Ronnie Ann grinned playfully, "If you eat all your fruits and vegetables, you too can grow up to be super fast and strong."!

Lana gasped while Lola pouted, "Why did you leave the party so early?"

Ronnie Ann's face fell, and she tried to come up with an answer that Lola would accept. Lincoln's little sister was bossy, but she was also smart.

"I needed to get some air. Parties can sometimes be stressful." Ronnie Ann lied.

Lana nodded sympathetically, "Party clothes stink! I don't blame you for wanting to get out of there."

The tomboy looked at Ronnie Ann curiously, "Hey...could you give me a piggyback ride?"

Grinning Ronalda knelt down and let Lana climb onto her back. She didn't expect to feel a bolt of euphoria, Lana's weight was inconsequential.

Lola pouted and stomped her slipper-clad foot, "Why does she get to go first?"!

" Fair enough, climb on"...

Lola grabbed onto Ronnie Ann's other shoulder, squeezing next to Lana. "Are you sure this will be okay? Even Lynn can't carry both of us at the same time."

Ronnie Ann silenced Lola by standing up straight and skipping down the hall towards the twins' bedroom.

Lana laughed and cheered for Ronnie Ann while Lola ducked her head and clutched the older girl tightly.

They stopped just shy of the girls room and Ronnie Ann pushed the door open and deposited the twins in their respective beds, in an uncharacteristic moment of tenderness she tucked in both girls and placed a small kiss on each of their brows.

As soon as she exited the room, Ronnie Ann was greeted by a grinning Lincoln, an albino who was leaning up against the wall and looked alive and well.

Guess Lori didn't kill him afterall.

"That was so cute, I didn't know you had it in you, Ronnie-Ann."

Ronalda felt her cheeks heat up in embarrassment, she crossed her arms protectively over her chest.

" what did Lori say"?

Lincoln's face fell and he winced a little. "Do you want the good news or the bad news first?"

Ronnie Ann threw her arms up and groaned, " Let's hear the bad news first".

Lincoln patted her shoulder comfortingly before he started speaking. "Bobby is driving down to pick you up. Everyone was super worried about you last night; you'll have to think about what you're going to tell your family."

"They don't know how you arrived here, or under what circumstances...Not to be rude, but I don't even know what happened after you ran away from me at the party", Lincoln spoke with hurt evident on his face.

Ronnie Ann's face fell and her heart ached, she had never wanted to hurt Lincoln, but how could she make him believe her?

"Lincoln...can I show you something?"

Lincoln nodded curiously, allowing Ronnie Ann to lead him downstairs. The house was now completely dark but Ronalda was able to find her way perfectly, the soft snores from upstairs also provided that everyone else was fast asleep.

Lincoln, for his part, let her guide him throughout the darkness. His hands felt warm and reassuring, something that Ronnie Ann desperately needed at the moment.

They slipped out the front door silently, the moon was still dominating the night sky. But for now Ronnie Ann could push away the pull, she was more or less still herself.

Lincoln turned to ask Ronnie Ann why she had brought him outside...and it was then that he realized that her normally brown eyes were glowing. There was a metallic tint to the irises, something that Lincoln associated with predators.

Ronnie Ann looked nervous, and maybe even a little fearful. Lincoln squeezed her hand lightly, and Ronnie Ann finally started speaking.

" Something happened to me...during the party. I just got so angry...and then it happened and I had no control of my actions", Ronnie Ann's voice trembled as she fought of tears.

Lincoln's heart left into his chest and he pulled Ronnie Ann into his arms, " Please...whatever you have to tell me...I'll help you, we'll figure this out together".

Something broke inside of Ronalda, and she found herself grabbing hold of Lincoln and pulling him down to her level, and kissing him.

Lincoln looked surprised for a minute before he gave into the embrace, Ronnie Ann kissed and sucked at Lincoln's lips passionately.

Lincoln groaned and struggled weakly against her. Ronnie Ann could hear his heart pounding and smell a slight hint of his arousal.

Breaking the kiss abruptly, Lincoln collapsed inRonnie Ann's arms, desperately trying to catch his breath.

" t...that was incredible", Lincoln panted softly.

Ronnie snuggled Lincoln closer, feeling him so light and easy to move. She felt perfect cradling him against her breasts, ducking down she reflexively kissed the side of Lincoln's cheek.

The sensation of her lips against his cheek sent a twinge straight down Ronalda's spine. She swiped her tongue in the same place, and Lincoln's delightful smell and boyish flavor invaded her senses.

Lincoln moaned and gasped, "Did you... just lick me?"

Bobby Santiago was pacing, his family home absolutely panicking. Nini had ran out of her birthday party and nobody was able to find her.

Bobby, along with several of his cousins and his uncle and various guests searched for Ronnie Ann. Lincoln came back to the party, saying that Ronnie Ann had run away from him.

Between bouts of panicking and comforting his mom, Bobby worried about his abuela. The elderly woman was pale and sat by the front window with her prayer candles. Her face was somber and tear-stained.

No matter what anyone said, abuela was steadfast in her belief that Ronnie Ann was in serious danger. Bobby tried to get her to elaborate, but all she would say was that it wasn't the time.

Bobby's phone rang, and he stepped out and took the call, and his beautiful Lori's voice soothed him through the phone.

" Baby, are you there! I have great new, Ronnie Ann is at the house. She showed up about an hour ago".

Suddenly alert Bobby patted his pants pocket and hopped into his truck, he could let everyone else know in a little bit...

His Nini needed him now.
