-Hogwarts, Dec. 25-
Alex nervously adjusted his dress robes as he and his brother were waiting for their dates. While Draco was helping Ron fix up his outdated dress robes that his mother send…with a little help from Sirius, Lily and Alina.
"Will you just relax?!" Harry snapped then frowned with his hands on his hips, "I don't know why you're getting so worked up for. It's just a freaking dance."
Alex pouted, "It's not just a bloody dance for me…I know for a fact that there will be reporters hiding in the crowd, knowing that the Boy-Who-Lived will be taking part of the opening dance – and I know that Skeeter witch will have a field day if I do something embarrassing!"
Dan placed his elbow on Alex's shoulder, "Then it's a good thing that Professor Snape and your mom helped you to dance."
Alex sighed in relief, "Yea, good point."
"At least your uncle knows a thing or two of the waltz," said Shun, eyes closed.
Harry laughed, "Uncle Siri may not be good with girl advice, but he's a damn good dancer. He taught Draco and I a few years back…I lost count how many times I stepped on his feet."
The boys laughed, wishing they could have seen it. That's when they heard a cough and they all turned around for their mouths to drop.
Sora was wearing a cocktail long dress. It has a crisscross back on shoulder, diamonds on the single strap, and on the left side of the waist, and dark on the top and dark blue to the bottom.
Roxanne was wearing the same dress; however, the dress was dark on the top and red to the bottom instead.
Sally was wearing a gradient dress. It has a flower and vines design on the top made of diamonds, sleeveless, dark on the top and different light colors on the bottom.
Lizze was wearing a pink multi strapless embellished a line gown. It was a floral embroidered bodice with floor length A-line skirt, high slit, sweeping train, strapless sweetheart neckline, sheer corset bodice with boning.
Vienna was wearing a long blue spaghetti straps lace and appliques sweetheart flowers.
Diana was wearing an A-teal glitter tulle dress, beaded lace V-neck, and it was backless long.
Hermione was wearing a pink ruffled V-neck evening dress.
Ginny was wearing a simple multi light color, strapless dress.
Mira, who was Dan's girlfriend and had come to visit, was wearing a sleeveless, brownish yellow dress. It has a mini on the front and long on the back.
Alex would have continued staring in awe if Harry hadn't smacked him on the head. The auburn teen glared a bit at his brother before walking over to Ginny.
"You look great, Gin," said Alex, blushing.
Ginny giggled, "Why thank you. You look handsome yourself."
Lizzie laughed, "You boys can sure tidy up. Now, let's go. Draco and Ron are waiting by the entrance of the hall."
Sally smirked towards Alex, "Good luck on opening the dance, Mr. Two-left feet."
Alex's cheeks turned red, "Will you stop that already?!"
Sally simply laughed before dashing to the Great hall while Harry shook his head and the others just simply laughed, softly.
"If Draco can survive, you can too," murmured Harry.
That's when Professor McGonagall came behind Alex, "Ah! There you two are. Come with me."
Alex and Harry nodded and with their dates followed Minerva to the entrance of the Great hall where there were the other champions.
Hermione went with Viktor; Cedric was with Cho Chang and Fleur was with an unknown Ravenclaw student.
"Right, is everyone ready?" said Minerva before the doors of the Great hall opened. The hall was transformed into a winter paradise as everything was covered in white and the ceiling was enchanted to snow.
Harry, Alex and the other champions walked through the crowd and took their places at the dance floor. Within seconds, they started to waltz.
For Harry and Sora, it came naturally and were calm, however, for Alex, he was mentally nervous. He was looking slightly down to his feet, making sure he wasn't going to step on Ginny's feet while looking around for any hidden reporters…more so looking for Skeeter.
"…hey, come on Alex. Try to calm down," whispered Ginny. She smiled, "Ignore them. Just pay attention to me, okay?"
Alex blushed, "R-Right. Relax…I have no idea how Harry can be so calm…"
"Mm, maybe cause he is used to it," said Ginny. "I mean he is in a band so…he must face thousands of people staring at him."
"Guess so," murmured Alex as he spun Ginny.
Within a few minutes, the others started to dance, including the professors.
Lily and Severus were dancing not too far from their daughter who was dancing with Emile while Alina was surprisingly dancing with Sirius. She left James at the manor while he was sulking cause he was forbidden to step foot in Hogwarts from the Headmaster himself.
Remus was simply enjoying the night with a cup of wine. That's until Jayden dragged him to the dance floor.
After an hour, Harry and the others took a break and sat down by a nearby table. Sora, as usual, took off her heels and rested her head on Harry's shoulder.
Roxanne frowned while Vienna just shook her head.
"Must you take off your heels…in public – again," murmured her twin.
Sora shrugged her shoulders, "No harm about that. Besides, my feet are killing me. You know I hate wearing any kind f heels. My feet hurt after an hour."
Roxanne sighed, knowing it was going to be a losing battle to argue with her twin.
"So, what song are you guys going to sing?" Ginny asked.
"Not sure. We're still deciding," replied Diana.
"Well, we narrow down to two songs, but we can't chose which one," said Yusei.
"Why not sing both?" Ron asked, handing a drink to Sally.
"We might, if we have time. The Weird Sisters will perform first, and those guys will be singing a few songs, then it's our turn," explained Marucho.
"I say we sing that new song," said Lizzie.
Sally frowned, "But we haven't had time to practice."
"I don't think we don't need it…minus the choreograph," said Sora before grinning, "But we could just wing it since it's a slow song anyway."
"She does have a point," said Roxanne.
"What song are you talking about?" Hermoine asked while Viktor was getting some drink for the two of them.
Dan winked, "You'll see."
After another hour, the Weird Sisters were taking a break, so Harry and his friends went on stage. Once Headmistress Jayden did the introducing, the Beauxbatons and Academy girls started to squeal before going to the front of the stage.
Some of the Hogwarts girls were at the front while the others were a bit confused.
"Merlin's beard…I didn't know that your brother is this popular mate," said Ron.
"Nor I," murmured Alex.
Hermione frowned, "They are acting like a bunch of Hyenas…"
"Come on, I see a good spot to dance without bumping into someone," said Ginny.
As Alex and the others went to the far left of the dance floor, Lizzie went up to the mic with a huge grin on her face.
"Greetings everyone, I hope everyone is having a great time," started Lizzie as the students were screaming. "We'll be singing our new song so…gather your partner and let's slow things down…"
Draco, Lizzie, and Roxanne started their instruments with a soft melody. Before Lizze took the microphone and started to sing.

Harry and Sora started to dance in a slow movement while Sora placed her head on Harry's shoulder. Dan and Mira followed soon after before all the students started to dance slowly.

Now only Draco and Roxanne were playing their instruments, softly. Then Diana started playing the keyboard with a soft tone while Sally and her were singing in the background.

The moment the last instrument finished; the students clapped for their performance. As Lizzie and the others stepped out of the stage, the Weird Sisters continued their songs.
Harry and Sora sneaked out of the hall and were at the courtyard taking in the winter cold.
"Mm, that was nice. I was so right that they didn't need any more practice," said Sora.
Harry chuckled, "True. I was surprised that Diana and Sally were able to sing the chorus…they had trouble pronouncing the words the last time we practiced."
"I guess, but they did it," Sora grinned before frowning, "Hey, what's your father doing with the Headmaster of Durmstrang?"
Harry turned to see not too far from them was his father and Igor.
"That is strange…come on, let's get a bit closer," said Harry. Sora nodded silently before the two slowly got close to them and hid behind a stone wall.
"So, you finally showed up Severus. I thought that you turned coward and ran off who knows where," stated Igor. "But…why? Is it because you can't run away from him? You can feel it, don't you? He's calling…He's coming back!"
Severus frowned, "I am not a coward, not like you Igor. And I did not ran off. And if you recall, I never received the dark mark so I can't feel him at all."
Igor gritted his teeth, "How is it that you were lucky to avoid getting the mark? Well, why are you here anyway?"
Severus crossed his arms, "If you have forgotten already, I come with my family to company the Headmistress of Salem Academy. For some odd reason, my son was chosen to take part of this blasted barbaric tournament."
Igor frowned, "That's right…you have quite…unique boy, Severus."
"He's unique no matter if he's strong or a squib. Now if you would excuse me," said Severus before leaving an annoyed Igor to his thoughts. He turned to a corner before turning his head to see his son and Sora behind the stone wall. "And here I thought that Draco is the troublemaker. How much did you two here?"
"Pretty much all of it, dad," replied Harry. "Sorry for eavesdropping, but we were curious of why you were talking to Headmaster Karkaroff?"
Severus sighed, "Ever heard of curiosity killed the cat…Igor was…a former acquaintance of mine when I was living in Britan."
"What did he mean 'he's coming', sir?" Sora asked before blushing, "Ah, sorry. Didn't mean to be nosy or something like that."
Severus shook his head, "It's a normal to ask. As to answer your question…I need to inform everyone about what he told me, including Alex."
"…it's about him…Riddle, right?" Harry said.
Severus smirked, "Nothing can pass you…just like your mother. Lily had – still has the same ability. No one can lie to her, but yes, it's something to do about Riddle."
Harry and Sora looked a bit worried.
"Once the dance is over, head to our quarters. Bring your brother and cousin, understood?" Severus said, seriously.
Harry nodded, "Well, best to head back. I bet mom wants some help with Eilli…I hope she didn't eat that much sugary food…"
"Bloody hope she didn't," murmured Severus before the three headed back inside.
