Whoa!" She yelped out, too surprised to notice that her phone was vibrating.

BZZT! BZZT!

"Wow, did Homu-nee decorate the apartment while I was out?" Asuka guessed. "Our apartment looks so cool!" She got out in amazement, feeling her spirit being lifted. "But...where is she...?" She muttered out as she wandered around, only to see a magazine on the table.

[Summer Fashion! Japan's Hottest Trends of 2016!]

"A magazine?" Asuka muttered in a curious manner as she picked it up. "I made it in for this month!" She got out in excitement as she saw herself. "Man, these pics make me look good...and I barely recognized myself." She then admitted.

BZZT! BZZT!

"Ah, is someone calling me?" Asuka assumed as she pulled out her phone. "Hello?" She then asked, but got no answer.

BZZT! BZZT!

"Huh?" Asuka got out in confusion before looking at her phone.

[Warning: Shinobi Kekkei detected. Proceed with caution.]

"Oh, right! The MetaNav can detect Shinobi Kekkei!" Asuka got out before narrowing her eyes. "But why is there a Shinobi Kekkei here?" She then wondered in concern before her eyes widened.

Was Homura fighting a shinobi?

"Dammit!" Asuka swore out as she prepared to head in, however...

THUD!

A familiar not cat suddenly fell onto the couch...and was smoking for some reason.

But then at that point, a familiar tan skinned girl appeared. "Whew, not a bad session." Homura breathed out in a relaxed manner.

"Ugh..." Morgana weakly and pathetically moaned in pain and exhaustion.

"M-Mona-chan!?" Asuka exclaimed in confusion as she bent down to check on the smoking not cat.

"Lady Asuka...help me...ugh..." Morgana got out, reaching his paw out before passing out.

Morgana's Endurance has increased!

"Huh, I guess his limit was seven." Homura muttered to herself before feeling a large amount of killing intent in the air. "S-Sis!?" She choked out.

"Homu-nee. Explain. Now." Asuka all but ordered in a menacing tone with a red glow in her eyes.

"Uh...it was training?" Homura replied, wincing a little as she prepared for her roommate's (likely explosive) response.

"What was the seven, Homura Shinkukage?" Asuka soon questioned.

Homura in turn paled to hear that. "F-Fireballs. And minutes." She mumbled out, suddenly now in seiza position in front of the brunette.

The brunette then crossed her arms over her chest. "...Okay. Now, why don't you explain what in the hell were you thinking by throwing fuckin' fireballs at Morgana-chan that it counted as training before I COMPLETELY! LOSE! MY TEMPER!" Asuka soon responded in rising anger as a green fiery aura surrounded her.

"Sis, p-please calm down, this is a deal between me and Akira where I train with the others in the Phantom Thieves and he pays me for it." Homura calmly yet meekly explained before taking in a deep breath. "...it's to help us out in the future..." She then added in a more serious tone.

Taking a deep breath of her own, Asuka calmed down to the explanation. "Oh..." She replied, immediately seeing that there was something serious going on. "...Did something happen last time you and Akira-kun hung out?" She soon asked.

Feeling the tense atmosphere fade away, the tan skinned girl relaxed herself slightly. "It was just a realization. He just thought since I was training him, why not offer my services to the others." Homura answered, making sure that she wasn't lying, just avoiding a few details to prevent her roommate from worrying.

"...Wait, are you included?" Asuuka soon asked.

"Hm. What do you mean?" Homura countered with a raised eyebrow.

"I mean, does Akira-kun have to pay you to train?" Asuka then questioned.

"I already train with him when we hang out." Homura replied.

"No no no, I mean, does he pay you to train yourself? Like, some kind of reverse customer that...um...wait, I can word this better..." Asuka mumbled out as she scratched her head.

"You mean like working on one of my own individual skills right?" Homura guessed.

"Yes. That." Asuka replied with a nod.

"Er...I guess so." Homura got out with a shrug. "...I take it you saw the magazine?" She then asked.

"Y-Yeah..." Asuka muttered out with a nod. "I-It surprised me too seeing myself...I almost didn't recognize myself." She then admitted.

"Even so, I'm proud of you Sis." Homura confessed in a calm and sisterly manner. "As long as you're happy, I will be. And as long as you prepare yourself to get burned some times." She then added.

Asuka, in response, smiled. At least she was softening up to the idea.

"...Speaking of burns, why do I smell burning cat fur?" Homura idly wondered.

"Aw, crap! MORGANA-CHAN!" Asuka got out in a panic. "I'm gonna wash him off!" She then informed before scooping him up and rushing to the kitchen.

Soon enough, Asuka returned with a not-smoking not cat, although...

"...He looks so fluffy now." Homura admitted as she looked at the fluffed up, now clean not cat. Still unconscious though.

"I'll take him back to Leblanc. Go and prepare the bath while I'm gone." Asuka informed as she held the not cat.

"Right. I'll...I'll apologise tomorrow." Homura awkwardly responded.

"Good girl." Asuka happily praised before exiting the apartment.

The tan skinned girl soon sighed in relief. "...Am I getting whipped by Sis?" Homura soon asked herself while preparing the bath.

"You'll know once you start calling her mistress or somethin'." Wolverine chimed in.

Homura's eyes however glazed to that. "...Well, I would not mind that too much..." She soon thought in a more well mannered tone.

"...Yumi's really having an influence on you now along with Asuka." Wolverine soon informed in a deadpan tone. "You're learning a trait that would apply to civilian life; obedience." She then added.

"You mean as a yamato nadeshiko?" Homura soon questioned.

"No. As a bitch." Wolverine answered. "There is control, and then there's letting everyone step over your back. Don't be afraid to argue and challenge decisions. Maybe that asshole from your committee might teach you a thing or two about that." She then explained.

"HEY!" Homura exclaimed, snapping herself out of the trance before sighing. "Why does everyone, including myself, put me down?" She soon muttered.

"You have a lot to learn still." Wolverine simply stated before going quiet.

(Shibuya, Diner)

Akira didn't know why, but he was smirking more rebellious than usual. After going to the Velvet Room, he spent some time with Toranosuke and improved his speech craft before going to Central Street to get something to eat. It was getting late, but he was sure he could make it home before midnight.

He was about to take a seat when he spotted one of his friends, looking rather tired until she saw him.

"Ah, good evening Akira-kun." Yumi politely greeted. "Would you care to take a seat?" She then offered.

Akira quickly saw the opportunity to deepen his bond with the light grey haired girl, nodding and quickly took the offered spot in response. "You want anything? I'll pay." He asked.

"Thank you, but just some coffee would be nice." Yumi answered with a nod and a smile on her face.

Akira nodded and ordered two cups as soon as a waitress got to their table.

"I really needed this. Between taking care of my network and being the Student Council President, I don't have a lot of time to myself." Yumi sighed out her confession.

"It's my pleasure Yumi." Akira replied with a smile. "Everyone needs a little me time." He then added.

"Well, I've certainly been lacking in it." Yumi admitted with a sigh of relief as she stretched her limbs. "I talk with so many people but...I don't really have any bonds with them. They are simply acquaintances, and it gets tiring some days." She soon confessed. "Ugh, I need to schedule my meetings at Shinjuku again." She eventually groaned out.

"Hehe, maybe I can lend Morgana to you, he's always keeping me on a schedule." Akira jokingly suggested and explained.

"Where is he, by the way?" Yumi meanwhile wondered in a curious manner.

"Ah, he's training with Homura. He should be heading back to Leblanc right now." Akira replied, holding back a laugh.

However, the mention of the tan skinned suddenly caused Yumi to gain a somber expression. "..." She said nothing as she sipped her coffee.

The Leader narrowed his eyes, already getting the feeling of what was going on in her head. "Yumi, talk to me." Akira got out as he leaned in, ready to play ametuer therapist.

God, that's been happening a lot lately...

"Akira-kun, what would you consider to be righteousness?" Yumi suddenly asked in a curious tone.

Akira in response raised an eyebrow to the sudden question. "What do you mean exactly?" He responded in confusion.

Yumi sighed as she closed her eyes. "My grandfather's ideal world is one without darkness. Without strife, anger. Evil." She soon revealed. "But then...I met you and the Phantom Thieves." She then added.

"Hm?" Akira hummed out in a curious manner.

"Homura-san, especially. She proved to me every evil person has a story behind their actions...and it's eating away inside me." Yumi soon confessed. "Are their actions vile enough to disregard their past? Are their actions now redeem them? Are the people I perceive as evil really good? Will I need to kill someone like her to achieve that ideal world?" She soon asked, causing the Leader to gain a thoughtful expression. What should he say?

It isn't worth it.

You can try.

It's impossible.

"It isn't worth it." Akira stated. "An ideal world created from more death and destruction...isn't an ideal world at all." He then revealed.

"...So you think it is futile in creating a peaceful world?" Yumi soon questioned as she narrowed her eyes.

"No, it's just how you're approaching it." Akira quickly explained himself. "It should be with kindness and comradery, not waging war and controlling the world." He then added.

"But that is not my goal. By any means necessary, even sacrificing my humanity...I will make this world better." Yumi declared.

The Leader narrowed his eyes at that. "Morgana once mentioned to me that being a shinobi...it's just an occupation, not something you should discard your humanity for." Akira pointed out.

"But it's something you must dedicate your life to. I've been training since I lost my parents." Yumi pointed out. "I can't simply just...ignore that part of my life. I am a shinobi, and I will likely die as a shinobi." She soon stated.

Akira however sighed to that. "Oh boy, another one..." He thought to himself in an exhausted manner. "Yumi, I'll be blunt here. You're human." He soon stated.

"...Yes. I am. Your point?" Yumi replied with an unamused expression on her face.

Akira in response groaned. "I mean, there's more to life than your job and your grandfather's dream. If you aren't enjoying life, then what's the point of living?" He then stated.

"...You don't understand nor could understand what it is like. You are not a shinobi." Yumi however reminded while narrowing her eyes.

"I'm not, and I never said that I am." Akira stated as he closed his eyes. "But...I do know what it's like to simply throw it all away to achieve a selfish goal." He then admitted, surprising the light grey haired girl.

"Hm?" Yumi hummed out.

"Yumi, I wanted to kill Kamoshida. Ryuji and Homura wanted to kill Kamoshida. Asuka wanted to kill Kamoshida. We saw Shiho jump, we saw the video Homura filmed. I wanted nothing more than to drag him into the Metaverse and shoot him myself, even though I knew it was a bad idea. We were ready to either tear each other apart, or tear Kamoshida apart. We would've thrown away everything just to make him bleed. But then Morgana shows up out of nowhere and manages to convince us not to, saying that death would be the easy way out." Akira soon informed, surprising the light grey haired girl further. "He needed to be punished, but by spending the rest of his miserable life wallowing in his own guilt, not torturing and killing him." He then explained.

"Death...being the easy way out..." Yumi repeated as she thought about it. "It sounds to me you enjoyed their suffering." She then stated.

"I do." Akira quickly and bluntly admitted. "It's not like they don't deserve it, and we'll make sure every target we deal with does deserve everything we do. As a justice only we know." He then added.

"A justice only we know..." Yumi once more repeated, becoming more and more curious at the concept. "Is that righteousness?" She soon asked.

"I honestly dunno." Akira admitted. "But...It's up to you to find what your justice is." He soon informed.

To that, the light grey haired girl nodded as she took the words to heart. "Thank you, but I'm relying on you, Akira-kun. I...I don't think I can deal with this alone right now." Yumi replied. "But I will achieve that ideal world my grandfather envisions. That is my path as a shinobi." She soon informed.

Akira simply nodded to that, feeling as though his friendship with the light grey haired girl grew stronger as they continued to talk until they were warned that the diner was closing for the night.

Akira yawned as he watched the light grey haired girl leave the Diner.

He should really get home.

(Yongen-Jaya, Leblanc)

"Okay, we're here Morgana-chan." Asuka got out as she walked up to the cafe and looked inside.

Asuka couldn't help but curse under her breath. The restaurant was completely dark. "Boss must've gone home for the night. Where are you, Akira-kun?" She thought before taking a quick look around before carefully setting the not cat down and pulling out her lockpicking kit. "I'm really sorry, Boss." She whispered out her apology as she picked the lock before opening the door.

God, she felt so tense. Why did it feel like she was breaking into a high security building, not a back alley coffee shop?

"Alright, just put Morgana-chan in Akira-kun's room, then leave. That's all you have to do Asuka." The Vice Leader whispered to herself.

And suddenly, the light came on.

"Asuka?" A familiar yet tired voice got out, causing the girl to jump.

"I'M SORRY BOSS!" Asuka screamed before bowing.

"...Asuka. It's Akira." The Leader informed as he made himself known.

"...Akira-kun?" Asuka meekly got out while blinking a couple of times before straightening up.

"Why is Morgana dead?" Akira soon asked in concern as he set down his bag.

"H-He's not dead!" Asuka quickly replied. "Um, Homu-nee was just a little...rough with her training session." She meekly informed.

Akira winced at that. "I know the feeling..." He groaned out. "Hey, while you're here, do you want a cup?" He soon offered.

"Uh...It's kinda late. But I'll take you up on that offer in the morning." Asuka replied.

"Cool. Now, if you'll excuse me..." Akira started before...

THUD!

"Zzzz..." Akira snored.

"Ack! AKIRA-KUN!" Asuka exclaimed in a panic, unaware of a hidden camera recording her panicked expression and her eventual decision to carry the two upstairs to his room.

(?)

"Mwhehe, this is always entertaining." A childish female voice giggled out in amusement. "I haven't had this much fun since-" She then began, however...
