Okay, so I'm actually starting the A/N this time. You know the drill, once I get out of italics, it's the me from 2014. But anyway… This was initially a New Years oneshot for 2014? I thought it was kinda neat but is just kinda one of my weird special projects. Which is something I wish I had grown out of but lmfao
I just thought this would be neat.
2014 Ways A/N:
So I actually got this idea like a couple weeks after New Years last year but decided not to write it because it was too late and waited. Now that it's the New Year again I can finally do this. So please enjoy this short little story and be sure to check out its sister story Join the Fight Redux.

Fusionfall Main Theme
Black, the empty void that it was. That was all that appeared on the screen.
For years… Fusions have taken refuge on our earth…
The scene showed several Fusion monsters like Fusion Spawns and Joke-o-Lanterns running amuck throughout Endsville.
They have slowly taken siege over the planet in ways we could've never imagined….
The scene then panned throughout several infected Zones as if they were right next to each other. From Charles Darwin to Mandarks Laboratory to the Twisted Forest to Leaky Lake to Fuse's Lair.
They have manifested themselves into these repulsive doubles of us to command their army…
The scene then showed the Fusions of Samurai Jack, Ben Tennyson and Slade overlooking the Fusion army.
They have even brought the greatest heroes to their knees.
The scene showed Fourarms kneeled down as he was panting and soon turned back to Ben who fainted.
They wish to destroy our world…
The scene then transitioned to show the CGI representation of Fuse eating up other planets.

But we fight back!
The scene then switched to show earth's army complete with Team Tennyson, Sector V, Samurai Jack, Megas, the Lyoko Warriors, Totally Spies, the Crystal Gems, Teen Titans, Finn and Jake, Some of the Total Drama Heroes, many others and of course the Cartoon Network Universe Defenders and the Golden Explorers.
With the smartest,
The scene showed Dexter, Jeremy Belpois and Double D in Dex Labs working on a nano incubation chamber. Dexter didn't bother to look up from his electronic clipboard but Jeremy and Double D who were working on the two sides of the incubation chamber smiled.
The strongest,
The scene showed Samurai Jack jumping at his Fusion and switched to show Kevin Levin absorbing stone in Nowhere and finally landing on Lance activating his watch and turning into Manus.
The bravest.
The scene showed Ben rushing into battle as he brought up his Omnitrix arm, quickly scrolling through the holographic grid of the square watch before he brought it down on the now revealed and risen face plate of the watch. He slammed down and the scene was enveloped in green.
Turning the meek into heroes,
The scene showed Gumball cowering in fear at Tina Rex and switched to him killing a Fusion Monster with a magic wand.
And our enemies into comrades.
The scene showed Vilgax and Shocksqautch standing back to back as they fought through the Fusions that surrounded them. It then switched to Buttercup looking reluctantly at Mojo who gave her a sheepish grin before charging into a throng of Fusions.
A new year has begun.
The scene showed the ball drop in Tech Square as several people watched.
And we need you!
The scene showed several recruits standing in a crowd that Dexter stood over them on a floating platform.
We need your talents.
The scene showed the crowd of recruits cheering with their fists pumped.
Your leadership.
The scene changed to show Kenneth and Ice standing side by side in front of City hall.
"Join the fight." They said together.
Your strength.
The scene showed Ace and Gus fist bumping in the outpost in the Devils Bluff.
They turned towards the screen. "Join the fight." Each of them smirked.
Your ingenuity.
The scene switched to show Liv and Dawn in the Genius Grove, on top of Dexter's old house and working on the antenna.
Both of them looked up and smiled. "Join the fight."
Your skill.
The scene showed Smile and Epic fighting off Fusion monsters together in the Inferno Fields.
"Join the fight!" The two laughed as they continued to fight the monsters together.
Whether it be in a team,
The scene showed the CNUD in the Goats Junkyard then switched to Golden Explorers in The Ruins.
Or going solo.
The scene showed Duncan pulling his flaming sword out of a Fusion before kicking it away.
Join the fight against Fuse!
As many heroes that could fit stood on the floating ship in the Forsaken Valley. The CNUD and the Golden Explorers were both near the front of the crowd.
"JOIN THE FIGHT!" Everyone shouted with their arms raised in the air.
The time is now…
"THE HERO IS YOU!" Everyone pointed at the screen.
