Chapter 1

The room was a perfect cube, each side facing north, east, west, south, up and down and each panel contained a small hatchet that when opened led to another identical room but with different color in the panels. The colors were placed in an arbitrary order but the pattern was purple, red, dark blue and orange. There were no noises coming from the outside world, as Anderson realized as he was going to the next room the only thing he could hear were the mechanism that opened the doors.

Alderson was in his mid sixties, he didn't remember how he got there, he only remember going to bed the night before and out of the blue he was in the Cube with a prison uniform. There were no other noises besides his breathing and the mechanical noises from the outside.

He realized there should be oxygen somewhere but he wasn't sure, he was sure he was alive while being trapped in the identical rooms. He continued walking on a straight line for about 10 rooms without reaching anyone or anything, everything was the same and it was starting to get on him. He was wondering why despite the time he wasn't feeling hungry or thirsty but he couldn't tell how long he had been there inside the cube.

Every other hour the cube changed the room positions, he could feel a room's rotation force by going up, down, left or right, and then the process started again every other hour. After a certain amount of hours he found food in one of the cubes, it was a bottle of water, some oats and a spoon. He sat down to eat.

While he was finishing his bowl of oats he heard some voices coming from the room that was to his left, he ran quickly and opened the door and saw there was nobody. Nobody was in the room where the voices came from, yet he was so sure he heard someone or something. As soon he closed he heard human voices coming from the north side and went to open the hatchet.

There to his horror he saw a group of people, a young girl and a man who were bleeding profusely, a man with some developmental issue that was screaming, and another middle aged man holding what looked like a sharp object that was covered with blood. As soon as he opened the hatchet he closed it and went back to his previous step.

He started to panic and he didn't realize there was a series of thin sliced cables forking behind him like a net. The cables were sharp as they can cut through flesh. In the blink of an eye he was executed and sliced into hundreds of fragments, not knowing that a young man in his 20's was observing his death from the cubical room above him.
