After excusing herself to the dressing room to change her clothes, Brenda emerged in a cream colored v-neck sweater and jeans. Dylan and Brenda gathered their things and walked out of the After Dark heading to Dylan's car which was now a SUV, but still a Porsche. The speedster was still driven, but the SUV was more practical for day to day life of a married man with a family. As Brenda got in the passenger's seat she reminded him of the one stop before they got home. "I told Rebecca that you had no problem waiting until tomorrow, but she insisted that she needed her daddy to have it tonight."
They pulled into the driveway of Brandon and Kelly's home and walked to the front door. Using their key, they let themselves in as a little child with brunette curly pigtails came running from the den into Dylan's arms. Short on her heels was her babysitter for the night holding her cousin in her arms. Brenda looked at the babysitter "Both behave, Charlotte?" Setting the child on the floor, Charlotte replied "Mrs McKay, both children were an absolute delight." Dylan leaned down at the other little girl that had dark blonde wavy hair "Even little Kelly here?" The little girl put her hands on her hips and gave Dylan a serious look "I'm Jordan, uncle Dylan." He smiled down at the her, "I know that, you just look so much like your mom." "Mama says I look like daddy." Dylan nodded his head as Brenda spoke up "I think you are a perfect blend of your mom and dad."
Dylan turned his attention back to his daughter in his arms, "Ok, sweetheart, you have a present for daddy?" At that, Rebecca practically jumped out Dylan's arms and ran into the den. She soon returned with a gift bag that was decorated with balloons and shoved it into Dylan's hands. Taking the bag, Dylan peeked into it "there's nothing that can bite or slimy in here is it? I don't want another frog." Rebecca looked up at him with her big brown eyes "no, daddy." Dylan reached into the bag and pulled out a sheet of paper and a little figurine. He looked at the paper and saw it was a drawing of a man surfing a huge wave. Then he looked at the figurine that appeared to be a clay model of the same surfer holding a surfboard. "Thank you, sweetheart, I take this is of me?" Rebecca nodded her head as Dylan leaned down and gave her a kiss on the head. "Okay mommy and daddy need to get going now. You and Jordan need to head to bed and we'll be back to get you in the morning. Charlotte, Brandon and Kelly said they will be back in about an hour or two." As the girls ran towards Jordan's bedroom, Charlotte followed Brenda and Dylan to the front door. "Happy birthday Mr McKay, have a great night." As she closed the door, Dylan gave her a thanks and the McKays headed back to Dylan's car.
Dylan drove along the roads of Malibu and then made a final left turn into a driveway that led to a 2 story home. He pulled the car to the edge of the driveway that had a sidewalk that led to the front door. As Brenda gathered her belongings and opened the passenger door, Dylan hurried around to greet her. He grabbed her hand with his and gently pulled her up and out of the SUV. Brenda went to grab her belongings but was quickly pulled towards Dylan who slammed the door and pushed Brenda against it.
Dylan's mouth was instantly on hers as he began to move his hands over her body, one on her butt and the other around her shoulders. Brenda gave into the kiss and they stayed that way for a few moments making out like teenagers. Then Brenda felt Dylan's hands come to the front of her jeans as he started kissing her neck. He had just about opened them when Brenda gently pushed him away. "We are not having sex up against your car. The front door isn't even 12 feet away." Dylan looked down and mumbled "fine, I'll behave for now." Brenda leaned in and gave him a lingering kiss and then grabbed his hands and led him to the front door.
