The year is 10,582 EP (Era of Prosperity) and the Age of Calamity that we have come to know has fallen into myths and legends for the most part. But in recent times scientific research discovered another fundamental force some call it magic, mana, or ether because of how much it shapes the world around it, this was in part caused by the study of a long-lost and since-rediscovered relic known as "Terminus". And it is estimated that many object of great power such as the Terminus may still be out there...

After learning how to imbue magic into objects the Soul-Driven Headphones were remade. However, it only has two settings, with no more remnants of the existence of the bosses of yore the other settings remain locked.

Today we'll be keeping an eye on the home of a Christian family, and while their family is aware of the origins of their family heirloom they're ashamed by it's existence, burning it has been tried many times but meer fire will not destroy the magical robes of the Witch Unrivaled. And while I said they're ashamed of their connection tot he heirloom, one if them, the youngest child in the family, of only 12 years, isn't ashamed, she looks up to that ancestor as a beacon of power and strength, as she was said to be capable of holding her own against the gods of old. After all she isn't in the best situation with her family...

It was another little mistake, and it had scared her, she always has been afraid of making even the tiniest of mistakes... She knew very well it was coming ever since, and now that the abuse is over she doesn't want to keep going, but she has no way to escape, not even through death or so she thinks... She is in so much pain, all from her father, in that drunken rage any small slip-up would send him off the rails and he'd become angry at everything. She has always looked up to her ancestor, the one who wielded the family heirloom, the crimson robes in her room, said to wield the power of brimstone and hellfire to destroy all of her enemies. So as she stumbles to her feet barely able to walk from all the pain in her body, and she dons the robes that haven't been worn in countless generations hoping to get some comfort from her distant ancestor she gets more than she bargained for.

The moment she put them on, power that she never could've imagined coursed through her, she levitated off the floor and as if she were moving without being conscious of it the robes took matters into it's own hands... She floated downstairs with the hood still on and in moments her father goes up in hellfire as if her desire to make her father pay for the suffering she had been given by the man who was supposed to love her was finally being realized, but as the fire began to spread, and she realized what he'd been done. And as her mother yelled at her streaming in horror and anger at the loss of her husband and calling her a demon for using such cursed magic... The little girl just wished to be able to leave, to go somewhere else, and with that she seemed to vanish, the robes' magic casting her back to the era from which they originate back when her current location was just outside a small village where her ancestor lived. As everyone comes out to the sounds of fire crackling around her but not spreading anywhere Calamitas herself is the only one able to resist the hellfire that surrounds and protects the girl.

The little girl introduces herself as "Disaster" a pseudonym she made as a reference back to the name Calamitas, she used to smile and imagine herself donning the robes to use the magic to help others, but so far she is just scared of what she is capable of with this level of power. Calamitas is willing to call her by this name even though she is certain it's not her true name.

By this point a lot has changed the Tyrant has fallen, the Gods are dead or dying and the hero has settled down beside his beloved witch. She realizes that this could be a good learning experience if they ever decide to have kids. As they'd have similar magical power to the both of them, just like this girl. So they take her in, and a new tale has begun.
