(Air plane)
While the aircraft was being cleared from the runway, the guardians had brought another aircraft from the hanger onto the airfield. The academy plane took off on the airstrip shortly after that. After the jet lifted off from the strip, the other guardians waited for around five minutes to report phony news to Royle Court, thinking they could cover the situation until her scheduled rendezvous time.
Jasmine was sitting in a window seat and was attempting to decipher or figure out why some rules in the Royle Court Laws book were absurd and nonsensical. Alberta glanced over at Jasmine, who had an odd expression on her face and her head cocked to the right side. Alberta was aware that Jasmine consistently bent her head to the right and gave off the impression that she was genuinely perplexed.
"Something wrong?" Alberta asked as she stood up from her seat next to Dimitri and moved to sit close to Jasmine. "Yes, Captain Alberta," Jasmine answered as she turned to face Alberta. "Some of the rules don't make any sense or explain why they were written." Alberta went back to acting like a teacher and looked down at Jasmine, acting as though she were her student once again. She understood Jasmine needed her once more.
"Let me help you understand," Alberta offered, taking a seat next to Jasmine. Jasmine gives Alberta a smile. Peering over, Dimitri saw Alberta going over some legislation with Jasmine. As Alberta presented the regulations to Jasmine, Dimitri noted that her head was tilted to the right, as if she were bewildered. Alberta began explaining to Jasmine the rationale behind the creation of each rules as well as the year it was created. Alberta was aware that Jasmine required her assistance to comprehend every clause inserted into the statutes by previous kings and queens.
Jasmine would require Alberta's knowledge to assist in creating laws for their people, so they should keep that in mind. She intends to assist Jasmine for as long as she requires it. It took nearly four hours to enlighten and clarify each piece of legislation for Jasmine. They also provided her with a notebook in which to jot down new laws in an effort to improve them. Alberta plans to look over the new rules that Jasmine would create for their people and discuss why they agree or disagree with the new laws.
Jasmine said, "Thank you! Captain Alberta."
Glancing at Jasmine, Alberta understood what she meant. Assisting Jasmine in crafting new legislation to benefit Dhampier, Moroi, and other enchanted beings worldwide Rose was nursing a headache, while Dimitri was reading his cowboy novel. Christian and Janine must deal with Sierra while Tiffany, Ismail and Peggy watch.
(Sierra Loose Tooth)
Sierra ran over to her mother and said, "Mamma!" Jasmine and Alberta peer up at Sierra from the law book in her lap. Jasmine said, "Yes, little bear." Sierra said, "I have a loose tooth." Sierra smiled at her mother, Alberta, and said, "See Mamma."
Jasmine started reaching out to see if her daughter's tooth was a little loose or not. Sierra pulled back and said, "Don't touch it." She pulled back away from her mother and over her mouth with little hands. Jasmine said, "Sierra, how do I know if it is loose if I can't touch it?" Sierra cocked her head to the right and looked puzzled. Alberta noticed that Sierra cocked her head, just like her mother and Rose.
Jasmine said, "What if you let Captain Alberta take a look and touch to discover how loose?" Alberta understood what Jasmine was doing. Sierra said, "Please, Aunt Alberta." Alberta smiled and said, "Yes! Princess." Alberta remembers pulling Rose and Jasmine's loose teeth at the academy.
Alberta reached over Jasmine's lap, reached up, touching Sierra's right top fang, and pulled back with Sierra's tooth between her fingers and said, "I do believe that the Tooth Fairy will come to see you tonight." Sierra peered up to see Alberta holding her tooth in her fingers and said, "WOW!" Everyone turned to Sierra, seeing her happiness and clapping her hands together.
Janine walked over and said, "Sierra, go show Daddy, Uncle Alex, Tiffany, Mr. Bear, Ismail, and Peggy that tooth came out." "While Alberta, Jasmine, and I spoke about something important," Sierra said, "Yes, Grand-mama." Alberta reached over, gave Sierra her tooth back, and skipped away up the alley to the front of the plane, where Christian, Tiffany, Alex, Mr. Bear Ismail, and Peggy were sitting to show them that Aunt Alberta had pulled her tooth.
Alberta asked, "Who are you going to choose for your Royle Court?"
Jasmine took a minute to think about herself before speaking. As she thought of all of the options before her, Jasmine said," Guardian Steel, Guardian Mikhail Tanner, and Guardian Solovyov." Dimitri said, "Guardian Solovyov is wise to choose Royle Court members." Alberta asked, Guardian Belikvo, How do you know this Guardian Solovyov?'
Dimitri said, "Guardian Solovyov is a wise, calm, brave, loyal, and fair guardian." "Guardian Solovyov is a teacher and guardian at St. Basil's Academy." Jasmine said, "Guardian Solovyov was my mentor while I was at St. Basil's Academy." Dimitri understood why Jazz had a second mentor. He would speak to me about that later.
Jasmine said, "Backup are Meredith Beckham, Olive Sinclair, and Guardian Stone." Alberta said, "Two younger ones and an older guardian for backup." "For the Moroi, I chose Christian Ozera, Vasilissa Dragomir, and Adrian Ivashkov." "As for their backup, they are Mickleye Zeklos, Mia Rinaldi, and Sonya Karp."
Janine asked, "Who is Mickleye Zeklos?" Jasmine said, "Mickleye Zeklos is the Moroi that I had to defend and protect during my time in the international program when I was sent to St. Basil's Academy in Russia." Beside his older brother, whom Dimitri used to protect before he was attacked and turned to strigoi." "Ivan Zeklos is now a spy for me against Rual and his army."
Jasmine said, "Before you tell me that I can't trust strigoi, I understand full well that they will lye in heartbeat." "But you need to understand that I have information that some strigoi are fighting against Rual." "After the battle with Rual and his army." "They asked me if they could return to their normal forms as Moroi, dhampier, and humans as a reward."
Janine, Dimtri, and Alberta looked surprised to discover that some strigoi were fighting against Rual. Jasmine said, "Beside, if they live through the battle and the werewolves, don't rip them apart or don't kill them." "Those that are left will turn back to normal form." "I get the feeling that there is going to be a long talk in my near future with three of you at different times or all at the same time. "
Alberta, Janine, and Dimitri said, "You damn right!"

Knowing that everything will change when the new Royle family arrives at court. Adrian, Eddie, and Vasilissa are waiting in the SUV together. Adrian had chosen guardians by choice—people he knew would not draw attention to themselves, cause a stir, or reveal the truth about the new Royle family showing up in court in the middle of the night. The new Royle family's arrival soon made Vasilissa joyful.
They heard fake news over the radio, stating that Element and her family passed away from an airplane crash. Guardian Tanner turned to Guardian Stone and said, "Shortly, the new Royle family will be arriving. Adrian, Vasilissa, and Eddie knew the truth; they were flying under the cover of darkness.
Vasilissa said, The element's most significant creature in the world." Without her, the world would tumble into chaos." Adrian said, "The strigoi would take over, slaughter all Morois and dhampiers, and use the human race as cattle to feed their hunger." Guardian Tanner turned to Guardian Stone, looked at each other, and understood why the new Royle family was arriving under cover of darkness.
As for Eddie, sit and listen to everyone speak about what is happening around them. Jasmine had called him before the plane took off to inform him that they would be arriving under the cover of darkness and about the fake news about their passing away from a plain crack.
Adrian noticed the airplane heading for a runaway and said, "It looks like they are arriving." Guardian Stone, Eddie, Guardian Tanner, and Vasilissa turned their heads to see the airplane touch down and come to a stop near by.
As the guardians stepped out of the SUV's, they made sure the coast was clear before letting Adrian and Vasilissa out of the SUV. Vasilissa stepped out of the SUV. Eddie is holding the door for her as a good guardian. The door to the airplane started opening, and stairs appeared.
Adrian, Eddie, Vasilissa, Guardian Tanner, and Guardian Stone see different guardians move down the stairs and take their place. They also noticed a few of the guardians were dressed differently from the other guardians. "Why are some guardians dressed differently than the rest?" inquired Guardian Stone. Adrian stated, "They are Elite Guardians to the element.
Royle Guardian, Guardian Tanner said. "Yes, Eddie replied. " They are higher than the queen guardians." Adrian said, "They will protect and serve the element and her family." Vasilissa just smiled, knowing that her family had arrived at court.
Guardian Stone and Guardian Tanner said, "Holy shit!"
Everyone notices that guardians arrive and stand opposite each other at the bottom of the steps, but they move aside to have a better look over the shoulder of a male or female in front of them, in case something unexpected happens. A few people began leaving the plain when a figure emerged at the door, a white veil covering woman face as she walked down the stairs.
Adrian asked, "Who is that?" Vasilissa said, "I don't know; she must be important." Eddie said, "Soon, we will find out why."
Mr. Bear and Alex arrived at the exit of the plane and started moving down the stairs until they reached the bottom, coming to wait at the bottom of the stairs for the element.
Guardian Stone and Guardian Tanner asked at the same time about two animals. Eddie said, "They are spirit animals of the element, and they tie her to this world." Vasilissa said, "Past and present."
Mr. Bear and Alex were down the stairs, as were Rose, Janine, and Christian, who were next to exit the plane, before Jasmine and Sierra arrived at the exit. Jasmine's daughter stood with mom as she emerged. Everyone realized Princess was fatigued when they saw Sierra yawning.
Vasilssa said, "Princess must be asleep." Adrian said, "It has passed her bedtime." They do live on a human scale, not Moroi scale." Guardian Stone understands being a father himself and children having their own scale when they are younger.
As Jasmine and Sierra walked down the stairs together, Adrian noticed Dimitri and Alberta felling behind her and dressed in an Elite suit with duster over it.
Eddie, Adrian, and Vasilissa moved forward to join family and friends at the end of the stairs. While Guardian Stone and Guardian Tanner followed behind Adrian, Vasilissa and Eddie.
Sierra said, "Daddy!" Christian said, Yes, little bear! Sierra said, Carry me!" Christian said, "No! You're getting too big to carry around." "Beside you, not a baby anymore." "You are a big girl now." Sierra stabbed her foot, giving her a putty look, before throwing a full tantrum. Jasmine said, "Sierra Dawn Hathaway Ozera, stop." "You heard your father and now act like a lady, or the guardians are going to see your underwear." Sierra stopped throwing a tantrum. She pushed the front dress down and said, "Yes, Mama!"
Guardian Stone smiled to hear Jasmine speak to her daughter. When Guardian Tanner asked, "Why are you smiling?" Guardian Stone said, "The element sounds like my wife talking to my children." Guardian Tanner said, "I didn't know you were married and had children." Guardian Stone said, "There is still a lot that you don't know about me."
As Jasmine and Sierra moved down between her guardians, each of their bowed their heads and kept their eyes open, looking around to make sure nothing happened to the new Royle family. Dimitri and Alberta followed behind her. Reaching the end, coming to stand before Vasilissa, Eddie, and Adrian.
Vasilissa, Eddie, and Adrian as they bowed their heads. Jasmine said, "Rise!"
Adrian said, "The house is ready and waiting on our arrival." Jasmine smiled and said, Thank Adrian!" "We have a lot to discuss in the coming days." "I must speak to both of you about important matters." "From the moment on, Adrian and Vasilissa are both my eyes and ears at court." "I want to know everything—what is happening in and out of court." "Both of you will report only to me."
Jasmine turned to Guardian Stone and Guardian Tanner and said, Guardian Stone and Guardian Tanner, "I need to speak to both of you about an important matter. So as to arrive house." Dimitri leads in a close Jasmine ear and whispers, "Baby girl needs to get behind a close door." Jasmine nodded and said, "Captain!" Alberta stepped from behind Jasmine and started throwing out orders.
As everyone moved to SUV that wait and disappeared in to night.
