It has been a while since I have written anything for this show, but for the first time in a long time I am excited for season 11. This story is a Christmas story and takes place the Christmas after Elizabeth breaks up with Lucas. It is a Nathan and Elizabeth fanfic. Disclaimer: I do not own WCTH. The Grant Family return to Hope Valley for the summer, will they find peace and happiness they seek or will troubles from the past come back to haunt them. This will be a weekly posting for now. There is a sea captain who needs to be reunited with his wife at Hope Valley and now there is a Mountie Captain from Fort Clay who has entered Elizabeth's life. A young Mountie gives his life so that a young girl could live.

What if Bill didn't interrupt Elizabeth and Nathan at the end of the season 10 finale?
