"When my Genjutsu is finished, you will be too. After I make you tell me where the Rinnegan is." Tobi said coldly as he continued choking Konan.

Konan looked up at the rainbow in the beautiful sunny sky. 'Yahiko..Nagato..I'm sorry but this is it for me.' She thought saddened and regretfully. She thought she calculated it perfectly, but unfortunately Madara was even more stronger than she originally believed.

Her eyes started to close as the life faded from them.

"Know your life was meaningless and you died a failu-"

"I'll take that."

Tobi erupted in a loud roar of pain as his Mangekyo Sharingan eye was ripped out of its socket. He released Konan and grabbed the open wound.

Konan erupted in coarse coughs as she grabbed her sore throat.

Tobi looked with surprise and shock at the newcomer.

"Sasuke?! What are you d-" Tobi was interrupted again by the Kunai in his other Sharingan eye making him scream in pain.

"Planetary Devastation." The cold and absolute voice of Sasuke was heard.

Large pieces of Earth rocks, boulders, and debris erupted from the water and started to press into Obito as he was lifted simultaneously.

Tobi couldn't even let out another sound as his body was then set ablaze by the black flames of the Amaterasu.

Sasuke closed his fist and that was the last time the Elemental Nations seen the face of Tobi.

"Good riddance." Sasuke said with a pleased smirk. He then looked down at Konan who looked up at him with a surprised expression. He walked to her. "Is it alright if I heal you?" He asked, wanting her consent.

"Sasuke..Uchiha what are you doing here?" Konan asked curiously and surprised. He was not even the last person she would've expected to be here.

Sasuke decided to heal her on his own. He placed a hand gently on her shoulder.

Green medical Chakra encompassed her entire body.

"I'm here to make things right." Sasuke said as he continued healing her.

Konan could tell there were more things under the surface than what the phrase insinuated. "Is that why you took Madara Uchiha's eye and replaced it with yours?" she asked accusingly.

The new Mangekyo Sharingan could indeed be seen in Sasuke's right eye. It healed fast and quite nicely thanks to the Hashirama cells. He deactivated it and it changed to the regular Onyx black.

Sasuke finished healing her and held his hand out to her. "Yes, just a small part of a big plan and don't worry, I'm one of the good guys now." Sasuke replied.

Konan took his hand and he easily lifted her up. "Thank you..what do you plan on doing now?" Konan asked Sasuke curiously.

"..going to the Hidden Leaf Village. You should come with me." Sasuke suggested as he looked at her.

"And why is that? And who's going to take over Amegakure if I do decide to leave?" An inquisitive Konan asked. She wanted to know what Sasuke was planning.

Sasuke made a sign. A Shadow Clone appeared beside him and it used a transformation jutsu to transform into Konan. He nodded to the clone and it nodded back and teleported.

"That answers your second question and the first is because I could use your help." Sasuke responded.

Konan looked down contemplative. "How do I know I can trust you and what if some of the Leaf Villagers recognize me? I did kill a few before Nagato revived them." She said.

Sasuke could hear a bit of guilt and regret in her tone. " You will just have to find out. It's your choice, I'm not forcing you. If you do decide to come we will have to..manage your appearance." Sasuke said as he looked at the Akatsuki cloak.

Konan continued to think. Her village will be taken care of, so she didn't have to worry about that. It's not like she had anything to lose. She could tell that Sasuke was being honest and genuine about his intentions. He needed her help for something good. She knew Yahiko or Nagato would accept, so she would too.

Konan looked back up at Sasuke and nodded. "I want to come." She said honestly.

Sasuke nodded back. "Good. Now let's go change your appearance."

-Cutscene-

"So..how do I look?" Konan twirled as she had an expectant expression on her face.

She basically took off her Akatsuki cloak. She wore a revealing navy blue robe, with a large hemline on the front, and exposed her arms, her back, the lateral part of her breast and her belly, with her navel being surrounded by four more piercings. She also wore a pair of blue pants that also functioned as her shoes, with white high heels.

Sasuke gave her a once over.

"You look good." He replied honestly. She really did. He was surprised he never talked to her before. Wait that's right she was killed.

Konan had a small tint of red on her face as she smiled. "Thank you..are you ready to leave now?" She asked.

Sasuke nodded. "Let's make haste. I want arrive there as soon as possible." He said and then he started to lead the way. Konan followed.
