"Cell, I want you to continue observing the MLA from a distance." Izuku instructed over the comms as Tsutsumi just watched. "But why? Aren't we in an alliance now? Besides, why me? don't we have a thousand different machines to spy on them for us?" Cell retorted through the comms. "Twenty seven, but that's besides the point. The League is going to make their move soon and I'd rather have you ready to interfere should things go wrong." Izuku explained. "Wrong as in?" Cell inquired. "As in All For One going crazy and stealing as many MLA quirks as he can get his hands on." Izuku responded. "Ah... Well then, I want something?" Cell requested. "What do you want Cell?" Izuku asked with a sigh. "A credit card, a proper one. All those credit cards we collected have been cancelled and I only have so much change left." Cell stated. Tsutsumi just watched as Izuku ran a hand over the bridge of his nose.

"Alright, I'll have one made for you, from a swiss bank account that All For One paid me with." he muttered the second part under his breath. Tsutsumi just gave him an incredulous look as he leaned back in his chair. "Thank you, I'll send you a message should things change on my end." Cell responded before ending the call. Izuku ran a hand along his keyboard and send a small command to the labs before he turned back to Tsutsumi.

"Now that that is done, we have something major to undertake." Izuku stated. "Major?" Tsutsumi inquired. "Yes, let me show you." Izuku said before the room darkened and a hologram lit up from a projector in the ceiling. "Shockwave located one of the most vital labs, the Serenity, but there's a problem." Izuku said as the hologram showed the planet earth. Tsutsumi took a second to scan through the collections of junk and ancient space stations before her eyes landed on something important. A structure, trapped between the orbit of the earth and the moon, alone and highlighted.

"Its in space?" Tsutsumi proclaimed. "Exactly, and according to Shockwave's calculations we have less than a month to prepare for launch." Izuku said. "How long, how long did it take the old world to create it?" Tsutsumi asked. "Twenty years, now it rests trapped between the orbit of the planet and its moon. If we miss then it will take over a year before we can try again." Izuku said. "Over a year, and considering the situation nowadays." Tsutsumi concluded. "Its now or never, I'm going to be buried in this project for the entire time. I have to new A.I. working on this as well, but it will take time." Izuku instructed.

"What do you want me to do, I'm not exactly an engineer or an astronaut?" Tsutsumi asked. "Nothing of the sort, we can't retrieve the Serenity lab at our current level, even if we spend a whole year constructing the most advanced rocket with the majority of our available resources. It will be one way, all we can do is send a group of drones out there and lock an A.I. into the computer to get what information we can from it." Izuku explained. "What I want you to do, is to... keep an eye on the actions of the H.P.S.C. You know more about their inner workings than I do, so you'll catch something that I'd miss while checking up on them." Izuku instructed. "That's all?" Tsutsumi inquired. "Yes, though I will warn you that parts of the lab are going to be retrofitted for the launch. So you may want a pair of ear plugs or something similar." Izuku warned. "Thank you for the heads up, if you need me I'll be in the training room." Tsutsumi said before leaving the room.

Izuku just gave a small smile and a nod before turning back to his work. The hologram in the room changed, now showing the blueprint for the rocket. Izuku huffed before pulling out files of the old space craft that the world had. Comparing his current design to them. "Fuel, that is going to be the most vital component. I need a massive primary rocket to launch the ship out of orbit, and a source of fuel that can safely burn out." Izuku rambled as he began modifying the blue print on the computer.

"What's the chance of debris retrieval?" he asked aloud. "Low, difficult to calculate the landing areas of debris." one of his new A.I.s spoke up. "Understood, I can't just use the a fusion reactor, much less a fission based one. Looks like we'll be going old fashioned with it." Izuku rambled as he send a command to the facility. "We need to think bigger, have as many R and Ds as we can start setting up the launch area. We need a whole silo built into the facility, one lined with heat resistant materials." Izuku instructed.

He looked back, double checking the blue prints before looking at his computer. There was a lot of work ahead of him.

Cell huffed as he wandered around Deika City. There was little for him to do except look around. He didn't have enough money for the pricier restaurants, nor did he have any interests in the more civilian entertainment that the city provided.

It was all so boring for him.

He had no one to fight, nothing to eat, and he wasn't allowed to kill people right now. His master gave express orders, and he wasn't going to go against them.

People gave him a wide birth as he dug both hands into the pockets of his obnoxiously large coat. His oversized hat drooped down, earning a scowl as he pushed the brim back up. He knew that people were staring at him, not that he cared.

"Sir, could you please come with us?" he heard someone ask. Cell turned, looking down at a pair of uniformed police officers. "What for, I haven't caused any trouble?" Cell retorted. "With the rise of villain attacks we have the right to investigate any suspicious personnel, now sir, please come with us?" one of the officers said as the other pulled out a set of cuffs. Cell rolled his eyes; 'Master better hurry up with that credit card. If I have to endure these idiots any longer then I'm killing them.' he thought while following after the officers.

The officers slapped the cuffs on his wrists before directing him into a car just a few feet away. The bystanders just watched with relief as the door was shut. Cell huffed as the two cops shuffled into the car and started driving. Cell glanced out before bringing a hand up to rest his cheek on. A faint snapping sound was heard as the cuffs broke from the simple gesture.

The two cops didn't even look back, though they groaned at the sound. "Listen sir, we're you the one who sent the message too Re Destro?" One of the officers inquired. "Re Destro, who's that?" Cell retorted. The cop not driving responded by bringing his phone up, revealing a picture of Cell in his disguise standing across from Re Destro. "When we were informed of such a meeting, you managed to get within arms reach of him, yet you did nothing." The second cop said. "What makes you think that's me? It could be any random joe in a hat and coat?" Cell snided. "Few people are as tall as yourself, not to mention the fact that you are wearing those same coat and hat as the figure in the photo." The second cop countered.

Cell glared at them, crossing his arms before leaning back into his seat. "Worry not, he simply wants to talk to you. most likely over dinner." The first cop commented and Cell relaxed. "Dinner you say, well count me in then." He said as the cops exchanged a small glance at one another. "Just like that?" The second one commented. "Neither of you know how long it's been since I've eaten, I want to enjoy a good meal." Cell retorted as he sent a small message to home base.

Destro found me, currently wishes to have a meeting. Will send play by play.

Tsutsumi rubbed her shoulder as she exited the shower connected to the training room. A slight huff left her as she got dressed and turned to head out to the rest of the facility.

She never had such commodities in Tartarus. No hot water, no proper food, nothing but restraints that atrophied the muscles in her arms.

Now here she is, living in an underground facility that provided what she needs. Advanced water filtration and heaters that let her take as long a shower as possible. Food stores that could last for months if it wasn't for the gluttonous creation known as Cell. Medical tech and training facilities that helped her recover in record time.

All of it on the payroll of a slightly evil boy with ambitions and a chip on his shoulder.

It was a wonder all things considered, how life can change in such ways.

Cell sighed as he half listened as Re Destro chatted amongst a group of yes men. The super villain in hiding was currently dealing with a business merger connected to his civilian persona, something he was rather familiar with due to the past actions of his master. All Cell could do was stand on the side as the two officers, different ones rather than the pair that had brought him here, tried to put another set of cuffs on him.

"You know that they'll just break again, right?" Cell chided while looking down at the men. "Shut it, these have to work, they're the strongest cuffs we have." One of the officers remarked. Cell waited for a second before the cuffs clicked, then he pulled his hands apart and the cuffs snapped in half. The officers just growled in frustration before Re Destro approached them.

"At ease, men." he said as the two officers nodded and stepped away. "So, you're the one under the coat, I can see why such a thing was necessary." Re Destro commented. "Wow, for a guy who's all about equality that was fairly racist." Cell retorted. "Not like that my friend, I can see that you have nothing on underneath." Re Destro responded while gesturing with a wave of his hand. "Well, clothes don't fit. Now someone mentioned something about a talk with you over dinner. I am more than willing to partake in such a thing." Cell said as he looked down at Re Destro.

"Ah yes, the best way to have a casual conversation is over food after all." Re Destro said. "Let's see if you have the funds to keep up with my appetite though?" Cell quipped. "Ah ha, a sense of humor," Re Destro chuckled for a second before checking his watch. "I have a reservation at six pm, would you like to take a ride with me before then?" Re Destro inquired. "What, we talking a limousine?" Cell inquired. "One with a mini fridge." Re Destro answered.

Cell followed Re Destro as they walked towards the street, to where a large limousine was parked and waiting for them. The door opened on it's own as Re Destro stepped in first, Cell following after him.

Within the bowels of the facility construction was rife. R and Ds were craving out a massive silo in a part of the lab as heavier machines moved large quantities of materials into an assembly bay.

All this activity, and no one to notice as the line of pods filled with the jnrs began to stir. Until one of them opened their eyes and punched their way out.
