Had this idea while playing New Vegas and killed Ceaser. There will be three parts, a night at the Fort, my Courier just after winning the battle of Hoover Dam, and finally a night at the Lucky 38

I believe this is where I'm supposed to put the trigger warning for mentions of slave rape, abuse, and just the usual Fallout nastiness. Anyway, let's get this started!

Darkness and Light, Into the Chaos!

Night was falling on The Fort, and Siri had just finished her assigned work, sighing in relief as most of the Legionaries were asleep, so she wouldn't have any unwanted company tonight. She absently wondered if that Courier was here. Honestly, the idea of a free woman in the Fort still baffled her. Even more so when she started following Ceaser's orders. But every time she emerged from the Legion Leader's tent, something felt...off. Like that Courier in Raider armor wasn't working for the Legion as she seemed.

Siri shook her head to clear the thoughts. Whatever the beautiful redhead had in mind, it was none of her business. Not when she had to make more healing powder tomorrow. She was about to lay down when she heard a familiar voice. "Siri, you still up?" it asked.

She turned to greet the Courier. "Red. I was just finishing up." she replied with a small smile. "What did you need?"

"Nothing important. It can wait until tomorrow." Red assured, glancing at where Veronica and E-DE were waiting.

Siri nodded. "Alright then. If there's nothing, I need to sleep. You know what will happen if I don't meet my quota tomorrow." she replied.

A furious look crossed Red's face. "Yeah. I know." she practically spat, coming around and giving the slave woman a hug.

"Red, what are you?" Siri asked, a light blush dusting her cheeks.

"Stay strong, Siri. You won't have to endure this much longer if I have my say." Red whispered, kissing her cheek. "I need to get going. The Brotherhood needs some convincing to play for the right side. I'll see you soon, okay?"

"O-okay." Siri replied in embarrassment, blushing hard. It was always like this when the Courier was around. The redhead made her feel things she never expected. And never could have in the Legion. But maybe...no. Freedom was a pipe dream, she knew that.

Red smiled that dazzling smile at her, holding Siri's hands for a moment before reaching for her pack. "Here. These should help you make the healing powders." she offered, handing over a surprising stock of Xander Root and Broc Flowers.

"It definitely will, the supplies were running low." Siri assured, smiling. "You sure I can just take these?"

"You make them better than I do. My motives are completely selfish." Red replied with a teasing smirk.

"Sure they are." Siri chuckled, something she had forgotten to do until Red started visiting her. "Hey...stay safe out there."

"Always do." Red assured, cupping Siri's cheek before stepping back. "See you soon." the Courier said before turning to leave.

"See you soon." Siri replied with a soft smile, watching as Red walked back to her companions. Her logical side told her it was fleeting. That there was nothing one woman could do to change things.

But the idealist in her made her think that maybe...just maybe...she could have her happily ever after.

And done! That's part 1, hope you all enjoyed! Leave a review with your thoughts and I'll see you all next time!
