Malfoy was whiter than his hair, as his eyes flickered over those in his presence. He had one card left to play…

"Were-guild?"

"Sword of Damocles." Harry snarled back. "Judgement withheld. But if Scion Malfoy oversteps, not only is his Life forfeit, but so too is House Malfoy."

Lucious freezes. "Details."

Harry grinned evilly. "Warlock Malfoy retains his wand, anything on his person, Ten-Thousand gold in the Bank… and his wardrobe." Harry took on a solemn look. "Miss Black returns to her Birth-house. Half of the Malfoy estate is hers via Dowery refunded. The child is cast out with only his wand and what he is wearing, stripped of all money, rank, and Name. Everything else belongs to House Potter."

"You Uppity Half-Blood…" Deloris began to swell as she ramped up to start yelling at Lord Potter.

"Or Draco goes before the Wizengamot, faces the judgement of those who do not owe House Malfoy a favour or two, with the possible fallout across the board." Director Bones stepped on the pink toad's rant. "Then House Malfoy still has to deal with the Blood Feud.

Lucious licked his lips. "Who says the Sword falls?"

Lord Potter smiled, "Lord Potter makes the call, but Regent Bones and Regent Longbottom both must confirm that Scion Malfoy has broken Faith."

Lucious turned to the Minister's liquor cabinet and poured himself three fingers of firewhiskey. "Write it up. I will sign." He finished the glass of liquid fire, "Tomorrow. Let the spawn rot for the night." He exited for the Atrium.

"You can not do this!" Umbridge hissed.

"It is Done." Bones smiled at the toad faced witch.

"Try and interfere, and I will not only add you to the Feud, but remove you too." Harry Hissed. The three witches led him from the office. Once they were out of sight they grabbed Harry who pulled on the Shadows…

And they were gone.

Four Shadows stepped from the side of the building that housed Honeydukes of Hogsmead.

"Why are we Here?" the Adult of the group asked.

"Thanks to Malfoy, I was interrupted in my 'piggy time'." Harry led the three witches to the front of the store. "So Sue and Daphne will need a 'Sorry' item. According to my sources, a sample of fudge and a few whispered words will buy me a few points in their favour." Hermione slugged his shoulder. "Yes, Granger. We are heading to the bookstore next."

"I understand the chocolate, and depending on your delivery… I could even agree." Tonks pawed through a selection of lollipops looking for a certain flavour. "Yes, they have Dragonberry."

"'Piggy time'?" the Director asked as she bagged half a dozen 'ice mice'.

"Your Niece has a way of throwing Potter for a loop in her talks with him." Hermione smirked at the now uncomfortable male. "During their first Conversation, she used the term 'Bare Bones'. Now she meant to get to the basic issue of what they were talking about. I think it was a contract of some kind. His Teenage male mind found a different image. During their extended talks, the term 'Snog-hog' was broached. So if He is seeking time for personal connections, he now refers to that time as 'piggy-time'."

"In my defence; 'Piggy Time' is a term that all my female counterparts are using." Harry frowned at the pre-wrapped selections of fudge offered.

Taking the Lolli from Tonks, and placing it on the counter, along with her mice, Bones glared at the boy. "Sue prefers a Peanut Butter mix while Daphne is known to enjoy a mint or two." Harry grabbed a PB package and a mixed mint package of fudge before setting them next to the 'mice'. As he paid for everything Bones smiled, "See, he can be trained. Miss Granger? No sweets for you?"

"No." Harry drew her arm across his, letting it drop into his left elbow. "Between her upbringing, and the fact her head is wired differently, She prefers a book over chocolate as a wooing gift." Harry led the trio to 'Tomes & Scrolls'. Hermione screed, and broke away from Harry as soon as they crossed the threshold. "See."

Fifteen minutes later, Hermione had a selection of five books that she placed on the counter, puppy dog eyes pooling at Harry.

"One." Harry sighed, before turning to the store keeper. "Please hold the other four for later."

Hermione whined, before digging through the stack and passing one book to Harry. The Store Keeper took the rest and after scratching out a note, placed them on a shelf behind the counter. Harry noted the price, and dug out the coins, plus a little more to hold the others on.

With Hermione humming to herself as she hugged her new book to her chest, Harry pulled the group in tight, and pulled on the shadows and …

From an alcove on the First Floor, the four emerged into Hogwarts. Harry pulled a parchment from his back pocket, and pressed his hand to it. "I solemnly swear that I am up to no good." As the printing spread across the pages… Harry scanned the pages… finding the girls in the Hospital wing, Poppy standing over them. Harry broke into a jog as he led the way to the Hospital wing.

Bones and Tonks matched him stride for stride, as Hermione trailed along in their wake. Harry hit the doors like a raging bull, the Director and Tonks caught the doors as they surveyed the room.

"Hey Aunty." Sue smiled from her seat next to Hannah. "Good news. I got a clean bill of Health."

"Yeah." Daphne sneered. "But I got hit with a whammy." She shivered, "A bloodline curse. I will never carry a male foetus to term."

Harry rocked back on his heels. "O–kay… and that should worry me… because?"

"I will never give you a male heir." She sounded depressed.

"Only Lady Black and Lady Potter need to give me a male heir." Harry took her hands in his, and kissed her palms. "As for you and Bones, Daughters only are acceptable. Because they will Either be Consort Contracts or Line Continuation." He kissed her knuckles. "If it's good enough for me, it is good enough for our children."

"And he now has no need for the Fudge." Tonks hissed around her lollipop.

Sue perked up, "Fudge?"

Malfoy was just gearing up for another fit when Shack entered the Cell block.

"I got this post for an Hour, Runcorn." the Blackman handed the stone faced Auror something. "But I can only hold it for an Hour."

Runcorn nodded, and exited the cell block.

"Do you know who My Father s?" Malfoy snarled from his cell door.

The Black man looked at him. "Yes, Lucy was upstairs to get you sprung not even twenty minutes ago. Then he learned what you did, and to whom. Had it been almost any other curse, or any other target, He might have gotten you out. As it stands, because you used That Curse, and your Target was Miss Bones…" King adjusted his cuffs. "House Bones has declared Blood Feud against House Malfoy, and Named House Potter as their Champion. Lucy, seeing the death of his House in the Cards, called for 'Weir Guild'. Potter offered the 'Sword of Damocles'. Lucy is allowing his heir to spend the night in the cells to think about what awaits him."

King then turned to Albus. "Sorry for taking so long getting back to you, Sir." Another pouch of rough hemp was passed through the bars. "The Director has had a busy morning. With Rufus holding the night-shift, and Runcorn Standing guard here, I am holding the DMLE together upstairs. If anyone other than the Director tries to release you … It is not only our jobs, but our wands too. I hope you understand, a few nights in the cells is a small price to pay for a man on the inside."

Albus fished out a Lemon sherbert and popped it into his mouth. "What Curse is young Mr Malfoy accused of casting?"

"The Castration Curse." King sneered. Albus lost a shade of colour. "Do Not worry, House Bones lives on. Potter saw to that. The only House that faces annihilation is House Malfoy and only if Draco does something stupid. I saw the terms of the Sword." King turns to look at Draco, pressed to the bars of his cell. "If Draco screws up, he is out… stripped of everything but his wand and the clothing on his back. Lucy gets to keep his wardrobe, wand, and ten-thousand gold. Narcissa returns to Black taking everything else with her." Turning back to Albus, "If Lucy drops the sword, Narcissa Returns to Black with everything including her son, as Lucy is left with only his wand and the clothing on his back. The Director dictated this out to the Head Barrister of the DMLE, and had him fill-in and file the Contract. Lucy will be back for the brat tomorrow morning."

Albus hummed to himself. "And Potter?"

"Last seen leaving with the Director, his watch-dog Tonks, and that Muggleborn that has a bit of control over him."

"Miss Granger has control over him?" the Headmaster asked, leaning on the wall beside the cell door.

"As the Witch explained it last night while we were collecting Crouch, His Animagus form recognizes her as his 'Human'. And until another replaces that, She can Order him to Heel and a few other things." King smirks, "Infact, I watched as snapped an order, and he was at her side from across the room before even he knew what was happening."

Seeing something in Dumbledor's eye, "Please Sir, drop any idea of using her to bring him under your sway. I saw what he did to the man posing as our DADA professor. Not Pretty."

A scrape of a slipper on the stone of the steps was his only warning … Shake tapped his head with his wand and faded from view.

No sooner than the Blackman was no longer insight, an Auror in Navy pin-striped robes under his Auror robes entered the Cell block. "Ah, Mister Malfoy. I was Hoping for a minute of your time. Just saw Runcorn enter the Loo so we have a few minutes."

Albus smiled, and under the cover of waving good day to Malfoy, cast an eavesdropper spell on the bars of the boy's cell, before turning to stretch out on his cot.

Pius cast a Silence spell on the Headmaster's cell, before turning to the boy. "There is only one thing keeping me from popping you from this cell. Why would Your Father leave before springing you, himself?"

"Someone got to Fudge before Father could. Someone who carries a bigger stick." Malfoy snarled. "He told me to my face, and I did not believe him. After all he was only dumb Gryff, what would he know of the art of 'Barreling' someone."

"So… should I tell you my price for letting you go?" Pius stepped closer to the door.

"No." Malfoy sneered at the man outside his cell. "While I do wish to be free, I fear the cost will be too high." the Blond ran a hand through his hair, "Oh, I do believe that My Father could have settled the debt between you and House Malfoy for springing me… before you ended up here, stripped of your rank, your wand, and then everything else you held of value." Draco sat on his cot. "I screwed up big this time. My Father left me here to think about just how bad my mistake was. You spring me… and those aligned against House Malfoy will shred us to ribbons or finer and shit on what's left. Then they will go after you for your part in this." he 'washed' his face. "Better to face this as is and lean on your aide down the road." Draco stood and offered his Hand, "Hello, Draco Malfoy, Nice to meet you."

The Auror looked at the boy's hand before looking the Lad in the eyes, and taking the hand… "Pius Thickesse Master Auror. A pleasure to meet you. Is there anything I can get you?"

Draco smiled. "A strong cuppa would go a long way."

"Will see what I can do, Sir." and Pius exited the cell block.

Shack shimmered back into view. "And What is to keep me from blabbing about what just happened here?"

"The Fact that you are His Man." Draco nodded toward Albus's cell. "I just have a friend that is bringing me a cuppa tea. You are reporting to the Headmaster about things happening above as if you were in the room at the time."

A scarp of slippers on stone drew both eyes to Pius returning with a Saucer and cup of steaming tea, plus a morning prophet. "Ah, Kingsly." Pius gave a watery smile.

"He was just checking up on the old man's health." Draco offered from the cell doors. He took the cuppa and paper, and with a smile returned to his coot to read the paper.

The two Master Aurors nodded at each other, and returned up the stairs just as Runcorn was coming down.

Albus had heard everything.

He was surprised that Draco played this one smart… but then he was raised by two of the best of the 'Game of Houses'. Only for some reason Potter threw him off his Game… completely.

Albus closed his eyes and sucked on his candy…

Just like Potter did to Albus's Game.

Director Bones watched the boy comfort his girls, Daphne, Sue, Hermione and Tracy, as they talked about what was needed for their contracts to be fulfilled.

She had resorted to a Sword of Damocles Contract for both Fudge and Umbridge two nights ago. While the Ministry had run better in the time they were locked up, everybody kept coming to her to get things done. Fudge signed without reading his. Umbridge tried to knit-pick her way through the whole thing, but when the Director had put a timer on thirty seconds on the Contract … she sighed, bitching and moaning the whole time.

A Highland Terrier Patronus scuttled in across her view. In Shack's voice; "We have Black. Dawlish tried to punch him. We are putting him next to the Headmaster and Heir. On a side note; Draco is being courted by a member of our Brotherhood like me to the old man. Is it just a Master Auror looking for a Patron to aid in his Advancement or a Snake looking for a co-conspirator… I have no idea. You will have to ask Thicknesse."

Director Bones nodded, and watched as Daphne, cuddled by the boy, sucked on her Fudge as Sue nibbled on hers. Both sharing with their Dorm-sisters. Hermione had curled up on the bed, in the sunlight, and was reading her book.

"Young love." Poppy sighed at her side. "I got bad news for you." The Nurse whispered. "The Malfoy boy was trying to cast his curse on the Potter boy. I heard that on the Express, Malfoy swore on his Magic to not target Potter or his friends. Because there was nothing between Potter and your niece this morning, She became the de facto target as the Scion's Magic tried to protect itself"

"Well, the Scion really landed in it this time."

Malfoy, Lucius Exited his Home Floo in a near Rage.

"NARCISSA!" His Roar was heard throughout the whole House.

She entered from her Solarium, just two doors from the Floo. "Yes Husband?"

"Your Son is a Fucking Imbcile!" He shouldered past her into his Study, where he poured a glass of Rye and Bitters. She followed to the doorway, but did not enter. As He drank half the glass of clear booze, he gasped for breath. "First he gets into a verbal fight with the Potter brat, and then because he can not stand the return commit the Halfbreed throws at him, He tries to curse the Boy, but misses and the spell was thrown at the witch next to Potter."

"According to Severus, that would be the Muggleborn Granger."

"Not this Morning. No, it was the Niece of the Fucking Bloody DMLE's Dicrector!" Luci throws the half full glass into his fireplace. "And to make everything worse… He tried to cast the Castration Curse!"

"You said he tried." Narcissa sighed. "Morgiana be praised."

"How can you…" Luci began.

"One of the Twenty-eight was spared our Son's Idiocy." Narcissa waved her Husband aside. "Now, what will this cost us?"

"House Bones has filed a Blood Feud against Us." Luci slumped into his chair.

"That does not sound too bad."

"Bones has Named House Potter their Champion." Luci 'washed' his face, "And they are backed by Abbot, Black, Greengrass, Longbottom, and Zabini."

"Siri took up his ring?"

"And linked it to Potter." Lucius pulled a flask from under his desk, popped the cork, and pulled deeply. "Not seeing a way to free Draco right there, I asked for a weregild. Instead I got a Sword of Damocles. If the shit screws up, House Malfoy is no more. I get my wand, and ten-thousand gold. You get everything else and sent to back to Black. The little shit gets his wand and a head start."
