Mari still falls down the stairs but is rushed to the hospital. The story begins two years after that day in the hospital. Mari is brought back from the dead as a Zombie, but she isn't bloodthirsty or anything. In fact, she feels normal! But things are wrong. How is she supposed to live in a world where she's supposed to be dead! Many funs things happens and lots and loooots of teasing for a very confused and yet happy Hero.

Guilt-ridden and desperate, Sunny is trapped in an endless cycle, reliving the tragic day his sister died. Failure begets punishment, eroding his resolve. As hope fades, he realizes the cost of his mistakes: losing his beloved sibling forever. Can he break free from this torment, saving her from an undeserved fate? Or is he condemned to an eternal repetition of his worst nightmare?
