A/N: Relaxing is a thing, except for these people…

OOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Spike heard Calli cursing in the office and decided to poke his head into the room. She was scratching out something on a notebook with one hand and typing something with her other. He lifted an eyebrow and moved to stand by her.

"Shouldn't you be relaxing on your vacation?" he asked, putting a hand on her shoulder.

Calli flicked his hand. "I am relaxing."

"Doesn't sound like it."

"Then stop listening to me." She glanced up at him. "Go away. You have work to do."

"It can wait." Spike peered at her computer screen. "Why are you looking at Pride things?"

"Because I have family who are part of the community. They only asked for this today."

Today? Spike glanced at the date on the corner of her desk. "It's Thanksgiving."

"Yep. And pre-Black Friday sales are mad right now. They're already selling out of things that I need to get for family members! It's absolutely a shit show!"

Spike reached over and pressed the power button on Calli's laptop, holding it long enough to shut the whole thing down. Calli stared at the empty black screen for several moments. Spike waited, silently counting down in his head.

"Spike!" Calli exclaimed, glaring at him.

"Calli, you're done shopping for other people. The family you grew out of, doesn't need more gifts or more money spent on them."

"But – but it's the holidays!"

"And as such, you should be enjoying yourself. A little bit of pampering would be good for you."

Calli shook her head and pulled out her phone. "You don't get it."

Spike plucked her phone out of her hand. "I get that holidays have become too commercial. You don't have to participate in this commercialism, pet. Especially for people who don't care about you properly."

Calli huffed. "They're getting me stuff."

"Let them. Let them shower you with all the spoils that they can afford to. You are not obligated to do anything in return."

Calli sighed and put her face in her hands. "This is going to be hell!"

Spike shook his head. He pulled her to her feet and pushed her gently towards the hall leading to the bedrooms. He smiled when she glanced at him.

"Go. We're going to pamper you instead of worrying about buying people things. Starting with a toasty bubble bath."

The witch groaned. "I hate bubble baths!"

"No, you don't." He gave her a look. "And I will climb in with you if you don't watch it."

"Don't tempt me with a good time, Mister…"

OOOOOOOOO

Spike listened to Calli sing under her breath as she dried off after her bath. He glanced back at the door and then went about going through her closet and dresser drawers. Calli made a small sound when she saw him.

"Looking for something, hon?" she asked.

"Just the usual bits and pieces," Spike told her. "You know, the clothes that keep you modest until you don't want to be anymore."

Calli frowned and adjusted the towel wrapped around her body. "Who says I ever want to take my clothes again?"

Spike chuckled. "Be hard to get showers that way, pet."

Calli rolled her eyes. "Bathing suits."

"I prefer birthday suits in this case."

"Spike!"

The vampire tossed her some underclothes before turning back to her closet. "You sound stressed. Shouldn't you be more relaxed after your bath?"

Calli mocked him with her hand and then started dressing with her back to him. Spike frowned.

"Pet."

"What?"

"You do remember that I've seen all your bits, right? Touched them frequently too."

"So?"

"So, you're hiding?"

"Force of habit."

Spike circled her. He gently tilted her face up. Calli didn't meet his gaze for long. He sighed.

"Some habits are hard to break, pet. But that doesn't mean that they are unbreakable." He handed her some more clothes. "You'll be unstoppable once you get to that stage of mind."

Calli looked at him in wonder. Spike smiled and clapped his hands together.

"Well, get dressed. You're my date out tonight."

"Spike, it's Thanksgiving," Calli said softly. "Nearly everything will be closed to let people enjoy holiday time with their families."

"Nearly everything. But I know some places that are open and just waiting for us to go to."

Calli shook her head as she pulled on her shirt. "You're strange."

"Eccentric is the preferred term."

"I'm not going to like this, am I?"

Spike smiled. "You'll love it."

OOOOOOOOOOOOO

Calli sipped some wine as she listened to a demon sing on the little stage. Demons apparently didn't celebrate Thanksgiving and a lot of other supernaturals followed suit. The bar was nearly full and listening to the poor quality karaoke. They were well inebriated and didn't care that the demon couldn't sing well, much.

"I think I've been spoiled by Lorne," Calli commented, looking at Spike. "He can sing a hell of a lot better than this bozo."

Spike smirked. "You've been spoiled since I got a hold of you, pet."

"Nu-uh!"

Spike shrugged. "Maybe I need to try harder with the spoiling then."

Calli set her drink down. "I'm pretty sure that you can't do more than what you've already done."

"Try me."

Calli shook her head and started picking at her dinner. "Not on an empty stomach." A smirk curled up the edges of her lips. "You'd look awfully tasty if I had nothing beforehand."

"Rot."

"What?"

"I look tasty no matter what you have in you. And you're a lot fuller when I'm in you."

Color heated her cheeks to a lovely pink shade. Spike smirked when Calli threw a balled up napkin at him.

"Hush, you!" she ordered.

Spike took a sip of his own drink. Calli nudged him with her foot.

"Sing next," she said, gesturing at the little stage. "Sing something for me. Spike."

Spike glanced at the stage and then back at Calli. "What do I get if I do?"

Calli shrugged her shoulder. "Maybe a good time on my desk back home?"

Spike was intrigued. "A good time at the back of the bar."

Calli's eyes seemed to glow. "Okay."

Spike smirked and set his glass down. He moved onto the stage as the demon from before was booed off. Scanning the various preprogrammed songs, he found one that fit and selected it. Calli looked curious as the music started.

Spike started singing "Dangerous" by Ghost of a Robot. Calli watched him with rapt attention and Spike sang directly to her, not looking at the screen for help with the words. This was from the heart.

OOOOOOOOOOOO

Calli giggled as she walked back to the office with Spike's arm around her. Spike pressed a kiss to the side of her neck.

"Did you two have fun?" Angel asked from his spot at his desk.

"Yus!" Calli exclaimed, throwing her fist in the air. "We had a really great time!"

Angel looked at Spike. "You let her drink."

"I let her make her own decisions about how to relax," Spike corrected, holding Calli close. "Just like you told me to."

Angel frowned. "I told you to take her somewhere nice and quiet to relax. Like a spa."

"Sorry, but not sorry."

Calli pressed a kiss to his cheek. "You're naughty." She looked at Angel. "And I'm fine, Angel. Spike and I had a lovely time out. I, now, need to go to bed because I have to be up early for the Black Friday sales!"

Spike gave her a warning look. "Pet."

"Don't you worry. It's for myself and my two favorite vampires." Calli crossed the room, heading for the distant bedrooms. "Spoils are abound for all of us! Tomorrow!"

Spike smirked. "Good girl."

Calli flashed a smile before completely disappearing from sight. Angel cleared his throat.

"You got ahold of her wishlist, didn't you?" he asked the other vampire.

Spike tossed his grandsire a phone. "Got her whole phone Angel. Be sure to put it someplace safe when you're done with it." He stretched. "I am going to do myself an honest job and have another round or two with her." He smirked at his grandsire. "I think that five rounds will be good enough to knock her to Dreamland long enough for you to get all her wants off her phone. Night."

Angel sighed as Spike headed after Calli. "Jerk…"

OOOOOOOOOOOOOO
