Vassal Katana, was made by a grand Katana Spirit. A rare Quirk, one of a kind, it allows Raphtalia to summon a Vassal Weapon, aka a Vassal Katana; it was so rare that only eight Vassal Weapons existed and could go eons before one would be gifted for one. It was where the Quirk chose the person and not the other way around. There's no way a person can plan it, and it was even rumored that the original holder of each of the Vassal Weapons still lives to this day.

Ryuko can talk to Senketsu, and in turn, he can speak to her.

Class Rules;

1) Any class member can challenge the other to a duel.

2) The Duel is decided by the one getting challenged. It doesn't need to be a battle; a fight is the only way to rank up.

3) If Duel is won, the winner can demand the loser do anything they please except for death. (Ties mean no winner) If it's not a fight, then one cannot rank up.

4) Rankings are from Strongest to Weakest. With the strongest being the highest. Seat Number 1, with the weakest being Seat Number 20.

5) The Top Ten Students in Class 1-S are allowed to act as real Pro-Heroes.

6) Eleven through Fifteen can act like Sidekicks.

7) Sixteen through 20 act like standard UA Students. They can go on missions, but only with two students from 11 — 15 or one from 1 — 10.

8) Missions are chosen by Students 1— 10, by requests made by the Hero Association or Pro Heroes. 11 — 15 has been asked for.

8.5) Or Eleven through fifteen can join a higher student.

9) Seats and Dorm room numbers are the same.

10) Each Time Izuku climbs and defeats a classmate. That's when she'll be added to the harem, smut right after the fight.

11) Izuku will not have sex with any villain—only girls in Class 1-S.

12) The two students must report to their Classroom Teacher to issue a duel.

13) If any of the rules are broken, the classroom teacher will decide the punishment.

So, let's talk about Starfire. When I was planning and writing down the arcs, I was not too fond of her placement. And I would move her after Sakura Kinomoto and before Ruby Rose. But the arcs were already planned, so I began thinking about our dear Racoon Loli, Raphtalia. She would be a better fix and could tie into the same arc as Saber.

Looking at this, there seem to be more flat-chested girls than busty girls... Oh, well. Who cares?
