Author's Note: If anyone has any suggestions on where I could take the story, feel free to share! While I have a pretty good idea on how the story could progress, there are still a few chunks missing, and I would love to hear some of your ideas!

For instance, the whole Johnny and Kyoka romance, I still have no idea how the moment they get together would go. Or how much I should diverge from canon.

Either way, everyone is welcome to share ideas and opinions, as long as they are respectful. Unless it's towards Susan. Fuck Susan.

...

"Quit screaming human, you're annoying."

Santana absorbed the human...astronaut? Is that what they called them? Apparently humans had developed a way to visit space while he was slumbering. Once again, he was astounded at how humans could be so brilliant and so primitive at the same time.

Maybe he should make an effort to better understand their culture.

Himiko Toga followed him like a loyal dog, greedily taking in the chaos as Santana made his way through the humans. She was attached to him now, for some reason, something about them both being cannibals.

Santana wasn't human, he wasn't a cannibal. He was simply catching prey. But the girl was pretty skilled with a knife, and her ability to turn into other people DID prove useful. The only problem is...she would NOT. STOP. TALKING.

"Use your hammer Mr. Santana! I wanna see someone's head explode again! Please, please, please, please, plea-"

"ENOUGH! I TIRE OF YOUR CONSTANT YAMMERING!"

"Awww come onnn!"

"I only spared your life because you were useful, don't go acting like we're friends."

"But we're blood sucking buddies!"

"Except that is my main source of sustenance, for you it is merely insanity." Santana said as he bashed a security guard away with his hammer, peppering the walls with blood.

"We're all a little crazy Mr. Santana, I just embrace it!" Toga responded, digging a knife into a guy's shoulder.

Several guards armed with automatic weapons filled the room and began to open fire on the two villains. Toga hid behind the Pillar Man as bullets bounced harmlessly off of his chrome battle armor. Santana simply lifted a hand, and it began to glow green.

Every single guard fell to the floor, coughing up blood.

Toga raised an eyebrow. "What was that? You psychic or something?"

"Not the right term, but no. They have radiation poisoning."

Radiation poisoning? First this guy turns intangible, and now he can just make himself radioactive?!

Santana walked towards the entranceway, passing by a N.A.S.A logo, and simply strutted towards a room that said: Launch Pad.

Toga's eyes widened in delight. "Oooooooh, are we going to space?! I wanna see the moon, I wanna-"

"I'M going to space Toga. You are going back to the warehouse with the other underlings."

"Why?"

Santana looked at the sky. He could definitely learn how to fly the rocket, with his advanced intellect. But, if he truly wanted to restore the empire that was to be:

He would have to save Lord Kars.

They said he had lost all thought, but Santana believed he could restore his master. Lord Kars was the strongest person he knew, if anyone could keep their mind after a century of floating aimlessly in space, it was him.

If he couldn't restore Lord Kars...then he would avenge him, and he would make it BLOODY.

"I have a mission to complete."

...

"In other news, a N.A.S.A rocket was hijacked by a villain last weekend, and despite the government's best attempts to shoot it down, part of it made it to space. When it crashed down to Earth, reports of a...gladiator carrying a massive rock...were sent to the police. We will update as soon as more information is revealed."

Joseph turned the T.V off, his face a mask of worry. It was obvious what had happened, Santana had somehow retrieved Kars from space.

Which meant that unlike Kars, Santana could somehow withstand the vacuum of space.

Kars could never wake up, he had been floating for too long, he was a vegetable. The only thing Santana could do is lug him around. But that could end up provoking the Pillar Man, since he worshiped the so-called "ultimate lifeform" as a god.

Santana could do something terrible...and Joseph was no stranger to the power of the Pillar Men. Still...

Santana was wearing armor?

...

"So...I heard that my daughter might be interested in someone..."

"Wha-" Kyoka turned to her mother in disbelief. She was visiting her parents over the weekend, and suddenly her mother was confronting her about her crush on Johnny. How the hell did she even find out?!

"Because your mentor mentioned it when I met him at the supermarket."

Shit, I said that out loud. I'm hanging around Midoriya too much.

"So...who is it?"

"Mom, I really don't want to talk about it."

"Would you rather discuss this with your father?"

"Are you kidding? Of course not!"

"Come on Kyoka, is there someone you like?"

Kyoka nervously tapped her jacks together. Should she tell her? Maybe her mother would be able to help? Either way, she swore that she as going to kill Josuke when she saw him next.

"M-maybe."

"Tell me about him."

"Well...he's amazing...he was one of the first people to really believe in me, and he's only been getting even better."

"Is he cute?"

"That's an understatement."

Mika chuckled. "Really? Does he have a good taste in music?"

"Yes."

"Personality?"

"He's really smart, and...well sometimes he's an asshole, but he always knows just what to say to make me feel better. He's...been through a lot, but he's still just so...determined. He doesn't give up, even when he was at his worst."

Kyoka threw herself onto her bed and groaned. "Mom, what do I do? I like him...alot, but..."

Mika narrowed her eyes. She knew about her daughter's negative perception of herself, Kyoka never made any attempt to hide it. Kyoka didn't like the way she looked, she probably thought she was unworthy of him.

Luckily, Mika had an idea.

"I used to think that I didn't deserve your father, did you know that?"

Kyoka raised her eyebrows in surprise, this was the first time she was ever hearing about this. "No, I didn't."

"I mean, he was a cool rock star, I was just a nerdy composer. I thought he was way out of my league."

"Cool?"

"Well, as cool as your father could ever be. I never thought that I would have a chance in hell."

"What changed?"

Mika smiled. "Our friends set us up. They pretty much forced the two of us on a date, and...well the rest is history. You might think you don't deserve this boy now, but you can always be proven wrong. Get your friends to help, Mr. Higashikata would be more than happy to, did you know that he thinks of you as a little sister?"

"He does?"

"Yeah, he told me. He said that training you has been one of the best experiences he's ever had, and that he loves seeing you grow. You've got that man in your corner, he wouldn't hesitate to help you with this."

Great...now I don't feel like killing him anymore.

"Kyoka, if you like this boy, you need to start making some moves. I'm not saying to go straight to second base or anything-"

"Mom."

"-but you need to at least try. Do you like this boy?"

"Absolutely."

"Then you need to chase after him, or some other girl is gonna come by and steal him from you. Take baby steps first, but soon you'll have to start increasing your stride. That's all I'm gonna say."

"Thank you Mom...I'll think about it."

"Good, now get out of here before your father breaks out of the closet. I had to lock him in there so I could have this talk with you...you know how he gets."

Kyoka snorted. "Yeah..."

Mika escorted her daughter to the door, and the sound of a door opening was heard upstairs. Somehow, Kyotoku had managed to pick the lock. "RUN KYOKA, RUN!"

Her daughter sprinted down the sidewalk as her father thudded down the stairs, pushed past Mika and hollered after her. "I BETTER NOT BE A GRANDFATHER ANYTIME SOON! YOU HEAR ME?!"

"Kyo!" Mika punched her husband in the shoulder, and he flinched. "ALSO HAVE A GOOD DAY AT SCHOOL!"

"I HATE YOU OLD MAN!"

Kyotoku snickered as he went back into the house, and then he frowned as he sat down. "When the hell did she grow up, Mika? It feels like only yesterday she was running around the house with that little pint-sized guitar, and now she's already interested in a boy? God, she's making me feel old."

"That's life Kyo." Mika sat down beside her husband. "But...there's no question about it, this Kujo boy is good for our daughter. Her grades have improved, she's become much more confident, she's even considering singing for other people. He's coaxing her out of her shell, something that we weren't ever able to do."

"I know...doesn't mean I'll give up the overprotective father act anytime soon. Besides, I'll have to meet him for myself before I can decide anything."

"You better not scare the boy away, Kyo."

"I'll try not to."

"Good." Mika pecked her husband on the cheek, and the two sat there, contemplating the future.

...

You can do this Jotaro...start off with a conversation, and then just casually bring up Jiro. It doesn't matter if you're really bad with social cues, you need to be subtle, try to work it out of him.

Jotaro approached his son, who was currently training on Dagobah Beach with Gyro and Izuku, and said. "Do you like Jiro?"

Fuck you Jotaro. You fucked it up again, you're a terrible father.

Johnny turned red. "I-I...huh?!"

Gyro looked at Jotaro with a wide grin. "Yes, yes he does."

"Oi! Don't speak for me, asshole!"

Izuku looked confused. "Why wouldn't he like Jiro? They've been friends since the USJ."

Jotaro put a hand to his forehead, massaging it. "Yare yare daze, I could've done that better. You two, can I talk to Johnny alone?"

Gyro smiled and put Izuku in a headlock, dragging the One For All user away as Jotaro faced his son.

"Look Johnny, I'm really bad at this, so...well I'm going to try my best. Do you have...feelings for Jiro?"

"I-I don't know, you just kind of sprung this on me!"

"I know, like I said, I'm bad at this. But she has done so much good for you, and you two genuinely seem to care for each other...look do you like her or not?"

"We're just friends Dad."

"Johnny."

"Really good friends."

"Johnny."

"...okay maybe a little bit."

Jotaro remained silent, giving his son a knowing look. "What's holding you back Johnny? Why are you so afraid of admitting your feelings for her?"

"Look, I'm perfectly happy with just being her friend, alright?"

"Johnny, you've been through a lot these past few months, and let's be honest, that girl was one of the only things keeping you from the breaking point. Even someone like me, someone with little experience in romance, can see that you two have a thing for each other. So what is holding you back? How can I help?"

Johnny sighed. His father already figured it out, it would be pointless to deny his feelings for Kyoka at this point. He's trying to be a father...I may as well throw him a bone.

"If I end up with her, she'll just be sucked into all the horrible things the Joestar family had to deal with. Who's to say she won't get killed? I can't lie, I...do like her, but with the way my life has turned out so far, I don't want her to get hu-"

"Stop."

"Wha-"

"That's the same reason I made the stupid decision to abandon you and Jolyne. It's the same reason you ended up getting tormented by that witch, and I had to live without my family. It's the reason I tried to stop you from fulfilling your dream, and it's also complete bullshit. You can't just deny yourself happiness, because you would also be denying her happiness. You know goddamn well she feels the same way."

"She can get over it. I'm not the only thing in her life."

"Yes, but you're missing the point. YOU wouldn't be happy, and she wouldn't be happy because she'd be worried about you, and hasn't she already done enough of that?"

"..."

"And I wouldn't be happy either, because I want nothing but the best for you. Jolyne is already planning your wedding for Christ's sake. By denying yourself happiness, you're hurting the people around you."

"What if it doesn't work out though? What if we end like-" Johnny fell silent.

"End up like what, Johnny?"

"What if we end up like you and HER? I would never compare Kyoka to my mother, don't get me wrong...but what if we fall apart? What if we end up hating each other? What if-"

"Enough with the 'what ifs ', focus on what's happening now. You are head over heels in love with this girl, and it is pointless to deny it. The last thing every parent wants is for their kid to repeat the same mistakes they made. So don't be like me, I never found anyone that I truly loved, only someone that I THOUGHT I could care for.

When I reunited with Jolyne in the prison, when I fought you and Gyro, I learned a very important lesson, one that I will take with me into the future: Life isn't worth living if you don't take risks."

Johnny frowned, pondering his father's words. True, his life has been anything but a smooth sailing, and there was the possibility of Kyoka getting hurt...

But there was also a possibility that things could go right.

"All right...I'll keep it in mind. I'm not just going to ask her out right out of the blue though."

Jotaro chuckled. "You? Being bold like that? That's not in the cards. Unfortunately, you got that from me."

"Well, being cautious isn't a bad thing, as long as you loosen up a little every now and then."

"True, just...take things slow. Test the waters, and when you're ready, you can ask her. Who knows? Maybe she'll ask you first. Ask Gyro for help, you know he would be more than happy to."

"Please, do you know how much of a hopeless romantic he is? He's been trying to set us up ever since he met her."

"Maybe it's time that you let him."

"Yeah..."

Jotaro looked up to see Toshinori looking down at them, a gentle smile on his skeletal face. "I've got to go, Toshi wants to have a discussion about Santana. Just...take what I said into account, alright?"

"I will. Oh, Dad?"

"Hm?"

"You should try and take a risk too. I'd love a stepmom." Johnny threw his father a mischievous grin.

"...you're grounded."
