Harper was at the house, using the mower to mow the grounds. Trying to be of help. She was listening to music threw her earbuds. They were blocking most of the sounds of the mower, so she heard no one or anything around her.

So, she didn't hear the motorcycle that came up the drive. Connor looked over seeing her in the field.

He looked around the farm, seeing the animals watching her as well. They were scared of the mower and were huddled together. She wasn't even in their pins, but they were acting like she was right beside them.

"Oh, hey there!" It was Harper. She pulled the drivable mower up to him and turned it off. She pulled her ear buds out and into a pocket in her shirt. She then leaned on the wheel of the mower.

"Cayden isn't here today if you're looking for him. And John's in town, but he should be back soon if you wanted to wait for him." She told him. "I was actually looking for you. I was hoping to take you out and get to know you better." He told her.

She raised an eyebrow. She had turned eighteen, so she guessed that there was nothing wrong with that. It wasn't like she wasn't a minor anymore.

She could date any one she wanted now... Over eighteen at least.

She did blush realizing this most likely was him asking her out on a date. Her. A freak. Being asked out on a date on this very attractive man. Maybe.

"Uhhh when?" She asked him, rubbing the back of her head nervously.

"How about tomorrow night?" He suggested. "Um sure. I guess that is fine with me." She was still a bit shy. Her body was still conflicted. She felt the need to both run away from this man and to force herself into his arms all at the same time.

He smiled and nodded. "Good. I'll be here to pick you up at five tomorrow. Be ready for me." He told her before going to his bike. She watched him as he went, her green eyes lowering to his ass. Making her bite her lip and quickly look away.

He looked back at her before he sped off.

She finally let out a breath and rubbed her blushing red face. She then looked at the animals watching her. "I'm pathetic aren't I?" She asked them as if they were going to answer her. Though she did get a reply from a cow.

She sighed and put her ear buds back in and went back to doing her chores. Her heart racing thinking about tomorrow. She should go into town and get something nice to wear for tomorrow.
