(The Sleepover)

*Glen Cove, New York*

*Miller Manor*

Two hours passed since Judith's lesson as Anya sat on the floor with Judith, Neville, Megan, and Lisa in fellowship.

"So, Anya. How does it feel to be hanging out with the big leagues? I know you are feeling quite proud" Neville asked Anya in a smug voice while staring into the eyes of the girl.

"Well, it does feel kinda strange since most of our interactions aren't good but if it means something good comes out of this then I guess I shouldn't complain too much" Anya responded. At the same time, this was met with Neville laughing alongside Megan and Lisa as one of the girls began to speak out.

"You should feel honored. It's quite hard to be accepted into Judith's friend group or be invited to the Winter Ball so you should feel happy" Megan spoke out to Anya as she stared into her eyes while Lisa did the same thing.

"She's right. Judith went through the trouble of asking her father so the least you can do is be happy which is how you are feeling right now but still.." Lisa chimed into the conversation while Neville nodded in agreement.

"So, what's the plan for tonight? Are we gonna watch a movie in the theater room or play some games?" Anya spoke out in a curious voice while Judith let out a sneaky smile which made Anya quite suspicious of whatever Judith had planned.

"We're gonna mess with that servant girl that was bothering me and Anya earlier today. We're gonna fill up some water balloons and we're gonna go into town!" Judith answered back while laughing alongside Neville, Megan, and Lisa which made Anya raise an eyebrow.

"Why? That's mean. Maybe we should do something else instead of being mean to others…" Anya spoke back with concern while Judith brushed her comments off by laughing.

"Come on! Don't be such a square! It's always fun when I have some fun with my servant! You don't even need to participate but rather watch if that's what you want" Judith spoke back to Anya while the snickers of Neville could be heard which caused Anya to sigh annoyingly.

"Well, I'm gonna go out and warn her about what you guys are about to do. I can't stand it when you and your little posse bully others. It's plain wrong" Anya spoke back in a stern voice before getting up to leave the room while shutting the door around her which was met with Judith sighing to herself.

"You just don't get it, don't you…" Judith thought to herself before letting out a sneaky smile as she stared at the door.

*Hallway*

Anya walked across the hallway in search of the servant girl so she could warn her about Judith's upcoming prank; however, she had no luck in doing so.

"This place is huge! I wonder where the worker girl went? I hope she isn't sleeping or something. I gotta warn her about the prank" Anya spoke out to herself while continuing to walk across the mansion and she continued to do so until she heard sounds of scrubbing coming from inside of the room which caught her attention.

"She must be in that room. I hope it's her, please let it be her…" Anya spoke out to herself while breathing to herself as she opened the door to see a young girl with short brown hair scrubbing the bathroom floor and there, the girl looked up to see Anya.

"S-Sorry. I s-should have cleaned this area up faster. I didn't expect Madam Judith's friends to arrive rather quickly.." The young servant girl spoke out in nervousness while bowing on her knees which caused Anya to shake her head before speaking back.

"It's okay, I'm not mad at you and me and Judith aren't friends but it's a long story as to why I'm here.." Anya spoke back warmly as she saw the young girl's face change from that of a nervous girl to someone filled with relief as she smiled warmly.

"I see, well, my name is Alice. It's nice to meet you and I don't get how you can stand Judith. She's so mean and unbearable" Alice spoke back to Anya with a smile on her face as she waited for Anya to speak.

"What a wonderful name and I'm Anya. It's a pleasure to meet you as well. I know this is sudden but I gotta warn you about something that has to do with Judith.." Anya spoke back in a polite tone before reverting to a more serious one which made Alice carefully get up with curiosity.

"She's gonna prank me again, isn't she? I'm so tired of Judith bullying me just because I work for her family.." Alice asked Anya with annoyance in her voice as this was met with Anya nodding her head in confirmation.

"I'm afraid so. She and her little group intend to hit you with water balloons so please avoid Judith until she gets bored, okay? I don't want you to get hurt due to her pettiness at all" Anya responded as this made Alice sigh with worry and annoyance.

"Thanks for telling me and I will be avoiding her for the rest of the night but I'm afraid she'll be furious at you for ruining her little plan" Alice spoke back to Anya with concern in her voice as this didn't seem to bother Anya at all since she was already used to seeing Judith hating her.

"I'll be okay and besides, I know Judith has some kindness deep inside of her, She'll let it go but she just gotta learn how to use those tools to navigate through life" Anya spoke back to Alice with a smile on her face while turning around to head towards the bathroom exit.

"You're right. It's just Judith believes that being mean and hateful is how you get around and I truly disagree with that, but, It was nice talking to you, and thank you for warning me about Judith" Alice spoke back to Anya while letting out a warm smile on her face as she saw Anya smiling back.

"Of course, I hope we can meet again someday. I would love to get to know you more" Anya spoke back to Alice for the final time as she slowly opened the door, as soon she opened the door, she was hit with two water balloons thrown by Judith which shocked her greatly.

"J-Judith! What was that for?!" Anya angrily asked Judith while staring down at her wet body which was followed by Judith laughing.

"Oh god! I was gonna hit poor little Alice by surprise but it seems I've gotten you instead which is fine by me!" Judith spoke out to Anya while laughing to herself; however, Anya stood there looking very pissed off.

"T-That wasn't funny. Why would you do such a thing? You even got her hair wet which probably meant a lot to her" Alice spoke out in disappointment while Judith continued to laugh at her misery.

"Anya should have never gone and warned you. The fact that she always helps people makes me sick but consider that a warning if you dare to talk back in the future" Judith spoke back to Alice in a smug tone while looking back at Anya who appeared to look pissed.

"And as for you, this would have been avoided if you allowed me to prank Alice instead of trying to help her but I guess some people must learn the hard way. That's what happened to me" Judith spoke out once more to Anya as she saw the girl looking up at her while taking deep breaths before calmly speaking.

"That wasn't nice of you Judith. I saw how you acted earlier and I know you can be kind. I saw it earlier today so let's start fresh okay? I know you may have been hurt by Emily in the past but please know that you can become a kinder person.." Anya spoke out to Judith while a look of annoyance and disgust could be seen on Judith's face.

"Shut up! You don't know anything about me! You are always trying to help people with your little speeches and whatnot! Leave me alone about Emily! God! I should have never told you about her! Bring that topic up and I'll uninvite you from the ball, okay? And remember, I'm only putting up with your annoying ass so I could please Calvin so don't forget it!" Judith spat back in anger and annoyance before storming back to her room while shutting the door behind her leaving Alice stunned at what she had just seen.

"I-I never seen anyone besides her mother try to talk sense into Judith but I hope she doesn't try to get back at you since she seemed quite angry at you" Alice spoke back to Anya with concern in her voice as she saw her turn around with a smile of relief on her face.

"Don't worry. I'll handle that whenever that time comes but I don't wanna make Judith even angrier than how she already is so, wanna get to know each other more?" Anya asked Alice while drying herself with a towel that was hung up which caused Alice to smile in anticipation.

"Of course! You seem nice so I figured it's in my best interest to get to know you as well" Alice responded with a smile as both girls shared a warm smile.

*Judith's Room*

Judith sat on the couch looking annoyed, which was noticed by Neville, Megan, and Lisa.

"Judith, what happened? Did Anya scold you or something?" Neville asked his cousin as this was met with Judith sighing to herself.

"It's nothing. Anya is just being annoying as usual but I'm also worried that she'll embarrass me in front of Emily.." Judith responded while adding a hint of disgust when saying Emily's name which made Neville's eyebrow raise.

"I see, Cousin Emily can be a pain in the ass at times but don't worry! We'll show her who means business once the Winter Ball approaches!" Neville spoke back to his cousin in a motivated voice while Megan and Lisa nodded in encouragement which made Judith smile in her usual smug way.

"You're right! Just six more days and Emily will be at my feet! Accepting me for the wonderful cousin I am! I don't care about what nonsense Anya has to say to me! I may have shown weakness to her but that still doesn't change the fact that I still intend to ruin Anya's life in any way I could!" Judith spoke back while staring out at the night sky with a smug smile on her face.

"Emily! Anya! I will overcome both of you before the Winter Ball is over, just you losers wait and see!" Judith thought to herself with joy while she continued to stare at the night sky with more motivation to be at the top of things.
