So by now, I should have uploaded Join the Fight and this is the complimentary story to it. This was the original idea that I had and yeah, I just did the other one because it was quick and easy. But I hope you enjoy this one too.
Join the Fight Redux
The Cartoon Network Universe Defenders were in their headquarters busy decorating for Christmas. Yes, even though the Fusion war was going on and the world was in danger it was still important to everyone to keep up the rituals and traditions of earth. That is how the CNUD ended up getting themselves a Christmas tree. Now the four were decorating said tree.
"Run down the halls and kill some Fusions!"
Epic was singing his own little version of Deck the Halls while they were decorating.
"Fa-la-la-la-la-la-la-la!"
Kenneth and Liv rolled their eyes a little at this while they put up some of the ornaments.
"Blow up some slime and destroy lairs!"
Ace chuckled, he found Epic's sing-a-long quite amusing.
"Fa-la-la-la-la-la-la-la!"
Epic quickly ran over to the box to get the Christmas lights.
"We fight Fusions and we're awesome!"
He began to wrap the tree in the glowing lights.
"Fa-la-la-la-la-la-la-la!"
Ace sang. Kenneth and Liv looked at him, each of them raising an eyebrow at the accompaniment.
"Can Fuse ruin Christmas?"
Epic asked and we all laughed.
"No he can't! Cuz we kick AAAAAAAAAAAASSSSSSSSSSSSS!"
Even Liv and Kenneth couldn't help but smile at that one.
"Alright Epic, enough of that." Kenneth laughed.
Liv nodded. "Yeah, you're a terrible singer."
Epic smirked. "You're all just jealous."
"Whatever." Kenneth rolled his eyes. "Anyways, it's time to put the star on the tree. Who's gonna do it?"
"I did it last year." Ace shrugged.
"Year before." Liv nodded.
"I'll do it." Epic said.
Kenneth nodded. "Sure."
Kenneth then handed the guy the bright white star.
Epic beamed as Ace went to get a ladder.
Ace got the ladder and just as Epic was about to step onto the ladder all of their nanocoms began to beep.
"Don't tell me," Epic rolled his eyes. "Another absurd mission from our resident boy genius that'll make him yell at us later."
"Actually, no." Liv looked down at his nanocom, surprisingly. "It's from Chris McLean."
Epic rolled his eyes. "What does he want?"
"I don't know." Liv shrugged.
"I say we answer it." Ace said, his Total Drama fandom slightly showing through. "If Chris McLean wants to talk to us maybe it'll be important."
"No, you just want to see if it's related to Total Drama and see if it'll give you an excuse to go see one of your favorite reality stars!" Epic snapped. "Especially your darling Dawn."
"I don't like her." Ace blushed.
"Whatever." Epic deadpanned. "I say we ignore it."
"It could be important…" Liv suggested.
"It's Chris!" Epic shouted. "When is it ever important!"
"Let me remind you that the last time we didn't answer Chris we ended up having to go to Wawankwa and stop Chris from renovating it into his own personal 'cottage.' And in case you don't remember Wawankwa is a freaking battlefield." Kenneth pointed out. He then turned to Liv. "Answer it."
The boy nodded and accepted the call.
"Hello! I am Chris McLean!" The host cheered as a hologram of his head appeared out of the nanocom.
"We know…" Epic rolled his eyes.
"Rude…" The host pouted. "Anyways, I need you four and your heroic little asses for a special little project."
Kenneth raised an eyebrow at this. "Go on."
"You see, the year is ending and all and those Fusions are still here." Chris started. "And let me just tell you how annoying it's been, almost been three years since I've been able to do a season of Total Drama. The nerve of Fuse and all his monsters! I mean you'd think-"
"Get on with it!" We all shouted.
"Fine!" Chris whined. "Anyways, you four are going to do a propaganda shoot and I'm going to direct it!"
"You?" Liv asked. "What happened to Double D? He did the last one."
Chris shrugged. "Something about candy and pirates and being sticky. I dunno; I just know that the little geek always makes me laugh."
We all rolled our eyes.
"But yeah, you guys are gonna do this whole video thing." Chris smiled.
"And if we don't want to?" Epic asked.
Chris shook his head. "The Dexmiester says you guys gotta. I'd hate to have to tell him that you guys aren't cooperating?"
Kenneth sighed. "We'll be there, Chris."
"Great! Meet me at City Hall tomorrow at 8 AM sharp." The host chirped. "McLean out!"
And like that the superstar's face faded out of existence and Liv brought his arm down.
"Celebrities…" Epic rolled his eyes.
"Not all of them are bad," Liv offered. "I mean there are some of his cast like Brick and Cody. And then there's Puffy Ami Yumi and Sunny Bridges."
"Still…" Epic muttered.
Kenneth pinched the bridge of his nose and sighed. "This is gonna be fun…"
~Join the Fight Redux~
As promised the CNUD arrived at City Hall at 8 o'clock only to find out that Chris McLean wasn't even there.
"And of course, Chris isn't even here." Epic deadpanned.
"Just be patient." Liv said. "He'll be here."
And then they waited and waited and waited… Still there was nothing.
"So it seems they hire anyone for propaganda nowadays." A voice started.
All four of them turned to see none other than the Golden Explorers and their pet Fusion Spawn: Booger.
Ice smirked. "My, my what a shame!"
Liv growled. "What are you guys doing here?"
"Same as you, genius." Gus snapped. "We're here to do Chrissi's little video for the new year."
"Why don't you come over and say that to his face." Ace growled at Gus.
Gus laughed. "Why bother? Hexy over there's already afraid enough, get any closer and he'll start crying."
Liv growled. "I'm not that person anymore."
Gus smirked. "Yeah, well-"
"Hey!" A voice shouted making everyone turn to see none other than Chris McLean walking up the steps, a steaming cup of coffee in his hands. "As entertaining as all of this is, I only care about drama when it's getting me ratings, which leads to money. But since none of this is on camera and I'm not hosting it, it's just annoying and wasting time"
Everyone mumbled their apologies to the host and he smiled. "Good, now we can get to work."
"What are you going to film with?" Dawn asked.
"Cameras, of course!" The man beamed.
"Well where is it?" Epic asked.
Chris pointed off towards the stairs that led towards City Hall to see none other than a large dark skinned man carrying several cameras and media equipment. It was none other than Chef Hatchet.
"Ah, there you are Chef." Chris smirked at him. "Do you know how long I've been waiting?"
Chef glared at Chirs. "I hate you…"
"Wait, I'm confused." Smile said. "Didn't you like sell Chef to Eddy?"
"Actually, I lost him in a bet." Chris corrected her.
"Boy don't know shit about poker." Chef added.
"Then what is he doing here?" Ace asked, ignoring Chef's comment.
Chris shrugged. "Eddy let me borrow him for a day."
"Whatever." Kenneth rolled his eyes. "Can we just get started? We have better things we can be doing right now."
Ice nodded. "I agree with the simpleton; the faster that we get this done, the faster my team and I can go and do something productive. That's something I'm sure you're not used to."
"Sure." Chris nodded. "Just let Chef set up all the filming stuff and then we can get started."
Kenneth glared at Ice but decided to hold his tongue.
"Lousy… no good… cheap ass host… thinks he can sell me… I'll show him..." Chef grumbled as he got stuff out and set them up. Once they were up, Chris smirked.
"Alright, Slushie and Fusion spawn kid, you two are up for this one." Chris said.
"Please refrain from calling me such names." Ice glared at him as flames began to start up around her. "It would be a shame if I had to teach you the hard way, Mr. McLean."
"Take it easy, Ice!" Epic shouted. "No need for the third degree, even if it is Chris."
Chris rolled his eyes. "I get scarier threats from way scary people in way scarier places around the world. Y'know, I'm one of the few people in the world who have pissed off ol' squid head and live?"
"You annoyed Vilgax?" Dawn squeaked.
"Boy wanted him to get in a fight with alien kid so he could film it and make a quick mill off of it." Chef explained.
"Wow." Epic said with wide eyes.
Chris nodded and then turned back to Kenneth and Ice. "Okay, you two are going to stand in front of City hall, on the second step."
Both Kenneth and Ice obliged and walked over to the steps leading up to the political building.
"Perfect." Chris beamed, giving off that trademark picturesque grin.
"Now you two are the heroic leaders." Chris started. "Together with your amazing leadership you can show just how leadery you are."
"What a vocabulary…" Liv rolled his eyes.
Gus shrugged. "Does that really matter? This is a war. Spelling and speaking don't mean shit nowadays."
Liv glared at him. "Playing it smart can be far more meaningful than brute strength. With your lack of language skills I'd hate to see you try and communicate that you're in distress."
Ice scoffed. "My team and I do not need to send out distress calls. We are far more capable than you four and would never need to call in for help. We are the best of the best and you are simply pond scum crushed under our feet."
"Do not talk about my team that way!" Kenneth snapped.
Ice rolled her eyes. "Dawn?"
"Ice can talk about anyone, anyway she wants!" Smile immediately quipped.
Booger jumped and grinned, showing his own agreement.
"ZIP IT ALL OF YOU!" Chris shouted, using a tone that actually scared each of the teens. "Good, now Kenny and Icy you two need to stand back to back, smile at each other and then say 'join the fight.'"
"That's it?" Epic asked.
"Yep." Chris nodded.
Kenneth and Ice gave each other skeptical looks before sighing.
There they stood, back to back.
"Action!" Chef shouted.
And immediately Chef got the camera rolling.
Kenneth and Ice stood back to back.
Kenneth gave off the best smile that he could, despite his proximity with his rival. "Join the-"
"Join the fight." Ice said, cutting in shortly after him and tripping him up.
"CUT!" Chris shouted. "What the heck was that?!"
"Ice was too late!" Kenneth shouted.
"I do not make mistakes, Kenneth." Ice scoffed. "It is clear that you were too early."
Kenneth glared at her. "See, this is why I can't work with you! You are always so arrogant and can't admit that you're wrong."
"And you think that your poor leadership skills and overall mediocrity is any better?" Ice snapped. "When was the last time that you successfully completed a mission that was actually accepted by Dexter?"
"Dexter's approval is not the most important person in the war, Ice." Kenneth sneered. "There are nine other members of the Council of Ten, who actually appreciate our endeavors."
"Are any of them a boy genius with an IQ of 300?" Ice quipped.
Kenneth gripped the energy riffle that was strapped to his belt, ready to strike.
Ice smirked at him, flames slightly liking at the tips of her fingers. "Is that really the best idea, Mr. Greystone?"
"Chef are you getting all this?" Chris whispered to the man.
"Yeah, why?" Chef asked.
Chris beamed. "This is perfect. Now I can sell this footage to Harangue and make a fortune!"
"Chris, you realize that those Council of Ten guys won't let you send anything in after the whole 10 Times the Drama thing with Tennyson."
"Then it's useless to me?" Chris asked.
Chef nodded.
"Right…" The host sighed. "EVERYBODY SHUT UP!"
Everyone stopped short.
"As interesting as all of this is to watch, I can't do anything with it. Therefore your little arguments are useless to me. So we are going to do this and you guys are going to enjoy it! Understand!"
Everyone just nodded.
"Good," The reality show host smiled. "Now Kenneth and Ice get back to your places so that we can get this thing rolling."
Both of the two leaders followed instructions. The way they saw it, if they did it quickly then they wouldn't have to see each other.
"ACTION!" Chris shouted.
And like that Chef panned the camera over to them.
They looked at each other with surprisingly convincing smiles before looking at the camera and saying, "Join the fight." together.
"Perfect." Chris smiled.
"So what now?" Epic asked.
Chris beamed at the jester boy. "I'm glad you asked that, Epic. You see we're going to take the two geniuses and go to their grove!"
Everyone rolled their eyes at that. At least the two teams could agree that Chris McLean is a mop headed moron.
"Stop showing off," Smile deadpanned. "Just say the Genius Grove."
Chef smirked and began to chuckle at that whereas Chris glared at the girl. "Fine, killjoy!"
Smile grinned at him, which warranted a high five from Epic.
"Let's just go." Chris said as he started off and threw his empty coffee cup at Chef. "Come on Cheffy, hurry up and pack up the camera equipment so we can catch the bus to Dex's old crib."
Everyone began to walk off with the reality show host as he didn't seem to have a care in the world. Chef however got to work on putting away the camera equipment as he grumbled profanities about Chris and about how he's a douche for losing him in a bet to Eddy like a slave.
They took the bus that slid along the long bar that was elevated several feet above the ground. Then once they got to the Genius Grove they got to Dexter's old house where they were annoyed by Dee-Dee and Harold, it was there that they realized that Chef wasn't actually with them and that they couldn't film without him. Numbuh 5 was also there and brightened when she saw the two teams but after she saw Chris she just ignored the party of nine –ten if you count Booger. After Chris used his nanocom to call the missing Chef and found out that he had to catch the next bus because they left without him. So after waiting thirty minutes for Chef Hatchet to show up they were finally able to get the filming started.
"Finally!" Chris shouted when Chef finally arrived. He downed another chocolate chip that was given to all of them by Dee-Dee. "Do you know how long we've been waiting for you?"
Chef glared at Chris and simply responded by raising a single finger towards the host. Epic, Smile, Ace and Gus cracked up at this; Ice rolled her eyes which also lead to Dawn doing the same; whereas Liv lightly recoiled at the gesture and Kenneth remained indifferent towards the display.
Dee-Dee frowned. "You shouldn't do such mean things Mr. Hatchet, have some cookies instead!" She then offered him a plate of chocolate chip cookies.
Chef softened at this and took the platter of cookies. Chris made a grab for the platter only for the Chef to slap the host's hand away. "Thanks, little girl, these are some great cookies too!"
Dee-Dee smiled and nodded before walking away.
Chris tried to make another grab towards the cookies only for the Chef to slap his hand again.
Chris sighed. "Alright, Liv and Dawn climb on top of Dex's house."
The two nodded and went to taking out their Dexter and Wilt nanos. They then used their jumping powers to spring up in the air and bound onto the boy genius's house.
"Ice, how should I be acting towards Liv, right now?" Dawn asked.
"Civilized." Ice responded.
Dawn nodded. "So does that mean I should call him and his team, two faced no good dirty-"
"No." Ice smirked. None of the CNUD even bothered to question what the girl was saying. "I mean act kind and do as McLean says. It will get things done faster."
Dan smiled and nodded. She was all too eager.
Liv however glared at the both of them. "What the heck was that?"
"To what are you referring?" Ice rolled her eyes.
"Yeah, what's wrong Liv?" Dawn exclaimed.
"Y-you can't just treat Dawn like that, Ice." Liv stammered. "She can have her own opinion!"
"Of course she can." Ice agreed. "She just sees the need to check with me so that she knows if her opinion is correct."
"That's terrible; she's her own person as well!" Liv screamed at her. "She's not your lapdog!"
Gus chuckled. "I don't see what the big deal is either. In fact you were once okay with that sort of thing too the way you watched your friend Herb get bossed around like that."
Liv growled at him.
"Watcha gonna do, Hex?" Gus smirked. "Gonna blow up on us again? What a shame it would be if you did that being on Dexter's roof and all. How would he react?"
Liv glared at him, his eyes taking on a slight red tinge. "You…"
"Drop it Liv." Kenneth said.
"But-"
"Drop it." Kenneth sighed. "It's worth it."
Liv sighed, but decided not to press the issue.
It was odd to see Liv get so angry about something. He was mostly calm and collected or at his worst, withdrawn.
Chris smiled at them. "Ah… chaos… too bad I'm not making any profit from it. You two are going to pretend to be doing whatever sciency stuff you do on Dexter's satellite dish and then you're going to turn towards the camera and say 'join the fight.'"
Both geniuses nodded.
"ACTION!" Chef screamed.
Liv and Dawn got to work on the antenna. They then looked at each other and smiled.
"Join the fight." They said together.
"Perfect cut." Chris smiled. "Good job, that was so much better than Slushie and Spawny over there."
Ice and Kenneth rolled their eyes.
Chris clapped his hands and started off. "Now we've gotta go to the Goat's Junkyard for you CNUD guys to do what you do best, fight Fusions."
"Now you're talking!" Epic exclaimed.
And with that they all took the sliding bus system to Peach Creek where they got off the bus and took a short walk into the Junkyard, making sure to wait for Chef. Before all of them stepped on the teleport pad to get into the junkyard they were greeted by Coop and Lightning.
But that went rather quickly.
"Alright guys, just do what you do." Chris stated.
Ice chuckled. "Pay attention, it's important to observe meritocracy in order to improve upon one's own skills."
And like that Kenneth, Ace, Liv and Epic drew their weapons and lunged at the throng of mechanical Fusions.
"Look at Ace's form Gus." Ice said as she watched Ace throw a Fusion towards Epic who slashed it with glee. "When you pick up a Fusion you need to lift with your legs, not with your arms like he had."
"Chumps." Gus smirked.
Smile frowned. "Come on, Ice they're not that bad."
"Remember Smile, Iam always right." Ice scolded the girl.
Smile just sighed. "Yes, Ice."
"Good." Ice smirked.
"Great shot guys!" Chris announced. "Beautiful work! Now I know why Maxi says that you guys are his favorites."
The CNUD rolled their eyes at the butchering of Max Tennyson's name.
"Anyways now that we're done here, we gotta head to the Ruins for the next scene." Chris said.
"What could you possibly want with us there?" Liv asked.
Chris smirked. "I was gonna tell ya' but now I think I'll keep it a secret just to bug you guys."
Everyone grumbled and that only made Chris smirk even more.
And like that the heroes, Chris and Chef left the Goats Junkyard to go to Peach Creek Commons. There, they all got on a SCAMPER to Mount Blackhead. After a quick ride on their hover vehicles they made it to the Ruins where Drew Saturday and Beastboy greeted them before they went inside the Infected Zone.
"So will you finally tell us what we're doing here, Chris?" Epic asked.
"Yeah, it's seriously getting annoying." Smile added.
"Alright, I'll tell ya." Chris grinned. "Here we're going to have you explorer kids pick a fight with some Fusions I don't really care which ones just fight so we can record it."
"Golden Explorers, let us show our friends how it is truly done." Ice smirked.
"Right." Dawn nodded as she went after her.
Gus smirked, making sure to shove past both Ace and Liv as he was walking by them.
"Hey!" Ace shouted.
"Watch it!" Liv growled.
Gus simply turned back and gave them a shrug, as if he was completely innocent and had done nothing wrong.
"I'll always hate him." Liv muttered.
Kenneth just gave his friend a knowing nod.
"Sorry." Smile apologized to the two as she weaved in between the two.
"FORMATION!" Ice barked.
On command all of the Golden Explorer's got into their positions, completely united on one front, even Booger.
"You may begin filming now, Chef Hatchet." She told the man.
Chef nodded but he still felt a little nervous, due to the instant return to her cold, icy tone of voice.
And like that the five of them began taking out Fusions like no man's business.
Epic shivered.
"What is it?" Kenneth asked.
"I always find it a little disturbing that they've trained Booger to kill Fusions." He explained.
Ace nodded. "Yeah, it is kinda creepy…"
"Fusions are like animals." Liv explained. "They hunt and they thrive for the simple means of survival and to please the leader of the pack, Lord Fuse. Fusion Spawns are the simplest forms of Fusions and because of that, in theory, it would be very easy to domesticate them and –in a way- reprogram them to fight against their brethren."
"So this is normal?" Kenneth asked. "You could do it too?"
"Yes and no." Liv answered. "I guess I could but I have no idea how. I'd still love to know how they managed it."
Finally they finished.
The flames in Ices palms finally receded and she smirked at the CNUD. "And that my colleagues, is how it is done."
"Wonderful." Epic deadpanned.
"Fantastic." Kenneth rolled his eyes.
"Great." Ace sighed.
"Intuitive." Liv said.
Ice sighed. "And this is why you'll never accomplish anything. Even when the best and the greatest show you how to properly do things, you still refuse to take it in and better yourselves."
"You're such a riot, Ice." Epic deadpanned. "You must be a ton 'a fun at parties."
"Mock all you want Mansfield but just know that you had looked up to me once as well." Ice retorted.
"And things have changed." Epic snapped.
"Yeah," Gus chuckled. "You got stupid."
"Stop it!" Kenneth shouted. "Ice you claim to be so productive and the greatest leader on the planet and yet you continue to cause these petty arguments that just makes things take even longer. Neither of us really want to see each other and you can't get over yourself enough to get it over with."
For once Ice was speechless. It actually shocked everyone that was there.
"Ice?" Dawn asked. "Ice?! What did you do to Ice?! You can't just do such a thing to-"
"Enough Dawn…" Ice sighed.
Dawn stammered. "Bu-but"
"No." She snapped. "Kenneth is right, we just need to get this over with. The remaining scenes are most likely between Ace and Gus and Epic and Smile. Gus; try to remain decent for Ace, treat him like you would treat one of us. Smile; I don't need to tell you to do anything due to your rather bothersome infatuation with the boy."
Gus and Smile nod.
"Make sure to follow Christopher's instructions." She continued and received nods from the two. "Christopher, what is our next generation."
"I'll give you a challenge!" Chris exclaimed. "Figure it out through this phrase, you've gotta be tough…"
"In the bluff." Everyone deadpanned, clearly not wanting to play Chris's little games.
"Yep, we're off to the Devil's Bluff." Chris smirked.
And like that they went to the Devil's Bluff on their hoverboards again. When they arrived at the outpost Mandy greeted Ice but referred to everyone else as 'others;' Hoss didn't look too happy to see Chris; Hex, who was meditating didn't bother to look up from his meditation; Clay tipped his hat at them in greeting and Eva threatened to punch Chris and Chef right into one of the canyons if he was there to put her into another season. With all the people there it clearly showed that 'ya gotta be tough in the bluff.'
"Alright, Ace in da hole and Gus of puss," Chris clapped his hands as the two people in question rolled their eyes. "All I want you two is to fist bump and look at the camera and say 'Join the Fight.'"
Ace and Gus went under one of the tents and did as they were told.
"Perfect shot!" Chris beamed. "Good job guys, now that's the way you gotta do things."
Ace and Gus nodded. They turned away from each other, went to their respective teams without another word.
"Now we've gotta go to the Inferno Fields for the last shot." Chris said.
"Great, can't wait for this to be over." Kenneth sighed in relief.
The heroes and Chef then took the monkey skyway agents back to Mount Blackhead –Chris said they were icky and took his hovercar- and took a Scamper to the Forsaken Valley. Once they got to the Forsaken Valley Tetrax, Samurai Jack, Alejandro and William greeted them and soon they were Monkey Skywayed to the Dinosaur Pass. Jo snorted when she saw them and Clam was overjoyed to see the CNUD. Once that was over they finally hovered over to the Forsaken Valley.
"Alright, Smile and Epic you guys are up." Chris said.
"What no nicknames?" Epic asked.
Smile laughed. "Guess you're slipping McLean." She happily nudged Epic who laughed along with her.
"Nah, it's been a long day and I'm starting to get bored with you guys." Chris sighed.
"Alright then." Epic shrugged. "What do we have to do?"
"You two are just gonna fight Fusions together and just at random points say 'join the fight' we'll pick which one worked the best." Chris explained.
They didn't have to be told twice. The two ran at the Fusions and were so fluid, so in sync with each other's movements that it was baffling. They laughed, they smiled; it was as if the two had always been together. It was so natural for them to fight together.
"Look at them." Ice sighed. "It's pathetic. He's the one that betrayed us and yet she's still is so friendly with him."
"Does it really have to be this way?" Kenneth asked. "Can't we at least try to be civil to one another for a change, at least for them?"
"Maybe we should…" Dawn said, actually saying something for herself the first time that day.
"It wouldn't hurt." Ace nodded.
Gus and Liv looked at each other, but Liv broke the gaze and huffed. "I guess we could try."
"It's almost the new year," Kenneth said. "Maybe the feud should end."
"Ice?" Gus asked.
Ice shook her head. "No. Things are exactly as they are and exactly as they should be. Dawn and Gus; let me not remind you that Epic is the one that left us after he couldn't take my comments after he caused a near disaster. He joined them and left us and Smile in the dark. We cannot just forget about that."
Gus and Smile nodded.
"And that's a wrap!" Chris exclaimed. "That was… um… interesting guys. I've got all the footage I need from the eight of you."
"Excellent." Ice said as Smile came and stood next to her.
"Now Chef and I gotta go and shoot more scenes with Ben 10, Dexter, Jeremy Belpois, Double D, Kevin Levin, Gumball, Vilgax, Buttercup, Mojo and Duncan." Chris explained.
Chef sniggered. "Can't wait for that scene with Gumball, though."
Chris laughed. "Oh I know right, dude is gonna freak!"
The two broke into guffaws at that while the two teams just kinda stood there awkwardly.
"Uh…" Smile droned.
"Oh yeah," Chris finally managed to calm his laughter a bit. "You guys can go. But go to the Forsaken Valley tomorrow at seven."
And with that the two teams dispersed. They had better things to do than to be around one another.
Some things never change.
And that's it. Happy New Year again even though it's incredibly late. Have an awesome 2015.
Present Day Ways A/N:
So obviously there was stuff going on between the Golden Explorers and the CNUD. I guess I wanted an average misadventure in the Fusion War and this one happened to be "Let's make a video with Chris with our rival team."
On the one hand, how ridiculous it is kinda fits the Cartoon Network Universe. On the other hand, the writing of this is still not that great. But it certainly exists alright.
I think this had to have been around the time that I both started doing my funny oneshots and switched over to third person writing. Thank God.
I do think that this is a neat concept like the other fics but y'know, being younger and a lot dumber made it what it is.
Also Ace had a crush on Dawn Total Drama, I guess?
With my obvious Liv bias, I'm surprised I didn't give myself a Cartoon Network girl to pine over lmfao.
But at any rate, I do hope you found some joy out of this and with that, I am done with all my CNUD work and well, I hope you enjoyed.
