An Amazo that looks like Robert Patrick from Terminator 2 (I promise I'm done making Terminator jokes) showed up to attack Peter and Jean
And Shiro is mysteriously alive and hasn't aged a day since Apocalypse killed him
(To answer your question JDF Legacier Morphicon Shiro aka Sunfire aka Pestilence one of Apocalypses brainwashed horsemen was a recurring minor character now he's back)
That sums things up on with the chapter now
This is part two of probably two or three of Danny and Kittys final battle

After Many Dates Danny and Kitty
Danny felt like he was walking through water he had the worst headache it made hard to focus on anything as he walked through the halls of a strange mansion Danny had never been to
He wasn't sure he was still in Amity Park what happened to Kitty to his kids Danny didn't know what was going on or who was responsible but whoever was responsible was going to pay if they touched a single hair on his families head
Danny stepped through some automatic doors into a room with Cerebro a woman in her twenties with medium length blonde hair wearing a white leather jacket and pants watched him like a predator
What was more important was the person using the Cerebro if Danny could his eyes would have widened his eyebrows would have vanished into his hair seeing who was using the Cerebro
He looked like a younger version of Vlad Danny would guess around the same age as the woman dressed in 18th century clothes the Vlad look a like made eye contact with him and Danny used a power he rarely used
Around him everything faded away into a black void the Vlad look alike appeared across from him "this a surprise I didn't know you could astral project your consciousness onto the psychic plain" he said
"I don't use it too often" Danny admitted "you look like Vlad Masters"
The Vlad look alike face twisted into a hateful sneer that was exactly like the one the old cheesehead used to have "don't mention his name to me" he said his eyes glowed red
"When did he decide to clone himself" Danny asked "you're too young to have been born before he went to jail and he didn't have any living family left you could be from another world but I doubt it you'd go through all this trouble to do a plan on a world that wasn't yours"
"I was a contingency plan the cloning process was programmed to activate when he died" he admitted "my 'donor' was a big fish in a little pond he saw no reason to train or hone his powers not like you did he still had the edge in power and experience but you were were closing the gap according to his date you would have surpassed him by the time you were seventeen eighteen at the most" the clone explained
Danny noticed out of the corner of his eye the woman appeared in the psychic plain standing next to him placing a hand on his shoulder "to ensure I had the edge against you I was placed in a simulation a battle to the death with you I couldn't leave until I passed the simulation and defeated you guess how many times I lost"
"Five maybe ten" Danny supposed figuring it was a good idea to keep his attention on him instead of the professor
"Sixty-one thousand three hundred and ninety-four" he said "after a while the strain of constant battle began to affect my body by the time I was able to win the nerves in my spine were damaged beyond repair"
Around Danny the void of the psychic plain changed becoming a lab Dannys eyes went to floor in front of one of Vlads cloning pods a teenaged boy dressed in Vlad Plasmius's ghost costume was weakly struggling on the floor trying in vain to pull himself across the floor
"Someone please help me" he begged weakly
The parent in Danny hated seeing this and hated Vlad for hurting another innocent person because of a decades old grudge over that stupid lab accident
"To save myself my X-Gene awakened and I sent out a telepathic plea for help that the woman who raised me heard" Danny watched as a blonde woman in a revealing white outfit entered the lab and approached the clone
"She raised me trained me let me choose my own name I chose to name myself Emmet Frost in honor of my mother Emma Frost" the cl- Emmet continued "and later I was inducted into the organization that she had proudly served in I became a member of the Inner Circle"
"I'm sorry" Danny told him sincerely Emmet nodded
"I know you are" Emmet admitted "there are no secrets here in the psychic plain"
Danny looked to the woman in white
"And who're you his sister" Danny supposed
"My name is Britney Bird and I'm his wife" she explained the world around them changed becoming a slab Danny recognized this place instantly it was the Supers memorial in Washington DC dedicated to the heroes who'd been killed by Syndrome
"Do you know the difference between mutants and supers" she asked
"In ancient times groups of mutants lived together in seclusion away from people who would persecute them over the generations the X-Gene mutated peoples powers began to appear earlier and earlier until they appear in late infancy and early childhood it became the S-Gene"
"You're right" the woman said Danny watched Emmet hold her soothingly like she'd done for him Danny watched as she walked over to the memorial running her fingers over the name Blitzerman
"Unlike you however the Sentinels can't tell the difference between the two genes" she said the void of the psychic plain changed becoming a battle Sentinels older models than Danny remembered ever fighting were on a large farm blasting at a red blur the blur spun around the Sentinels herding them together before leaping up breaking through the Sentinels chests
The blur landed slowing down to be a caucasian man with blonde hair in a red flannel shirt and jeans nearby on a porch he saw a woman and a little blonde girl
"Shortly after this Syndromes agent approached my father and I never saw him again" she said "I found out that the people in charge of the Sentinel project Stryker and Bolivar Trask worked with Syndrome they leaked the locations of several Supers in hiding and flushed out several more with their Sentinels"
Danny didn't even have to ask how she found out he saw Britney standing over the body of Stryker in his cell her hand vibrating so fast it wasn't visible to the naked eye 'So that's what happened' Danny thought having thought Strykers had been because of natural causes
Katie had celebrated when she heard the news not that Danny blamed her
"After my fathers disappearance my mother abandoned me" Danny watched a young Britney shivering in an alley something he couldn't bare to look at as a parent
I joined the Inner circle it's where I met Emmet we fell in love I became his queen and he became my king"
Danny let out a heavy breath "I'm sorry what happened to you both was a tragedy but what you're doing won't help anyone especially not yourselves"
"Let me guess mind control take over humanity" Danny asked "you know that won't work someone will break free"
"I agree mind control is too brash what I'm doing is more psychic convincing with my powers humanity will think it was their idea to put mutants in power to let the Inner Circle rule the world"
"All you'll do is set the fight for mutant rights back generations" Danny argued "mutants have legal rights in every state the current president has an alien grandmother hate groups like the Protectors of Humanity are seen as the hateful bigots they are things are going great but all it takes is one attack one villain like this and people will start to see mutants as the bad guys as someone to be feared"
Danny knew from personal experience and his limited by choice experience with politics and the press
"Yes Gwendolyn Leven-Tennyson champion of mutant rights is the current president but she could not get reelected and even if she does she wouldn't be able to run again" Emmet argued "and when a mutant hater sits in the white house that's when the extermination will begin"
Danny figured that would be something that would come up a few years ago Worthington Pharmaceuticals run by Warren Worthington the fourth son of X-Man Warren Worthington the third had released to the public a medical cure that would completely erase powers
Not just mutant any powers Super Metahuman and Inhuman powers all were erased
For all Danny knew it'd work on ghost powers
There'd been protests on both sides Danny one side saying those who took the cure were cowards who wanted to be like the rest of society the other side argued that the cure made their lives better because how dangerous their old abilities had been
Some students at the institute had taken the cure and Katie had admitted that if the cure had been around when she was a teenager she would have taken it honestly there were points where Danny would have too back when he was a kid
"The cure is voluntary no one is talking about extermination" Danny pointed out
"No one ever talks about it they'll just do it and you go on with your lives ignoring the signs all around you and one day when the air is still and the night has fallen they'll come for us" Emmet rebutted
Rising from his chair he walked around Danny "I've seen the truth of humanity their real selves their real thoughts humans are selfish and cruel all it takes will be one thing one thing to break the fragile peace Xaviers X-Men have built they're selfish uncaring and cruel who'll do whatever it takes to serve their own self interests"
Emmet smirked looking Danny in the eye
"Even you the great Danny Phantom aren't better than the rest of humanity you could have destroyed the Fenton portal but you left it open because you liked being the hero everyone thinks Mr. Hyde one of your worst enemies is dead but that's not the truth he's not only alive but you adopted him call him your brother you tell yourself that you don't kill but what about the clones besides Danielle what about the tortures you inflicted on Katie Drake you're not a hero you're just a boy who wanted to play superhero and never stopped"
Emmet laughed punching Danny in the stomach forcing him down onto one knee before he walked towards his seat "it's kind of pathetic actually"
Danny was silent at first before he started to laugh as he stood up "you know for a guy who doesn't want to be like Vlad you borrow a lot from his playbook" Danny said as he stood up "trying to get into peoples head manipulating them to get what you want"
Danny looked between Emmet and Britney "you let the tragedy in your past shape your future and lash out at the world" Danny said before he closed his eyes showing the 'Royal couple' his memories like they'd shown him his
How they saw when he first started 'playing superhero' he'd been beaten turned into a pariah hunted enslaved tortured and watched helpless as his family and friends paid the ultimate price for his mistake
However Danny didn't just show the bad he showed the times he rectified the mistakes he could how when he saw Henry helpless and beat on his couch he'd thought just for a moment of making sure Hyde would never hurt anyone again how easy it'd be to finish him off here and now
But he didn't
Instead he gave Henry a chance and they became brothers
Than there was the clones Danny had felt bad that just like Henry more innocents had paid for Vlads schemes so he talked to Deadpool asking him to use the continuity gem to rewrite their stories to give them happy lives
Only Kitty Henry and Dani knew he'd done that
Once he'd shown them his memories he looked the two "it's easy to lash out and hurt others the high road may be harder to stick to but it's worth it in the end" Danny said looking to Emmet
"You want to be better than Vlad you are" Danny said "you found someone to love you and who clearly loves you back"
Now Danny looked to Britney "what happened to your father was a tragedy but you got your revenge if you two keep going with this plan you'll be just like Striker like Kelly and Trask you'll be the one hurting people because of who they are"
Emmet and Britney looked to each other for a moment it seemed like they might take the chance he was giving them and stop this while they still could Danny watched frowning as Emmets expression hardened he turned away from his wife looking to his wife
"You're a lot more like Vlad than you think you are" Emmet said coldly before Danny was overwhelmed by a powerful psychic wave that forced Danny out of the psychic plain back to being a prisoner in his own body
And this is where the chapter ends folks an evil monologue from a clone of Vlad and his wife
Yeah I bet none of you saw that coming
I also came up with a 'origin' for Supers that they were descended from mutants having kids over generations with with other mutants the X-gene mutating so that kids got their powers younger and younger
Something that is already starting to happen with Bobby and Katies kids who in the original story had their powers and were training in the danger room when they were little kids
