I'm just going to change the title of this story to "Thanks AliceJericho" because obviously she's amazing.

Also, I'm dedicating this chapter to xKimberly12x: Hope you feel better hunny bunns!

Now get to reading kiddos :)

Shiloh rolled over to hit the end button on her phone for the hundredth time that morning. She had barely slept the night before due to the disastrous evening she had endured at the hands of her family.

Stephanie had been calling her religiously since 8am. Shiloh didn't want to hear her excuses. She was still too angry to even think about accepting whatever bullshit apology any of them had planned.

Melting back into obscurity was her only solace. Surely they would banish her back to her prison in paradise until her birthday "situation" faded from memory.

She shook her head sadly recalling every detail of last night. Her face flushed every time she thought about the dialogue shared between herself and Roman.

He probably had a grand old time recanting his version of the night to all of his buddies. They were all probably laughing at her expense.

Furious tears welled in her eyes for being so stupid. her phone rang yet again and while she had her anger on her side, she decided to answer it.

"What?" She barked.

"Excuse me?" Stephanie almost laughed in response to her sister's rudeness.

"What do you want?" Shiloh repeated wiping stubbornly at her tears.

"I want you to drop the attitude first and foremost." she answered calmly.

"Are you kidding me? After the night I had I would think you would expect some attitude from me." Shiloh retorted, clenching the sheets in her fist.

Stephanie sighed, "You should know by now that everything I do has a purpose. Last night was no different. Now, if you'll come to the arena, we can discuss this further and hopefully a little more civilly on your part."

"Why don't I just say I'll be there in an hour and then not show up and see how you like it for once?" Shiloh fired back.

She was way too upset to even think about the consequences her back talking might bring. She knew she was tip toeing on razor blades when she heard the change in her sister's tone.

"You do that Shi, and I'll send Randy to come and drag you here if he has too." Stephanie threatened lowly, "How would you like that sister dear?"

Shiloh sniffled knowing she had lost the argument, "I need to take a shower and change and then I'll be on my way."

"That's what I thought. See you shortly." Stephanie sang smugly before hanging up.

Shiloh threw the sheets off of her and trudged to the bathroom. She knew better than to try and fight back. She always lost, it never mattered about the situation, she never had the upper hand in anything.

The only thing she could focus on now was whatever "purpose" Stephanie had alluded to. She could only imagine that it would be more bad news.

"Damn Roman, what's got you all uptight tonight?" Seth questioned jovially.

They were changing into their gear for their match later that night. Seth and Dean usually supplied most of the conversation with a few add ins from Roman here and there. Tonight, however, the big Samoan was noticeably absent from their usual banter.

"Nothing." Roman mumbled as he zipped his vest up.

"That was convincing." Dean quipped lacing his hands behind his head.

Roman narrowed his eyes at Dean, "Its not a big deal. I just had a shitty night last night."

Seth's concern was instant, "Your meeting with Stephanie went bad?"

"I didn't meet with Steph." he said lowly.

It was Dean's turn to sit up with interest, "Vince?"

Roman wet his lips impatiently. He had tried his best to forget all about last night so he could avoid the imminent line of questions from Dean and Seth. Shiloh's face on the elevator was haunting him and clearly effected him more than he could hide.

"I had an unbearably awkward dinner with Stephanie's sister, Vince's youngest kid, Shiloh." he finally admitted.

"He's got another daughter?" Seth was in just as much shock as Roman had been, "How did I not know that?"

"Was she hot?" Dean asked with a twinkle in his eye.

His interest in Roman's night had suddenly veered off into another realm.

Roman scoffed to try and deflect his question.

"It was just dinner. What was so awkward?" Seth asked as he pulled on his thick combat boots.

"It was her birthday and I didn't know it." he answered vaguely.

"And?" Dean prompted.

He knew there was more to the story. There was no way Roman was getting out of telling them about it.

Roman heaved out a frustrated breath, "And I thought she was a hooker. I thought you were setting me up as a prank or some shit."

They both howled with laughter.

"Why the hell didn't I think of doing that?" Dean groaned and buried his face in his hands.

"Fucking asshole." Roman griped under his breath.

Of course they would find his predicament hilarious.

"So when are you getting fired?" Seth gasped holding his side.

Roman rolled his eyes, "I'm not. It was a misunderstanding."

"Well the good news is I am officially NOT the biggest asshole of the group anymore." Dean joked.

"Yeah right! You've done way worse shit than that." Seth defended.

Dean ignored him, "So it was really bad enough that you're still this wound up about it?"

"Just drop it." Roman growled leaning over to lace up his boots.

Seth and Dean shared a loaded look before he spoke up, "Do you like her or something?"

"I don't even know her!" Roman shouted, his temper finally getting the best of him, "No, I don't like her! I feel like shit that I made her cry, that's it."

Dean was amused by his outburst, "Think she'll run to Daddy to tattle on you?"

Roman blew out an angry breath.

Shiloh's heartbroken words rang in his ears again. Her tear stained face and piercing eyes hit him in the chest all at once.

"I doubt it." he muttered.

Seth broke into a smile and clapped him on the shoulder, "Then lighten up man. We need to get focused for our match."

"Yeah, I got it." he replied, sending a final glare up at his partner.

Dean chuckled as he went to the bathroom.

Whoever this McMahon chick was had hit Roman hard. He was highly anticipating meeting her. He wanted to see what all the fuss was about for himself.

Shiloh had just arrived at the arena after taking her time getting ready. She wanted to at least try to look her best when she faced Stephanie. A simple black dress and sandals had been all she could muster wardrobe wise, but her hair and makeup made up for it.

The whispers followed her through the halls as usual. They didn't bother her as much this time.

Her spirit was down and she was beyond tired of caring what people thought about her already on this trip. She wandered around waiting for her sister to return her text to tell her where she needed to go.

"Hey! Wait up, come back!" someone shouted from a room she had just passed.

The door was open but she hadn't paid any attention to who was inside. The voice didn't sound familiar at all.

Against her better judgment she turned back to see what the person wanted.

She stopped just inside the door not recognizing the man who was staring at her in awe.

His eyes drew her in immediately. They were a deep brown, warm and welcoming, but she imagined that they hid a sinister side as well. His two toned hair was abnormal, but it added to his intrigue and spoke volumes about his personality as well.

The man she had run into the other day was also in the room, eyeing her suspiciously from his chair against the wall.

Of course his name escaped her memory when she was probably going to need it. Her "lucky" streak seemed to be continuing.

"Wow." was all the man said in front of her, closing the distance between them.

"Really?" Shiloh asked skeptically.

Had he really called her back just to ogle at her?

He shook his head, a slow smile forming, "You look just like my girlfriend."

He brought his hand up to cup her cheek, his amazement had yet to dissipate.

Shiloh's brow furrowed as she watched him carefully. If he came any closer to her, she was going to slug him.

"Its so crazy how much you look like her." he added, his eyes were now darting over her features, taking in the supposed uncanny resemblance.

"What's weird is that you randomly touch people's faces." the man against the wall noted.

Dean! That was his name.

"I'm sorry. You caught me by surprise." he apologized dropping his hand back to his side, "I'm Seth Rollins."

Dean piped up again, "She's 'Leaving', right sweetheart?"

Shiloh narrowed her eyes at him, immediately recalling their brief conversation from which he pulled that little jab. He was grinning wickedly at her from behind his shaggy blonde hair.

"Shiloh?" Roman looked stunned to see her as he came out of the bathroom.

She was taken aback when she saw him. His whole demeanor had changed since last night. He was back to looking incredibly intimidating, having apparently just dumped water over his long hair.

"THIS IS SHILOH?" Seth exclaimed, his jaw dropping a bit.

She felt her face flush bright red. No surprise there. He had told them about their night.

She heard Dean snort with laughter. He also seemed to have gone into all of the gory details of her breakdown as well.

Fucking fabulous.

Tears stung her eyes and she bit her lip to keep them at bay.

"What are you doing here?" Roman asked, sensing her embarrassment.

"Nothing." she glared at Dean pointedly, "I'm 'Leaving'."

He snickered and raised his hand to wave at her condescendingly.

Roman gritted his teeth and went after her.

He pointed at Dean as he passed, "Cut it out and leave her alone."

Dean merely shrugged as innocently as he could and continued laughing.

"Shiloh!" he called down the empty corridor.

Her name echoed back to him, so he knew she heard him, yet she continued walking away from him.

"Stubborn bitch." he grumbled taking off at a jog to catch up with her.

He caught her by the arm and pulled her sharply against the wall to prevent her from escaping any further.

"Did you not hear me call you?" Roman spat through the clenched teeth.

He was towering over her on purpose. He was pissed that she had tormented him all day by making him feel guilty over something that was totally out of his control.

"Yes, I heard you. I also heard them laughing at me too, so thanks for that." she shot back just as angrily as he had.

"Dean's a dick and Seth wasn't laughing at you." Roman waved her off dismissively, "I glazed over what happened last night, for your information, so they would leave me the fuck alone."

He kept his arms tight against his side to keep from shaking her. His frustration had been pent up all day and he certainly did NOT want to take it out on Vince's daughter.

No matter how annoyed he was with her.

Seeing the anger in his eyes and clenched muscles, she fell back into her more familiar submissive stance.

"Seth stopped me when I was walking by, but I did want to apologize to you. I wanted to tell you how sorry I am for last night again." she sniffled, clasping and unclasping her hands.

"I was rude and embarrassed myself in front of you. I'm sure you were just as embarrassed and uncomfortable as I was, if not more." she was rambling and couldn't help it, "I don't usually act that way and I apologize for including you in my pity party."

Roman closed his eyes tightly and pinched the bridge of his nose. Just like that, she had rendered him vulnerable yet again.

There was no explanation for his mood swings when he was around her. He didn't know if it was because he still felt sorry for her or what.

He sighed heavily and tilted her chin up to look at him, "Don't apologize to me anymore. The whole night was fucked up from the start."

She nodded slowly. Salty tears trailed down her face against her will.

His eyes softened along with his tone when he saw that she was crying again.

"I'm sorry too." he finally admitted as he brushed away her tears with the pad of his thumbs, "Its over with now. I just hope you don't hold it against me. I was just as innocent as you were in the whole set up."

"I'll forgive you, if you forgive me?" she offered with a shaky smile.

"You got yourself a deal." he agreed, relieved that he had been able to nip that breakdown in the bud.

"Could you let Dean and Seth know that I'm sorry too, for whatever that was back there?" she bit her lip nervously.

"Yeah. I'll let 'em know." he said, heading back in the direction of the locker room, "See ya around Shiloh."

Well that didn't go as planned. The end result was better than she had hoped for, however, so she couldn't really be upset.

Not about THAT at least. She still had to deal with Stephanie.

She retrieved her phone out of her purse to see a text message waiting on her.

"If he touches you like that again I'll have him killed."

Her jaw went slack when she saw that the text was from Randy.

Because who doesn't love creepy Randy?
