"I love Christmas…"

There was nobody around to hear the sweet, soft tone Sumi was speaking in. She was not afraid to use her voice without anyone around to hear her. The shy pink-haired girl was standing in the balcony of her apartment. A small smile was on her face as she observed all the festive activity going on at her campus.

There was certainly plenty going on for Christmas at her collage. Snowflakes were falling, lights were glowing - and couples were spending time together. Everything looked so happy at this time of the year - and that was just how Sumi liked it.

"I hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas," Sumi said to herself. "I hope this time of the year makes everyone's wishes come true."

The quiet girl placed a hand onto her heart. Warmth crept through her as she felt it racing inside her chest. She was thinking of two people who were always so good to her all year around. It was their friendship and kindness they never failed to show her which she had to be thankful for. In spite of how shy she was, they were always encouraging her and were so patient with her - which was why she wanted them both to have a good Christmas.

"Including you, Chizuru and Kazuya."

Sumi held her hands together in front of herself and closed her eyes. She thinking thought of her fellow rental girlfriend who was always supportive towards - and the nice boy who was always looking out for her. They had been nothing but kind to her, believing in her when she lacked confidence in herself. Neither of them ever judged or dismissed her for being so timid and shy. They were by far the nicest people she had met in her young life.

"All I want is for the two of you to be happy. You are both such wonderful caring people with enormous hearts of gold. I hope the lair of you get all you want for Christmas. To see you both happy is the only Christmas present I could ever wish for."

Sumi's eyes opened upon feeling pawinf at her ankles. She looked down to see her little dog who lived with her in the apartment had joined her on the balcony. Smiling down at him, she bent down to gently pick him up, embracing the animal allowing him to see all the pure white snow and colourful Christmas lights.

As she lifted her gaze, Sumi managed to catch sight of a shooting star passing over height through the sky. She beamed brightly as her eyes twinkled, hoping her Christmas wish would come true.

"Merry Christmas, Kazuya. Merry Christmas, Chizuru. Merry Christmas, everyone."

The end.
