A/N: EDIT: Made a mispost in Fragments of Arcane, sorry about that!
Wanted to update something else, but Elden Ring got in the way.
I WANT to update Rise of a Beast Hero, Elden Ring, RWBY, Fate, and Mass Effect, but they needs time, to say nothing of other projects.
Should have something for you all but Wednesday/Thursday.
As ever, the Embers rule Remains; sad as that may sound, its the truth. If folks don't like this story...well, it won't be continued. I haven't the time to write something folks don't like. Two jobs keep me terribly busy as such that I have barely any time to write. I've got so many people spamming requests; its making my head spin.
As ever, I own no quotes, references, themes or memes.
Not a wit or a one! There we go. Hope you enjoy!
This be a tease for...Battlemaster of Beacon.
A POTENTIAL tease, being the main word.
Might modify it a bit here an' there.
"I'm still sober if I can stand, Oz."
Can, you though?"

Drink Up Me Hearties
"Naruto, no."
A muffled groan pierced the bar.
Someine's head kissed the counter anew. "Naruto, yes. Go away...
As amusing as that -and the subsequent pictures- might be, Ozpin knew better; if only because he knew the blond would prank him into unholy oblivion once he sobered up come morning. Naruto was a good soul, one of the very best, but he had a vindictive streak a mile long. Even down an arm and a leg, he was no less a prankster after all these years. When roused, his wrath was nothing short of legendary.
Port was still scrubbing the orange stains out of his classroom
Oobleck wouldn't touch coffee after last week's incident.
To say nothing of Glynda...
Honestly, there were times he regretted "hiring" him in the first place. For all his gifts and skills -really, anyone who could empower others with chakra was a boon in and of itself- but for all that, he was still a mortal man. He had his limits. Limits he often hit during this time of year. He supposed he should count him lucky. If Qrow were here, they would've burned down the bar by now.
And so he pulled up a stool. "What happened this time?"
"Everything! Teachin' kids is haaaard!" He groaned into the wood. "How do you handle it?! They're little hellions! Don't get me started on Team RWBY." his head smacked the desk again. "If its not the damned White Fang runaway, its the blasted heiress, or Tai's kids! I know Summer and Raven raised 'em better than that!"
They really hadn't. If anything their mothers had been just as wild in their heyday-Nope. Not going there. They'd skin him alive.
He chose another avenue of attack instead. "This from the man with two children of his own?"
"Oi!" Naruto's head snapped up. "Malenia and Melina are darling girls, and I won't have you say otherwise."
"I can't help but notice you failed to mention the rest."
...and their teammates?"
"Eh," he waffled a hand. "Ranni's a bit of a tsundere. Still a daddy's girl and the end of the day though and she works well enough with Nepheli. How was I to know those four would wind up on a team?" he barreled on bullishly before Ozpin had a chance to interject. "Still don't know how you came up with their team name, its a mess...
"Call it the wisdom of old age. I should ask how you and Jinn even managed to have a child. Isn't she incorporeal?
Naruto knocked back a bottle. "Who said she's Jinn's kid?"
Stubborn blond. "Naruto, she's blue."
"Hrrmph. You're distracting me." another drink came and went. "My question stands. Kids. Handle them. How. How many times do I have to pound these lessons into their skulls?!"
"Prodigous amounts of paperwork, and when that fails, I throw Glynda at them."
"Tried that. Didn't work. They pretended to be sorry and snuck off the moment my back was turned.
"Have you considered siccing Cinder on them? That would put the fear of Gods in them...
Naruto held up a finger. Opened his mouth. Closed it again.
"Fair." he allowed at last. "Why didn't I think of that...?
A/N: Aaaaand there we go.
Again! This is a teaser. It might go somewhere. It might not. That depends entirely on you.
As ever, the Embers rule Remains. If folks don't like this story...well, it won't be continued. Strange as it might sound, live for reviews and feedback; without them, I simply can't write a single word. So by all means! Speak up! Really, that's no joke. Your feedback is the reason this story continues. Ever bit helps. It keeps me going in these crazy times. So by all means! Speak up! No review is too short or too small!
