Author's Note: This story is loosely based on the concept of Chapter 20: Fujoshi Bait from Iwasbored's story Trapped on the Drawing Board. I liked the concept of Julius trying to replace himself as the Crown Prince. I have literally no idea how this is gonna play out in terms of updates but after this prologue. For anyone who hasn't read any of my other works I generally tend to write short early chapters and then they get longer as the story goes on so please don't take the shortness of the prologue as an indication of Chapter length.
Third person pov
" You will do perfectly." Crown prince Julius Rapha Holfort said as he looked at a folder.
! Knock knock!
" What is it? " The Prince said annoyed at the interruption.
" Your Highness it's time for our lessons." The voice of the prince's fiance coupled with the idea being forced to attend more lessons irritated the prince.
" Very well." Prince Julius said as he place the folder on his desk and started walking towards the door. Opening it he was greeted by his smiling betrothed Angelica Rapha Redgrave.
As they walked off towards the palace library for their lessons the princes mind was on the folder containing all the information on his chosen replacement. Leon Fou Bartfort a soon to be promoted Baron who had accomplished the impossible as an adventurer finding a would make a perfect replacement once he was convinced to take up the role.
