OK, readers. This is the 65th chapter of this story!
Now, we're getting close to starting Chapter 7, which starts with the most infamous part of the whole game, involving backtracking. And don't worry, I have something planned that'll make a jab at it and show just how absurd the situation is. But we have a couple more chapters to go before we get to that.
For now, we should start this chapter. In this chapter, the eight heroes have arrived back at the Rogueport Station on the Excess Express after their time in Poshley Heights has been recapped with what Andrew has done, including his talk with Ms. Mowz about Professor Frankly and about Princess Peach, finding some valuables that haven't been gotten yet, and a few other things.
Along with a recap on what happened on the Excess Express while it was heading back to Rogueport, including Andrew planning a rather romantic night with Flurrie with dinner, dancing, and more.
Additionally, Andrew gets another e-mail from Princess Peach, which is an incomplete e-mail revealing where Peach is being held and what is needed from her to resurrect the demon's spirit.
Ms. Mowz will be given a power-up from Merlon too, and the eight heroes search for treasure in places of the Rogueport Sewers that they hadn't explored yet that they can check out now, given the circumstances.
Other things that'll take place include Ms. Mowz's thoughts on the Rogueport Sewers, seeing the Thousand-Year Door for the first time after hearing countless rumors, the location of the final Crystal Star is revealed, and the eight heroes shocked by how coincidental the location is, given the e-mail Andrew had gotten from Peach.
And a few other things will occur. How will this go for them? Read and find out, now!
ON THE EXCESS EXPRESS - HEADING BACK TO ROGUEPORT:
It hadn't taken long at all for Andrew and his friends to have visited and seen all of the attractions in Poshley Heights that they were able to see for themselves. Needless to say, the few hours that went by were eventful and it felt like they were on a vacation from adventuring while waiting for the Excess Express to head back home.
For starters, Andrew had found a few goods that he missed before heading to the Poshley Sanctum, with help from Ms. Mowz. He found four Star Pieces and an Inn Coupon; the latter of which was located behind the pasta-selling little shop on the left. He had put it away in his backpack with the remaining Inn Coupons that he still had on him.
Andrew also saw some of the people hanging around that rode on the Excess Express like he did. The Ratooey Businessman had been waiting for the business people who were set to arrive there, sightseeing while waiting on the expense account.
Still, the Businessman was grateful for what Andrew had done and that he thanked him for saving his life twice in the three days that they were on the train. Naturally, Andrew was modest with his response, and the Businessman was willing to give him any business deals that may come up in the future. Andrew had decided to keep that in mind for a future day.
As for the Bob-omb family, they were hoping to have gotten a present for Bub. Unfortunately, they were unable to find a train set that would be suitable for him, especially since they found out how much Bub enjoyed trains. So they decided to hold off on that until next year, as they decided to remain at their home.
Still, they were thankful for what Andrew had done for them while riding on the Excess Express. Goldbob told him that if he ever needed anything in the future, he knew where to find him. Andrew, of course, decided to keep that in mind if the time ever does come. He had this feeling that it might come sooner than he thought, but he decided to keep it in the back of his mind for now.
When it came to needing to eat some lunch in Poshley Heights, Andrew decided to get a bowl of Fresh Pasta for each of them, straight from the Fresh Pasta stand. They decided to sit down at a nearby table and enjoy their lunch, with Yoshiam wasting no time in eating his meal at all.
As they were eating their lunches, Ms. Mowz couldn't help but ask Andrew a simple question, in regards to what they'd be doing next once it was time to board the Excess Express now that they had obtained the Garnet Star in the Poshley Sanctum.
"Hmm mmm mmm, well Andrew, I hope you don't mind me asking," Ms. Mowz had to ask him. "What are we gonna do next now that we have the Crystal Star that you were looking for?"
"Well Ms. Mowz, we're gonna take the Excess Express to Rogueport, and then we're gonna head into the Rogueport Sewers, where we'll head for the Thousand-Year Door," Andrew explained to her. "You have heard of the Thousand-Year Door, haven't you?"
"Only from countless rumors," Ms. Mowz admitted. "Anything else, my sweet?"
"Yes. After making sure the appearance of the seventh Crystal Star appears on the map, we head to Professor Frankly, and he checks out the location for us," Andrew told her before looking at Goombella. "Isn't that right, Goombella?"
"You bet, Andrew," Goombella gleamed. "And we've been doing that this whole time since we first went to the Thousand-Year Door."
"Yeah... It's become a routine by this point," Koops exclaimed before remembering something important. "Ummm... We'll also get an e-mail from Princess Peach, right Andrew?"
"That's right, Koops," Andrew had confirmed. "Maybe she might send something that'll be imperative with what we have to do next."
"Princess Peach?" Ms. Mowz looked curious before asking. "Sweetie, would you happen to be referring to the Mushroom Kingdom Princess?"
"That's right," Andrew nodded. "See, she had been kidnapped by the X-Nauts, wherever their hideout might be. And I've been collecting the seven Crystal Stars with my friends with the hopes that I'll be able to find and save her."
"Yes! That is 'absolutely' correct, Andrew," Flurrie spoke up. "And I do believe that you and her aren't an item, as you may call it, and you're merely doing a favor for Mario. Is that correct, darling?"
"It sure is, Flurrie," Andrew nodded. "So yeah. We just head back to Rogueport, go to the Thousand-Year Door, and then to Professor Frankly afterwards."
"Yeah!" Yoshiam jumped up and down. "This is gonna be so awesome! I hope the next monster we fight will be wicked radical! After all, we have only one Crystal Star left to claim, right Presto?"
"Yup. We do, Yoshiam," Andrew smiled. "And maybe it'll help with leading us to Princess Peach."
"I hope so, Andrew," Vivian commented shyly. "I...I never met the Mushroom Kingdom Princess in person. But I am worried about what Grodus and the X-Nauts plan to do to her. And how she is connected to this ancient demon's spirit..."
"I am too, Vivian," Andrew stated. "The least we can do is get that last Crystal Star and go rescue Princess Peach before it's too late. Before this Sir Grodus puts whatever he has planned into effect."
"I must say, I do not fancy the thought of becoming perturbed for her Highness, and what this Grodus bloke has in store for her, Andrew," Bobbery had to comment. "It would be rather detrimental to know what could 'possibly' be the outcome, had the X-Naut scoundrels succeed in their delirious scheme, eh?"
"I can't 'possibly' imagine it either, Bobbery," Andrew felt a shiver before looking to Ms. Mowz again. "But yeah, Ms. Mowz. That's basically what we are planning to do next. We already have six Crystal Stars in our possession, and there's only one left that we need to claim."
"I see. This is very intriguing information you gave me, dearie," Ms. Mowz remarked. "And it seems like a rather bold situation too. Therefore, I will be glad to aid you in your mission to find the last Crystal Star, and save the Mushroom Kingdom princess."
"I'm glad too, Ms. Mowz," Andrew nodded. "Because as of now, the eight of us hold the fate of what could happen to the world if Sir Grodus succeeds in his plan. But we'll worry about that later. For now, let's finish up our lunch."
And that's what they did. After they ate lunch, they looked at a few more sights that were in Poshley Heights. Andrew had also gotten possession of a camera that he bought recently and took some pictures of the place, as well as him with his friends individually.
All seven of them were eager to take part in it, and in Flurrie's case, she was rather fashionable when it came to her pictures.
Needless to say, Andrew had fun with his Goomba, Koopa, Wind Spirit, Yoshi, Shadow Siren, Bob-omb, and Little Mouser friends, and vice versa. He kept the camera in his backpack and would make sure to take some more photos later on.
Andrew was even able to locate Toodle's summer home in Poshley Heights, as he stopped in to visit her alone. Toodles was delighted to see him again and had pulled every flirting trick from the book, which worked effectively on the muscular man.
The little fun of playing hanky panky together that they tried to do earlier on the Excess Express before Goombella stepped in to put a stop to it, they could pull through that.
They had so much fun at her summer home in private as they made sure to let the other know how they felt about the other. Love was shared, and it got a little messy. Despite this, they had the most marvelous experience, and Andrew was proud that he was a man.
"Whew," Andrew had said after having gotten washed up. "That sure was fun, wasn't it Toodles?"
"It certainly was, you marvelous man," Toodles had smirked, having washed up too. "The train journey certainly was thrilling, hmmm?"
"It sure was," Andrew had smiled. "And I was thrilled and honored to have known that we rode on the same train together."
"Hmm mmm, the feeling is mutual, you glorious man, you," Toodles laughed in a noble woman's manner. "And it was so divine to hear you tell me about your adventures while we had a mesmerizing time together. Just the two of us, Andrew."
"And I was happy to share them with you," Andrew beamed before sharing. "You know? I'm gonna be leaving for Rogueport soon since I have an adventure to finish up. But I promise to come back and see you whenever I can."
"And I most certainly look forward to that, darling," Toodle smirked seductively before handing him a piece of paper. "I believe this is for you, you handsome man, you."
"What is it?" Andrew asked as he took it.
"Why, it's my number, you silly man. My phone number, if I may add," Toodle told him in a coy manner. "Anytime you feel the need to hear my enchanting voice again, you be sure to call me, dear."
"Oh yes," Andrew said with a rather low-tone manly voice. "I'll be happy to do so, Toodles."
Without wasting a single second, the two of them shared yet another kiss, lip-to-lip. It was tender and divine like before, but they enjoyed every moment of it.
At that moment, the horn of the Excess Express went off, indicating that the train was ready to head back to Rogueport.
"Pardon me for saying this, but don't you have a train to catch?" Toodles asked him.
"Yeah. I guess this is where I have to go," Andrew gave her one last kiss as he pocketed her phone number. "But I promise to see you again, Toodles."
"And I look forward to it Andrew, you handsome muscular man, you," Toodles waved as he headed for the door. "Toodle-oo!"
"You too," Andrew waved back as he opened the door, with Toodles blowing an air kiss in his direction, which he blushed at.
After one last look, Andrew exited the house and headed for the Excess Express, where his friends were waiting.
"Where were you, Andrew?! What were you doing?" Goombella had to ask. "Our train ride is set to head to Rogueport at any moment! Didja get held up by Toodles or something?"
"Kinda. We had some fun at her summer home," Andrew smiled dreamily. "And it was enjoyable. We shared a lot of things 'together' in private, and it was worth it."
"I can 'totally' tell, Loverboy," Goombella rolled her eyes while smirking. "Now c'mon! We don't wanna miss our ride!"
"Right," Andrew joined her and the others to board onto the Excess Express, which was bound for Rogueport, where they had to head next.
The ride on the Excess Express bound for Rogueport was far more relaxing and endearing compared to the ride to Poshley Heights. It helps that the Shadow Sirens were threatening to exterminate him on the train, and the Smorgs that had stowed away on the train were long gone and were never coming back.
The Excess Express was serving out treats to the eight heroes for their heroic actions in keeping the train safe. For starters, there were Zess Cookies that they were given, which they enjoyed, especially Yoshiam.
They were also serving a treat that's foreign to the Rogueport region; Yoshi Cookie. Needless to say, Yoshiam went to town with those treats, as Andrew shook his head and smirked at his overeagerness to eat them.
They were also serving frosty ice cream treats as well, such as Icicle Pops, Zess Frappe, and Snow Bunnies. Yoshiam was also willing to chow down on the Zess Frappe, even though Andrew had to give him a warning.
"Hey, Presto?! This Zess Frappe looks so good!" Yoshiam licked his lips while gazing at the treat. "I'm gonna help myself!"
"Just be careful not to eat it too fast," Andrew warned him. "Eating it quickly could result in you getting a-"
He didn't finish as Yoshiam had already inhaled it.
"...brain freeze," Andrew finished in a deadpan tone.
"Aw c'mon, dude! I have a sense of excitement and thrill, man!" Yoshiam declared confidentially. "Besides, I'm not afraid of no brain freeze! I'm Yoshiam! What could a brain freeze 'possibly' do to stop...?"
Yoshiam was cut off abruptly when he succumbed to a brain freeze, where his entire head was surrounded by a block of ice. Andrew sighed and shook his head.
"I warned him," Andrew remarked.
"Jeepers, Andrew," Goombella had to stare at Yoshiam. "Did Yoshiam just give himself a brain freeze?"
"Yeah," Andrew sighed. "I guess we better get some Spicy Soup and Fire Pops that they're serving. That'll help with curing his brain freeze."
"I'm 'totally' on it, Andrew," Goombella beamed as he pushed Yoshiam to the area where they were being served. "I'll have him feeling better in a jiffy! Don'tcha worry about that!"
"I know," Andrew said as he waved to Goombella who was gonna work on getting rid of Yoshiam's brain freeze.
"Ummm... Wow..." Koops uttered, eating some Zess Cookies that he saved as he watched this take place. "Didn't think that Yoshiam would be willing to do that."
"Yeah," Andrew sighed. "Then again, considering his behavior, I shouldn't be too surprised by it."
"Yeah..." Koops sighed before moving on. "So anyway, been wondering how Heartful Cake can be made..."
"You know? I've 'actually' looked at the Cookbook recently with making that recipe," Andrew felt like sharing. "And as it turns out, to make a Heartful Cake, you just need to combine Cake Mix with Ruin Powder. Or Peachy Peach with Ruin Powder."
"Really? No kidding," Koops had given him a look.
"I'm serious," Andrew took out the Cookbook and showed him the recipe for himself. "That's what it says in the book. This is just explaining how you can make it, and with what ingredients."
"Cool. That's nice. I'll be sure to do that sometime for Koopie Koo," Koops had to smile in anticipation. "Thanks, Andrew."
"Anytime, Koops," Andrew patted him on the back of his shell. "That's what friends are for."
"Gee, don't I know it," Koops had uttered before he continued to eat his Zess Cookies.
Other kinds of treats that were being served on the Excess Express included Coco Candy, Honey Candy, Jelly Candy, Electro Pop, and the aforementioned Fire Pop. Andrew was casually enjoying the Fire Pop that he decided to have, and was licking it like it was an actual lollipop.
"Wow. I can't believe that they are serving all of these treats to us," Andrew had to admit in excitement. "It's luxurious."
"My, my! I most certainly agree with you, dearie," Flurrie gushed in agreement while enjoying her Honey Candies. "I do believe I could stuff my face with all these Honey Candies that they have. They're so divine! I daresay, I haven't been treated like this since I was a touring actress!"
"I'm 'totally' with you on that one, girlfriend," Goombella agreed with Flurrie as she ate her Coco Candies. "These Coco Candies are to die for! I've always eaten them whenever it came to cramming in a full exam for my archaeology classes at the University of Goom! They're so awesome!"
"Yeah," Koops agreed while eating a Jelly Candy. "They're really good. I haven't eaten stuff like these since my dad would take me to the store when I was a kid."
"Can't argue with you there, Koops my man," Yoshiam beamed, eating another plate of Yoshi Cookies, which contained 24 of them. "I'm so glad that I got hooked up on these Yoshi Cookies, Presto! I only wished that I could've eaten one sooner, dude!"
"I know the feeling," Andrew slurped on his Fire Pop. "They're not sold in the Rogueport region. Those must've been exported from Lavalava Island."
"I must say, old chap, these Electro Pops certainly give quite the jolt to my fuse, making me feel like a whole new Bob-omb again, if I do say so myself," Bobbery enjoyed his Electro Pop, making sure not to get mustache hair on them. "It was rather fortunate that we stumbled upon these indulgences for ourselves while on this luxurious train ride, eh?"
"Hmm mmm mmm. Yes, these are wonderful treats, aren't they?" Ms. Mowz was enjoying a couple of Jelly Candies. "Very well done. Being gifted these treats is comparable to finding some rare badges that I've been seeking for a long time."
"I can't disagree with any of you," Andrew then looked at Vivian. "How about you Vivian?"
"Hmm?" Vivian looked up. "What is it, Andrew?"
"Aren't you enjoying your Fire Pop?" Andrew queried.
"Oh yes! Yes, I am, Andrew!" Vivian beamed while sucking on it. "This was 'really' sweet of you!"
"Glad to hear it," Andrew smiled in satisfaction.
"Hey, Andrew?" Vivian started. "I want to thank you."
"Oh, it was no problem," Andrew remarked. "I have no trouble with spoiling you like crazy since you are such a beautiful and wonderful-"
"Not that, Andrew. Though, I'm flattered that you admit that," Vivian blushed before elaborating. "I 'actually' want to thank you for the necklace. It was really sweet to know that I was on your mind when you got it from that jewelry store."
"Ah, it was nothing," Andrew blushed as he found himself scooting closer to his Shadow Siren friend. "I just wanted to make you happy, seeing how much you loved Flurrie's Necklace."
"I know," Vivian smiled shyly as she pulled the Fire Pop from her mouth. "And that's why I want to give something to you."
"What is it?" Andrew stopped slurping his Fire Pop and looked at her.
Vivian said nothing else as she grabbed Andrew gently by the cheeks, and slowly pressed her lips against his lips. She enjoyed feeling his fuzzy mustache while kissing him.
She then used her Veil ability to give herself and Andrew some privacy in the shadows while she indulged in this brief kissing fest with the muscular man. The others couldn't see them, but they assumed that they were having fun.
"Mmmm, hey Andrew," Vivian uttered meekly. "Your lips taste like Fire Pop."
"Mmmm, so do yours," Andrew said softly to her. "And I love the smell of your strawberry perfume."
"Hmm hmm hmm hmm! I'm glad you do," Vivian told him sheepishly.
They continued the kissing fest in the shadows for a few more minutes until they decided to resurface back up. Andrew was now covered in yellow-orange kiss marks, courtesy of Vivian. She might've been a shy one, but she knew where her heart belonged.
'In fact', all four of the women who were traveling with Andrew had taken a fancy to him and were fascinated by him and his muscular body, and his kindness. There was no overlooking that at all.
Later on that evening, Andrew decided to do something special for Flurrie. To show how much he admires her and that he has had a crush on her, he did the best thing she could ever imagine. He took her on a dinner date on the Excess Express.
Flurrie's reaction to it was obvious, as she was just overjoyed by the possibility. It was like she was living her longtime dream of dating the muscular man in front of her. Therefore, they were given the romantic supper choice as they both chose a nice plate of Shroom Steak.
Their dinner was over like it was nothing. Both Andrew and Flurrie gave each other that flirty and lustful look as if they were admiring one another. It was evident that Flurrie was becoming tempted to kiss the man in front of her. It only got more enticing when she found out what dessert they were having together.
"Mmmm, Andrew?" Flurrie had to admit. "That Shroom Steak was just divine."
"It sure was," Andrew then smirked. "And we're gonna have some dessert too."
"'Pray' tell, dearie, whatever dessert do you have planned for us tonight?" Flurrie raised an eyebrow.
"Only a favorite that we had before," Andrew told her. "It's a Couple's Cake."
Flurrie felt her heart flutter as the Waitress dropped off the Couple's Cake that Andrew ordered for himself and Flurrie. Not able to contain her excitement any longer, she reacted with such a longing tone.
"Andrew, my handsome darling," Flurrie then begged lustfully. "Please share some of that Couple's Cake with me."
"I was planning to anyway," Andrew then gave her a coy smirk before saying romantically. "My sweet, glamorous Madame Flurrie."
She was over the moon with delight as they both dug into the Couple's Cake that they intended to share 'together' They found themselves kissing lip to lip accidentally every so often. Though, given the circumstances, the kisses might not have been accidental after all.
By the time they were done, they had some cream from the Couple's Cake all over their faces, in which they handled the others' mess. Andrew cleaned up Flurrie's face, while Flurrie cleaned up Andrew's. As soon as they were done, they both let out sighs of relief as they looked at each other again.
"Ah, this was nice," Andrew sighed. "Isn't it great that we decided to have a date on a train like this?"
"Mmmm... Yes. Yes, sweetums," Flurrie said in a flirty tone. "This has been quite a marvelous date that we've been on while boarding the Excess Express. The Shroom Steak was so divine, and this Couple's Cake has been as sweet and tender as your rather manly lips."
"Aw, go on," Andrew waved in a flattering manner. "Your lips are the most kissable lips that I've ever had the pleasure of kissing from a glamourous Wind Spirit woman such as yourself."
"You're too kind, darling," Flurrie said in flattery, blushing slightly from that. "Well! I do believe that it is about time that we engage in a little ballroom dance!"
"I thought you'd never ask," Andrew smirked. "It's the perfect night for the two of us to do it together. Let's give it a shot."
And so, as soon as the ballroom dance music was playing on the Excess Express, Andrew and Flurrie stood up and engaged in ballroom dancing together. In about a few minutes, Flurrie was convinced that Andrew was some kind of professional ballroom dancer with how efficient he was with doing it with her. She couldn't have felt more swooned in her life even if she could.
"Oh, my, my, my! Mercy me, Andrew you handsome devil you!" Flurrie swooned in delight. "You are a fabulous ballroom dancer."
"Ah, well, I do what I can," Andrew said modestly. "I didn't think I had it in me."
"I'll say," Flurrie gave him that seductive half-lidded gaze with her emerald green eyes staring into his emerald green eyes. "You have made this the best night of my life, sugar."
"You've made this the best night of my life too, darlin'," Andrew told her in such a low-pitch manly tone that sounded rather romantic.
"Mmmm... Now come here and give me a big old kiss, Mr. Hunky Muscles," Flurrie hummed before begging from him. "Let me taste your tender, gentle manly lips of yours, sweetums."
"I'd thought you'd never ask, Flurrie," Andrew swooned as Flurrie puckered her lips. "Let the fun begin."
And with that, the two of them kissed mouth to mouth. Flurrie was delighted to feel Andrew's fuzzy mustache that he was growing. Seeing that some people were watching this, Andrew and Flurrie got a room. Their room, that is.
Once they were in there, they went ahead and had a lot of fun together, just like they did at Flurrie's House that one time. They were sharing their love for each other, and so much more, it was magnificent.
They had to stop when the others returned to the room, as they decided to turn in for the night. Nonetheless, Andrew and Flurrie still slept together just like they did on the trip to Poshley Heights. This was one wonderful moment that could never be ruined by anything.
The rest of the trip to Rogueport on the Excess Express wasn't anything special. There was a moment when the Conductor expressed to Andrew his gratitude for how he kept the train safe during the ride to Poshley Heights.
"In all my years as conductor, I have never had a trip like that one en route to Poshley Heights!" The Conductor admitted.
"Yeah," Andrew rubbed his right arm. "It was quite an exhilarating trip, wasn't it?"
"And I STILL can't believe how you saved us every time something bad happened!" The Conductor confessed.
"Ah, well, it was nothing," Andrew said humbly. "I was just in the right place at the right time. That's how it happened."
"Still, the people who work on this Excess Express are grateful for your heroic deeds in keeping our fair train safe," the Conductor then offered him a proposition. "And for that, I must ask, want to work here?"
"Oh, well," Andrew was surprised to hear that come out all of a sudden. Truth be told, he shouldn't expected something like that to come from him. However, he still had an adventure to finish up. And he had to do it soon before the world was doomed.
"I'll consider it. And I'll keep it in mind," Andrew remarked honestly. "But for now, I have an adventure to wrap up with the rest of my friends. And I must continue it until I'm finished with it."
"Understandable," the Conductor nodded. "I do hope that you consider it in the future. And I do wish you the best of luck on your quest."
"Right. Thanks for that," Andrew rubbed the back of his neck before he went to regroup with his seven friends.
The Excess Express was expected to reach Rogueport Station soon. So he had to be ready to disembark once the train came to a halt right in front...
AT THE ROGUEPORT STATION:
Before they knew it, the Excess Express made a complete stop right in front of the station where it was before. As soon as it stopped moving completely,
Andrew had opened the door leading out of the Excess Express. Goombella, Koops, Flurrie, Yoshiam, Vivian, Bobbery, and Ms. Mowz were right behind him, as the door was closed once they walked out of the Excess Express. Seeing that they were back in Rogueport, Andrew knew what they had to do next.
"Well guys, you know what this means, right?" Andrew motioned. "Let's head to the door."
All seven of them nodded as the eight heroes started walking to the stairs, where they would go down and leave the Rogueport Station. Before they could even reach the stairs though, Andrew's Mailbox SP started going off. He knew what this meant as he took it out and looked at his friends.
"Well, you know who this is from, don't you?" Andrew asked as he opened up his Mailbox SP.
"Andrew!" Goombella beamed. "That sounds like an e-mail from Princess Peach!"
"Andrew..." Koops wondered. "You don't suppose that's an e-mail from the princess, do you?"
"Oh, Andrew!" Flurrie swooned. "Something tells me you just got another useful e-mail from that adorable Mushroom Kingdom Princess."
"Presto!" Yoshiam jumped up and down. "That must be an e-mail from Princess Peach! Check it, man!"
"Andrew!" Vivian yelped. "That must be from Princess Peach, don't you think?"
"Andrew, old boy!" Bobbery remarked. "Check your mail! I'd say that one is from the princess."
"Andrew!" Ms. Mowz wondered in amusement. "Is that an e-mail from the princess?"
"That's right," Andrew then turned to look at his Mailbox SP. "And I'm about to find out what she's sending to me this time."
And so Andrew looked to see what the message was that she sent to her. This time, his Goomba, Koopa, Wind Spirit, Yoshi, Shadow Siren, Bob-omb, and Little Mouser friends all leaned over to see what it said as well. This is what the e-mail said in its incomplete form.
'Andrew,
I now know where I'm being held. I'm on the moon. Yes. The moon 'that' floats out in space.
And I've learned something even more horrifying. In 'order' to resurrect the monster's spirit, they need my...'
Andrew had to raise his eyebrow at this for two reasons. 1.) She had just found out that she was held hostage on the moon, which is in outer space, and that meant he'd need a rocket to get there.
And 2.) Why was the e-mail cut off? Did something happen? Or did the X-Naut boss find out that she's been sending e-mails to him all along? Regardless, he was a little concerned for her well-being.
"Huh? What's this?" Andrew scratched his head. "Is Princess Peach 'really' located on the moon?"
His partners were just as perplexed as they each had their reaction to it.
"The MOON? That's 'totally' nuts!" Goombella remarked. "Princess Peach is on the MOON?"
"Ummm... Th-The moon?" Koops scratched the side of his head. "Princess Peach is on the moon?"
"Oh, my! The moon?" Flurrie crossed her arms in curiosity at this. "Mercy! What an odd place for a princess to be..."
"Whoa! The moon? For real?" Yoshiam wondered in amazement. "The princess is up there?"
"Th-The moon?" Vivian stuttered, feeling something churn in her stomach. "Princess Peach is on the moon?"
"By Crackifer's cookies! The moon?" Bobbery felt his mustache twitch for a second. "The princess is on the moon, old boy?"
"Mmmm... The moon, is it?" Ms. Mowz had to adjust her Zorro mask. "Peach is on the moon?"
"It would appear so," Andrew sighed. "Honestly, it's not a problem. As long as she's been safe this whole time. I 'personally' think that it's amazing."
"I know whatcha mean, Andrew," Goombella winked at him. "I mean, that 'actually' sounds pretty cool!"
"Golly..." Koops smiled slightly. "That 'actually' sounds neat."
"How marvelous!" Flurrie swooned with her fingers crossed together.
"Man, that is so COOL!" Yoshiam did a fist pump in the air with his right hand.
"Well, that's good to know!" Vivian beamed.
"Smashing!" Bobbery sounded satisfied with that.
"Sounds intriguing!" Ms. Mowz proclaimed slyly.
"That's not all," Andrew then brought up. "Did you guys notice something different about the e-mail?"
"I noticed it too," Goombella raised an eyebrow. "It's great to know where she is and all."
It was then that Goombella took a deep breath before she asked along with Koops and Flurrie in confusion. "But why is her e-mail cut off?"
"Why is her e-mail cut off like that?" Yoshiam rubbed his red mohawk hair in confusion.
"Why would her e-mail be cut off?" Vivian queried.
"Why would her e-mail be cut off, hm?" Bobbery also seemed perplexed by this.
"Yes. Why is her e-mail cut off?" Ms. Mowz murmured.
"No doubt about it. Something must've cut off the e-mail along the way," Andrew then shared. "The reason seemed cryptic to me at first until I started coming to a rather horrifying assumption."
"Omigosh! You don't think something happened to her, do you?" Goombella yelped in panic.
"Wait a minute! What if something happened to her!" Koops winced as he frowned.
"Gracious! Might something have happened to her?" Flurrie gasped dramatically.
"Hang on! You don't think...something happened to her?" Yoshiam guessed as his eyebrows furrowed.
"Oh, no! Could something have happened to her?" Vivian frowned in worry.
"Wait just a tick! You don't suppose something's happened to the poor girl, do you?" Bobbery felt something suspicious in the air as he wondered about that.
"You don't think...something's happened to her...do you?" Ms. Mowz also queried.
"I have no doubts that something did happen. The X-Naut boss Grodus has been ordering Lord Crump and the Shadow Sirens to go after my butt just to keep me from getting the Crystal Stars," Andrew gave them his assumption. "And now that I have six of the seven Crystal Stars, something tells me that Grodus found out that Peach has been e-mailing me all this time, and put a stop to it. So I think he might've done something to her."
"In that case, we 'totally' have no time to waste," Goombella declared. "Let's get to the Thousand-Year Door and find out the location of the final Crystal Star!"
"You read my lips loud and clear, Goombella," Andrew smirked in admiration. "Let's roll!"
The eight of them wasted no time in going down the stairs as they left the Rogueport Station. They had toured through the West Side of Rogueport and the Rogueport Plaza and eventually made their way to the East Side of Rogueport.
As soon as they set foot in the East Side of Rogueport, Andrew had to turn to face his Little Mouser friend who was traveling with him and his friends.
"Oh, but first things first, since I have 15 Shine Sprites, I think it's best if I can allow Merlon to give a power-up to Ms. Mowz," Andrew proclaimed. "How does that sound?"
"Hmm mmm mmm, I think that sounds wonderful," Ms. Mowz smirked in amusement. "Let's go for it."
"Very well then," Andrew then motioned his friends to follow.
All eight of them went into Merlon's house, where the Shaman was standing behind his crystal ball. Andrew had informed him that he had 15 Shine Sprites on hand and that he'd like to use three of them to give Ms. Mowz a power-up. As soon as he was given them, he pocketed them and got right to work with his job.
Just like all the previous times that occurred with Andrew's six other friends, Ms. Mowz felt the room spinning in circles as the crystal ball was floating in the air. This kept going on until Ms. Mowz suddenly felt that magic force enter her body. In a matter of seconds, she felt like she had just gotten stronger and could make better use of her rather artful abilities.
"Hmm mmm mmm mmm... Well, this was a pleasant surprise," Ms. Mowz was impressed. "I certainly feel like I have become a better master thief! Andrew, I am grateful for this wonderful act that you have given to me. This was very much appreciated."
"Well, I'm glad you liked it, Ms. Mowz," Andrew smiled. "And I was happy to allow it to happen."
"Yes. I'm sure you are, dearie," Ms. Mowz then promised. "And to thank you for this, I will provide all of my extraordinary assistance with my artful abilities to aid you in battles. I'll make sure of that, my sweet."
"All right. That's great to know," Andrew then looked at Merlon. "So anyway, Merlon, what new move did Ms. Mowz just learn?"
"Well Andrew, Ms. Mowz had just learned a new move called Tease," Merlon explained to him. "With Tease, she can make three duplicates of herself and move around in an attempt to make your foes dizzy."
"Tease, huh?" Andrew rubbed his chin in amusement. "That sounds like a move that Ms. Mowz could master with no problem."
"Hmm mmm mmm, I agree," Ms. Mowz proclaimed. "It does seem like something that a rather cunning crafty Little Mouser such as myself could utilize to its full potential. And I'll be sure to make full use of it when it comes to aiding you in battles, OK sweetie?"
"That's sound fine by me," Andrew gave her a thumbs up. "And I look forward to it too!"
"Ahem! Since you've powered up all of your friends that are with you," Merlon then motioned them to the door. "Then you may go."
"Very well. Thanks again, Merlon," Andrew walked to the door. "And we'll look into the mystery you told us about before soon enough."
"I look forward to it," Merlon then gave him his farewell. "Until then, take care!"
"Right," Andrew called out before leaving the house with his seven friends, and he closed the door afterwards. "Well, ready to go into the Rogueport Sewers?"
All seven of them nodded in agreement. The eight traveling heroes walked over to the green pipe and stood on top of it. They then sank into the pipe and went down through it. They were eager to get to the Thousand-Year Door and find out where the final Crystal Star was located before they could continue any further...
IN THE ROGUEPORT SEWERS:
Before the group of eight traveling heroes could make it to the Thousand-Year Door, Andrew had been searching the sewers for some hidden treasure, thanks to Ms. Mowz pointing it out to him. He had collected plenty of Star Pieces as a result.
Aside from that, he was led into the ruins of the 1000-year-old town. He was able to remove the knocked-over pillar that was in the way, thanks to Bobbery blasting it to rubble with his Bomb move.
In the ruins of the 1000-year-old town, Andrew found two important things. The first thing he found was a treasure chest that was to the left of the south water. Inside the chest was a Soft Stomp badge.
The other was another Shine Sprite that was in that clear yellow block. He was able to get it by getting on top of the building to the right, thanks to his Spring Jump. Before long, he made it to the platform where it was resting right above it. He then managed to plow into it and caught the Shine Sprite with his right hand.
"Wow," Andrew blinked as he put the Soft Stomp badge in his badge kit while putting the Shine Sprite with his 14 other Shine Sprites. "I had no idea that these were in the ruins of the thousand-year-old town. I guess I have 15 Shine Sprites again."
"Hmm mmm mmm, I'm sure many people had no idea either," Ms. Mowz mused. "Not even this Little Mouser that I know of. Pierre, I believe is his name. And his partner is residing near these ruins."
"Omigosh! I hate to say it, but Ms. Mowz is right," Goombella agreed. "I've heard talk that Pierre is busting his tail to catch the eye of Ishnail; the head of the Robbos in the East Side of Rogueport. And from what I've heard, Pierre used to be an archaeologist before he abandoned his partner down here to join the Robbos."
"Seriously?" Andrew raised an eyebrow. "That's kind of a waste, to abandon something you loved doing just to join forces with a dangerous street gang? I feel like he's wasting his life away like that."
"I 'totally' agree with you, Andrew," Goombella agreed. "As an aspiring archaeologist student, I think it is a waste. But then again, this is Rogueport. So go figure."
"Hmm mmm, yes. It is a shame for one to waste their 'own' talent to join something that you were never meant to do," Ms. Mowz remarked slyly. "Though take it from me, I can make full use of my extraordinary badge-hunting skills to keep my badge shop running up above. Never misuse your true talents, dearie."
"I can't argue with that," Andrew tugged on his handkerchief. "Well, looks like we collected everything here. Let's see what other badges we can find."
"Okay doke, Andrew. You are the man, after all," Koops didn't argue with him. "Let's get going."
"My, my! Aren't you a determined one, dearie," Flurrie smiled in admiration. "Well then! It's settled! Let's see what other badges we shall stumble upon while down here! Come along now, Andrew!"
"Aw yeah! That sounds pretty cool," Yoshiam beamed. "I'm sure there are more stuff down here that could make fights more awesome, Presto! Let's break out!"
"All right, Andrew," Vivian commented coyly. "I'm willing to go with that. Let's see what else we can find that might help us."
"Very capital thinking there, Andrew, old boy," Bobbery seemed willing to go along with it as well. "Perhaps we might find something that'll prove to be advantageous towards us when it comes to finding the final Crystal Star, eh wot?"
"Good idea, Andrew," Ms. Mowz remarked slyly. "I'm certain that we'll find more badges that'll help us out with any other fights we'll partake in, dearie."
"And I'm 'totally' with you, Andrew," Goombella winked at him. "We can go to the Thousand-Year Door once we do a little more badge collecting down here!"
"Very good," Andrew led them to the left. "Let's go see what we can find."
And so the eight of them decided to search elsewhere for some more badges that were located underneath Rogueport, with Ms. Mowz providing the aid they needed to find any badges that they hadn't taken notice of before.
In the West Side of the Rogueport Sewers, Andrew had found a brown treasure chest that contained a Flower Saver P badge. He obtained this by performing a Spring Jump on the red X on the floor, which after scaling the bar above, led him to the chest on the southwest ground.
From there, they ended up in the room with the Petal Meadows pipe as Andrew did another Spring Jump to the bar that led to the ledge to the left. Andrew had Bobbery blast away the wall with his Bomb move, and the wall had a crack on the other side.
He had found another brown treasure chest that contained a Defend Plus P badge. Andrew had placed both badges in his badge kit. He was sure that there were a couple of other badges down here, but he wasn't able to gain access to them just yet.
So for now, he decided to head to the Thousand-Year Door, with Goombella, Koops, Flurrie, Yoshiam, Vivian, Bobbery, and Ms. Mowz following right behind him. As they were heading to the door, Ms. Mowz had gotten a good look at the Rogueport Sewers that he was exploring, and was impressed.
Truth be told, she had always fancied the idea of searching the Rogueport Sewers on her own at one point. Unfortunately, the only times that she had gone through the sewers were for personal business trips for badges only. She never had time to explore it. She's been jetting off to other places as the globe-trotting badge thief that she is, and she never considered that maybe the Rogueport Sewers had its share of badges too.
But with Andrew as her partner and friend, she felt that she was finding more badges by the minute, especially with how many badges he's collected so far. Either way, she was amused that she was exploring the sewers and checking out the scenery for herself. She could only hope that the Thousand-Year Door was just as wonderful as the tales that she had heard about.
Hmm mmm mmm, well, this is certainly a treat. Ms. Mowz thought slyly. I never would've expected to be able to search through these sewers for badges. And yet, here I am. This place is certainly nice, for sure. I look forward to seeing the Thousand-Year Door for myself. And I can already tell that it is deserving of the hype that it has gotten from all the tales that I've heard.
It didn't take long for Andrew and his friends to make it to the lower corridor of sublevel 3 by pipe. Before Andrew could take the jump pad and head to the Thousand-Year Door, Ms. Mowz got his attention as she sensed something with her nose. And by the looks of it, she had just picked up on something being nearby that was hidden from plain sight.
"Well, what's this? Sniff. Sniff," Ms. Mowz then jumped up and got his attention. "Dearie? I'm smelling a hidden block right there! Right across from that small hole that's next to the barred fence!"
"Huh?" Andrew then saw where she was pointing as she walked over to the spot that was across from the hole that Punio ran through very early on when he had to obtain the Emerald Star. "That's strange. What could 'possibly' be over here?"
To see what it could be, Andrew then jumped and revealed a hidden block that appeared out of nowhere. It was a red ?-block, which meant that it must've contained a badge. Seconds later, a badge fell onto the floor that came from the block.
Specifically, it was a Pretty Lucky badge, which got Andrew to gawk at the fact that it was there the whole time. And he never noticed that it was there until Ms. Mowz pointed it out.
"Whoa!" Andrew went over and picked it up. "I never realized that there was a hidden badge over there! It was there the whole time? And I never noticed it before? Wow. This must be a lucky find."
"Hmm, it sure is, my sweet," Ms. Mowz told him in a flirty manner. "And I'm sure that badge will be of plenty of use to you, my handsome muscular cheese superstar."
"I'm sure it will be," Andrew put it into his badge kit, which he then put back into his backpack. "Anyway, let's go. The Thousand-Year Door is just beyond that pathway on the ledge. We're close."
Andrew then walked over and jumped onto the jump pad, which sprang him onto the ledge above. Goombella, Koops, Flurrie, Yoshiam, Vivian, Bobbery, and Ms. Mowz followed suit as the eight of them were near the pathway.
After he motioned them to follow, the eight heroes walked through the pathway, and the Thousand-Year Door was just up ahead. Ms. Mowz was gonna be impressed by what she was gonna see for herself once she caught a glimpse of it. No doubt about that...
AT THE SITE OF THE THOUSAND-YEAR DOOR:
It didn't take long for the eight heroes to make it to the Thousand-Year Door. Andrew, Goombella, Koops, Flurrie, Yoshiam, Vivian, and Bobbery weren't surprised by it in the slightest. They'd already seen it before and were just staring at its sheer beauty. Ms. Mowz, meanwhile, was intrigued by what she was seeing. She's heard countless rumors and tales about the door, which signified its importance in the history of Rogueport and the town that once stood above 1000 years ago. She had a feeling that it might've existed before, but she didn't have proof. Until now, that is.
"Oh! Hmm mmm mmm mmm! So, this is the Thousand-Year Door that I've heard all about?" Ms. Mowz said, sounding amused by what she was taking in.
"That's right, Ms. Mowz," Andrew nodded. "The Thousand-Year Door is real, and it's right in front of us. Aren't you impressed?"
"Well, it wouldn't be right for me to say I'm not impressed, no?" Ms. Mowz queried rhetorically. "Yes. I am impressed, dearie. I've heard tales about this door and all of its significance. But to be staring right in front of it is something else. Like I've just stumbled upon an extremely rare badge from a thousand years ago."
"Yeah. Yeah," Goombella rolled her eyes. "The rest of us felt the same way when we each saw it firsthand for ourselves. Andrew and I were impressed when we saw it for the first time with Professor Frankly."
"Yeah. We were all impressed," Koops uttered. "It's very wonderful, for sure."
"I must say, it hasn't changed one bit in the slightest," Flurrie commented in awe. "Why, I do believe that there shan't be a moment where it's not a delightful sight to see. It mustn't ever stop being deserving of the state of awe that we've been under at first sight!"
"Yeah! It does seem pretty rad!" Yoshiam cheered. "There's no denying that. Too bad there's a demon's spirit sleeping behind it. That creeps me out. But still, it does look awesome to look at!"
"They're right," Vivian agreed while smiling. "I think it's an amazing door to look at."
"Aye, I have to concur," Bobbery nodded. "It is a rather exceptional door to gaze upon that has been under our noses this whole time, eh wot?"
"Yes. I agree. It is wonderful to see it up close like this," Ms. Mowz mused before looking at Andrew. "Anyhow, my sweet? I'm assuming that you know what you need to do now, right?"
"I sure do," Andrew jumped down and approached the pedestal. "We've done this several times already, so I know what to do. It's time to find out the location of the final Crystal Star."
All seven of his friends agreed with him and the eight of them jumped over to it. Once there, Andrew jumped onto the center of the pedestal, as Goombella, Koops, Flurrie, Yoshiam, Vivian, Bobbery, and Ms. Mowz accompanied him from behind.
"All right!" Andrew then asked his group of friends. "You guys know what I must do now, right?"
"Totally," Goombella smirked. "Take out the Crystal Star, Andrew!"
"Uh huh," Koops nodded. "Ummm... You know what to do. Hold the Crystal Star over your head, Andrew.
"My darling Andrew," Flurrie encouraged with a gush. "I do believe you must take out and hold the precious Crystal Star!
"Go for it, Presto!" Yoshiam beamed. "Break out the Crystal Star, dude!"
"Yeah, Andrew," Vivian nodded sheepishly. "Hold up that Crystal Star."
"You already know the drill as you've demonstrated to us earlier, Andrew," Bobbery instructed. "Do hold up that Crystal Star over your head, old boy."
"I agree," Ms. Mowz smirked in amusement. "It's time to take out the Crystal Star and hold it over your head, Andrew."
"I'm on it," Andrew nodded to them as he then took the Garnet Star out from his backpack, where he then held it over his head immediately afterwards.
It was then that the same light from the past six times surrounded the center of the platform, as the Garnet Star Andrew had over his head vanished into several sparkles.
It was then the same diagram-like thing appeared surrounding the pedestal, as the Garnet Star appeared in the circle that was next to the one that the Sapphire Star was in. Just like the case with the Diamond, Emerald, Gold, Ruby, and Sapphire Stars, it was shown rotating in place as the Magical Map floated out of Andrew's pocket again.
Then just like before, the map unfolded itself. Andrew, Goombella, Koops, Flurrie, Yoshiam, Vivian, and Bobbery all watched it in anticipation, as they knew what was going to happen next. Ms. Mowz, meanwhile, was seemingly amused by what she was witnessing. She was also looking forward to finding out the location of the final Crystal Star.
Then, just like the first six times, the map rose in the air towards the door, right above Andrew as a bright flashing light occurred, where it had engulfed the map 'entirely' as something was happening to the map. A new location was just about to appear on the map.
And it was popping up from what was seen on the map above. Specifically, it was a location high up in the sky to the west of Rogueport, which was way up above Twilight Town.
A dome-shaped fortress started to appear on the left-sided head of the moon, which looked like the perfect hideout for an evil organization such as the X-Nauts.
There was no doubt about it. It looks like the eight heroes might have to travel into outer space, a sharp contrast to the other six locations. And it seems like Andrew will be able to kill two birds with one stone, or at least, so it seems.
As soon as the dome-shaped fortress appeared on the head of the moon, something else appeared on the map right in front of it. It was revealed to be the seventh and final Crystal Star; the Crystal Star.
Andrew then felt a special force overcome the map as he held his hands up. The location had officially appeared on the map. The lights died down as the Garnet Star vanished into thin air, and the map itself floated back down, with Andrew catching it in his right hand.
Just like the first five Crystal Stars, Andrew can now summon the Garnet Star whenever he may need it, just by using the Magical Map.
Once he grabbed it with his right hand, he brought it down and unfolded it to look at the new location on the map. As soon as he saw the location of the final Crystal Star, he couldn't help but yelp and gasp at the place it was at.
"What the...?!" Andrew yelled. "Is this possible!?"
"What's wrong, Andrew?" Goombella asked in confusion.
"Well, Goombella, the final location appeared on the map," Andrew told her. "And the final Crystal Star appeared too. It looks like it's made from crystal."
"Duh! That's because it's called the Crystal Star," Goombella exclaimed matter-of-factly.
"Really? The seventh Crystal Star is called the Crystal Star?" Andrew raised an eyebrow at this. "Doesn't that sound confusing? How many people are gonna be confused by that?"
"I know whatcha mean," Goombella sighed. "But believe me, it is called the Crystal Star."
"I'll take your word for it, Goombella," Andrew said. "But there's something else wrong with the location of the Crystal Star."
"What is it?" Goombella was confused along with his six other friends.
"Well," Andrew sighed, seeing that it'd be easier for them to see it for themselves. "Perhaps you guys should come up here and see it for yourselves."
They didn't argue with him, as the Goomba, Koopa, Wind Spirit, Yoshi, Shadow Siren, Bob-omb, and Little Mouser all jumped up onto the pedestal and saw it for themselves. Immediately after seeing it, they were also confused by it, as they each gave their 'own' respective comments on the location of the Crystal Star.
"Uh... OK, that is, like, a TOTAL typo or something... Do you see that, Andrew?" Goombella raised an eyebrow before gasping. "The last Crystal Star... It can't be THERE..."
"Um... Are my eyes OK? Is it me, or does that show the last Crystal Star is..." Koops had to wipe his eyes to make sure this wasn't an illusion, which it wasn't. "No... It can't be there..."
"Mmm? Impossible! The last Crystal Star is 'all the way' up..." Flurrie shook her head dramatically upon viewing it. "No! I shan't believe it..."
"Whoa! No way! What's wrong with that map?" Yoshiam had bulged his eyes once he saw it. " The last Crystal Star is... That ain't right!"
"Hmm? Is that...right?" Vivian frowned as she crossed her arms. "According to the map, the last Crystal Star is... It CAN'T be..."
"Eh? What's this balderdash?" Bobbery squinted and twitched his mustache. "Tell me, old boy, does that say the last Crystal Star is... No. Seems 'awfully' unlikely..."
"My, my, what's this now?" Ms. Mowz rubbed her chin before seeming confused. "The last Crystal Star... It can't possibly be there..."
"Yeah, guys. I know how you feel. This seems too much of an eerie coincidence for the final Crystal Star to be there," Andrew admitted before crossing his arms and asking. "But do you know what I'm wondering? If this is true, could we possibly kill two birds with one stone?"
"Well, we might oughta let the Professor look at it to confirm it for us," Goombella suggested. "Might be a good idea to head back to his house and show him the map, don'tcha think?"
"Good idea, Goombella," Andrew sighed and dropped his arms. "Well, guys? Let's go see Professor Frankly."
"Totally," Goombella proclaimed. "Let's see if Professor Frankly can crack down on the map and tell us if that's 'really' the location of the Crystal Star."
"You got it, Andrew," Koops nodded. "Golly, sure hope that it can be cleared up, and find out how we can get there..."
"By the stars, that would be the most suitable choice as of yet," Flurrie remarked. "The dear Professor shall let us know if that's the place that we must head to for the final Crystal Star!"
"Aw yeah! There's no arguing with you there, Presto!" Yoshiam said. "Time to see if the Prof can tell us if we have to go there for the final Crystal Star! Let's bust on over there!"
"Good call, Andrew," Vivian said shyly. "We better head to the professor's house and see if he can confirm this with us! The sooner we do it, the better!"
"Ah, rather capital thinking on your part, dear boy," Bobbery agreed with him. "Come now! Let's make haste for the dear Professor's house, so he can clear this up with us on the double!"
"Yes. It's time to see this Frankly fellow and have him confirm it for us," Ms. Mowz mused. "And I will be able to visit Professor Frankly for the first time as well."
"That's right," Andrew pointed up to the way out. "Let's go to Professor Frankly's place, right away!"
"Of course," all seven of them chimed in unison as the eight heroes jumped off of the pedestal and went back up the stairs leading out of the Thousand-Year Door site.
There was no doubt about it. Professor Frankly was about to confirm with them that the place of the final Crystal Star is where they have to go. It would be a big surprise to them since that means they'll have to claim the final Crystal Star AND save Princess Peach.
And more importantly, they'll have to find out how they'll get to that location as well. This was going to be a rather dramatic experience for all eight of them. That's for sure...
END OF CHAPTER 65...
Yeah. That's it for this chapter. I do hope you all enjoyed it, and look forward to Chapter 7 starting soon, which starts with that infamous part that I mentioned earlier.
Now, there was plenty done here. All the stuff that happened on the Excess Express and in Poshley Heights I wrote out since I wanted to write them out, but couldn't during Chapter 6 due to the story plot of getting the Garnet Star needing to be claimed. Still, I hope you all enjoyed the scenes written out in Poshley Heights, at Toodle's summer home, and on the Excess Express heading back to Rogueport.
Also, those who played the game know already that Princess Peach is being imprisoned on the moon and know what'll happen to her after Chapter 7. And that's where the final Crystal Star is located too.
One other thing that I should make note of, is the fact that Ms. Mowz got her power up early like Bobbery did, and she provided some aid in finding some badges that Andrew hadn't claimed yet, along with another Shine Sprite, bringing the count up to 13.
Anyway, the next chapter will have Frankly hear about the adventure on the Excess Express and in Poshley Heights, as well as meeting Ms. Mowz in person who is joining Andrew in collecting the last Crystal Star.
Frankly will confirm that it's on the moon, and after a while of researching (allowing Andrew to collect more Shine Sprites, find the Up Arrow in Hooktail Castle which allows Merlon to Ultra Rank his friends, and obtain the Ultra Bat), he reveals that they'll need to use a cannon in a snowy region.
Also worth noting is that Bobbery is aware of the cannon, and doesn't say a word about it in front of Frankly because he is following Big Bomb Cannon Protocol, which he doesn't speak of it in front of non-Bob-ombs.
Also, despite this, he tells Andrew about it after leaving Frankly's house because he knows his intentions are pure and meaningful, and he trusts him well enough and will step in if the Bob-omb Mayor proves to be fruitless with aiding him.
And some other stuff will be revealed too. How will this go for them? Find out next time, readers!
For now, only if you like, you can leave a review and let me know what you think of this chapter overall.
Otherwise, I have nothing else to say. So until next time, I do hope you all will take care of yourselves. And on that note, thanks again for reading, everyone!
