On Saturday, February 13th, 2021, Gryffindor played Ravenclaw in Quidditch.

Hugo and Albus sat together in the stands while James was ready at the megaphone to call the match.

Devon, Fred, Roxanne, Stephanie, Samantha, Ainsley, and Lily confidently walked out to the pitch feeling good about themselves.

Sometimes, you knew without knowing how you knew that it was going to be an exceptionally good day.

"So, " announced James enthusiastically, "Ainsley Cochlain of Gryffindor will jump against short redhead second year with brown eyes named Steve Swerve for control of the Quaffle. And Madam McAvoy tosses the quaffle and it's controlled by Cochlain of Gryffindor. Cochlain shoots from center pitch toward the north middle hoop. SHE SCORES! TEN PONTS TO GRYFFINDOR ON AINSLEY COCHLAIN'S MID PITCH SHOT. COCHLAIN HIT THE CENTER HOOP SMACK DAB IN THE CENTER.'

"Nice start, " said Hugo to Albus in the stands.

"Ainsley makes the best shots I've ever seen on a Quidditch pitch, " said Albus admiringly.

"Ravenclaw in possession of the Quaffle. A big, tall seventh year black boy named Henry Handle with the quaffle. Handle passes over to fourth year Thomas Toss, a tall lanky fourth with black eyes and black hair. Toss tosses it to Swerve. Swerve swerves in and out of traffic, Swerve approaching the south hoops. Swerve shoots for the middle hoop. SAVED BY SAVER!" called James excitedly.

"I'm the GOAT Keeper and you all know it, " said Samantha boastfully, "Samantha Saver is special."

Quaffle comes back to Handle. Handle looking for Toss. Intercepted by Weasley. Roxanne Weasley on her racehorse. Weasley nearing the north hoops. The Ravenclaw Keeper, a super fat boy with dark brown hair and eyes named Ethan Eat, has drifted way too far to the left. Weasley sees this. She aims for the right hoop. ROXANNE WEASLEY SCORES! 20-0 GRYFFINDOR!' exclaimed James cheerfully.

"It's nice to see Cousin Roxy score, " said Albus pleasantly.

"She's rather good, " said Hugo fairly, "Nothing on Ainsley."

Swerve with the quaffle. Fred Weasley knocks a bludger towards Swerve. The Bludger hits the quaffle. Swerve drops the quaffle. Cochlain recovers the quaffle. Cochlain and Dursley zooming along to the north. Eat has overcorrected and drifted too far right. Cochlain with an open shpt. Cochlain passes to Dursley. Dursleys aims for the leftmost hoop. DEVON DURSLEY SCORES! 30-0 GRYFFINDOR!" shouted James eagerly.

"Loved the unselfish play by Ainsley to let Devon score there, " said Albus brightly.

"A great friend as well as a great chaser, " said Hugo fondly,

""A bludger nearing Stephanie Saver, she knocks it away with her bat. There's the snitch hovering over the center circle. The Ravenclaw seeker, an average sized average heighted girl named Haley Hunt, the only girl on the Ravenclaw team, zooming in from south while Potter drifts her way in from the north. Hunt and Potter are neck and neck. Hunt and Potter close in the snitch. The snitch is just behind Potter's back. Potter reaches her hand behind her back. LILY POTTER HAS CAUGHT THE SNITCH!" exclaimed James glowingly, "GRYFFINDOR WINS 180-0! OH, WHAT A SPECTACULAR PLAY BY LILY LUNA POTTER!"

"Way to go, sis!" said Albus fondly, "That was an awesome catch!"

"Lily's a better seeker than Ainsley is a chaser and that's saying something!" said Hugo warmly.

Next nanosecond, James ran over to Lily and hoped to hug her, but the magic currently enacted at Hogwarts didn't allow him to get any closer than six feet away from her.

"Damn!" shouted James bitterly, "I can't even hug my sister after she has a big moment?"

"I, know, right?" said Lily unhappily, "Social distancing sucks!"

With hugs, kisses, and high fives out of the question, the best anyone do was to compliment and congratulate Lily on her brilliant catch, which they all did.

"So, " Gryffindor captain Wesley Wood informed his team, "Ravenclaw is 0-3, they're out. Slytherin is 1-2 with a win over Ravenclaw and losses to us and Hufflepuff. We and Hufflepuff are both 2-0 and atop the leaderboard with 430 points each. Whoever wins the Gryffindor-Hufflepuff match in April wins the Quidditch Cup!"

Everyone smiled confidently and James went back to the megaphone.

"Let's stay a little longer, smiled James, "I have a fundraiser for Worthy wands to announce. This fundraiser isn't a one day thing but will last for as long as my supply lasts. People who are interested in purchasing can simply approach when the opportunity presents itself. The long and the short of it is that I have ordered a number of foreign candies. Anyone who is interested trying some foreign candy can either ask me for candy from a specific country, ask for a certain kind of foreign candy such as chocolate, lemon, orange etc., or just try one whatever it is. I have timed this fundraiser to start in mid February to avoid the candy intense times of Halloween, Christmas, and Easter in the hopes that will help demand be higher. I hope to see you all son!"

And with that, everyone in the stadium smiled, many people with their mouths watering.

To be able to try foreign candy was an experience they were all looking forward to.
