A few days later, Haiku came in, having made Remy a birthday breakfast. Remy had to smile at this.

"You…you are so amazing…" Remy says.

She smiled as Victoria fed him his breakfast.

After he ate, tears came to his eyes, thinking his friends won't remember. Haiku holds him.

His friends were planning a party. Not a big one, but big enough to where they could show Remy that this day is truly about him.

They were determined to show Remy that they cared about him.

They look around a store to find the perfect gifts and the perfect theme to celebrate Remy.

Ashley called Shane telling him his little sister was in the hospital.

Shane rushed there to see Ashley feeding Shelby some food. Apparently, the school bus went missing 5 days ago and from what Kat and Ana said most kids were eaten alive. The ones who survived were traumatized and hurt mentally.

Sharon planned to sue the school and the district for making her daughter suffer. Lance started preparing to homeschool Shelby.

Meanwhile, Cuphead was preparing for an exam that Mugman took the day before.

Remy tossed and turned, having a bad dream about his birthday.

Haiku looks worried about him. Remy sheds tears in his sleep.

"My….my b-birthday…" he sniffed.

Later, when he was still sleeping, Luke and the others decorated the room for him. Remy cried in his sleep.

Haiku reads him a poem to try and calm him down as she rubbed his face, trying to dry his tears. He soon woke up.

"Happy birthday, Remy!" Everyone says to Remy as there were decorations everywhere. Remy gasps with surprise.

"You guys…" Remy sniffed. "This is incredible…"

"Happy birthday!" Kat and Ana say, wearing Remy's Raiders shirts and they had bandages on themselves.

"It's your spectacular 17th birthday!" Victoria says.

Meanwhile, Jack's show was on and it was a Remy's Raiders edition. He was putting Remy toys out for sale.

Jack reveals a toy that looks like Remy.

Remy watched and smiled as he soon opened his gifts.

He opens his mom's gift first to reveal a copy of "The Art Of Stage Musicals: The Book Of Musical Theater".

"The book I wanted! Thanks, Mom!" Remy says before opening the gift from Oliver. It was a Leukemia Warrior shirt and hat that he designed. Oliver helped Remy change into it.

"This is awesome!" Remy says before opening Luke's gift, which was a deluxe photography kit. He thanked Luke before opening Shane's gift, which was a music box that played a gentle version of "Fight Song" and had a little toy of Remy dressed like a warrior inside that danced to the song.

"Shane, I love it!" Remy says, gently hugging Shane. "It's amazing…"

"Did you make that on your own?" Luke asked.

"Lincoln helped me with the box part. I did everything else." Shane says.

Meanwhile, Kat and Ana knocked on Shelby's room door at the manor.

Shelby opened the door, sniffling. "What?" She says.

Kat and Ana were bandaged up.

"You okay? I thought you were still in the hospital." Kat says.

"After, um, you know…" Ana says, trying to stay strong, but cries.

"We need to stay strong. Shelby needs our support." Kat says.

"What about me?" Ana sniffed.

"Look, we just got ruffled up. Remy has leukemia, plus ninjas must prepare for the worst. That's why we're going to finish that mission and find out who switched the sign." Kat says, dragging Ana along.

Meanwhile, Alem tuber and Mike were competing for toys in a battle royale with other kids and people with a pillow fight.

"This is for Remy, folks! Join in! Support him and the ones in need!" Jack says.

More fans joined in, but Randy wouldn't let up. He notices Brandy and Savannah were in this, too. Most likely to help Remy. But he couldn't be selfish.

Soon, it was just the twins.

"We won!" Brandy says, but Randy pied Brandy in the face and laughed as Brandy glared, embarrassed. Randy grabbed the Remy deluxe toy set and made a run for it.

He comes back to grab the banner and then leaves with Angry Luigi, running.

Remy was now joining in some gentle party games that Shane and Oliver organized.

Randy arrived. "Happy birthday, Remy." he says, holding the toy set.

"Well, thank you!" Remy says. "This is cool!"

Soon, they play board games while Luke and Oliver talk with Remy.

"So, how do you feel now?" Luke asked Remy.

"Good. Really, really good. This is a nice birthday." Remy says.

Luke and Ashley later would perform different songs for him. Remy smiled at this.

Ashley left as soon as she finished. She was shy around new people.

"I didn't know you could sing." Red says.

"Silence, we're going." Ashley says.

Soon, the Foxes arrived with gifts.

"We're here!" Pam says as Emma was on Pam's shoulder.

Remy was surprised by the amount of people who were there for him.

"Thank you all!" Remy says, smiling.

Soon, they eat the party snacks Stephen made. Remy smiles as he hadn't had a lot of sweets in the past few weeks. He was stuck with hospital food. Ashley had even left them with pizza.

Lucy wondered if Ashley was trying to befriend her or just pitied Remy.

"These pastries are delicious!" Remy says.

"Thanks." Stephen says.

Soon, Luke had a pull string piñata in hand and allowed Remy to pull the ribbons on it.

Candy, small toys, and party noisemakers came out of it as Remy smiled. He knew that after today, it would be back to hospital food and gross medicine as he then started to cry.

Haiku holds him. "I know you want to go home." She says.

Maria smiled and walked into the room. "He will actually be going home tomorrow." She says. "He may have to come here for treatment every few weeks, but he seems to be in remission for the most part."

Remy smiled and awaited his cake, which would come soon.

"Well, Shane, it was fun while it lasted." Penny says and leaves the room. Shane began to tear up right there and then.

"What just happened?" Lucy asked.

"Remy's back in the show, breaking and crushing Penny's dreams." Oliver says.

"Remy still isn't in top performance condition. He's letting Penny finish this season for him. He doesn't like to crush people's dreams. I know Remy and his kind heart. And he will not let Penny be broken or crushed like that." Shane says.

Penny was outside, sniffling. Shane came out and told her the same thing he just told Oliver. Penny smiled at Shane.

"I thought Remy was back in the show…" Penny says.

"He's still got a lot of healing to do, so he's in no condition to go back on stage right now. He may be going home, but not back on stage for a while." Shane says.

Penny kissed Shane as Shane kissed her back.

Remy just closed his eyes and rested before it was time to have the cake.

Everyone lets him rest as Randy leaves. While Remy rested, everyone talked among themselves. Haiku and Lucy were planning a party for when he came back.

Remy woke up to an empty hospital room about 2 hours later.

The lights turned on as everyone came in with a nice birthday cake, the cake shaped like the number 17 with Remy's name on it. Remy was very surprised to see this.

"Wow! Amazing cake! But where are the candles?" Remy asked.

Shane added them as Remy smiled. He then led off the singing.

Remy smiled with tears of joy in his eyes. And Remy loved Shane's birthday song for him as well. He then thought of his birthday wish as he watched all seventeen candles burn on the cake.

He wished to feel even better so he could actually spend more time with his friends. He inhaled as much air as he could and blew out all seventeen candles in three breaths as everyone cheered for him.

Haiku feeds him some cake as he smiles, finally tasting frosting and cake for the first time in weeks. It tasted sweeter because he knew he'd get to go home soon.

After a while, it was time for everyone to head off to their homes. Luke, Shane, and Oliver decided to stay overnight with Remy, which made him very happy.

Haiku and Lucy were working on Remy's recovery celebration at the manor. They didn't want to make it too big.

Remy rested peacefully after a bit, knowing he would finally be home tomorrow.
