A/N: Sorry about the slight wait, I had a long going on this past week (the details of which include a research presentation and an 8 hour drive across the country) and just didn't have time to write the chapter in the usual timeframe.

With that being said, time for the ghost kids to discover more about the Pizzaplex! Like I promised before, there's going to be a bit of a time skip between this chapter and the previous one…and there are going to be much more interesting developments that the ghost kids discover this time around.

ThePencilDude: While I certainly wouldn't put it past Fazbear Entertainment to try and capitalize on the child murders by making a movie about them if they thought they could get away with it, the problem is that right now they probably can't get rid of it. Some people might have a morbid fascination with the tragedy/horror story of Five Nights at Freddy's, but there are just as many (and probably a lot more) people who would be outraged over what they would rightfully see as Fazbear Entertainment trying to capitalize on real-life tragedy to make a quick buck, whether it be based on the deaths of the ghost kids or the night guards. Doing something so controversial would be incredibly risky (and probably not worth the potential gains), and more likely than not might be the straw that broke the camel's back and collapse most of Fazbear Entertainment's remaining support completely. They're a bunch of incompetent dumbasses, but not even they are that incompetent. And as for how a living child would affect the dynamic with the family, Mike wouldn't differentiate between his adopted or biological kids. He'd give them equal love and respect, and the ghost kids would also treat that kid as a sibling just like they do to each other. Granted, a story with a living kid would mean that Mike would need to have been married in the past, as he isn't the kind of guy to sleep around with other women and get them pregnant.

VAVillain: I've done a little preliminary research, and I actually don't think Tales from the Pizzaplex is canon to the games universe. The Pizzaplex in the game and in the books has different architecture, attractions, rides. There's even an underground area for kids instead of the daycare. In any case, I will NOT be considering Tales from the Pizzaplex as canon to the games universe or as canon to MNGF…aside from a certain element that's carried over to Ruin

Chapter 189 – Ghostly Espionage Part 2

When Charlie, Gabe, and Liz had returned to the hotel where the rest of their family had bunkered down for the day, they were quick to inform them about everything they had discovered.

Mike had certainly been intrigued by the idea of animatronics with AI so advanced that they essentially had their own personalities, although he was somewhat skeptical about the idea that a company as incompetent as Fazbear Entertainment would actually be able to pull something like that off. His own company Eisensteel had only made a few small steps in developing artificial intelligence that advanced, and they were far more competent than Fazbear Entertainment could have ever hoped to be.

"They're also making something called a Mega Pizzaplex," Charlie reported with a frown. "We saw a picture, but the building looks really unfinished. I can tell that it's a LOT bigger than any Freddy Fazbear's Pizza I've ever seen, though. I think the building might be as big as one of those malls that you sometimes take us to."

Mike was able to connect the dots fairly quickly, and he let out a loud groan. "Fuck me, Fazbear Entertainment is trying to create a giant mall for their next big project," he grumbled. "And since this is Fazbear Entertainment we're talking about, we all know they're going to find some way to fuck something up somehow."

"That's really all we could find," Gabe concluded unhappily. "We just saw the foundations of the building, we didn't get to see any blueprints or anything else."

"I still think I've seen the place where they're making the building somewhere before," Charlie added, her face scrunched up with both frustration and concentration, "but I can't remember where."

"It'd be great if I could see the building site, maybe I might be able to help you out," Mike commented with a sigh, "but that's not possible right now. Maybe your memory will clear up once they've built up more of the building."

"I hope so," Charlie replied with a sigh, "it's so annoying having this feeling that you can't shake off but not having anything to back it up!"

"I know, it really does suck," Mike sympathized. "Hopefully we'll get this sorted out sooner or later."

"Is there anything we can do with the intel we got?" Liz wondered. "Anything we can do right now?"

"…not particularly, at least not at the moment," Mike admitted. "I'm not convinced yet that Fazbear Entertainment can make animatronics with AI so advanced it can give them their own personalities. The only reason why the older animatronics of several years ago were able to move around freely was because you guys were the ones possessing them. And exposing the Mega Pizzaplex to the public wouldn't really accomplish anything. Fazbear Entertainment technically haven't done anything wrong yet, and since I realistically don't have any reason to know about the Mega Pizzaplex's existence, that could get me accused of spying or even sued by Fazbear Entertainment." His eyes hardened. "I'm not going to give Fazbear Entertainment any ammunition they can use against me when there isn't any good reason for it."

A sentiment that every single one of the ghost kids could wholeheartedly agree with, even the more rambunctious ones.

Mike mulled over his thoughts for several seconds. "I think we're going to have to wait at least a few months before we try to do another spying session," he decided. "You got us some good intel, but none of it is intel that we can act on right away. Let's give Fazbear Entertainment some time to develop their building a bit more, and maybe then there will be some information that we can use to influence things and stop the fuck-ups that we know Fazbear Entertainment will make at some point or another."

The family debated on exactly how long they should wait before trying again, but they ultimately decided on a waiting period of 3 months before going for another attempt at espionage. Three months would give Fazbear Entertainment time to develop their building and their plans for the Mega Pizzaplex some more, while also not being so long that they risked missing vital development stages or felt like they were accomplishing nothing.

The months passed by much more swiftly than any of them expected, and soon they were back in the hotel room, ready to conduct their second espionage session.

"Should we use the same three people we sent last time, or someone else?" Susie asked.

"I think for the purposes of getting the job done and the job done right, we should send Charlie, Gabe, and Liz again since they already pulled it off successfully once before," Mike decided after a few seconds of thought. He gave an apologetic look to his younger kids. "Sorry that you're missing out, but I want to make absolutely sure that we're doing things the right way. You guys will get your chance, I promise."

The younger ghosts looked visibly disappointed, but fought that disappointment down. All of them understood that duty and responsibility mattered more than anything else when it came to dealing with Glitchtrap's schemes and pursuing their redemption, and part of that duty meant recognizing their own weaknesses and knowing when to stand down.

With the family properly settled in the same hotel that they had established themselves in last time, Charlie, Liz, and Gabe flew out of the hotel and back towards the Fazbear Entertainment Office Building. This time, they knew exactly where they were headed, and flew straight into Averus' office from outside.

"Is there anything we should be looking for this time around?" Liz asked as they arrived at their location. Fortunately, Averus was there, working on his computer just like last time they had spied on him.

"Try to find specific details on the Pizzaplex building itself," Charlie suggested, "and see if you can figure out the password to this guy's computer. That way we might be able to come back at night and look through the computer by ourselves without anyone looking."

Gabe flew up to the ceiling and scanned the room thoroughly, looking for a camera or any sort of security device that might prevent them from coming back and breaking into Averus' computer without being spotted immediately. "I don't see a camera in this room," the former Freddy inhabitant reported. He flew out of the room and did another search of the hallway. "I don't see a camera out in the hallway either. I honestly don't think there's any type of security system in this entire office!"

Liz rolled her eyes. "Oh, wow, what a surprise," she drawled in a very Mike-esque manner. "A company with a horrible reputation for cutting corners and forgetting basic safety measures in the name of making a little more detail doesn't bother to put cameras in their own offices, who would've fucking thought?"

"I'll double check to make absolutely sure there isn't a camera," Charlie commented with a sigh, "but Fazbear Entertainment's incompetent never ceases to amaze me."

Their roasting session of Fazbear Entertainment was immediately interrupted by a phone call from Averus. The executive didn't seem to be in a much better mood now than he had been the first time, although the ghost kids didn't know if another bad thing had happened or if it was just because the executive was always in a grouchy mood by default.

"Hello," Averus barked. "What is it?" He stayed silent as whoever was on the other end made his request. "Yeah, the latest updated blueprints for the Pizzaplex? The other executives want copies of them? Okay, fine, gimme a few seconds, I just need to take a look at some of the other animatronics we're planning on making for the Pizzaplex first."

The three ghosts looked at each other excitedly. It sounded like they were going to be able to get some intel even more quickly than last time.

Averus hung up and grumbled to himself as he opened up some files. The ghosts leaned forward, hoping to see that a detailed blueprint for the Pizzaplex, but Averus brought up two pictures of animatronics, similar to the Glamrock animatronics that he had so unwittingly showed them the last time they had been here.

But these animatronics weren't polished, shiny, and cool-looking like the Glamrocks. Instead, the ghost kids' jaws dropped in horror as they beheld some of the most terrifying animatronics that any of them had ever seen. Considering that one of the ghosts in question could transform into a monstrous robotic clown with a grotesque face and a giant metal claw for a hand, that was an impressive feat…in a very messed up way.

"What the hell?" Liz stared, her mind overwhelmed with utter shock. "Wh…what am I even looking at?"

"I can't believe somebody created the Music Man," Gabe spluttered in disbelief. "Somebody looked at one of the creepiest animatronics ever made, and thought that making it giant and making it look even more like a spider than it already does was actually a good idea! Who the hell green-lit this?"

Charlie's focus, meanwhile, was on the other animatronic that Averus had opened an image of. "Forget this DJ Music Man thing, that's not even the animatronic I'm most scared of. Look at this thing!" She pointed at a picture of an animatronic that was actually two pictures. One was of a jester in bright yellow clothing with a large sun for a head with a horrifying grin stretched across its face, while the other was a jester dressed in black clothes with yellow stars studded across its body and a crescent moon with glowing with red eyes and a similar grin across its face. The name of the animatronic was simply given as "Sun/Moon," implying that they were both part of the same being…which did nothing to take away from the fact that it had a uniquely frightening and horrific appearance different from any of the animatronics that the ghost kids had possessed or even seen. The animatronic looked more like a monstrous clown than anything, its appearance unnatural and unnerving. Whatever the hell it was supposed to be, it had no place being involved in a children's mall.

Notably, even Averus didn't seem all that pleased to lay his eyes on Sun/Moon. "Fucking thing gives me the creeps," he muttered under his breath. "Who the fuck thought this was a good idea, were they high or something? This is gonna blow up in our faces. I tried to tell them to redesign this thing, but did those dumbasses listen to me?" His voice dripped with mockery and disdain. "Noooo…"

"I can't believe I'm saying this," Liz mumbled, "but this has gotta be the first time I completely agree with Averus on something."

"Yeah, for once the asshole said something that made sense," Gabe muttered. "That thing makes the giant spider Music Man look almost normal by comparison."

"I almost feel like we should get Dad to go after Fazbear Entertainment just to stop that thing from existing!" Liz complained.

Charlie shook her head and sighed. "I don't like that Sun/Moon thing any more than you guys do, but that by itself isn't enough for us to do anything. Especially since from Fazbear Entertainment's perspective, there isn't any reason for Dad to know about its existence. We're gonna need more than that."

"I figured," Gabe sighed. The three of them watched as Averus put away the animatronic files and started typing on his email. The ghost kids had hoped that Averus would also open up a copy of the blueprint files for them to look at, but instead the man simply opened up his email address and started typing out an email. The former Freddy inhabitant tried to figure out what the man's email password, but the man typed too quickly for him to pick up anything more than a few letters that were meaningless by themselves.

Liz did pick something else, though. "Uh, guys?" she suddenly pointed a finger at one of the email addresses that Averus had typed. "I think he put the address of that one exec who confessed Fazbear Entertainment's crimes on live television and quit the company."

"Wait, really?" Gabe looked at the list of emails, and once he confirmed what Liz had identified, he burst out laughing. "Oh, wow, you're absolutely right! I don't think he wanted to do that!"

Charlie was calmer about the news, but she didn't try to hide her smile of satisfaction. "That's a mistake we can definitely take advantage of, if we know what's in those blueprints."

Liz frowned. "The only problem is, we need to find out what's in those blueprints first," she pointed out the obvious issue.

Gabe was about to make a suggestion, but as he opened his mouth Averus suddenly got up from his chair, grumbled something about going to the bathroom, locked his computer, and left the room. "This might be our chance!" Charlie declared. "Pay careful attention to what he types when he comes back!"

The ghosts waited attentively as Averus came back after a few minutes. All of the hovered over the keyboard as Averus sat down. The executive suddenly looked up and shook his head from side to side, as if he was trying to find something. "The hell?" he mumbled. "For a second, I could've sworn somebody was watching me."

Even though they were already invisible and inaudible thanks to Charlie's magic, all three of the ghosts held their breath tensely as Averus stared right at the spot where Liz was. After several seconds, he shook his head and grumbled to himself. "I must be going crazy in this fucking place, there isn't even a camera here for some shmuck to spy on me," he muttered.

"Thanks for confirming there isn't a camera in your office, dumbass," Gabe sneered.

The ghosts watched as Averus typed out letters on his keyboard. The worst-case scenario would be Averus choosing a completely random jumble of letters, numbers, and symbols for his password. This would make figuring out said password all but impossible without a photographic memory, something that nobody in their entire family had.

But as it turned out, luck was on their side for a change, for Averus didn't have the foresight or the diligence to come up and remember such a complicated password. Averus' password ended up being made of a few simple words, something that the ghosts were able to easily identify.

SpecialDeliverySuckedAss!

"Oh wow," Charlie let out an amused giggle. "Somebody's clearly salty about the fact that their super special project didn't give them as much money as they hoped."

"I could say I cared, but that would be a gigantic lie," Gabe deadpanned.

"We fixed all the problems in that project that would've spiraled it into a complete disaster," Liz crossed her arms, with not a single trace of sympathy in her voice or her face. "It's not our fault that the project didn't do as well as they wanted."

"I'm honestly kinda surprised that this guy's password wasn't insulting to dad," Charlie admitted. "Part of me was expecting his password to be 'FuckMikeSchmidt!' or something along those lines."

"I wouldn't have put it past this guy," Gabe agreed.

"He's definitely enough of an asshole to go through with it, that's for sure," Liz grumbled, before looking back at the computer. "Should we keep spying on him, or should we come back when it's late at night and nobody's around so we can really go into his computer?"

Charlie thought for a moment. "Let's go back and report to Dad, and then come back later," she advised. "That way, we could give some of our other brothers and sisters a chance to do some spying too. Stealth is a lot less important if nobody's around to watch us…I'll make sure what Gabe said was true and there aren't any cameras out in the hallway."

The former Marionette inhabitant flew out of Averus' office and thoroughly scanned the outside hallway, making absolutely sure that there wasn't any camera or security system that could detect anything abnormal. After she was satisfied that no such security device existed, she flew back into the office. "Okay, guys, we're good!" she declared. "Let's go back to the hotel and Dad what we've found!"

Charlie, Gabe, and Liz all departed from the office, flying through the air and back towards the hotel where Mike and their other siblings were waiting. When they got back, they immediately gave a report of everything that they had discovered, as well as the discovery that they had found out about Averus' computer password."

"Nice!" Fritz whooped. "Now we can break into that dickhead's computer without any problems!"

Cassidy, meanwhile, wasn't quite so enthusiastic about the other discovery that her older siblings had made. "That clown-jester Sun-Moon thing you talked about sounds really creepy," she shuddered. "I know I haven't actually seen it yet, but just the way you described it gives me the creeps. I get a bad feeling just thinking about it."

"Yeah, I don't like the sound of that thing either," Mike admitted, "but without a physical description, and with no way for me to realistically know about that thing's existence without having to answer several uncomfortable questions, there's not really anything I can do about it. I can't believe we existence in a universe where a fucking giant spider Music Man is the thing I'm less worried about," he muttered under his breath.

"We're definitely gonna go back later tonight, right?" Jeremy asked. "Gabe said there weren't any cameras, this is too good of an opportunity for us to pass up on!"

"Please let some of us go!" Susie begged. "I really wanna do some spying, and we don't have to worry about getting caught by people there at night!"

"All right, all right, I'll give you guys your chance," Mike relented, earning a lot of cheers from the ghost kids who hadn't gone to spying yet. "But you're still saying invisible, intangible, and inaudible, even if there's theoretically nobody there. In case Gabe and Charlie missed something and there actually is a camera looking into the office, I'd much rather they see a randomly floating mouse and clicking keyboard than to see your faces."

"That's no problem at all!" Cassidy reassured him. "I'm completely fine with that if it means I get to go spying!"

The family waited until night fell, with Mike giving his kids time to rest so that they would be fully awake when they conducted their nighttime espionage session. He waited until midnight before waking them again, as it was highly unlikely that there would still be workers in the office that late at night.

"If you see anybody working there, even if it's just a janitor, abort the mission," Mike instructed in a tone that would brook no argument. "Any intel we get is absolutely not worth the chaos that would happen if you guys get discovered, even if it's just through haunted objects."

"Got it," the new team of ghost kids affirmed. This time, there would be five of them going to the office. Charlie, Jeremy, Susie, Cassidy, and Fritz. If Mike was being completely honest with himself, sending out five kids to the office was probably overkill, but he wanted to give all of them a chance. And with five kids present, it was more likely that one of them would catch an important detail that the other four might end up missing.

Charlie guided her younger siblings over to the now-familiar Fazbear Entertainment office. Once they had arrived, she sent out her siblings to the different rooms and hallways within the office to make sure the coast was clear. To everyone's relief, the entire office was completely dark and devoid of any individuals, and the front door leading to the office was thoroughly locked. Fritz even took the initiative to check the entire floor of the building, and he couldn't even find a single janitor.

"Okay, everything should be all set!" Charlie declared once they had completed their surveillance.

"Let's boot up the computer and see what kind of secrets Fazbear Entertainment is hiding!" Fritz demanded eagerly, already moving to turn on the computer

"Wait!" Susie suddenly interrupted. "We need to lower the shades over the windows first! Otherwise, somebody looking in from the outside might see that a light is on in the window and call the police to report a break-in!"

"Oh crap, that's a good point, Susie," Cassidy acknowledged. "Yeah, let's make sure all the windows are blocked before we do anything."

"And just to be super safe, one of us should go out into the hallway and make sure that nobody is coming into the office," Jeremy advised. "We don't need five people all crowding around a computer."

"I'll go out and keep watch!" Fritz volunteered. Nobody had any reason to disagree, as while Fritz might have been the most hyperactive ghost kid out of them all, that also meant his senses were the most honed and he would be the most likely one to catch someone approaching the office more quickly than anyone else. The former Foxy inhabitant flew out of the office, leaving the other four ghosts to boot up the computer. After a few seconds of loading, the computer lit up to reveal a background of a beautiful forest. Charlie clicked on the screen, and it faded away to reveal a logo representing Averus' account and a small text box asking for a password.

"Moment of truth," Charlie muttered as she typed in "SpecialDeliverySucksAss!"in the exact same way that Averus had done. To everyone's relief and delight, the password was accepted, and the computer opened a menu screen with many different icons and folders on them. "All right, we're in!"

"YES!" Cassidy cheered. "We can go and look through his files now!"

"Let's not get ahead of ourselves," Charlie cautioned. "We can't go through every single one of his files. That would probably take all night, and it might not even give us anything important. We need to focus on finding the blueprints to the building, just so we at least have a basic idea of what the layout of the Pizzaplex is going to be like."

Her siblings acknowledged her advice, and they proceeded to search through the files to try and find anything that could be the blueprints that Averus had emailed to the executives earlier in the day. The search actually took longer than the kids expected, as they had to sift through so many files on the computer that were completely useless for their purposes. They DID find the images showing the pictures of the Glamrock animatronics, Sun/Moon, and DJ Music Man. The former elicited reactions of interest and reluctant approval, while the latter dredged up feelings of disgusted and disturbed feelings similar to what Gabe and Liz had experienced earlier.

"Why? Why does this thing even EXIST" Jeremy spluttered. "That thing is HORRIFYING!"

"I completely agree with you," Charlie agreed without any hesitation. "Hell, even AVERUS didn't like the design of Sun/Moon."

"Holy crap, that might be the first time a Fazbear Entertainment executive has the right idea about something!" Susie exclaimed. "Like, seriously, I'd be scarred for life if I saw this as a kid!"

"Can't we stop this thing from coming into existence?" Cassidy begged. "PLEASE?"

"I wish I could, but we don't have any way for Dad to stop it without exposing him as a criminal who broke into and spied on top-secret documents," Charlie reluctantly admitted. "There's pretty much no way for us to stop Sun/Moon from coming into existence, no matter how much we want to."

"Let's just find those building blueprints already," Jeremy grumbled. "The less I think about Sun/Moon and that creepy spider Music Man, the better."

Nobody had any desire to disagree with him, and they quickly continued their search through Averus' files. It took them several more minutes, but their hard work ultimately paid off, and they were able to finally find the file that they were looking for. A blueprint that depicted a huge building the size of a mall, far larger than any Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria any of them had ever seen. There were several different sections to the mall, each of which was labeled with a different name that reminded them of the many rides they had enjoyed in various amusement parks.

"Roxy Raceway, Monty's Gator Golf, Superstar-cade, Bonnie Bowl…" Cassidy read the names out loud for all of them to hear.

"You know, I hate to admit it…but all of these names sound pretty cool," Susie was forced to agree. "These places sound like they could be a lot of fun if they're done right."

"Yeah, but this is Fazbear Entertainment we're talking about," Jeremy pointed out. "They're going to find a way to screw it up SOMEHOW."

Cassidy took another look at the blueprint map…and immediately noticed something odd. "Hey, guys?" the former Golden Freddy inhabitant suddenly pointed at something she had noticed. "Are fire exits supposed to be in rooms that are only meant for VIPs?"

"Wait, WHAT?" Everyone turned to look at the blueprints again. "What did you just say, Cass?" Charlie demanded.

"Look at those fire exits," Cassidy pointed at the exits with her finger. "They're in rooms that only VIPs are allowed to go in! And now that I'm looking at it again, I can't find a SINGLE fire exit that isn't blocked off in a private room of some kind!"

"Oh my God, you're completely right!" Susie gasped in growing horror at the obvious design flaw. "And look at the other exits! They're completely blocked off in areas marked as high-security clearance only! I can't find a SINGLE emergency exit that isn't in a part of the regular mall itself!"

"Son of a…I knew that Fazbear Entertainment were gonna fuck this up somehow. I didn't realize they were gonna screw up THIS badly!" Jeremy threw up his hands in disbelief. A design fuck-up this bad would kill a hell of a lot more people than William Afton or Glitchtrap ever could, what the hell were they THINKING?"

Charlie was trembling, and it only took her younger siblings a few seconds to realize that she was shaking with rage. "I can't believe this," she snarled, her voice filled with fury and disgust. "I can't believe that Fazbear Entertainment somehow missed a design flaw this obvious that could kill hundreds of people!"

Her siblings flinched visibly, for none of them had ever seen her this infuriated before. Even the prospect of William Afton invading their house as Nightmare Springtrap hadn't elicited this violent of a reaction. "Or maybe they DID realize this was a problem and simply didn't give a shit, which is somehow even WORSE!" The former Marionette started ranting. "Every time I think Fazbear Entertainment can't get any worse, they always find a new low to sink to! Even William Afton, as horrible as he was, didn't do something that would kill hundreds of people in one single move! My old father would be crying in shame if he saw this!"

Her younger siblings could do nothing but stare at her. The fact that she was unfavorably comparing Fazbear Entertainment to William Afton of all people made it abundantly clear just how enraged she was at this blatant design flaw.

"We can't let them get away with this!" Charlie hissed venomously. "If we let Fazbear Entertainment create a building where all the fire exits are blocked off to most people, and an accident happens that kills everyone inside, then that's our fault for not stopping it when we had a chance! There's no point in you guys trying to redeem yourselves to stop Glitchtrap's schemes if we let an even bigger disaster happen when we could've done something to stop it!"

"I'm not disagreeing with you for one second," Jeremy hastily assured her, "but how are we gonna stop this from happening? We need a plan to make sure that Dad doesn't get arrested for spying or stealing classified documents or some other crime."

"I don't know," Charlie snapped furiously, "but I'm seriously tempted to call Nightmare and ask him to torture all of those brainless executives with nightmares until they fix this mess!"

"That's not what we should be doing, Charlie, and you know it," Susie answered gently but firmly. "We should talk to Dad and come up with a plan together!"

Charlie took a deep breath to calm herself, some of her rage fading away as she did so. "You're right," she reluctantly acknowledged. "You're right." She gave her siblings an apologetic glance. "Sorry for scaring you, guys…I just got so angry at seeing a mistake this huge and this obvious."

"No, we get it," Cassidy reassured her. "Blocking all the fire exits in VIP and private rooms is such a horrible design flaw. These guys make Fritz look like an absolute genius by comparison!"

Charlie let out a weak chuckle, right as the aforementioned ghost kids suddenly flew right into them. "Hey guys, are you almost done yet?" the former Foxy inhabitant asked. "I haven't seen a single person even show up on the floor this entire night!"

"I think we're pretty much done for now," Susie answered as she started shutting down the computer. "We got what we needed."

"Yeah, we learned a lot," Charlie agreed. There was something off about her tone that caught Fritz's attention, but he didn't have time to think much about it as Jeremy and Cassidy starting lifting up the window shades the moment the computer's screen turned black. Susie moved the mouse back to where she had found it as best as she could remember. Once everyone was satisfied that the computer had been fully shut off, and Charlie did one last check to make sure there wasn't some hidden camera they would have to deal with later, the ghosts flew out of the office building and back towards the hotel where their family was waiting.

"So what exactly did you guys figure out?" Fritz asked excitedly while they flew. "Anything we can use?"

The look Charlie gave him nearly caused him to stop midair out of shock, even though he could tell that she wasn't angry at him. "Oh, we found something all right," she answered darkly. "What might be Fazbear Entertainment's biggest fuck-up yet!"

/

A/N: It's a really good thing that the ghost kids decided to carry out a second espionage session. They might not have learned anything about Glitchtrap's plans, but they DID learn about Sun/Moon, DJ Music Man, and more importantly, what might very well be Fazbear Entertainment's biggest fuck-up yet.

Seriously, what the hell were Fazbear Entertainment thinking when they designed the PizzaPlex building? Locking all the fire exits behind VIP access and high-security clearance…that thing is a gigantic fire hazard that puts Fazbear's Fright from FNaF 3 to deep and everlasting shame. It was so bad that Charlie was uncharacteristically furious for the first time in over 180 chapters' worth of storytelling…and she has every right to be. In a worst-case scenario, hundreds of people could get burned to death in the Pizzaplex because of that design flaw…and say what you will about William Afton, but even he never did anything that could single-handedly kill hundreds of people at once (although Special Delivery might've come close if Glitchtrap had gotten away with all of his plans unhindered).

The next chapter will address how Mike and the ghost kids deal with this problem…because as Charlie so eloquently stated, they're NOT gonna let Fazbear Entertainment get away with this.

Sorry for the delay, and I hope you guys enjoyed!
