We continued their journey, stumbling upon a desolate wasteland where an old-fashioned robot named Robon tirelessly planted seeds in hopes of regrowing the forest that once thrived there. By his side stood a formidable Chesnaught, serving as the protector of this barren land. Curiosity piqued us, and we approached the inventor's grandson, who shared the tale of Robon's mission and the struggles they faced. Despite their best efforts, the previous attempts to revive the forest had yielded no results, and Robon showed signs of weariness. However, Clemont, ever the skilled engineer, stepped forward to lend a hand. With his repairs, Robon was restored to its former glory, ready to face the challenges ahead.
Together, we embarked on a collective effort to locate an underground water source. Their search led them to an obstacle—a colossal rock blocking the path to the water. Undeterred, Robon activated its drilling mechanism, skillfully maneuvering through the rock and releasing a torrential spring.
But Ashy, never one to settle for less, felt compelled to go beyond the restoration and showcase his mastery of terrain manipulation. With a resolute expression, he called upon Bulbasaur, along with his trusted team of Grass-type pokemon. In perfect harmony, they unleashed a symphony of nature's power, using moves like Grassy Terrain, Energy Ball, Leaf Storm, Petal Blizzard, and many other moves. I watched in amazement as Bulbasaur, accompanied by an array of Grass-type Pokémon, moved with grace and precision. They worked together, their moves perfectly choreographed, to rejuvenate the land. Bulbasaur's vines swirled through the air, gently touching the earth and spreading a vibrant green energy. The ground beneath their feet seemed to come alive, bursting with sprouts and saplings.
The combined efforts of Ash and his Grass-type pokemon seemed to weave a tapestry of life and vitality across the landscape. The ground trembled beneath our feet as the very essence of nature responded to their call, breathing life into every inch of the newfound forest. I couldn't help but marvel at the miraculous sight that unfolded before their eyes.
eyes widened with wonder as he took in the breathtaking sight before him. The once barren wasteland now bloomed with life, teeming with an abundance of vibrant flowers, lush grass, and majestic trees. The air was filled with the scent of blooming flowers and the gentle rustling of leaves. Sunlight filtered through the canopy, casting dappled shadows on the ground below. The air was filled with the intoxicating scent of rejuvenation, and a gentle breeze carried the whispers of newfound growth. The flowers bloomed with unparalleled vibrancy, their petals shimmering under the warm sunlight. The grass swayed gently in the wind, whispering secrets of harmony and balance. Towering trees reached towards the heavens, their branches embracing the sky in a display of strength and resilience.
In this awe-inspiring scene, the beauty and power of nature became undeniable. The forest thrived, a symbol of hope and renewal, a sanctuary that would continue to flourish long after they had moved on. The once desolate wasteland had transformed into a sanctuary of life, a testament to the indomitable spirit and unwavering determination of Ash and his pokemon. Only they are able to create such a ridiculous scene. I was truly starting to become quite scared, as Bulbasaur was getting even better at terrain manipulation... and he was Ash's best pokemon at that! Ashy, who is the strongest Terrain Master!
THIS. IS. RI-DI-CU-LOUS!
You know what else is ridiculous? What happened next! That's even more ridiculous! Then again, every situation Ahy gets involved in, is ridiculous. He is ridiculous! Have I been using the word too much? Wrong! There's not an enough ammount of times I can use that word and it will be enough to describe Ashy and his RIDICULOUS luck!
Then again, this time around it was Clemont who had guided us towards this whole mess. He insisted on going to the Zapdos Festival in Joule Town, he was quite excited for it. No one expected us to find the Legendary pokemon... then again with Ash's ridiculous luck, it was to be expected.
We all stood in awe of Zapdos flying through the stormy sky, some more than others. I kind of gotten used to Ash's electric chicken back in the Orange Archipelago... did I just call Zapdos an electric chicken? What is my life? Well, at least, Clemont was having the time of his life, eyes sparkling with enthusiasm as he shared tales of the electrifying spectacle and the legendary pokemon himself.
However, before anyone could react, a sudden lightning strike startled everyone, causing us to jump in surprise. Zapdos's appearance had not only caught my friends' attention but also fueled their excitement to witness the legendary pokemon firsthand. Despite the brewing storm, the prospect of encountering Zapdos seemed irresistible. But as Clemont's excitement propelled him forward, Ashy attempted to stop him, realizing the potential danger they were facing. However, in typical Ashy fashion, his adventurous spirit took over, and he decided to face Zapdos head-on, undeterred by the risks involved. It was a classic Ashy moment that left me shaking my head in disbelief.
I had grown accustomed to Ashy's knack for getting into wild situations, and couldn't help but feel a wave of annoyance wash over me. I found the entire situation utterly ridiculous. How could Ashy so casually throw himself into yet another dangerous encounter with Zapdos, as if battling the legendary bird in the Orange Archipelago wasn't enough? While I recognized Ashy's passion for pokemon and his indomitable spirit, I couldn't help but find it amusing, albeit frustrating, how Ashy's impulsive nature often landed him in absurd predicaments. It was a testament to Ash's unique personality and his unwavering determination to challenge any obstacle that came his way, no matter how unconventional or perilous.
With an exasperated sigh and a shake of my head, I muttered under my breath, "There he goes again, always finding trouble wherever he goes. It's like he's got a magnet for legendary pokemon mishaps."
Why do I love this idiot again? I wondered to myself, licking my lips as the wind and rain made Ash's outfit hug his body in all the right ways. Now, that's a view...
As Serena wisely suggested seeking shelter from the thunderstorm, I nodded in agreement. That's my mentee, showing sensible thought procedure. Deep down, I knew that facing Zapdos head-on was a risky proposition, even for someone as daring as Ashy. This one was wild after all, not one of Ashy's or other Battle Frontier's Legendary pokemon. We needed to prioritize their safety before embarking on any grand adventures, legendary pokemon or not.
So, with a mixture of annoyance and concern, I joined the others in finding a secure place to take cover from the raging storm, hoping that Ashy's impulsive decision wouldn't lead to unnecessary danger. Of course, it was not until the following day that Clemont and Ashy made their way back to us. They were drenched, covered in mud, and shivering from what will become a horrible cold. But the smiles... those smiles were wide and filled with a childish joy, that borderlined with manic.
At least, they had fun and are healthy, I sighed, after making sure that the next town's Nurse Joy would check them over and their pokemon. Healthy, but mad.
Of course, we would not catch a break on that town either. Ash when we visited the gem exhibition, our anticipation was abruptly interrupted when Master Thief Keyes, a notorious thief, picked the lock, causing the cancellation of the exhibition. I couldn't help but be intrigued by the audacity and skill of this master thief. Soon after, chaos ensued as a fire broke out at the Pokemon Center, trapping Locke, the former apprentice of locksmith Ed, inside. My heart raced with concern for Locke's safety, and he watched intently as Ed, accompanied by their Binacle partners, rushed to the scene to rescue Locke.
The locksmiths, with their expertise and trusty Binacle companions, worked tirelessly to open the complex lock that stood between Locke and his freedom. I admired their dedication and cooperation, impressed by their ability to tackle such a challenging task under pressure. As the lock finally yielded and the doors swung open, relief washed over me, knowing that Locke would be saved. But what happened next surprised him. Locke confessed that he had turned to a life of crime as Master Thief Keyes in a misguided attempt to earn Ed's respect.
My eyebrows raised, intrigued by the unexpected twist in their relationship. To my amazement, Ed calmly revealed that he had been aware of Locke's secret identity all along. The realization left me in awe of Ed's understanding and acceptance of Locke's misguided actions, showcasing the depth of their bond as mentor and apprentice. From the corner of my eye, I could see Ash battling within himself, going from Ashy the lovable trainer, to Ash Ketchum the Ace Captain Ranger. It was quite amusing if you ask me.
Officer Jenny had finally arrived at the scene, promptly arresting Locke for his crimes, after flinching at the sight of Ashy. Now that had me laughing. However, she showed leniency, offering him a second chance. i observed the exchange, appreciating this Officer Jenny's ability to recognize the complexities of the situation. She might be one of the good ones... or she is just too scared of Ashy to do anything else.
With Locke's arrest and subsequent release, a sense of relief and reconciliation filled the air. Ed, Locke, and their Binacle partners were reunited, and I couldn't help but feel a warmth in my heart witnessing the strength of their bond. And so, as the dust settled and the Pokemon Center returned to normalcy, I couldn't help but feel a renewed sense of admiration for these locksmiths and their Binacle partners, who had proven that unity and compassion could overcome even the most challenging situations.
