It was the next day, and Chizuru was snuggling close to Kazuya when the sunlight woke her up. Her body was sprawled over him, and he, in return, held her close gently. Chizuru gazed at him for some time and gently kissed him on his cheeks, waking him up.

"Good morning, Chizuru," he wished her, kissing her forehead.

"Good morning, dear," she wished him back while holding him tightly.

After their daily chores, Chizuru and Kazuya decided to browse for places they could go for a trip. They got their coffee ready, and Chizuru sat between his legs. He happily let her and cuddled close to her.

They visited many websites and bookmarked so many results, considering places both inside and outside Japan. But the two were not satisfied. After an hour or so, Kazuya got sleepy and hugged Chizuru's waist, dozing off on her shoulder.

Chizuru continued searching, and after some time, Kazuya was awoken by the ringing of Chizuru's phone. He released her from his grip, and she went to get the call.

Apparently, it was Tsuruto. He called her to ask about Kazuya and what they were up to. Chizuru replied that he was fine and explained that they were planning for a trip.

"A trip, huh? Have you decided on any place yet?"

"No, we are still searching. You got any recommendations, Dad?"

"Actually, I do. Put on the speaker. Let Kazuya hear it too."

Chizuru switched to speaker mode.

"Can you hear me, Kazuya-kun?"

"Yes, Chi—I mean Dad," Kazuya answered.

"Good. So about the destination, how does Paris sound?"

"Paris!" Kazuya and Chizuru exclaimed.

"Right. How about Paris?"

"Dad, Paris is good, but isn't it very expensive?" Chizuru asked.

"Don't worry, I'll pay."

"No, I can't let you," Chizuru said, refusing his offer.

"Chizuru-chan, don't be so stubborn. I am your dad, and you are my sole daughter. I can spend money for you."

"But still..."

"That's all right. So how about it?"

"Dad, is Paris really that great? I don't know much about the place," Kazuya asked.

"You don't watch many movies, do you, Kazuya?"

"Paris is considered one of the best tourist destinations. It is home to world-famous museums such as the Louvre, Musée d'Orsay, and Centre Pompidou, which house an extensive collection of art and artifacts from various periods. It homes many iconic historical landmarks such as the Eiffel Tower, Notre-Dame Cathedral, and the Palace of Versailles. Paris is home to beautiful parks and gardens, such as the Luxembourg Gardens and Tuileries Garden, offering serene escapes from the hustle and bustle of the city. Most people prefer Paris for honeymoons, and it is considered the most romantic city in the world, giving it the title of the 'City of Love.'"

Chizuru answered his question with great enthusiasm.

"As expected, my daughter knows a lot about Paris," Tsuruto remarked proudly.

"It's normal. After all, most movies featuring romance mention Paris," Chizuru answered.

"That's right. Paris is such a lovely place. The atmosphere is really great and romantic. I actually planned to visit Paris with Kasumi when I returned from the states. I think you kids should really go there. You will make a lot of memories."

"But Dad, we don't know the language, and how will we navigate there? What about accommodation?"

"Oh, don't worry about that. I have a friend there who runs a travel agency. He will take care of that. So are you two fine with it?"

Chizuru looked at Kazuya, and he smiled.

"I think it's a good idea. But we'll have to consult the doctor and Kazuya's family."

"That's fine. Give me a reply before evening; I'll have to make some preparations."

"Thank you, Dad."

Tsuruto hung up the phone.

Chizuru turned to Kazuya, who was lost in his thoughts.

"Kazuya."

"Yes, Chizuru."

"Do you really want to go?"

"Yes. It sounds fun, and you look really excited and happy talking about it," Kazuya smiled.

Chizuru moved closer to him.

"It's not about me, Kazuya. Are you really fine? Are you happy?" She asked worried.

Kazuya patted her head.

"What are you saying, Chizuru? Seeing you happy makes me happy too." Chizuru blushed.

"Baka!"

Chizuru and Kazuya spent the rest of the day visiting the hospital and his family. The doctor advised him some tips and gave him some more medicines. His family supported him and advised him to go. Nagomi teased them, saying that they were lucky enough to go to Paris for their honeymoon. The couple later called Tsuruto, and he said that he will book the tickets, and they could leave in two days. The couple later went to buy some new clothes, and Chizuru picked some clothes for Kazuya. Some of them looked too good on him that Chizuru could not face him without blushing. After a long day out, they returned back to their home and went straight to bed.

Two days later, Kazuya and Chizuru were waiting in their house for Tsuruto. Tsuruto agreed to drop them at the airport. The trip was three weeks long, and they were scheduled to return back on July 16, one week before his surgery. They were fully dressed and had their suitcase packed. Chizuru was in formal travelware, and it reminded him of their trip to Hawaiians. Despite the bad experience, Kazuya still treasures the place as it was there where they kissed for the first time.

After waiting for another fifteen minutes, Tsuruto arrived, and they headed towards the airport. He handed them their tickets and explained them about the travel agent who will meet them at the airport. He wished them a happy journey and dropped them off at the airport.

"Shall we go, Chizuru?" Kazuya asked, holding out his hand.

"Yes," Chizuru replied, interlocking her fingers with his."
