Adamantine covered his tail in ice, swinging it towards Gusios; the ice covered tail slammed into the side of the Heavenly Beast, causing it to slid in the direction Adam swung. What seemed like a few feet to the Beast was actually quite a number of yards for the humans down below. Gaia followed up by raising a claw, slashing Gusios' face, causing the Beast to take another step back. Gusios retaliated to the two dragons by swinging its own tail forward, slamming it into Gaia and Adamantine at the same time. The two dragons let out a minor roar of pain before sliding back, taking a number of buildings with them.

"Geez!" Daryan shouted as he ran off along with the others. "I hope they take care of that thing quick before this city is reduced to nothing but dirt from their fight!"

"They're dragons, I don't think they care much about what happens to the city..." Lisanna mumbled.

"They only care about protecting those important to them," Alex said, basically reciting Gaia's words. "Gaia may not be the strongest dragon...but I believe in her!"

"Adamantine will certainly bring victory!" Waiston nodded, a slight grin on his face.

"Keep that faith, and I'm sure they'll do just fine!" Cynthia grinned before skidding to a stop, looking around at all the remaining angels. Though there were still quite a few angels left, it was obvious that the army was beginning to thin in numbers. "In the meantime, lets finish off this army, ne?"

.

.

"Argh..." Sirus groaned while scouting out for Takeru. With his captains down, he had to search for the Reset Cannon's Key along with Gusios. "Wind filth...Making Cumore lose the Reset Key..."

"You seem to he having some problems..." Angel said from a building on Sirus' left.

"What?" Sirus turned at the sound of a voice, raising a brow at Angel. "I sense darkness from you; darkness I will remove from this world if you do not speak your business with me."

"No need to he so hostile," Angel said while placing one hand on he chest and the other on her hip. "My name is Angel-"

"Angel?! Another mockery on us?!" Sirus shouted out, rather angrily because he had quite enough of people impersonating angels.

Angel merely quirked a brow at Sirus' sudden interruption, finding it rather rude, but she waited for his outburst to end before continuing anyway. "Moving on...I have a prayer, and you are the only one who can help me achieve my prayer as soon as possible, which would happen to be right now."

"A prayer, you say? Pray tell, why would I assist you in this? I should be removing you from this Earth," Sirus replied. "In fact, I don't even have time for this. You're holding me up!"

Angel ignored the fact Sirus was in a hurry, as this was the only chance she would have to finally reach her prayer; at least, this was what she thought. "My prayer is the fly into the sky, like and angel...I know you made that angelic requip mage an angel...I'll help you get your Key back, and you turn me into an angel. How does that sound? You can't possibly refuse. With your beast, myself, and you searching for the key and eliminating those pests, you'll find that key in no time~."

"I could use an extra pair of hands for a little bit..." Sirus thought it over for a second before nodding, agreeing to Angel's proposition. (Human's are such weak creatures...you promise to give them what they want and they'll do just about anything...) "Very well, "Angel". If you can succeed in bringing me the key to reset this country, I will see to it that your prayer will be answered."

Angel's face lit up with a smirk, she was feeling all kinds of emotions at this point. Her prayer would finally be answered, and she wasn't going to let anyone screw this up for her, especially now. "I'm glad you see things my way..." Angel replied while keeping a rather calm expression. "Is there anything in particular I need to know about this key before I look for it?"

"The key is indestructible," Sirus started as he began to use his hands to count the things the Key had that was special about it. "The key is the ONLY way to activate the Reset Cannon; without it, the cannon's power would just unleash upon everything. And lastly, when the key is inserted into the keyhole, it must twist in either direction, for no more than three seconds. If held in a twisted position for too long, the cannon may overload and explode on itself."

After Sirus finished speaking, Takeru slowly rose from Angel's shadow with a large smirk on his face, waving the Reset Key around like a child's toy. "Explode on itself, huh?"

"W-What!?" Angel immediately turned around once she heard Takeru's voice, her eyes wide from surprise. "W-Who are...?!"

"AGH! The trash was eavesdropping!" Sirus snarled at Takeru's stealth before pointing his hand forward, creating multiple spheres of light around Takeru (which ended up appearing around Angel as well because she was just a foot or so away from Takeru). These light spheres then circled around the two for a few seconds before aiming themselves towards Takeru.

"Hey, watch where you're aiming!" Angel shouted before diving off to the side, just as the light spheres slammed into Takeru, destroying most of the building, and creating a large cloud of smoke. When the smoke cleared, Takeru was nowhere to be seen, but neither was the Reset Key. "Where'd he go...?"

"You almost had me..." Takeru said as he appeared from the shadows once again, dusting himself off with the Key still in his possession. He then looked up to the Reset Cannon which was pointing down at the city, his large smirk growing into a smug grin. "Let's do this then..." Takeru's body turned jet black, wings sprouting from his back as he entered his Darkness Shadow mode. Without delay, Takeru took off into the sky, aiming for the Reset Cannon.

"In the name of the Heavens I will not allow you do to such a thing!" Sirus exclaimed as he flapped his wings, taking off in hot pursuit after Takeru.

Angel just stood there, blinking a few times with a befuddled expression. She shook her head after a few seconds and looked up into the sky, now watching Sirus and Takeru carefully, waiting for her moment to strike. "Soon..."

Gaia raised one of her claws, slamming it down harshly on the ground. The prompted a large (and by large I mean mile high) trail of stalagmites to travel towards Gusios, ripping through the concrete, ground, buildings, anything they traveled through cut even easier than butter. "I won't let you hurt Alex!" Gusios at first just watched as the large stalagmites came towards it. The beast then pounded its chest with its large, bulky, pillar-like arms before slamming its arm into the ground, creating a large shockwave around it that forced the stalagmites to divert around it, leaving it unharmed. The beast then roared, causing a blue magic circle to appear under the Earth Dragon. "Hrn?!" With her enhanced sense of smell, Gaia was able to sense the magic circle under her. She immediately began to flap her wings, gaining some air before the magic circle activated, which was a powerful and extremely high pressured jet of water. Gaia was unable to escape he entire attack, but the brunt of it slammed into her chest, sending the large dragon crashing into a building nearby. While Gusios was busy dealing with Gaia, Adamantine had flown in with ice covering his wing, slamming his ice covered wing into Gusios' side, sending the beast staggering back quite a bit from the surprise impact.

"I'd like to get up there somehow..." Natsu grumbled as he noticed Sirus flying up with another figure, but he couldn't quite make it out. He squinted, now seeing who Sirus was chasing. "Takeru! Happy, we're going back up there!"

"Aye, sir!" Happy nodded, spreading his wings as he flew up, grabbing Natsu's back, and flew towards Sirus and Takeru.

"Good luck, Natsu, Happy!" Lucy waved as Natsu and Happy flew off into the sky.

"You can do it, Natsu-San!" Sting shouted, not really paying attention to the large Centurion readying a punch. However, Sting was really paying attention, and just performed a lazy back kick (he's still in Dragon Force mind you) which sent the large bulky angel flying away into the remains of a partially collapsed building.

"We're almost done! I can smell the parfarm of victory, MEN!" Ichiya exclaimed while frolicking past some angels with his paralyzing perfume, causing the angels to fall to the ground, twitching madly. From the actual effects of the perfume or Ichiya's fruity attitude, it was hard to tell which one incapacitated them.

"What a fruit cake..." Cygnus mumbled.

"No kidding..." Alex said while looking at Ichiya with a sardonic expression. "There are so many mysterious things about him I want to know...and then he acts like this and it makes me really not want to know..."

"Stay away from him..." Erza said, appearing into the group while walking next to Jellal.

"ERZA-CHAN!" Ichiya exclaimed at the immediate sight of the scarlet haired mage, moving as quickly as he could to tackle hug the female.

"NO...!" As a reflex, Erza swung her leg at Ichiya, pretty much punting him; sending the short male flying into the dark cloud filled sky, becoming a small twinkle as a result.

"Oh my..." Hiruka merely blinked a few times.

"Wasn't he on our side?" Shadowlore asked while lookin to Erza, the sky, then to Erza once again.

"That's debatable..." Erza replied with a "eue" sort of look, rubbing the back of her next somewhat awkwardly.

.

"Heh, almost there..." Takeru thought to himself as he neared the Reset Cannon. Of course, he was interrupted by several beams of light cutting off his path on the way there, causing him to halt. "Tch..."

"I'll make this short for you, cretin..." Sirus growled as he swung his light magic infused lance at Takeru, who dodged by flying off to the side.

"I guess I can do with a little delay..." Takeru gave a smug grin, cracking his neck. He kept a firm grip on the Key, beckoning Sirus to come at him. With no words, the angel commander flew forward at incredible speed, nearly breaking the sound barrier. Though Sirus was fast, Takeru merely held his hand out, creating a darkened magic circle before him. "Darkness White Shadow Dragon's Rough Silk!" Takeru had created a self unison raid, sending thin hairline beams of darkness and white shadow magic towards the speeding angel.

"Useless!" Sirus shouted, showing off one reason why he was named commander of the angel army. With precise movements, Sirus managed to avoid every single heal Takeru launched at him, much to the surprise of the Darkness Shadow Dragon. Sirus then pulled his lance back, gathering light magic around it. But before he attacked, he felt a familiar presence speeding towards him from below. "You can't be serious...!"

"Talons of the Lightning Flame Dragon!" Natsu roared as he swung his lighting and fire infused kick upward at Sirus' jaw, but the angel swayed his body back, Natsu's foot just inches away from Sirus' chin. After the miss, Happy flew next to Takeru.

"Salamander...come to join the fun...?" Takeru asked, not even turning his gaze to look at Natsu.

"This guy's mine, I already decided that!" Natsu replied as lightning and flames sparked and flared wildly around most of his body.

"Let's play a game then...whoever takes him out first wins," Takeru suggested.

"You're on!" Natsu grinned before looking up at Happy.

"I already know!" Happy nodded before speeding forward.

"Let's do it!" Natsu's grin widened into a confident smirk. He pulled his arm back, allowing fire and lightning to swirl around his fist. "Iron Fist of the Lightning Flame Dragon!" Natsu then swung his fist for an uppercut, but Sirus easily dodged by flapping his wings, allowing him to back up. Sirus wasn't expecting a large tower of lightning and flames to expand from Natsu's fist, which almost took him off guard, but he was safe from the attack.

As the tower of lightning and flames faded, Takeru flew in with his leg pulled back; he quickly swung an axe kick at Sirus' head, but Sirus brought his lance up, blocking the hit with no difficulty. Takeru flipped, also gaining distance as he did this action.

"Give up, you're making this harder on yourselves..." Sirus sighed.

"I don't know the meaning of the words "give up"!" Natsu shouted as Happy flew him forward once again. Natsu threw a plethora of lightning and flames infused punches and kicks, but Sirus managed to dodge each and every kick Natsu swung, much to the Fire Dragon's annoyance; Natsu sneered as he increased the potency of his attacks. "Hold still...!"

"Don't command your superiors!" Sirus groaned, dodging an incoming roundhouse kick from Natsu. Using his opening, Sirus slammed his leg into Natsu's chest, sending both him and Happy hurtling towards the ground.

"He didn't last very long..." Takeru flew in after Natsu and Happy when down, his cheeks puffed out as he prepared yet another self unison raid. "Roar of the Darkness White Shadow Dragon!" Takeru unleashed the powerful roar towards Sirus, the force pushing him back as a result.

"Impressive power..." Sirus chuckled as he placed his hand out, creating his magical barrier around him. The Darkness White Shadow roar slammed into the barrier, cracking it just slightly with it's massive impact. After the roar faded, Takeru was surprised to see that the barrier was only slightly cracked. "But it's not enough. Leagues above you humans..." Sirus then flew forward, unleashing a beam of light from his lance; the beam of light struck Takeru in the chest before he could react, sending him hurtling towards he ground. The worst part of this? He dropped he Reset Key right as he was hit, falling out of the sky. "Ah!" Sirus' expression lit up with excitement as he flew towards the falling key. He was just about to grab it when...the wind lifted the key up, and it started to move in a different direction. "What...?!"

The key traveled to the roof of a building nearby, and landed in the hands of White Eclipse's wind user, Aira Aeolus. "Whew...that was close...!"

"Another annoying..." Sirus began to growl before noticing a few stragglers in his army. "You three! Take her out!" The three angels straightened up once they heard their leader's voice, and pulled out their bows and arrows, unleashing a plethora of arrows upon Aira.

"Ahh!" Aira covered up, as that was all she had time to do. Luckily for her, the arrows, and the angels who shot them just froze in time, suspended in the air. "Huh...?"

"Don't worry, I got your back!" Tsami said with a firm nod and a smile, though it didn't last too long as a large golden hammer nearly flattened her on the spot, but she managed to dodge, just barely at that. "W-W-What was that?!" Tsami looked up, only to notice Angel standing on the side of a large bearded angel wielding a two handed hammer.

"I will not allow the likes of you to interfere with my prayer..." Angel said as her hair blue hair created a menacing shadow over her eyes.

"So she really plans to deliver...kuhahaha..." Sirus chuckled silently to himself.

"C'mon!" Aira insisted to Tsami as she began to make a break for it, hopping off the building while using the wind to support her landing.

"Right behind ya!" Tsami shouted as she scrambled away from Angel and her angel.

"You won't escape the wrath of an angel!" Angel shouted as she took a step forward, but before she could move anymore, a stream of water hit the back of her head. It wasn't anything too powerful, but it did get Angel's attention. She turned around with an annoyed expression.

"You're a meany for trying to hurt Tsami!" Melanie said while sticking her tongue out a Angel in a childish manner.

Angel's eyes twitched from annoyance, her anger slowly starting to build up. She didn't know what was worse between the annoyance known as Melanie and the fact people were getting in her way. "Okay, I've had just about enough of all of this."

"Time to bolt!" Blues said as he grabbed Melanie by her hand, quickly scurrying away. This action only prompted Angel's eye to twitch a little more violently.

.

.

"I think we got away..." Aira panted somewhat as she and Tsami took a breather in an alleyway.

"I hope so..." Tsami replied as she slowly caught her breath.

"Oh, look what we have here..." Cumore said as he descended down in front of the two girls.

"A-Another one?!" Aira's eyes widened somewhat as she took a step back, only to turn around and see a small horde of angels behind her and Tsami, their weapons trained on the two girls in case they made a move.

"This isn't too good..." Tsami whispered.

"Hand over the key, and I'll make sure your destruction is painless," Cumore said as he drew his blade.

"Above!" Shouted Carla, catching everyone's attention.

"Catch!" Aira threw the key up, and Carla caught it, immediately speeding off.

"Agh!" Cumore spread his wings once again, then flew up into the air after Carla.

Before the angels now facing the two females could fire, a beam of darkness struck them, blowing them across the city. "Don't touch my child," Calium said as he glared at the spot the angels used to be.

"Master!" Aira threw her arms up in excitement and glee, running towards the White Eclipse master.

.

.

With the Reset Key in her possession, Carla flew as fast as she could while looking for the others in hopes of finding a way to dispose of the key. As she flew, a row of angels with arrows ready appeared just a few yards in front of her. "Agh...!"

Before the angels could fire, Pantheily appeared in his battle form, swinging his Musical Sword vertically at the angels, slashing them out of the sky. "That was close..."

"Lily...!" Carla let out a sigh of relief.

"Get back to the others!" Lily shouted. "I can handle them!"

Carla nodded, turning around to fly off, but another small horde of angels blocked her path. "Ah!"

"Carlaaaaa!" Happy shouted from below. His flight pattern was a bit off due to the hits he'd taken, but he was flying straight for the most part.

"Happy!" Carla mustered up all the strength she could, throwing it towards Happy. While this happened, Lily took care of the angels in front of Carla.

"I WILL get that key!" Cumore yelled at the top of his lungs as he, and a few other angels, went in hot pursuit of Happy.

"Happy, watch out!" Carla shouted to warn the Exceed, but it seemed that he was already out of earshot.

Happy quickly flew through the city, making sure to stay clear between the fight of Gusios, Adam, and Gaia. He made a sharp left turn, which ended up with him running into a large skyscraper, a building that had yet to fall. Happy turned around, only to see that he was blocked by Cumore.

"Finally, I caught up to you, you repugnant swine..." Cumore smirked, though Happy was snickering; this caused Cumore to stare at the exceed with a quizzical, and annoyed expression. "W-What are you snickering for?! You are on the verge of death you disgusting furball!"

"Turn around..." Happy snickered.

"What..?" Cumore did as Happy said, only to see a Titan Makarov standing behind him, his fist drawn back. Actually, it was coming towards Cumore. "Oh dear...-" And just like that, Cumore was slammed into the skyscraper, which collapsed, and was in KO.

After that, Happy bursted out into laugher as Makarov shrunk down. "Good one!"

"That was most of my magic...I won't be able to go full Titan again..." Makarov thought to himself as he have Happy a thumbs up.

.

.

The Angel army was on its last leg. The smaller angels had all been defeated, and the Centurions were just about done too. The only real threat standing in the way was he largest angel, about half the size of the skyscraper that fell. The angel stared down at the humans below, chuckling. "I feel sorry for you...you made it so far against the army only to fall to me..."

"You think we're done...?" Gray asked as he stepped forward. "We're only getting started!"

"I'm just getting tired of these guys..." Natsu said as he stepped up next to Gray, his arm covered in flames. "Gray, you thinkin' what I'm thinking?"

Gray smirked, already knowing what Natsu was thinking before he even asked, as Gray covered his arm in ice. "You know it. Let's test it out now. We have a nice volunteer!" Gray and Natsu pounded their fist together in a brotherly motion. "Let it cast!"

"Let's go!" Natsu shouted with excitement as he and Gray aimed their fist towards the large angel standing before them and everyone else.

"Unison Raid: Flaming Bolt of Ice!" The two mages of fire and ice exclaimed at the top of their lungs in unison, unleashing a destructive beam of orange fire and blue ice, the two beams twirling around each other as it instantly tore through the ground it traveled, burning and freezing whatever it ended up passing. The unison raid struck the final angel, creating a massive explosion of fire and ice that took out any remaining angels.

"I-Incredible...!" Cynthia said while her eyes sparkled from Natsu and Gray's teamwork.

"UWAAAAAAHHH!" Juvia placed her hands on her cheeks, hearts literally flying from her body as she could barely contain herself.

"Great job, Natsu!" Lucy grinned as she clapped her hands together.

Meanwhile, Gusios slammed its large arms into Adam and Gaia's heads, causing them to fall over; not defeated, but stunned. A rather bad scenario...

"They're down!" Luke flailed.

"They're just stunned..." Reve said while making quiet groan.

"We need to buy them time..." Jura suggested.

"How...?" Rogue asked while quirking a brow. "That thing shrugged off most of everything we've thrown at it...Dragon Slayer Magic...non dragon slayer magic..." Rogue listed; he wasn't shooting the idea down, but he was just wondering how they could get the attention of something that even dragons were having a hard time with.

"That's not everything..." Chelia chimed in. "I have an idea...!"

"What is it?" Selene asked as she crossed her arms, tilting her head.

"I need to test it out first..." Chelia stepped forward, closing her eyes and taking a deep breath. A black aura appeared around her body, but she seemed to be in control of it unlike the last few times.

"Black Sky..." Sherry stated as she nervously chewed on her lip.

"That's dangerous...! What if she loses control again...!" Cynthia began to object.

"Have faith in her..." Ultear whispered to Cynthia.

"Hold it!" Yakuza started as he stepped forward. "I know what you're thinkin' little miss. And you're crazy for even thinking of trying it alone!"

"He's right," Orga said as he too stepped forward.

"Agreed...you're too rash..." Kuro Chi said as he also stepped forward.

"Four God Slayers..." Luke mumbled.

"Why don't you help?" Meredy asked. "I heard you just attained that magic..."

"It's not like I know how to use it that well..." Luke replied. "I'd probably just weigh them down..."

"And..." Diana said as she and Blake walked forward, standing a few feet away from the other slayers. "The copied version is never as good as the real thing..."

"Oh...you two..." Heather subconsciously messed with her hair at the sight of Diana.

"Getting yourselves into more messes, hm?" Blake asked as he stared at the Heavenly beast, who seemed to notice the abundance of God Slayers nearby.

"I'm impressed..." Diana said while observing Chelia. "Just a few months ago, you could barely handle the dark power I lent you...but you seem to be controlling it rather well now..."

"That's because I had some help..." Chelia replied without facing Diana. " Six..." Chelia counted off. "Maybe if we had one more we could make this work..."

"Lightning Flame God's Bellow!" Roared Zancrow from a building nearby. The dual god slayer unleashed a large funnel of black fire and lighting towards Gusios. The bellow slammed into the Beast's side, seeming to catch it's attention though there was no damage done.

Kuro's eyes widened at the sight of Zancrow; the Water God slayer had found the one who demolished his village in his younger years. His eye twitched with anger, but he kept himself calm for the moment, as he knew there were more important things than his revenge on Zancrow. "Zancrow..."

"You really need to stop with those entrances..." Diana sighed while moving a hand through her black hair. "So, little girl. Your plan? The only reason we're helping out is because I don't want that monster here as much as the next person..."

"Everyone at once!" Chelia commanded.

"Don't tell me what to do, squirt! I act in the interest of myself and Grimoire Heart now!

"Get over yourself..." Jaxon sighed while rolling his eyes.

"She's grown..." Jura said with a slight smile, nudging Sherry as a sign to say she shouldn't worry. "I believe her journey has led her to where she's wanted to be..."

The god slayers around took in a deep breath before bellowing: "_ God's Bellow!" Unleashing their respective elements. The unison bellow slammed into Gusios' side, the power so great the beast almost fell over, but it saved itself before that happened. The main thing now was that it was open.

"Those humans are something else..." Gaia groaned as she stood up straight, shaking off the impact of the hit from earlier.

"Some of them are my family...which is why I cannot let them down..." Adam said as he just took in a deep breath, inhaling all the broken glass and ice in the area. "I will show you a /true/ dragon's pride..."

"I have pride too..." Gaia scoffed as she inhaled most of the dirt and brown ground in the area. The two dragons stood side by side, and opened their mouths. What they released wasn't a dragon slayer roar, but it was an earth shaking, eardrum shattering /roar/. The Earth and Ice roar merged just before hitting the heavenly beast, creating a massive explosion that forced the dragons to slide back, and the humans below to fly back across the city. When the explosion cleared, the Heavenly beast was no more. "Whew..." Gaia and Adam returned to their human forms, both panting heavily. "That was...rough..."

"Is that everything they have left?" Cygnus asked.

"I think you're forgetting something!" Angel shouted from above.

"Eh...?" Everyone looked up, only for their eyes to widen.

Angel sat by the keyhole of the Reset Cannon; she held an unconscious Happy by his tail while she inserted the key into the cannon. She gave the key a twist, and the can on started to warm up, light magic building up as the earth began to quiver violently. "The birth of a new angel, and a new world!"
