The isolated island in the middle of the ocean no longer imprisons only the worst villains on earth, but little feet as young as three are also beginning to wander the streets. Many of them were born almost in the same year, the daughters of Maleficent and Ursula being a case in point.

In the enormous castle of one of them, a beautiful three-year-old girl runs around tirelessly.

"Mal! Mal!" The child's mother wishes there was some way to turn off the energy of the little girl, who won't stop running for a minute, even if her mother has a headache from watching her animation. If she could decide between having a child or ending someone's world, she chooses to kill someone, absolutely. "Mal." The child looks at her but quickly runs off again.

"Hi mommy."

She ran around the room and up to her mother, jumping on her.

" Stop!" When she felt the little girl jump into her lap, she was startled and threw her away. "What did we agree on? No hugging, because..."

"We're evil."

The little person repeats, making a funny face.

" Oh, that's right."

Even though she's against it, Maleficent hugs her.

"Maleficent?"

Someone calls at the door, and as soon as she puts Mal down, she goes to the entrance, but she doesn't have to walk far, her visitor is already inside the house. It's Yen Sid, who turns up from time to time and, like a rude man, doesn't knock on the door or wait to be invited in.

"Hi, old stranger."

"Am I the stranger?" Even though it's not his job, Yen Sid worries about some of the villains' kids. "How are you, you horrid thing? Little Mal!" He smiles when he sees the girl, who also seems happy to see him.

"Yest Sai!" She says his name wrong and walks towards him with open arms, but Mal stops in the middle of the path. "Hugs are wrong."

"Who tells you that?"

"Mommy."

For a brief moment, Maleficent felt proud, and it was even possible to see a small smile on her face.

"Really, Maleficent?"

"What? It's my daughter, and I'll teach her whatever I want."

"Look Mal." He lowers himself to her height. "If you ever become a mother, don't be like the hideous thing here."

The girl laughs, although she doesn't even understand what he's saying, and for a long time she seriously thought she never would.

"He won't give us the answers, Rashid."

Helena says this to the wizard's disappointment. The book won't be of any help to them.

"No?"

"No, it could give us some previews of what's going on, but I don't think we could even touch it."

Nanny says it quietly and thoughtfully.

"Well, we didn't come to talk about the book, did we?" Helena tells them, moving on to the subject that brought her to the Enchanted Forest in the first place. "We're here to talk about Mal and this baby she's expecting. As far as we know, he's a danger to us. What are we going to do?"

"Danger?"

Nanny stands up and faces her sister, ready to start a long fight.

" Oh, sister! Forget your sense of morality! We're talking about a magic we don't know."

The fairy godmother says it angrily, too. If they were still old enough or had the magic they had years before, they'd be flying.

"And that's what you do with what you don't know, right, Helena? You'd rather ignore or destroy than understand." She remembers what the fairy did years ago with who was his own niece. "There's no avoiding the future."

"Don't you see? I love Mal, I love Ben and, of course, I want them to have heirs, not just for them but for Auradon. But we're talking about an absurd amount of magic that we don't know about."

The Fairy Godmother is still in an intense fight with Nanny. It's as if the years haven't even passed and they're two teenagers again.

"You forgot to mention that there's never been any magic like it." Nanny laughs derisively. "You're wasting your time on the least important thing."

"What could be more important than..."

She was about to argue but was interrupted by a loud sound.

"Sorry, it's my phone."

Rashid says is embarrassed but happy that someone has interrupted the awkward conversation between Fairy Godmother and her sister.

"Hello? Ben?" He recognizes the king's voice. "Okay. Okay, bring her here as soon as possible."

The sisters shut up to pay attention to the conversation that made sweet Rashid change color.

"I'm going to the castle."

Rashid says and he doesn't hide his fear from the two fairies

"What happened?"

"Mal's gotten worse. I'll see you later, I have to sort out something important."

He says this before disappearing in front of them.

Hours before

"Do you know how much I hate fighting with you?"

Ben asks as he hugs her tightly.

"I'm not a bear, you know?" She jokes, stepping out of his arms. "And yes, I don't like it when we fight either, but you should have seen your little face, it made me feel sorry."

"Really? If I hadn't come to you, you wouldn't have come after me."

"What? Of course I would, maybe not today, but in a few days I will."

"You're really impressive, Bertha."

"We're fine now, and that's what matters, Florian." She kisses him."I'm going to the bathroom again because this little monster is making a mess of me." Ben was going to say something different, but he didn't want to do it now. After waiting more than ten minutes for Mal to come out of the bathroom, he started to get very worried about her and was already getting up and going there when he heard his name. "Ben! Ben!"

"What? What happened?"

He was in the bathroom in seconds.

"Get that potion Rashid made for me, please." She asks with an unhealthy look on her face. Ben takes the greenish, not at all drinkable liquid to his wife. " That's disgusting! It tastes awful. I want to throw it up."

"It can't be that bad."

He replies, wanting her to laugh and distract herself a little.

"Then try some."

She laughs and hands him the potion.

"You're exaggerating, it shouldn't be that bad." He was really going to drink it, but stopped when Mal collapsed in his arms. "Mal? Mal?"

Desperate, he sat down on the bathroom floor and carefully laid her on his lap. With no answers from her, he went after the only person who could help them.

"Rashid? Rashid, it's Ben, Mal fainted... I don't know, she took one of the potions you gave her and...okay, we're going back to Auradon now."

Auradon

On the way back, to Ben's relief, Mal woke up, but the vomiting hadn't stopped, which was making her even weaker.

As soon as they arrived home, Rashid was already in the house waiting for them.

" You've arrived, I was worried to death."

Rashid said, relieved to see them home.

"Let's go in soon."

Mal asks, wanting his bed. Ben picks her up and runs with her to her room.

An hour later, Rashid has his results. Mal and Ben clung to each other, they hugged and stayed that way until Rashid returned.

"So, what's going on, Rashid?"

Ben asks anxiously.

"Well, shall I start with the good news or the bad news?"

"Any good news? This is the new one."

Mal jokes, already feeling a little better than before.

"Well, your nausea has nothing to do with magic, it's basically the normal symptoms of a normal pregnancy, but I've kind of figured out that, at least for now, we can't give you any kind of potion, Mal."

"What? Why?"

She stands up, wondering how she's going to deal with her eyes shining so brightly all day.

"The baby is very young and rejects any kind of magic other than yours, so no spell or potion will have any effect on you."

Rashid clarifies.

"Of course, the little monster wants to destroy me."

Mal says this and sighs, already very anxious.

"Mal."

Ben scolds her.

"What? You know it's true."

She looks at him incredulously. She knows he's right.

"Our child is not a mini monster."

"Oh really? I'm going to spend nine months experiencing strange symptoms. You know, I've been eating nothing for three days, and now I'm fainting too. You're right, it's not a little monster, it's a big monster."

She lets all the irony out of her being. All Rashid can think about is how he got out of one fight to start another.

Enchanted florest

After Rashid left, the atmosphere in the small, isolated house in the forest became gloomy. Helena and Nanny know each other very well, and neither of them will give up defending their opinions.

Nanny observes her sister looking at her phone again. She keeps looking at it for information about Mal. It's clear that she really cares about Mal.

"I want to see her."

Nanny tells Helena, interrupting the silence. Her serene voice becomes loud in the midst of the hurtful silence.

"Who?"

Fairy Godmother is distracted by a thousand thoughts in her head.

"I want to see my granddaughter Helena. I want to see Mal."

Fairy Godmother stares into her sister's blue eyes and doesn't know what to say. The enchanted world she helped build may be close to collapsing again.
