Day #10 - New York

"Last time on Total Drama," Chris began, standing in front of the hotel they were resting on. "We had a hide-and-seek challenge in Brooklyn Academy!"

"Sal finally made amends with everyone after all the mayhem he caused." Chef said as a clip of Sal talking with Xavier, Evander, and Mairead in the reading room was shown.

"Mairead also told the secret that Hah was behind the morbid scene back at cruise." Don added as a clip of Eden spilling the beans to Mairead was played, followed by the scene with everyone shocked at Hah's doings.

"But in the end, she, Evander, and Sal all got eliminated, as well as my stupid arm." Candela rolled her eyes as various clips of the eliminations have been shown, along with Olivia, Faith, and Candela falling off from the ceiling.

"Before we get to the theme song though," Chris said. "We're going to be showing you some… clips of the four remaining contestants prior to this season. Let's see if they changed from their audition tapes to the person they are now. Hit it, Dela Rosa!" He ordered to the cameraman.

The camera starts rolling in a dark purple room, with some posters on the wall. A teenage boy is sitting on the bed.

"Is it rolling?" he asks.

"Yeah," a girl's voice replies.

"Hello, I'm Clayton Lunar and I'm here to audition for your show. I may not be the most sociable player, or the most athletic. I also hate being on camera and find it necessary to apologise for every little thing. And now the more I think about it, the more I realise that this is a mistake, cut the tape."

"Too late," yells the girl running out of the room.

Glimpses of people can be seen, a lot of yelling too until the camera goes black.

Faith turns to the camera with a cocky grin on her face. She appears to be in a school cafeteria.

"Hello, Total Drama!" She says dramatically, flipping her blonde hair in the process. "I'm Faith Laverre, main percussionist of my school's band, the Five Leaf Clovers! Soooo, my reason to join this show is... ah, shit. I forgot. You know what, Gerald? Let's start over again."

Gerald, the person holding the camera, was shocked a bit. "What? It was good so far, what do you mean?"

"I said we should start over. I don't even know why the hell you wouldn't want to join when your vocals are top tier. Like, imagine this: the main percussionist and the main vocalist of FLC competing in Total Drama? That'd be hella insane." Faith exclaimed girlishly, filing her nails.

"You sound like I'm auditioning." Gerald rolled his eyes.

Faith smacked her forehead. "Oh... right. Anyway, I may be a potty mouth, but there's more to this percussionist than meets the eye. Plus, I can beatbox. I'll probably work on that, but you guys wanna see?"

"Hey, Faith. My camera's battery is dying. Might wanna cut this off." Gerald noted, as his camera began beeping.

Faith widened her eyes and stood up, enraged. "What the fuck!? Gerald, you promised me you'll help me in my audition! Why didn't you think about charging your camera before this even happened!?"

"I don't know! I-"

The camera apparently dies out of battery, ending the tape.

We cut to a bedroom, where we see Olivia reading a textbook, while taking notes every so often in another book. We see another girl near Olivia, who is holding the camera.

"Hey Olivia, you know this is on, right?"

"Yes Jenny, I'm awear you have actovated the camera. I was just finishing up some notes I was writing. Greedings, Total Drama. My name is Olivia. I am interested in signing up for your show because I know there are probably other contestants with rather interesting minds to studdy. I love studdying the human mind. It is rather fasonating."

The other girl, Jenny, looks really confused. "What? Could you say that in english this time? I'm not sure they'll get what you're saying."

Just then, a knock is heard on the window.

"I wonder who that could be. I will check."

Olivia opens up the window, only to see another girl standing there, and she appears to be rather angry at Olivia for some reason.

"Hey you creepy nerd, have you decided to actually become a regular person yet? Or are you still on that (she does an imitation of Olivia's voice) 'I'm smarter than everyone, and I like talking like a wierdo' thing?"

"Is this the only reason you decided to show up at my window? So you could atempt to hurt me? It will not work. I am used to your atempts at insults. You want to have power over me, but I must inform you, that it will not work."

"Jenny, why do you hang out with this freak again? Come on girl, you could be doing better things with your time than listening to this nerd ramble on about nothing."

"The reason she has befriended me is because she has taken the time to know me as a person instead of doing what you are. Also, I have deduced the reason you wear so much makeup is the fact you do not like your natural appearance, so you attempt to conceal it."

"You wear makeup too!" said the girl.

Jenny responds instead of Olivia this time. "She only wears a little, and she only takes like, 20 minutes to put it on! You take like 5 hours. I'm so glad I'm not friends with you anymore."

The girl then leaves, even more angry than before.

"Thank you Jenny, for sticking up for me."

"No problem. Also, me and Ciara have a bet going that you'll find a boyfriend on the show. I hope you find one, the only reason Ciara doesn't want you to find one is cause she wants my money to buy some jeans she saw at the mall."

"I am awear of your bet. I doubt I will find one, most males do not want a girl like me. We will wait and see though. Now I must get back to reading."

Jenny turns off the camera, as Olivia goes back to what she was doing at the start of it.

Xavier has just set up the camera. He looks a bit nervous, but his orange bubble jacket is hiding the shivers that he is feeling right now. Now, Xavier looked into the camera and starts to put a case in why he should join.

"Hello... um. Look, I've personally have never really been in a musical before, but I'm really interested in singing. Look, just trust me on this. I'm good. at least, that's what I think. Um, what else... Oh, I also love Nathan Lane, Especially in Addams Family. I know that's not everyone's favorite, but I really think it has a great meaning in the end. So, um... Yeah. Please chose me for this show. I really have nothing else going me. So...Hope to see you soon."

Then he tries to turn off the camera, but Xavier didn't realized it was still on.

"Ugh, that was so embarrassing. I honestly I even said all of that stupid shit in the first place, since I was honestly trying to be fucking honest with myself, but failed miserably. Honestly, just fuck my life."

Then he kick his camera, and it shut off while the camera shattered.

Chris stood with his mouth agape. "Wow, Candela really did a 180 with everyone here."

"Shut up or I'll have Dela Rosa do a 360 on your neck." Candela hissed as the theme song began playing.

Chris screamed like a little girl before the camera was dropped. We then get a small view of the camera man chasing Chris out if the room.

Candela sighed as she picked up the camera and pointed it towards herself. "Well… that happened… so… after we play the theme song, we're just gonna take a quick break. Don't you dare change the channel." She added before the screen fades to the theme song.

*Opening Theme*

Dear mom and dad, I'm doing fine

We get an overview of the theater which showed Candela, Chris, Don, and Chef bowing as they finished a performance. The crowd applauded as well.

You're always on my mind

The scene changes to the lobby, where Oli was flirting with Amanda and Vivianne but eventually receives a slap from both of them. The two girls left instantly while the boy just shrugged.

You asked me what I wanted to be

The camera then pans out to the backstage where Mairead was busy reading a book. Arreis then comes out of nowhere and scares the preppy girl, causing her book to fly towards the camera.

And now I think the answer is plain to see

The book hits the camera and falls off, revealing the scene to be outside the theater. Clayton is seen sitting on the bench playing his phone and Xavier sitting distantly from him. None of the two were making interactions until they both left.

I wanna be famous

The camera heads for a challenge location, Musical Valley, where Sal, Olivia, and Meredith were flying a kite. The kite then hits a tall tree and gets stuck, making the three contestants frown.

I wanna be a rising star

The scene changes to Instrument Hills and Kimmie is seen sitting down on the grass, enjoying the view she got. In less than a second, Faith accidentally bumps her as she was getting away from Evander who was chasing her. The three all fell and rolled down the hill.

Go pack your bags, I've already gone far

The camera pans out to Harmony River where Samuel, Spear and May were arguing. Later on, a bird hits May's head making her gasp in shock and falls into the rushing water. Samuel grabs her hand to save her but fails and falls with her. Spear however, just cackles but lost his balance and fell as well.

Everything to prove, what can you say?

Later, Gabe was now seen resting on a rock in Clef Cave, but Robert accidentally trips over him. Unfortunately for them, a horde of bats start to chase them, making the two run out of the cave for their lives.

I'll be there one day

After a few minutes, Gabe returned to the cave with Samuel, Faith, Evander, Kimmie, and Olivia. They all attempted to make a fire but failed since the bats came back. They all ran away in horror.

'Cause I wanna be famous

Mairead, Clayton, Vivianne, Xavier, May, and Robert were now seen having a picnic on Instrument Hills but it suddenly rained and the six ran away, leaving everything behind.

Na-na-na-na-na-na-na-na-na-na-na-na-na!

The camera pans back to Musical Valley, where Arreis, Oli, Meredith, Amanda, Sal, and Spear were running away from a pack of wolves.

I wanna be (a star!), I wanna go (far!), I wanna be famous

Fast clips of the contestants one by one can be seen. The clips show them waving at the camera or doing their respective poses in various places.

I wanna soar (high!), and reach for the sky, I wanna be famous

The hosts can be seen arguing until a spotlight hits them, making them realize that they were on the stage. Luckily though, no one was there except for them.

*whistling in tune*

After a few minutes, all twenty two characters can be seen on the stage for their cast picture. When the camera flashes, the logo of Total Drama Act I: Musical Impact appears with a white glow behind it and several musical notes around it. The blurred cast picture served as background.

*End opening theme*

Episode 16: This Is My Last Tune

"All you have to do is to stay strong. People come and go. It's just what life is."

Hotel Room

Faith, Clayton, Olivia, and Xavier were all sitting next to each other on the couch. They all had dark circles under their eyes, which could only mean that they didn't get enough sleep all the way until morning came.

Clayton yawned. "What's the next movie?"

The four of them all looked at the tv that showed nothing but those rainbow vertical stripes you see whenever that channel's not available.

"I guess there's none." Xavier said groggily.

"Where's the remote control?" Olivia lazily asked.

"I think it's in the fridge." Faith answered absent-mindedly, obviously not paying attention to what Olivia had just asked.

Suddenly, the door burst open, revealing a rather frantic Candela, holding a few small envelopes on her free arm.

The hostess looked at the four remaining teens. "Uh, you guys okay?"

Clayton yawned again, covering his mouth with one hand. "Never better."

"Well," Candela began, placing the envelopes on the table. "You guys read these if you get the chance."

"Thanks." Xavier whispered before resting his head on the armrest of the couch.

Candela nodded at their responses before leaving the room.

The four of them all looked at each other, before Faith was he first person to approach the envelopes.

"So… should we read them?" She asked.

Olivia lazily shrugged. "Of course. Why else would Candela just leave these envelopes here?"

Faith nodded at her response and grabbed all four letters, giving one to each member that had their name on it.

The camera panned to Xavier, who began opening up his envelope, and unfolded his letter.

"Dear Xavier,

If you are reading this, then congrats! You've made it to the final four. Honestly, when I first convinced you to go on this show, I was just excited to see my nephew be in a show. But now that you're here to the end, I want you to know something, don't give up. I know you'll be able to pull this out, even if you don't believe it yourself. Your parents are both very proud of you, and they're cheering for you back home. I wish you the best of luck Xavier.

Hugs and knuckle sandwiches, Uncle Randy"

As soon as Xavier finished reading he letter, he held it close to him. He wished that his uncle was next to him so he could cheer him on, but this letter made him feel good inside.

The camera then panned to Clayton, who was also busy reading his own letter from one of his friends.

"Hey Clayton !

It's been awesome seeing you on TV. I'm so proud of you, and I can't believe you've been able to do all this. I thought signing you up for this show would have you complain and all that jazz but you really pulled through.

You know how obsessed with theories we all are. Kaila has this track record chart ? thingy ? and she says you have a huge shot at winning this. We were all super scared after you had to miss those three episodes but you came back with such a big bang. They don't want me to put it down, but Toxa and Rina were in tears after that performance. Me, I was fine.. haha..

And the hide and seek challenge ! We were so impressed. You better let me in to your hiding space next time!

I guess I should tell you how we're doing. Genzo, Morrigan and all them are all rooting for you. They've been trying to get everyone to watch the season and they've rallied up so many people and no matter what happens, we'll all be so happy with you. Toxa, Rina, Maddy, all of us are so relieved you haven't gotten mixed up with the wrong type of people. We've seen how dangerous the season is, and we want you to stay safe.

I'm running out of paper, so I'll wrap it up now. Show them who you are. You have the fire to win this. We all believe in you. We know you'll do the right thing. Now prove it to everyone else.

Missing you, hoping to not see you soon as that would imply you're going home.

Love, Chander."

Clayton chuckled towards the end of reading his letter. He would love to go home, but at the same time, Chander was tight. That would just mean that he lost. So this inspired him to keep moving.

We now cut to Olivia, who was grinning from ear to ear as she was reading her letter.

"Dear Olivia,

So… Ciara told me I should I write this first paragraph. Anyway, congrats on being on the final four! I told you, you really did made it this far. Ciara and I literally tuned in to every episode and… we were literally worried about you when you were with Sal. That asshole. But anyway, thank gosh he's eliminated. Oh, and that just means that Ciara won the bet and will be getting those jeans in the mall. Oh well. I'll have Ciara take over now, I'm literally hogging up all the space in the paper. -Jenny

Eyyy! Glad to see you reach the final four! I read Jenny's letter, and I think I'm gonna go buy those jeans once the season is over! Jenny and I literally stayed up late last night just to have an Act I marathon, but I slept halfway through it… hehehe… anyway, if anyone else calls you a weird creepy nerd, I will rub all of your achievements into their faces. You sooo don't deserved to be treated like that. But… Jenny and I are hoping you'll win this thing. Stay safe! -Ciara"

Olivia was smiling throughout the whole time she read both letters. It was funny that they both still remembered that bet mentioned in the audition tape, but hey, they were also glad that she was safe. Besides, that's what friends are for.

Faith was on the other side of the couch, reading her letter.

"To: Faith,

What's up? So… to start this off… I'm gonna say that I'm really sorry that I underestimated you. I'm sorry for bossing you around, even though you were older than me. But hey, sisters will always stay sisters! Well… now that the end's coming soon, I'm gonna wish you all the luck you can get. Your classmates are literally cheering for you and they even post stuff on social media. They're just so proud to have you in the game. Well, I am too. Still though, I hope you forgive me for everything that I've done to you in the past. I love you so much, sis.

Your sister, Kirsten

PS: There's another letter from me if you've missed it. It's… important."

Faith was genuinely happy that she was now mending things with her sister, but the fact that there was another letter honestly worried her a little bit.

"What's the challenge for later?" Xavier asked.

"I heard that we are going to be memorizing a musical." Clayton answered.

"Impossible. That would take us way too long." Olivia added.

"Maybe we're going to do something different." Faith shrugged. "Who knows?"

Another knock was heard in the door as Don came in.

"Guys, we're about to leave in a few minutes." He said. The contestants all nodded and got ready.

Hotel Parking Lot

Just outside of the hotel, there were two vans parked. Louiza was seen getting out of one of the vans, as well as Dustin, Eden, Mara, Maya, Dean, Noah, and Hah.

"Where were you guys?" Candela asked, approaching them from the entrance. "The producers were threatening us that if we don't find you, you're fired."

"Oh, we were just taking care of stuff." Noah added casually before getting smacked by Dean.

Candela quickly noticed their act. "You're hiding something from us, aren't you?"

"No, they're not." Hah shooked his head. "Right?"

He was met by a death glare from Eden, before the agent nodded. "Right."

"Okay, you guys seriously need to say what's wrong. Chris says we're leaving in ten minutes so I suggest you guys get back in the van." Candela ordered as the interns followed.

Just then, Chris came into the scene.

"What's with them?" He asked.

"Something's telling me that one of them was up to no good." Candela answered. "I swear, we already have enough shit happening and we don't need more."

"Where are Chef and Don?" Chris asked.

"Chef's on his way to the venue. I told Don to go get the contestants." Candela answered his question. Chris nodded and went in the other van.

At the same time, Don arrived with the four contestants. Candela motioned them all to get in the van. And at this rate, both vans drove off.

Later...

It has been one hour since the gang have left the hotel. The vans were currently on a highway, heading for the venue. The venue was actually a three-hour drive from the hotel. They had already taken at least two bathroom breaks.

We now pan to the four contestants who were seated on the back. Xavier was seated off to the side, completely asleep. Clayton was next to him, using his phone. Olivia was next to Clayton, looking on the window that was next to Faith. And speaking of Faith, she was looking down with a sad look on her face.

"Are you alright?" Olivia asked the percussionist.

Faith just nodded. "Yup."

Olivia wasn't convinced, though.

Olivia: "There is something… odd going on with Faith. I honestly want to know… but at the same time… I do not think that it's good news."

Venue

Meanwhile, Chef was seated in a couch, in a place that seemed like a backstage room for performers. Next to the couch was a table, then a few meters from that, there were a few vanities, closets, and some venue staff talking to each other.

Suddenly, his phone rang. Chef quickly took it, answering it.

"Chris? Where are you?" Chef asked.

"We're almost there, Chef. Just got caught in a bit of traffic." Chris answered.

"Okay, well… hurry up." Chef told him and quickly hang up.

Later, everyone now entered the large venue. It seemed like a mini-arena in first glance. The gang were now escorted to the backstage room, where Chef was at.

"Chris. The judges are already there. The contestants have only like… fifteen minutes to get ready." Chef frantically said.

"Fifteen minutes? What the hell am I supposed to do with fifteen minutes? I thought they were gonna do a musical?" Chris crossed his arms.

"No. The judges changed their mind. They want them to perform this because it's a bit easier." Chef said, handing Chris a sheet of paper.

Chris sighed, but just nodded.

"Alright, I'll tell them."

Backstage

Chris ran into the backstage room, where he could some of the staff fixing the looks of the contestants. "Attention! Change of plans!"

"Chris, the fuck are you doing here?!" Candela, who was seated on one of the couches, shouted at him.

"Chef said the judges changed their performance. We can't have them memorize a whole musical scene in less than fifteen minutes!" Chris yelled, handing her the music sheet.

Candela rolled her eyes. "Fine. We're switching them up. Everyone," she turned to the contestants, who were done being styled by their stylists. "You guys are singing this."

Xavier grabbed the paper. "Oh, this? Another pop-ish song? Oh well. At least it's easy."

"Well, apparently, the judges said that you guys need to do this early." Candela explained.

Clayton sighed. "Good luck guys."

"At least it's short." Faith added.

"Agreed." Olivia said.

Stage

The fifteen minute wait was now over. We now pan to the stage, where hundreds (or thousands) of people were watching.

The four hosts went to the stage, a bit shocked of how many people were there to witness the teens' performance.

Olivia was peeking from the west wing of the stage.

"That's… an enormous amount of people " she commented.

"Really? Where?" Xavier said frantically, looking on the audience and gasped. "Holy shit."

"Who are the judges?" Faith asked.

Clayton pointed to the front row. "Looks like they are the judges."

Faith sighed. "The cast of Total Drama Island? You've gotta be kidding me."

"Well, at least not all of them are there." Xavier pointed out as some people like Izzy, Beth, and Lindsay were notably absent.

"But there's Heather." Olivia told them.

Clayton pulled them back. "Guys. Get ahold of yourselves. I think we're about to start."

The camera panned away from them as we head for the hosts.

"Please welcome our final four of Total Drama Act I!" Don was heard. Instantly, the audience cheered and applauded, as the final four made their way to the stage, as well as the hosts exiting the stage.

All four of them were given handheld microphones and wished each other good luck. A piano was seen on the other side of the stage as a person was seen playing it, signalling them that the song they were about to sing has some sort of ballad remix.

"You made plans and I, I made problems. We were sleeping back to back, we know this thing wasn't built to last" Olivia sang the first line.

Faith quickly followed her. "Good on paper, picture perfect, chased the high too far, too fast, picket white fence, but we paint it black"

Olivia was smiling as she sang her next line. "Ooh, and I wished you would hurt me harder than I hurt you"

Faith tried her best to stay happy, despite her expression. "Ooh, and I wish you wouldn't wait for me but you always do"

The four of them now sang altogether in the chorus. "I've been hoping somebody loves you in the ways I couldn't. Somebody's taking care of all of the mess I made, someone you don't have to change. I've been hoping someone will love you, let me go."

The pianist then played the piano beautifully, replacing the beat drop of the song as the contestants chorused. "Someone will love you, let me go. I've been hoping

Someone will love you, let me go"

Clayton began singing the next verse. "Spend some time, but this time ain't even

I could leave it in the past, but you're holding on to what you never had"

Xavier then sang after him. "Good on paper, picture perfect, chased the high too far, too fast, picket white fence, but we paint it black"

As soon as Xavier finished his line, Faith sang again. "Ooh, and I wished you would hurt me harder than I hurt you"

Olivia followed her. "Ooh, and I wish you wouldn't wait for me but you always do"

All four of them chorused altogether once more, as some of the audience began singing with them. "I've been hoping somebody loves you in the ways I couldn't. Somebody's taking care of all of the mess I made, someone you don't have to change. I've been hoping someone will love you, let me go."

The teens took turns to doing adlibs as the pianist kept on playing the piano. After a bit, the music died down as Faith and Olivia sang together. "I've been hoping somebody loves you in the ways I couldn't. Somebody's taking care of all of the mess I made, someone you don't have to change. I've been hoping someone will love you, let me go."

Everyone cheered and applauded as the four teens bowed, relieved that their almost impromptu performance was over with.

Then, the applause died down as the camera panned to the original cast, specifically Heather.

"It feels so food to judge these losers again." She smirked. LeShawna was rolling her eyes in the background.

"You still haven't change, haven't ya?"

"Why would I change? You're just as dumb as Lindsay. Thank god that she's not here." Heather spat.

"Girl, if you say that one more time, I will-"

Courtney broke up the fight. "I though we are here to judge the performance and not argue against each other."

"What she said." Geoff just scoffed as he snuggled with Bridgette.

"Oh please, we can let them fight if they want to!" Duncan added with a laugh. "Besides, Chris seems to be enjoying it. Everyone here seems to be enjoying it." He then turned to Gwen, who was just writing down on a piece of paper. "'Cept for maybe Gwen."

"I'm writing. Shut up." Gwen said coldly.

"But Gwen! You're not even writing anything-"

"You shut up too, Cody." Gwen told the brown-haired boy.

"Oh, okay." Cody sighed.

"Harsh." DJ added. Ezekiel was then seen shrugging next to him while Eva was just scoffing.

"That's alright, DJ. Girls have tantrums." Ezekiel noted.

"Says you." Eva shot back.

Chris was, indeed, enjoying the drama. He was slightly happy that there was still drama within the original cast.

But Candela wasn't. She grabbed Chris's microphone and scolded.

"Hey, when on earth are you going to say who's getting immunity?! Christmas?! New Year?! Hannukah?! Thanksgiving?!"

The Island cast fell silent.

Until Bridgette broke the silence and stood up.

"Well, to be honest, we were talking who gets immunity during their performance." She said.

"Really?" Chef said in a manner that sounded like he wasn't convinced.

The Island cast now huddled up with each other, whispering, chatting, discussing, and other whatnot.

Finally, Courtney stood up, and snatched the microphone away from Bridgette.

"We've decided that our immunity holder is…"

"Xavier." Courtney announced. "Congratulations for gaining immunity, and for being the first finalist!"

Everyone cheered and clapped for him. The four contestants shared a group hug.

Don came up to the stage as well, handing Xavier a silver coin. "This is your token to the finale. Don't lose this coin as you will use this for the final challenge."

"I won't." Xavier smiled.

At this point, their portion in the program was done, and everyone was escorted out of the venue and back to the hotel.

Xavier (Finalist): "I can't believe it… I'm in the finale! Mom, dad, Uncle Randy, this is all for you."

The Hotel Parking Lot - 30 Minutes Before Elimination

"Guys." Don rushed to the hosts. They were still in the van, but everyone else had gone up to their rooms.

"What?" Chris asked him.

"You guys need to take a look at this." Don said, bringing out a flash drive. "I found this in the other van, where the interns were riding earlier."

Chef got out a laptop from Chris's backpack and inserted the flash drive in it.

"Click on that one." Don instructed Chef, as he obliged.

The four hosts then looked at the video being played. It appeared to be in night vision, as the room was dark. It showed a figure facing back near the door. Then, three girls entered. They were seen chatting for a bit before the figure pushed them off. The three girls were seen falling from behind, which seemed to be a staircase. The figure then turned to leave.

"Stop it right there." Don instructed.

"Holy shit." Candela gasped. The figure's face can be identified, since the figure was in a side view, facing the door. "It's Hah."

"So you're saying it's his fault that those three got injured?" Chris summed it up. "Dang."

"There's more." Don said. He pressed the play button.

The next clip showed the same figure, Hah, exiting out of Chris's office. He dropped them a few feet away from the office and ran. Some time later, Arreis was seen picking the papers up and going into Chris's office. Out in the distance, we can see Chris rushing to his office. After a few minutes later, the guards came into the office, and took Arreis away.

Candela scolded Chris.

"I'm glad I suspended you." She said. "But you need something way worse than a suspension."

"Dang, gotta admit. That was awesome." Chef admitted. "But I think we have to focus on getting Hah fired first. Candela, I think you should do it late in the elimination ceremony."

"On it." Candela nodded.

The four hosts then left the van, as the elimination ceremony is fast approaching.

Elimination Ceremony #10 - 6:00 PM, Hotel Lobby

Faith, Clayton, Xavier, and Olivia were all seen sitting on a long couch. In front of them were Chris, Chef, Don, and Candela. On the sides were Louiza, Dustin, Mara, Maya, Dean, Eden, Noah, and Hah, who was restraining from the tight grip of Noah.

"Hah, you're fired." Candela simply stated. "You were behind all of this, and now…"

"And now what?" Hah shot up a glare. "You guys think you could get rid of me?"

"Actually, yes." Candela nodded as a bunch of police officers came in and handcuffed him.

"Wait… NO! I CAN'T GO! WHAT THE HELL!" Hah shouted. "I HAVEN'T GOT MY PAY CHECK YET!"

"You don't need it." Chris snarked as Hah was being taken away and into the police car.

"I swear, if you're having another season, then this won't be the last time you'll see me!" He shouted before the car door was slammed shut. The police car then drove away.

Dustin (Intern): "You don't know how happy I am to see him gone."

Louiza (Intern): "I'm going to resign my job here because of him, honestly."

Eden (Intern): "Yup. I was the one who grabbed Hah's flash drive before we left, and I placed it somewhere because I knew one of the hosts is going to check the van out."

Maya (Intern): "He's a nuisance. I got accused because of him."

Mara (Intern): "I'm glad I was wrong about Maya being a thief. But I can't believe Hah would do that."

Noah (Intern): "Honestly, if they're happy that Hah's gone, then I'm happy. I just don't really care much for him."

Dean (Intern): "Sayonara, Hah! Thank god, he's actually going to prison. That ass."

Don sighed. "Let's just hope that he doesn't make a comeback for Act II."

"Agreed." Chef nodded and turned to the four contestants. "Anyway, get to voting. Remember, Xavier has immunity, so do not vote for him."

One by one, the four began writing their votes. They agreed to not talk with each other regarding on eliminations, because they've all been pretty close, and it will just bring trouble if one person talks about backstabbing. That is, in an unwilling manner of backstabbing.

Voting Confessional

Clayton: "To the person I'm voting for, no hard feelings. It's just really hard if you're close with everyone."

Faith: "There's a fifty percent chance that we could go into the tiebreaker. So… I'm not sure."

Olivia: "My mind has been blank regarding on votes, so… I have no idea."

Xavier: "My god, this is definitely going to be another emotional elimination… I'm sorry to whoever's going." He said, writing a random name on the paper.

End voting confessional

As all four contestants were now seated once more, Chris now took the opportunity to read the votes.

"Olivia, congratulations for being the second of the three finalists with Xavier." Chris simply said, before handing her a silver coin. "Do not lose this coin. This is for the final challenge."

Olivia and Xavier looked at each other in excitement and fright at the same time.

Xavier (Finalist): "Wow… I still can't believe I actually made it… oh boy, wonder what's in the finale…"

Olivia (Finalist): "This is extremely nerve-wrecking… I'm going to pity whoever's gonna be eliminated."

"Clayton and Faith." Don looked at both of them. "Sounds familiar?"

"Of course it is. It just feels like we were back in the first episode." Clayton said.

Chef gave out a chuckle. "Wow… I'm surprised you two still remembered. But anyways, both of you recieved two votes, so welcome to your second and final tiebreaker for this season."

Clayton bit his lip, knowing that he has to go through another inevitable risk to get out of elimination.

Faith was also anxious, as she was a bit surprised that she would go through another tiebreaker with the same person.

Candela then cleared her throat. "Alright. Faith and Clayton, your tiebreaker challenge is…"

"...No." a voice was heard, which caused Candela to look at the person who said it.

Everyone also turned their attention to the person.

"I'm quitting."

It was Faith.

Clayton widened his eyes, shocked out of his mind. "No. You can't be serious, Faith!"

Faith looked at everyone with a completely straight face. "I'm serious."

"Impossible." Olivia stood up. "You have come so far, hell, the ultimate finale is just one step ahead, and now this?"

"No offense, Clayton, but Faith, you deserved this. At least give this tiebreaker a chance." Xavier added.

"No, you all don't understand!" Faith shouted, which caused Xavier and Olivia to sit back down, and Clayton to be surprised again by her sudden outburst. "Okay, I'm sorry but… I just don't think I'll be able to pull this through."

Chris gave her a confused look. "What do you mean?"

"Remember those letters that Candela gave us this morning?" Faith asked them.

"Um… yes…. Why?" Clayton whispered.

"Listen. I was looking at your reactions while you guys were reading your letters. I saw Clayton chuckling while reading his letter. I saw Olivia smiling while reading her letter. I saw Xavier hugging the letter as soon as he finished reading. So I was literally asking myself, why wasn't my letter a happy one?"

"Wait… does that mean that-"

"Yes." Faith nodded, interrupting Olivia's question. "You want to know what my sister wrote in there? Yeah, she apologized to me for acting so shitty and being a terrible sister, but you know what else was in that letter?"

Towards the end of her question, her voice became shaky but the percussionist swallowed hard before she kept going.

"My mom didn't make it." She looked down. "My mom died… from lung cancer."

"Oh my god." Xavier said to himself.

"I literally joined this season for the sake of getting the money needed for my mother's medications but… now that that happened, i-it's kinda useless. And I have to admit that with that thought running on my head, it will be impossible for me to join in for the finale." Faith ended her story, trying her best not to tear up.

The three finalists instantly came up to her for a group hug.

"I'm so sorry that happened." Clayton said, rubbing her back.

"Yeah, it was really unexpected," Olivia added sympathetically.

As the four broke the group hug, Xavier smiled at her, trying to remain positive. "You know Faith, all you have to do is to stay strong. People come and go. It's just what life is."

"Yes. Soon, you'll meet your mom again. I'm sure she will be proud of you." Olivia placed a hand on her shoulder.

"Well... " Clayton looked at Faith. "I'm gonna have to say thank you for giving me a spot in the finale. I understand why you don't want to go further and even though I wanna say that you deserved to go further, I still respect your decision."

"Yeah, you guys don't want my mental health messed up, right?" Faith added with a slight chuckle.

The interns were all smiling at the contestants. Even Don and Chef were tearing up again. And then there's Chris.

"You're weird." Candela commented towards him, whilst sitting on an armchair.

"You're weirder." Chris spat. "Okay, time's up! Faith, you're outta here."

Louiza and Mara stood up and escorted Faith out of the building as the finalists all waved goodbye.

Chris then gave a silver coin to Clayton. "Clayton, congrats on being the third finalist. Don't lose this coin."

Clayton (Finalist): Clayton was tearing up a bit. "So… um… I feel like I don't deserve this." He chuckled a bit. "Dang, this show really changed me a lot. But, I don't know why I still feel bad." He sighed, wiping his eyes. "Don't worry guys. I'll just do my best and see how this goes and I promise, no more emo Clayton. It's just that this elimination honestly affected me."

Candela then stood up. "So… next episode is the finale. I can't believe I'm finishing something for once! Whoo!"

She turned to Don and Chef, who were still crying. The interns and the finalists have already left the lobby, as well as Chris.

"Yeah." The hostess sighed, slightly annoyed that she has to do the outro all by herself. "So… this has been Candela, your injured host… signing off. See you all in the finale of… TOTAL DRAMA ACT I: MUSICAL IMPACT!"

End of episode.
