"Hm? What's this thing?"

After Dante had fully recovered from being crushed to death, he was ready to continue on and walked up to the purple glowing rock thing; he asked the Devil Gals, who only shrugged, clearly not knowing what it was, which caused the Devil Hunter to hum, before reaching out, about to grab it, though a familiar-looking wand stopped him from touching it.

"Didn't your mama ever teach you to never touch thing's that wasn't yours?Oh wait~"

The Jester has returned, and let out a loud laugh from his own cruel joke, which earned him having all the guns and blades pointed and pressed against his face, quickly ending his laugh.

"You're not gonna shoot me, are you? If you do, I'll die, you know?~"

The Jester asked nervously, looking at all the annoyed faces and their weapons pointed closer to his own.

"If that's what it will take to shut you up, it bugs the crap out of me when someone talks more than I do."

Dante glowers and scowls, his finger hovering mere inches from pulling the trigger of his gun.

"Also! I'm the funny one here, get your own shtick!"

When Yang claimed to be the funniest one, only the Red Coat Devil supported her, while everyone else gave an expression that said 'Not really...', which made the Blonde feel betrayed and look sad.

"Don't act so rashly, my boy and girl's~"

Jester quickly brought the attention back towards him, clearly not finished speaking.

"I've got a doozy of a story for you, but if you snuff out my voice like that, I won't be able to tell it, now will I?~"

The team DRWBY glared at the clown, seriously debating on whether or not to kill him, but in the end, they put their weapons away, giving him some breathing room.

"I thought I was a goner for sure~"

The Jester lets out a breath of relief, allowed to live for another time.

"If The Story Isn't Funny Enough, You Still Will Be!"

Threatens Ruby, who needs the Ice Queen to hold her back, the Clown smiles as he points his mini staff at the Devil Hunters.

"You saw it too, didn't you? That huge tower jutting out of the ground? That thick shaft that causes women to shudder-HOLLY MOLLY!~"

The Jester was forced to dance when the Devil's Daughter started shooting him with her gun

"I Said Funny! Not Gross!"

Ruby was only stopped when the Team Leader grabbed her gun, lowering it slightly, forcing her to stop and put it away.

"Ugh, it's actually a tunnel, linking the demonic domain to the human world-"

The Jester continued to explain more, but was interrupted again.

"And Vergil is about to open it?..."

Blake couldn't help but guess, as she looked down, clenching her fists, the Satanic Xiao Long pat her shoulder in comfort.

"BINGO, and if you don't hop down there quickly towards the basement control room, he'll open the gate to Hell, and, well, you can imagine how the story will end if he does that~"

The Jester let out a giggle as he saw how concerned or worried most of his teammates looked.

"What does this have to do with this glowing rock?"

Weiss, while thinking this information was important, still didn't understand the purpose of the glowing rock.

"That gizmo there is actually the KEY to move forward~"

The Jester, while explaining, lets out an evil smirk

"But the tricky thing is, even though it'll give you immense power when holding it, it'll also sucks out their souls, leaving them a empty husk if held to long~"

Once the Jester explained how it worked, they all became very tense.

"If that's the case, how are we supposed to bring it with us?"

Dante crosses his arms, clearly does not like hearing about this weapon that could kill them, the Clown's evil smile grows wider, as he then aims his wand at the Shadowy Cat Lady.

"I would recommend giving her the rock, even though she lost a soul, she's still the only one who has enough to spare~"

The Jester's solution surprised the entire group

"What do you mean by that?"

Blake was very confused, and a little worried by what he had just said; no doubt, he didn't understand the hidden meaning behind it.

"The best joke's, are the ones left untold!~"

The team DRWBY quickly noticed that the Jester had disappeared; they all quickly looked and noticed him on a 'S'-shaped pole, laughing and spinning around as he went up towards the hole in the ceiling. They had their weapons on him, but decided to let him go, as he might be useful later, as for right now, they focused on Hellish Belladonna, who walked up to the glowing rock and was about to grab it, though she hesitated.

"Are you sure you want to do this, we could find another way?"

Dante couldn't help but ask worriedly, a feeling shared by others, which did make her rethink it over, but the Cat Ninja shook her head and quickly grabbed it, which suddenly made her fall to her knees and gasp in discomfort; the others wanted to rush over and take away the rock, but stopped when she started speaking.

"This... Is... POWER!"

The last thing they saw after Blake spoke, was complete darkness. Meanwhile, at a random hallway, there were a few demons just standing/walking around, minding their own business, not hurting anyone yet. While they were there doing nothing, they failed to notice a shadowy mass quickly passing through them, which made them pause for a moment in confusion, before slowly falling apart, dead. This shadowy mass that killed those demons was none other than Blake Belladonna, but looked very different. Her Ninja Outfit had become long, wavy, and almost made of shadow, and it nearly covers her entire body, only exposing her legs, which ran beyond speeds unknown. Her arms, which held the stone that gave her this power, and her Hellish Shroud, to which quickly slashed away all the demons that got in her way, also exposed her lower face, which reveals a very gleeful smile, no doubt enjoying this newfound power, the feeling of might, the feeling of control, the feeling of, 'CONTROL AND FREEDOM'. It was enough to make her feel happy beyond belief, and even made her want to find Vergil and show off this new found way of "LIFE". She only stopped when she arrived at a bridge with a dead end. She stood there confused on where to go nexts, though when she did stop, the glowing rocks started to shake and quickly flew out her hand, to which she tried to take back, but was too slow as it then went into the keyhole, activating the bridge, and once the source of power was gone, the Shadow Kitty fell on her hands and knees, started to breathe heavily and feel sick again. All the while, her clothes turned back to normal, and seems to have dropped her entire teammates, who were held inside her shadowy cloak. They all gasps when they realized they were free, and after a moment of recovering on what just happened, they saw a weaken Blake, and quickly rushed towards her, seeing if she was alright. The Demonic Gals showed extreme worry and concern.

"Blake! Blake?! Are you ok?!"

Though Dante sounded the most concerned, clearly showing he cared about her health and didn't want to see her get hurt again because of him.

"... Sorry... I guess my time with my Ex influenced my personality a bit..."

Blake sounded so ashamed of herself, to think she fell into something her ex-husband tried so hard to achieve, it made her want to cry. Her teammates tried to comfort and support her, but they were interrupted by the sound of heavy yet light footsteps. Everyone looked up to see a Blue Demon Horse walking up to them. The Demonic Gals quickly helped Cat Ninja up, while the Red Coat Devil had his Ebony Ivory out, ready to defend his teammates. The Horse didn't stop; instead, he carefully and calmly walked up to them, specifically Blake. He lowered his head, and softly brushed his snout over her stomach, showing off affection and respect. No doubt he witnessed her power, which made him submit. Also, he showed some pity for some reason. Hellish Belladonna was very confused and just awkwardly petted the horse. Once the Big Blue Horse showed off his feelings, he looked at the Devil Hunter, glaring at him, as if warning him about something. Though before anyone could figure out what was going on, the Horse turned into a bright blue light, blinding everyone a bit. As the Horse turned into a soul and infused himself with Dante, there was a moment of silence between everyone.

"... That was the most kind demon I have ever seen..."

I was thinking of giving her the whole '9 lives' ability, but no, to obvious, so she won't have that.

(She can turn her shadow claws, tail and fangs into bladed weapons though, though in her base form its limited~)
