Neb: I do not own Beyblade, Beyblade Burst, or any other titles of Beyblade. This is a story about my OC Sin Venger. The brackets are set, refer to the last chapter if you wish to see who faces who, otherwise we will begin with the second rounds of each match. Only the winner can challenge Aiger Akabane, but who will it be? I hope you all enjoy and continue to enjoy this beyblade story.
Domori and Lui's flashback
Domori Venger was in his first ever local tournament with his Quality Drake. Some of the faces he recognized among the bladers who went up against him. Still none of the bladers he faced were a match for his team or himself. "This is boring," Domori commented as he laid back on a bench.
"You can say that again," Wasuke laughed. "We're up against a bunch of children!"
"But Wasuke, aren't we children?", Noza pointed out as he munched on a bag of pretzels. "Besides, some of them managed to take out the twins and Kudo."
"Yeah guys, don't be disrespectful," Facia agreed. "And quit eating so much, your going to get a stomach ache!"
"There she goes nagging again," Domori sighed.
"Oh, is your lazy butt talking?", Facia growled. "You guys need to prepare for the upcoming challenges!"
"It's not like any of them are going to beat us," Wasuke grinned. "My Wyrm will annihilate them!"
"Plus Domori and my defense types have yet to be even moved from the center in this tournament," Noza explained. "My Grilla is too heavy for them and his Drake keeps deflecting them."
"I regret throwing a rotation ring on it," Domori whined. "At least before, Quality Drake was getting knocked around and I'd get to use my Rotation Counter. Now both the forge disk and the energy layer has the rotation gimmick."
"Who complains about winning?", Facia yelled.
"That I agree with Facia on," Wasuke admitted. "We need to get you to gloat more Domori. What happened to the blade dork who always changed his parts out we use to know?"
"He put too many good parts in his beyblade," Domori commented. "That's what happened to him."
"Again, complaining about winning. Besides, your next opponent knocked my Fay out of the ring twice," Facia pointed out. "He's no joke."
Domori heard his name get called up and then sighed. "Whatever, it'll be the same as ever." He slowly crawled out of the bench and got ready for his next match. Some of his opponents he faced were saying stuff like 'he better not lose or I'll look bad', but they already look bad. These same morons use to face Domori for fun, but they hadn't even tried to get stronger.

Let it rip!
Domori's launch wasn't the most enthusiastic, but he still did make it to the center before his opponent could. "Now Quality Defense," Domori called out. With his beyblade active in the center of the ring, there was nothing his opponent could... Domori's eyes widened as he saw his Quality Drake leave the arena.
"I told you," Facia yelled from the bench, "the same thing happened to me!"
"Are you seriously half asleep right now?", Domori's opponent growled. "I was hoping based on your score, you'd entertain me, but if this is all your capable of, then I'm done here." What he didn't expect was to see Domori's expression change from his bored look into a wide menacing grin. "Well that's an interesting look at least."
"I'm sorry for not taking you seriously," Domori apologized. "All my opponents until now couldn't even move my Quality Drake." Domori changed his stance where he was using his left hand to launch. "The name is Domori Venger, and now I will destroy you!"
"Lui Shirosagi," the boy grinned back as his blue hair begun to move like fire. "And you won't, but your welcome to try. At least entertain me!"

Let it rip!
Lui was the one to be shocked now as Domori knelt down in a fast motion and launched his Quality Drake an inch away from the arena. Both blades collided with each other over and over.
"Left spinning huh," Domori spoke up. "Well that's new at least."
"It's actually tough to land a solid strike with those rings around your beyblade," Lui admitted. "But it ends here!" His blade went for a low sweep, in most instances would wreck his opponents beyblades, however...
"Down Draft," Domori called out. It was like Quality Drake created a pressure of air shooting downwards causing Lui's beyblade to push against the arena causing it to run out of stamina. "I finally got to use that move," Domori grinned. "Round three!"
"That was a lucky hit," Lui grinned. "Now I will destroy you!"
The next round Lui's Longinus was knocking Quality Drake all over the arena with ease. Domori's defenses and counters were barely keeping his blade spinning.
"What is this?", Domori questioned. Before his blade could burst, it started to rain causing Quality Drake to run out of stamina instead.
"No point," the ref called out. "Weather condition interference, we will continue shortly."
Lui begun to laugh before heading out of the rain. "I suppose you really are lucky, the rain only prolonged your suffering!"
End of Flashback
Domori and Lui headed towards the arena. Domori though excited was cautious, he wore a calm expression while his eyes remained on Lui.
Lui however remained as confidant as ever. His hair blazed like blue fire as he gave his toothy grin. "It's about time! No more interference, no more excuses, it'll be the battle I've waited for!" Lui continued to monologue as Domori stood back and let him say his piece. "I have to say Domori, out of all my opponents you at least had it in you to keep me entertained. Even when you hurt yourself, you managed to find a couple of morons to run against me as test dummies. Now look at you, you traded up your defense type for an attack type dragon bey. Should I feel honored?"
"He's talking about us, isn't he?", Crystal responded as he eyebrow twitched.
"Yeah," Komoto nodded. "Hopefully Domori wipes that smug look off his face."
"I was inspired by you and Valt to build my Draconids," Domori admitted. "Quality Drake needed to be phased out a long time ago, and it was thanks to you that I finally saw that. It was a good beyblade, but I needed a change in order to fall in love with the game again." Domori held out Mighty Draconids now and grinned. "Do you remember laughing at me the first time we fought? Our match wasn't even over and you already declared yourself the victor."
Lui let out another laugh as he pulled out Bloody Longinus. "Did that bother you?", Lui questioned. "I thought you came to the same conclusion as me. We both know you wouldn't have won that fight, you used every skill you put in that beyblade, awakened it, and you were still getting knocked around. To make matters even funnier, you taught your best launches to a body builder and an Ice Skater and had them fight me in your stead. You said they were just as skilled as you and were mirror images of yourself. Not only was that already admitting defeat, but I beat them over and over again. Admit that you didn't stand a chance!"
Domori smiled as he got into a left handed launch stance.
Lui went into his nightmare launch. "Fine then, time to crush that light in you once and for all!"
There was no light shinning in Domori, only the aura of darkness surrounded him. "I still feel it you know," Domori spoke up. "The shivers from being locked in that fridge, the pain in my knuckles from banging on the door. That moment killed the old Domori, and replaced him with me."
Lui's grin turned into a frown slightly as he stared at Domori. "Fine, if I have to beat the old Domori out of you, then so be it. By the end of today I will have the match that was rightfully mine. That Wasuke stole from me."

"Let it rip," they both yelled.
Domori added a little spin to his left handed launch, while Lui's right arm moved so fast, it looked like their were multiple copies.
Both beyblades hit the arena and clashed with each other.
The springs within Draconids's spikes did exactly as plan and absorbed damage while sending it back at Longinus.
"I need more," Lui yelled. "Dragon Scream!" Longinus begun to glow as it crashed straight through Draconids sending it flying back into the arena wall. "Keep going!" Longinus continued to crash against Draconids over and over constantly sending it into the wall.
"Is he planning on breaking Draconids?", Komoto wondered.
"Lui's not holding back," Sin figured.
"Your pushing me into awakening," Domori figured. "You really want to see Draconids go all out."
"Of course I do," Lui laughed. "It's been so long since I've been entertained, show the blade you designed to defeat mine!"
"Mighty Repulse," Domori called out. An image of the blue dragon with a crystal sword emerged from Domori's mind as he called out that move.
"Hit him with another Dragon Scream," Lui yelled.
Images of Draconids and Longinus's avatars were battling each other within the minds of all the bladers who watched.
"Intense," Valt pointed out. "Come on Domori, give it your all!"
"Lui," Domori grinned. "You've pushed Draconids into his favorite part of the arena!" As Draconids kept hitting the wall, the springs within it's spikes continued to absorb the damage it was receiving, but not just that, the beyblade was speeding up as it was pushed back and forth between Longinus and the arena wall. "Go Draconids! Mighty Bullet!" With that Draconids shot off of the wall and now forced Longinus back sending it across the arena.
"I'm not done," Lui yelled. His own blade bounced off a wall and started flying. "Brutal Squall!"
"You won't laugh at me anymore!", Domori roared. "Mighty Uproar!"
Both blades clashed once more with Draconids on the ground aiming up and Longinus in the air aiming down. Shockwaves could be felt across the arena as Domori and Lui's resonance went on a rampage.
Behind the dark aura that surrounded Domori, their was a golden hue flowing within him.
"There it is," Lui grinned. "The Domori I've been waiting to crush! I saw that light once before!" Lui remembered when Domori's Quality Drake was in a similar situation all those years ago. When Lui's Longinus was crashing into it left and right giving it no time to recover. During that time Domori was beginning to reveal his resonance. "Finish this!" Lui's eyes widened with shock as he saw his Longinus fly through the air and burst in front of himself. He turned to Domori and saw the light fade away.
The crowd was speechless. Not only was Shu defeated by a newcomer to the competitive scene, but so was Lui.
Domori grinned as he picked up his Mighty Draconids. He turned around now satisfied with his long awaited battle. Then he heard laughing.
Lui continued to laugh as he picked up Longinus. "Well done Domori, this was what I was hoping to see. But don't worry, our rivalry isn't done yet. In the new generation of beyblade, Longinus and I will crush you."
"Lui," Domori spoke up. "I look forward to our next match. Draconids and I won't lose."
The two of them headed away from the arena.
"Your brother is a monster," Zac commented as he sat behind Sin. "Are you sure you can beat him?"
Sin stared down at Domori unsure how to respond to what she witnessed. She knew her brother was strong, but this was something else. When he went to Spain, did he master resonance? She watched him head over to Valt who congratulated him.
"I suppose we are up next," Hyde grinned at Sin. "I hope your ready to face Hades!"
